This is the first time i ever gave a review. Ive gotten my nails done for years and never been upset like this. This is what i wanted vs what i got. They told me it was $5 per butterfly and i didnt want the butterflies. However, i asked them for a non gel set, they gave me gel anyway, and charge me for it. They didnt give me the crystals i wanted. They were closing and i made the mistake of paying. They proceed to tell me the next day when i came back that i couldnt get a refund but to get my nails done again by the same person. They charge my $80 for whats on the right. Ive seen the other reviews and feel so bad because these people don’t understand nail shaping. But as a nail tech, i feel so disappointed. The nail tech was yelling at me saying no refunds and said it was my fault. The shaping was bad and the gel was everywhere in my cuticles. I wanted to give them zero stars. Please dont get your nails done here

I get my nails done here all the time and theyre all great! I havent had any of them give me anything I wasnt completely satisfied with

My first time here I had a man named David do my full set and it was awful. I said I was never coming back. I came back today because of last minute trying to get my daughter ready for senior pictures.Thu did my pedicure and it was amazing! She took her time and was very detailed on getting my feet perfect. Also the lady wendy did a amazing job on my daughter hands. Thu and wendy are amazing and I appreciate the awesome customer service!!!!!

Edited: my service was done by David.. Horrible experience. Worst set of nails I have ever recieved. I asked for a natural overlay and I recieved a horrible unnatural set of nails. I was also watching and they were not properly sanitizing. I asked to at least put a color on them and he wanted to add $10 on top of service after arguing. Listen I am a licensed Cosmetologist. I would never speak to a guest the way I was spoken to. I was cut several times and now it looks infected. I will be contacting the health department.So ladies all tools need to be disinfected at least 10 mins. So if your sitting down right after another client run!. If the file or tools are covered in nastiness run! Imagine catching hepatitis or something else when all you were doing was trying to get your nails done!

I live on the west coast and have not found anyone better than We Care Nails for a mani/pedi.

Everyone is always very kind and professional and the quality of their work is far better than any nail salon I’ve been to. I always get acrylics and they last a long time.

The nail tech I had was named David he took forever to do my nails over 2HRS then as he got to polish my nails they was ugly and my nails looked bubble and lumpy. Also he had got an attitude with me because I complained about the way he was polishing my nails then he stop in told someone else to polish. I will not be returning to this nail salon all they want is tips but give out bad service!

The MOST HORRIBLE PLACE!!! DONT EVER consider going here! People get treated horrible! Specially when you tell them you don’t want something! They cursed you out and don’t listen to what you want! They act like you asking them to do a favor! Not paying for a service! The product they use is so cheap! Your nails don’t last !

Its with great despair that I leave a poor rating. I made an appointment for a pedicure and due to Covid you cant touch the door, they prefer to let you in to take temp, sign waiver, wash hands etc...... Understandably and I appreciate them caring for the customers. However, I get to the door for my appointment and stand to door as the instructs and its getting ready storm. Everyone doing nails looks up see me standing to the door and NOONE absolutely NOONE got up to allow me entrance. One worker stood and looked at me and proceeded to go on to something else. I am appalled at the POOR customer service. If it wasnt for Vo I would not return. Poor poor poor customer service.

Nice clean environment

The shop was very clean and took very good precautions to keep everyone safe. They take your temperature at the door and immediately have you wash your hands. All the staff are very nice as well

Very welcoming. First time called in and with a smile I could hear through the phone was told to come on in. Very friendly, bright atmosphere, and quick to serve. Multiple technicians available that do it all. I got a spa pedicure and my tech, Wendy was very good and attentive. Again first time but will not be my last. ........

Very friendly service ! Love my nails .. I’ve been hunting for 4 years for a good nail shop ! My hunt is over ! Temp check when u walk Thur the door ! Mask are mandatory and u must wash your hands and sign a waiver when u arrive !! Prices are good ! Definitely will be going back for a fill... 🙂

I’m really sad to leave a bad review because the customer service is great. But it’s the truth, my acrylics were badly shaped with streaks, bubbles, and bumps in the end. The acrylic was over my cuticle and quite rough. It was also quite painful. The staff is so nice though, so welcoming and friendly. I‘m sad to say the acrylics were undoubtedly..bad.

I’ve known Mike and Kim for years and they do an amazing job. Mike’s daughter is the best in pedicures. Mike is my go to nail guy in Tampa. I love long nails and with Mike they never break nor crack. I come down once a month since I live far but the drive is worth it!

Got a mani-pedi and nail set in a little more than an hour. The techs were nice, and even though there was a bit of a language barrier, I got what I wanted. Ill be going back again.

Could use some training in better customer service. And not ask a paying client to remove their own nail polish with a dirty, used, stained crusted sponge jar. I was disgusted & disappointed so walked out and went down the road to another nail salon with quality customer service.

I came about a week ago around 7. My first time an the staff was really nice i got a gel full set. At first the guy didnt shape my nails how i wanted it. But i told him an he fixed it the way i wanted.

