Got a fill on my nails done 2 days ago, asked for Mickey Mouse design that was very simple, made them Look like frogs and my nails are not filled on the side properly. Polish very thick and Lumpy, this is GEL… nail tech rushed me through the whole process. Even told me they were dry when they were not and drowned my nails in oil.Nini the owner resolved my issue and mike did my nails. He did a wonderful job and took his time. Very satisfied! This is a very clean salon, with friendly staff that means well. However, I have been here four times hoping for a better experience. I always get very simple nails, that do not take much. Every-time I have made an appointment and never have I gotten in on time with the tech requested. Someone is always going ahead at my appointment time. In addition, two of the times I have went they almost let me leave with wet nails, remind you I get gel. The top coat was coming off, which they corrected after three times. Very frustrating, and not pleased with this last set. Mike does a very good job, so if you go try to get in with him - but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I am not from this area and stumbled upon this salon. But I am so pleasantly surprised! Everyone was so very sweet and accommodating. I was a walk in on a Sunday afternoon and sat right in the chair with no wait. The nail tech was such a nice person and gave a quality manicure and painted my gel polish exactly like the photo I showed her. I wish I lived locally so this place can be my regular salon. I 1000% recommend.

Mimi is the best! I only schedule appointments with her! I just tell her what i want once, and pretty much relax the whole time. My nails, toes and eyebrows always turn out perfect. And Im VERY picky!

Everyone is professional! I walked in and immediately was sent to Tyni. Tyni did my pedicure and my gel manicure PERFECTLY! Tyni was very sweet and gentle. She took her time and I LOVED that! I didn’t feel rushed. She my nails exactly how nails should be done (some other salons I’ve been to does not always apply the nail polish close to the cuticles. I don’t know why. It always look like I need a fill again in a matter of a week). Anyway, the salon it self was clean and Covid cautious. All staff wore their masks and asked guest to wash their hands before being taken care of. The best part was Tyni professionalism. I wore a skirt (because I went right after work) Tyni was so respectful, she gave me a towel to put on my knees to cover. (I’ve never had that done before and it left me a great impression)I am very HAPPY with my nails. It’s perfect for me. This was my first time here and I will CONTINUE to go here.

Ive been searching for a nail salon since moving to the area a year ago. I finally came across Nini nails. I made an appointment walked in and was immediately seated, the sweet lady doing my pedicure took her time, gave a fantastic massage, and painted my toes lovely! The nail tech was awesome i love my nails! Will definitely be back and definitely recommend you wont be disappointed.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for 2 almost 3 years. Trina is the absolute best nail tech I’ve ever had. She does fantastic designs & gives you the sharpest & most symmetrical coffin nails. I went to almost 10 different places before finding NiNi Nails and I haven’t changed since. The staff is super friendly, place is really clean, and they keep up to date with all new colors, designs, and trends. 1000/10 definitely recommend!

He was patient and always checked to make sure I was liking my nails throughout the process. I am so happy my friend referred this place! I have found my go to salon!

After 3 years of trying every nail salon I could, I found NiNi Nails. NiNi is an amazing salon owner. She is professional and requires the best from her staff and customers. This makes for a wonderful environment in the salon. Appointments are highly encouraged. Drop ins are also available if you want to try out a nail tech to find the right fit for you. NiNi took the Covid lockdown as an opportunity to invest in new equipment and a complete salon remodel. I am consistently thrilled with the quality of work provided by the staff, especially Trina. Trina is amazing. I don’t even try to pick out a color, I just tell her what color I’m thinking and she knows exactly what looks best on me for the season and mood I’m in. I’m so glad to have her help to look my best.

Wonderful salon. The nail tech that I regularly go to is very kind and professional and is always very gentle when doing my nails. I was out of town for a month and the owner still remembered me! On top of that, the salon is very clean and well run. Dont forget to tip your nail tech - they deserve it.

