Used to love this place but lately its been different lately.

My go to spot! I am never disappointed and always have absolutely stunning nails. I highly suggest Amerinails for your next nail appointment. I’ve been to a bunch of different salons around Tampa and haven’t gotten anywhere near the quality I get when I go to Amerinails!

So first off, I spent almost 2 hours to get a full set of acrylic and a woman who came in after me got her nails done before mine. I was told a full set of acrylic was 22$ and I walked out paying 32$. 5$ to take them off (which was expected) and then 5$ to make them a coffin shape. Ive never been charged extra to get my nails coffin shaped nor did my tech tell me that theyd be extra until she was done. I wouldve been happy to pay the 32$ had my nails been perfect. The quality of the nails are very poor and sloppy and my tech rushed the work. I would not recommend this place to anybody nor will I EVER come back. Very disappointing experience and Im not happy with service.

There not good in eyebrows with my experience. My eyebrows where done in less then a minute. So if don’t want uneven eyebrows I suggest you don’t go. There good in shaping nails, but not applying the nail polish.

Outstanding results and care

Went to get my eyebrows waxed 7/25/20 which they hadn’t been waxed in about a month. And let me tell youuuu!!! The job was done very quick never waxed the unabrow area(sorry for misspelling) no oil was put on my brows after the waxing not nothing.I was better off with my eyebrows NOT being done. Poor poor quality of work!!!!!!! This lady have my eyebrows uneven and I said to her I don’t like it!!I promise you you can not tell they were even waxed! And she had the audacity to ask did I want to leave her a TIP! My tip for the day is she need not to be waxing eyebrows. So I guess you know I had to go across the street in the plaza with BRAVO and get my eyebrows redone. Your given your business a bad REP for the poor quality of work

LOVE THIS PLACE, I FINALLY FOUND A NAIL PLACE WORTH GOING TO SINCE I MOVED FROM NY TO FL. THE HOT WAX AND STONE MASSAGE THEY GIVE YOU WITH YOUR PEDI IS SO RELAXING. THE SERVICE IS GREAT AND THEY ARE VERY CLEAN. MY NAILS LAST A LONG TIME AND STILL LOOK GREAT.

25 dollars for a gel polish change on celeb toes this place is taxing on there broad it says 10 dollars for a regular polish change with the up charge of veal the most it should have been was 15 dollars I think nail places need to have a set price on basic services and not up charge the. When they want to that’s exactly what these Asian places do

I just left this place. I walked in for the first time ever to get my eyebrows waxed. Before I walked in the door, the lady was outside on the phone and asked if I needed help. My first thought was wow, this is great customer service. Then she proceeded to lead me inside and stayed on the phone the entire time. I was given no verbal directions as to where to go or sit. Once she was done waxing, she nudged my shoulder and pointed at the mirror signaling she was done. I followed her to the front desk to pay, mind you she was still on the phone talking this entire time. I paid and left without so much as getting the ladys name or even a good bye. I did get a thank you though when I handed her her tip. Not sure Ill ever go back.

The pedicure is amazing. The nail polish is not so much. the edges were kinda messy and the coats uneven. My sisters nails came out fine however. Maybe just wouldn’t pick a light color or come in at a busy time. The pricing was weird too. My sisters card got taken before she even knew the total, when we were told it was a little higher than what we expected from the prices listed.

Very cute & quite spot. Didnt catch any names but there was a man and lady, the gentleman did my nails exactly how i asked, perfect shape and took his time and the woman that was there was so cute and helpful as well.. Spent the hour watching king of queens and walked out feeling fab!

Worst. Experience Ever. Got Dip or SNS powder from the man.Nail chipped in less than 2 days.They all had wrinkles and cracks.And the man charged me 40$ and the next girl came in and was charged 35$. They’re not worth 20.Dip from my previous salon lasted 3 weeks. And never chipped. In 5 months.Too bad i moved.Update:Sally did fix them and the young guy did a good job on my pedicure.The old guy seems to rush and didn’t do a good job. Also, had an attitude when I needed to get his work fixed. (Like I wanted to be in the nail salon twice in 2 days 😞)Changed from 1 to 3 stars because the pedicures are good for only 20$ and sally did do an okay job of fixing his bad work.

So kind and inviting. Went here because it is one of the few nail salons in the area open in the evenings on Sunday’s and I am so impressed it is my new nail spot.

This place does not care about your nails. The job is rushed & doesnt look good after a few days.I will never go back. 2 of my nails fell off within a week. That has never happened to me & I have been wearing gel nails for along time.

I got a full set and french manicure the week of Christmas. They were one of the only ones open and/or available so I went in for a try. It was my first visit. There were only about 3 techs, but they managed to get to me in less than 30 minutes. I understood it was busy so I did not complain. What I did not like so much is the idea of feeling rushed I have really dry feet so I was hoping to get a lot of my callus removed but the tech did the pedicure so fast that she didnt do such a good job. I left there and my feet were still really rough, did not really clean my toe nails nor cut them really, just not good. My nails were okay. The only thing is I asked for Stiletto nails and she cut them as coffin nails! I believe they can do better, they were just busy, rushing and understaffed. The staff was friendly though

Im sitting in the pedicure chair right now and its hands down the best Ive had! They take their time and really cherish their work. Good prices and great services. Definitely the place to go. Open mon -sat 9:30-7. And Sunday 12-5Hope this helps

This place is simply amazing!! Best nail shop I have ever been to in Tampa. From the customer service to the relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very professional and does not do a rush job like most places. Everyone is awesome. The pedicures are amazing!! They are open 7 days a week stop in you will be glad you did!

Do not get acrylics done here. Bumpy and terrible. Gel manicure peeled off in days. Polish was in my cuticle and on my finger. And they really arent that nice iether. Please, just go somewhere else.