Was in search of a good nail shop and tried them and I must say they are the best. Also found my good nail tech David works there now so it made the experience even better. Definitely my new spot!!!!

Wish I could have e 0 stars. One of the men filled my nails and the fill was fine, the paint job was terrible. After he was done I asked to speak with a manager then he started arguing with me. To further prove I was not crazy, I asked another customer how she thought and my nails looked and she shared the same opinion with me, they look as if I didn’t them at home myself and she said Personally she would not pay for that. I got a gel fill on my nails. I spoke wit the manager and she agreed to redo them. She did better, but that doesn’t say much seeing as though the first product was extremely terrible. I normally go to Sun Nails on Bloomingdales Ave and they are amazing. I came here because it conveniently worked with my schedule and I was on a time crunch but never again. High don’t recommend.

Literal trash. They don’t know how to do basic pedicures. I had to come back for them to fix it and they still couldn’t bounce back, seriously disappointing. It’s this one lady with glasses and long hair, do not get her for pedicures, she honestly doesn’t know what she’s doing!

I went to do manicures and pedicures, the lady treated me very rude, she did a bad job, the gel on her hands was horrible and then she was in a hurry because it was late and they had to go and hands and feet with Gel on me. they charged $ 72 dollars

Great service, although it took forever for dip nails. Girl had to redo 3 nails cause she messed up!

Horrible experience.... They will quote one price then raised it by $10, the nails were bumpy, different in shape and looked very unnatural, the polish was thin and then still wanted to up the price to add diamonds when all of this was suppose to be in the first price. I will tell anyone not to go to this place and they do understand and speak good English.

If i could give no star i would they should be. Called don’t care when it comes to nails they have no idea what a good acrylic nail looks like i went and got my nails done first off let me mention I’ve been getting my nails done( acrylic)since i was 15 so i know a good and bad job it’s not even the. Case of me being picky because i can settle but what i can’t settle for is a 60$ job that I’m not satisfied with .. when i first got there i showed them a picture of what i wanted when he attempted to do the job he failed so i switch it up some easier ombré for one the shaping is horrible you can see the separating in the pink and white my cruticles weren’t pushed back he applied the acrylic on my cruticles the acrylic is uneven my nails are uneven this not even the worse part when i came back 2 days later which is today to get a refund because of the bad job and a nail broke i was very polite i told them exactly what was wrong they told me wait for the owner he will be in so i wait he comes in i tell him same thing he tells me let him fix it i told him i didn’t want them fixed i wanted i refund i felt that nobody in there could satisfy me and i didn’t have the time to sit 2 hours and get them done he says they don’t do refunds he was willing to do a whole new set because it’s all acrylic no other way u can fix so that means he would be doing a full set which is equivalent to what i paid first time which is $60 but before that he has to soak off which cost $15 so technically he loosing time and more money so i asked why couldn’t he just refund my money he gets loud and my bestie said something he told her to SHUT UP 🤦🏽‍♀️And this is the owner ...

Do not go to this place!!! They charge too much for horrible work!!! Your better off putting on press on nails. Ugh!!

The place is really dirty and the service is pretty terrible. I got a basic mani/pedi but my nails were not filed straight and my toenail polish was so dull. The close at 8 according to Google and whats on the door of the salon. I arrived right around 7 and they started my pedicure then asked for payment because they wanted to close the register down. They started turning people away at about 7:30. I will not be back. There was a lady who worked there that was rushing the man doing my nails so he was a little frazzled.

I swear the workers there must be as blind as moles. The girl doing my pedicure cut too cut close to the cuticle on my big toe, causing it to bleed. Her solution/suggestion was to put my foot back into the tub of water. The man working on my manicure was rough and his aggressive working of the nail file has caused me to have a cut under my right thumb. Im quite honestly surprised the health department hasnt closed them down already :/

I loved everything about this nail place but I overly love THU. That’s my girl she always slaying my toes (only get toes I don’t wear nails) but everyone else is just as good

My FIRST time here was decent, they were prompt and nice probably b/c it was empty. The SECOND time I went was horrible, he rushed through my pedicure and charged my credit card TWICE! I still havent gotten my money back.Kind of dirty inside, and the use crappy nail polish.Horrible

My nails and toes are so hideous even after asking MIKE to fix them not once but 3 times and they still looked as if i did them at home. Mike is the boss and he is very rude, sarcastic, and disrespectful. He was mad when i asked him to fix my nails and toes after he messed them up. Do NOTTTT come to we care nails because they don’t care !

Just walked in about five minutes ago and the guy asked me what I needed I replied gel manicure and pedicure and he told me they were closed even though it was 6:58pm and they close at 8!!! I then told him I thought you guys closed at 8 and he turned around like if I was stupid and said cant you see how busy we are. We even called first while we were on the way to make sure they were open until 8 and the women on the phone said yes! HORRIBLE service!