I do not get my nails done a lot due to my active lifestyle. So every time I get the urge to treat myself I try out new salons, never really falling in love with any one place. UNTIL THIS ONE!!! I overheard too that a girl who works there does all the Instagram type nails too! So good!!Mimi is an absolute doll! I highly recommend her! I was unable to get into my regular nail salon today and tomorrow, they are closed Sunday and Monday but they were recommended by my mom. I called first thing in the morning and they told me to come in now. Ivan did an exceptional job on my toes and nails! She also did my brows which look amazing as well! First let me start by saying my nails look absolutely gorgeous, I am so happy, and even though the price was $15 more than I have ever been charged at any other nail salon for the exact same thing I always get. I still love my beautiful nails. There was just one problem, the gel polish was sticky when I left. Normally my nails feel like glass, nice and smooth. So I went back inside to let them know that maybe the gel wasnt cured all the way and this really nice lady helped me by wiping my nails with alcohol and then putting oil on my cuticles (now why didnt my tech do this I wondered, after all I did pay $15 more than the average) but even that didnt seem to help. Long story short I came home and pulled out my top coat gel polish and my LED and fixed the problem. Apparently he didnt put enough top coat on my nails. I guess they have to use that sparingly when they charge their customers top dollar in your everyday typical nail salon. I dont recommend this place.

This was the best experience I’ve had at any nail shop! I’ve lived in many states and have never been more pleased than I was with the customer service and quality of service I receive from Lisa (gel pedicure), Vikki (acrylic manicure), and the owner of the establishment. I just moved here from Jersey and I was dreading finding a new nail salon. I came across this place online and what attracted me was all the positive reviews. Ruby was my nail tech and she was the absolute sweetest, took her time with me, my nails look AMAZING! I have a nail salons 2 minutes from me, and I decided to drive 25 mins to NiNi Salon, and I’m so glad I did!! This will definitely be my go to place 😄

I didn’t have an appointment and was concerned about just walking in during the pandemic but they took my temperature, asked me to wash my hands then sat me down immediately. The tropical pedicure was to die for and Kim was very thorough and amazing during my pedicure. My feet look and feel amazing. I highly recommend coming to NiNis!! They really take care of their clients.

Everyone here is so nice, I came after having a bad day and it completely turned my day around! Every time I come it’s always a pleasure! They strive for perfection and it always shows through their work! The pedicures are amazing! If you haven’t come here already you will not regret it! And it’s worth every single penny!

They never have time for me when I go but in the slim change they do I’m always waiting even if I had an appointment and sitting in the chair for three hours, one time I went I left telling the owner I literally hate them so much and she told me she would give me a discount and never did, they just aren’t professional and only care about your money not what your nails look like. I was a loyal customer but after this last time I won’t be returning. Plus the prices went up a lot recently and it’s not worth it for half a$$ work.

Inconsistent mask policy. I have been here several times without a mask and today I was told to wear one. Either post something on the door and make it mandatory for all guests, or dont. I came to relax without an oppressive face covering. You cannot discriminate against people who are not vaccinated. It is a privacy and HIPPA violation to ask your guests. Vaccinated people can still carry and spread Covid19. I will not be coming back to this salon.

I have been to this business about 5 times now. I havent requested any individual tech only because everyone that i have encountered here is outstanding. The safety precautions are above and beyond what I expected. You have to wash your hands upon entry, temps are taken, then you wear gloves while choosing a color. Thanks for making me feel safe. Customers should keep that in mind when tipping or going with a higher priced service, it is well worth it. They make you feel so at home. Thank you to the entire team there! Extra love to Ti and Vy. You are all amazing! Love and blessings to each of you. Youve got a customer for life!!

Arrived early for our appointment and the place was packed. Glad we waited. We got the signature pedi and definitely was pampered beyond belief. Decided to get crazy and forgo gender roles and we got out nails painted. They seemed to get tickled by this.

Ask for Ivan when you come. He is amazing and thorough. I spend an hour doing a pedicure and felt like it was 20 minutes because I enjoyed talking with him. The only negative is that girls at the front need to learn how to be friendly and acknowledge the presence of the customers not only our money and need.

I got my nails done for my wedding at NiNi nails and I couldnt have asked for a better experience! I made an appointment in advance, and was warmly greeted with a choice of water or tea upon arrival. The quality of both my pedicure and manicure was unbelievable. I got the aloe spa treatment on my legs and was amazed at how soft my skin was after. The manicure was by far the best Ive had in my life - no exaggeration. The shape and thickness of the nail was perfection, and the French tip was flawless. If youre a bride and you know your hands are going to be photographed, this is the only place you should come in Tampa or Clearwater! I was able to even file down the top layer and paint over it a month later. HIGHLY recommended!!