Went here for the first time today. She did an amazing job! Ive never had a better set of nails before. She spent a very good amount of time and didnt rush at all. Definitely will be going back and definitely would recommend.

I figured I would give this place a try since it is so close to my house. That was my first mistake.. I got my nails done and they were SO rushed for no reason.. the proper steps were not followed. It took like 20 minutes which is too quick. Whatever, I left. I went back to next day for them to be fixed because they looked like they had already been on for a week or so. I went back 2 weeks later.. just because of the convenience of the shop and I figured Id give it another shot. My nails began to lift 5 days after I got them done and the gel was also peeling. I gave them a call and she basically said it was my fault. I had to get my nails done at my original salon (30 mins away) and I will gladly make that drive every 2 weeks. Dont waste your money.

I have been a customer for this establishment for approximately 11 years. I have been through three different owners for days nail shop. The new owner work is below average; her husband is a little bit better. They don’t care about customer service and honoring appointment times specially if you call weeks in advance. There are only two people working full-time. You will have to way a long time or you will be turn around at the door telling you to come back in 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time there is a better nail salon down in Bruce B downs new Tampa area behind the Olive Garden’s. They have multiple people to take care of you they are super nice and the work is excellent. Don’t waste your time and money at Amerinails is not worth it.

Ive been going there for the past three months and I have nothing but good things to say about this nail salon. They are attentive, are willing to work with my schedule, and when I came back with a problem they handled it professionally and without any fuss at all. Their massage chairs are amazing and theyre more than happy to serve you a beverage while theyre busy at work to make your nails look like candies. I have a rough job in the auto industry and my nails are subjected to a lot of abuse. Their work lasts for 15+ days and I end up at the salon because my nails have grown too long. Pedicures are great and my feet feel marvelous after a great scrub down. No matter how the salon is running, they dont rush you in, out, and around the place. Calm atmosphere in an easy location. I picked them the first time because they were close to home. I kept going back because theyre clean, efficient and they know what theyre doing. Thumbs up!!

Stop using products of poor quality. I got my nails done and the next day most (7 to be exact) of my nails were ruined. When I called to see what could be done, the manager told me that it was to be expected with regular polish and hung up in my face. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone that expects quality or decent customer service 👎

I just left being very disappointed! First time customer and LAST. When i informed the tech that my nails were not done correctly. They were very busy (Christmas week) with only 3 techs. It was more like hurry and get ur money than to provide a good service. Sad thing they are walking distance from my house. And i will not be coming back!

This place was amazing! You will walked in and immediately taken care. Now there is a new owner. I made an appointment and she took walk-ins before me. Then she said Sorry hon...waiting time 1 hr. Really, I walked away and will never be back. Customer service used to be priority especially returning customers. Now is money drive.

Not pleased with my service. The person who did my pedicure rushed the entire time doing my nails. Nails were not cut evenly and polish looks bumpy. I do not recommend.

Best nail salon in the New Tampa area:)

My nails were rushed and they werent even busy. Just me and two lady on their way out. I asked to have a few things corrected and there was an excuse for why this and that was like that. The gel burns (which I know I does) but hours later and I still have that sensation. Also, their manicure nail supplies didnt looked well maintained. I should have just gotten up and walked out but I decided to give them a benefit of the doubt... Regretfully.

I get gel nails and they always last and such a reasonable price... this is my fave place in the area

They did an okay job waxing my eyebrows, but the customers service was beyond subpar. The lady hardly looked at me, let alone said anything to me. She was very cold, very distant and when she did speak to me, she was extremely curt. The service was fast - but the cold, unwelcoming vibe of the establishment was a buzz kill.

Awesome staff. The older lady takes her time and pays attention to every detail.

I had been there before for a pedicure and enjoyed it so I decided to go back for a full set of acrylic nails. The lady that did my nails rushed through them and it showed. I asked for round nails. When she was done, none of them were the same shape and they were lop sided and just overall bad. You could still see my actual nail on the sides of the acrylic nails. Will not go back there ever again. When you pay for a service, youd expect people to care about their customers. This place doesnt.

Been here before to get my pedicures done but my recent visit was just BADDDD! I find it very thoughtful how they use a new pumice rock kit every time they do someone’s feet and they give you the kit at the end. Never before have I had to pay for the kit. I also got a full set done which it’s only been a week and my middle finger nail is lifting and my pinky is cracked ! I am very picky when it comes to my nails & I feel he felt a certain way when I was telling him what I like and what I don’t like that’s why he charged me extra for the pumice rock kit. I even mentioned to him you all never charged me before he was like it’s always been like that and I told him no it hasn’t. If you’re going to change your policy let your customers know. Overall worst experience ever. But they do good pedicures ONLY do not get your hands done there.

Great price & perfect customer service.

I usually go here to get pedicures and for some reason I decided to get a manicure and Sally was just rude all around. She told me one price and because there were only 3 staff and the customers waiting decided to walk out she waited to get to the register and punch in an entirely different price that was almost a $10 difference from the price she’s told me before and then when I brought it to her attention that she was over charging me she then yelled at me and was pretty nasty about the entire situation. Bad Bussiness. I’ll stick to getting my nails done on the south side of Tampa where they know a little more about hospitality and customer service!!

Made in appointment and after fifteen minutes of waiting the lady asked if I had somewhere to be, then told me 5 more minutes. 30 minutes later I walked out after the lady was talking smack to the client she had about me being upset and no one had helped me still. Plus while I was sitting there watching the other techs they do NOT properly clean their equipment, this place is not well kept and very unprofessional. Dont waste your time like they wasted mine.

The worst customer service ever. If you call and try and resolve any concerns or problems they will just hang up on your face. Bad quality of polish also. Do not trust the lady with your nails.