The worst 215 spent. I have been doing my nails for years and I’ve never felt pain. All of my nails hurt bad. The man that did my nails was extremely aggressive, every time I attempted to say something, he would even more rude and more aggressive and would even speak in his language to someone else. At the end all of my fingers had glue all around and he didn’t even put cuticle oil, and did not even clean around the nails. One star is too much for this place.

JuJu did an amazing job on my nails. I normally only do gel but this time I decided to get a little crazy. My usual nail tech works next to JuJu and I have always admired JuJus work. Long story short I asked JuJu to do my nails and I LOVE them.

I have been going to this salon since last fall- I love all the Covid safety measures that are in place! They also do amazing nail art and are very well priced!! Highly recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed my Deluxe Pedi! On arriving, we were immediately asked to wash our hands and be seated. The ladies were very conscientious, the tools were sanitized and sealed. Everyone was masked. The massage was wonderful, and the nail tech was able to perfectly replicate the design my daughter wanted from an online photo.

These ladies never disappoint. They always have the best attitudes and they’re so talented. Monica gave me the best pedicure and Ruby did the most beautiful gel manicure. Nini always makes it a point to talk to her customers with a smile on her face. Best nail salon ever.

I love this place. Its so cute and clean with adorable details like kids pedi chairs and a pretty chandelier. Very clean and comfortable. I have only ever had time for a gel polish change but both times Ana did amazing! She really takes her time on the details without being slow or making any mistakes.First visit was flawless and second the same, on top of her waiting for me: I had a nail that was a bit ripped. Ive been to places that will file or clip when they see anything of the sort, so I wanted to mention that I wanted to keep it since I am growing my natural nails out. She took extra care to secure the nail and I was so touched. Shes even patient with me picking a gel color, which can take ages, and helped me.Im so picky about nails and dont have to settle at all. Ana is great and everyone there is so friendly. Totally recommend.

My overall experience was very good but maybe next time I’ll go with one of the recommended techs. Vy did my pedicure and although it was good, I paid for a deluxe to get a good massage, her massage was more like rubbing really hard than a relaxing massage, I didn’t enjoy it at all. The scrubbing was so hard that I had to tell her to go easy several times and my skin was starting to burn. Maybe she needs better training when performing massages? Everything else was good, they’re very clean and I like the safety measures they take. I’ll be back for sure.

I went here recently because my sister advised me too. I decided to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The people were friendly and were ready to get straight to work. The lady I talked to told us that gel lasts a very long time, more so than regular nail polish because my step mom asked her. So I go ahead and get my nails. I get a gel manicure and pedicure and my mother gets gel on her nails. The guy who I talked was really nice and he did an execellent job on my nails. I paid 50 dollars and left a tip because he deserved it and I was happy with my nails. However on day two my nails begin to lift up and apart of it chipped. I have gotten gel nails before and I know it is supposed to last longer than this. I call the woman back and she tells me to come back in that day but sadly I was at work that day and the next two days after. On day three my nail is worse than day two and my other nails began to peel and lift up. My step mothers nails also chipped off as well. The customer service was great but I am disappointed that I spent this much on nails that were going to chip on day two and three.Edit: I came back and got them redone. He told me the OPI stays longer than any others. He was really nice and they do have great excellent customer service. The customer service was great but leaving, I realized that on my right hand, he put the top coat on but on the left hand he didnt put any top coat on. I just did it myself when I went home.

Im on vacation from Atlanta and I really needed my nails done. I searched on google and read reviews and decided on this salon. I came in around 6 unaware that the closing time was 7. The tech I had Vicki was very sweet very gentle and patient. Although they closed at 7 she was still working on me and didnt do a rush job or make me feel bad about being there. She took her time and didnt skip any steps and my nails came out so perfect! They are my favorite nails ever. I wish I could keep coming back here but I live 6 hours away 😩.

I recently went to ninis nails for the first time, and let me just say the workers are amazing and the shop is beautiful. Unfortunately when getting my nails done I was cut up badly. I had realized when I first got cut but chose not to say anything in hopes that the worker would immediately apologize, instead he moved on to the next nail and cut that one up too in which that is when he apologized with a simple “sorry” and continued on. I understand these things happen so I’m not the type of client to raise hell but at the same time workers need to be more apologetic and grasp the fact that they’re filing too vigorously, because of the cuts to my fingers the worker wasn’t able to shape one hand properly. The right hand (which he did first) is coffin, while the left hand (the cut up one) is still coffin but not as tapered. It wasn’t until I went to go wash my hands that I had realized a total of 4 fingers were cut and burning like hell while washing them. Later that night I went out and couldn’t stop complaining about how my fingers hurt and ached so bad from these cuts. Even still feeling the pain the next morning. I loved the work they did but I won’t be coming back. They need to be more careful with their clients because after all we are paying for this service.

I am leaving a 5 star review because my nail technician, Trina, was excellent. She was so sweet and professional! Booking an appointment was easy, and I greatly appreciate all of the covid-safety precautions NiNi nails uses to keep staff and guests safe.However, I feel it is important to address the treatment of the friend who joined me for her own appointment at the salon. This friend was paired with a nail technician we will call V, who made an incredibly rude comment based on assumption to my friend. It was appalling, hurtful, and when corrected...she laughed. No apology. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but the comment made was obviously so wrong. Women go to salons to feel good about themselves...and women should support other women...but what I witnessed in this moment was a woman cutting down another woman. I am writing this because I dont want this to happen to other women who may be visiting the salon...they should leave feeling great! And not leave feeling like my friend did :/

I did not have an appointment but was quickly taken care of for a pedicure and acrylic filling. This was my first time here and I have been searching for a nail place for a couple of years. Nini and Cici made me feel like I finally found a place I can return to.

Recently redecorated. The staff is nice. However the inside feels cramped to fit a lot of booths. It wouldn’t bother me but they don’t have a nail dryer because of all the tables.

I love it here!! First off they are taking great safety precautions during these times. You walk in, they take your temperature and then you have to wash your hands immediately. In order to pick a polish you must put gloves on. All the seats are socially distanced.My nail tech is Kim and she is so amazing! She does a great job every time and always makes me feel special.Pictured here is what is included with the green tea pedicure. I highly recommend it!Give this place a try you will love it as well🙂

So my family and I just moved to the Tampa area and Since the Coronavirus hit I haven’t been able to keep up with my nails and eyebrows. I found NiNi Nails and Spa on google and it had really good reviews. I went today and had an amazing experience. I got the Signature Pedicure done by Lisa. She was really nice and took her time. She also did my eyebrows, which she said she’s been doing for over 35 years. Overall I felt like a brand new person leaving. My eyebrows were waxed to perfection and I felt extremely relaxed. Will definitely go back and I recommend Lisa

From the moment I walked in, I had my temperature taken, and was given gloves to put on. I had just come from work so I already had a mask. This Salon is spotless! I had a set of nails that I had already and had them soaked off. Vickie is the lady that did my nails for me. She actually soaked my set off. She didnt use a nail tip like other places Ive been. She took her time and did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! I have found my new nail salon!!!!

I will only use Vicki she is so great. Im a difficult patron because its so hard to pick from so many options and I change my mind all the time, im also very picky about my nails, if one is off a bit I will focus on that for 2 weeks waiting to go back but Vicki always makes sure its right, she asks me and I dont have to worry about saying no but that doesnt happen with her because she knows me. Love the owner Nini, she is always very sweet and if I come up with a crazy idea she can assist if needed.

SNS nails were ok, gritty finish on some nails, lacks the usual lustre. I did get there late, so that part may have been hurried. Ill have to give them another try to accurately review that portion. Deluxe pedicure was great. Many upgrades available. Very nice place overall, the owner is fantastic and very helpful.Update 1 year later: awful dip manicure, uneven nails, uneven color, no cuticle trim offered, incorrect process. Ive used this dip brand for over 3 years and used this color, its never looked this bad. Complete waste of time and money.

I’ve gone to many nail salons over the years and I have never met anyone with as much precision and attention to detail as Vicki. Vy is wonderful also. NiNi, the owner, as well as the rest of the staff are incredibly kind, considerate, and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The salon is very well run and always extraordinarily clean.
