Called ahead to get prices and availability. They were very nice on the phone and even nicer in person. All the employees we came into contact with were very nice and helpful. We got manicures and pedicures. The prices were literally $2 more than I pay at my usual spot but worth it.

Was looking for salon in new area and glad I found this place. Service and quality is amazing, everyone is professional, no yelling in native language. Absolutely recommend this place, my nails definitely leaving happy.

The salon was beautiful and Henry did a beautiful job on my deluxe pedicure and my manicure was lovely kept it natural and the designs were lovely. I was visiting from out of town and would highly recommend!

I have been going here since they opened in 2003. This is the place where most everyone in Tampa Palms goes. They are very friendly here, and they do a great job.

Went to get a pedicure, don’t know the name of the lady but she was not professional at all, first told me how bad my toe nails was, wish it made me very uncomfortable, then was too rough and was hurting me, then I see she cut me, so I started bleeding and didn’t stop, then she got in the phone with her kids and having a conversation with them while doing my toes, I really wanted to leave. Very disappointed and I will never come back.

Mia is the best with her massages and my nails look beautiful. I did the dip and she did it thin so looks so natural. The salon itself is gorgeous. The price was very good too. I live in Carrollwood but it is worth the drive to come here.

Over the weekend my Husband and I visited the Salon for the first time since the pandemic. I asked for a deluxe pedicure for my husband and I, the service was horrible. This is the first time that I didnt tip for a service. We were given pedicures by what seemed to be 2 inexperienced teenagers. If it was a basic service id understand them getting practice but if were paying for a deluxe service an experienced tech should have completed our Pedicures. Our feet were still scratchy, the products for the deluxe were cold, are nails werent properly cleaned or filed. We paid and went to another Salon to fulfill the service which was very upsetting. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

It was my first time at happy nail and I for sure left happy!! Long was fast and efficient. While I was there I noticed multiple employees keeping up with sanitizing which is always a plus. I showed him a photo of my nail art design and he did an amazing job!

No interaction what so ever. I asked to do a regular color on my nail with gel, and I would pay more and it was a No no. Lady said I could not do Dip with Gel coat so I did not want to do it. They guy said he would do it. Just seems like they do not really care to make you happy. They just want to run their business. It has not even been 2 week and one nail broke within 3 days!!!!! At this point all of my nails are already lifting and easily coming off. Very disappointing. I paid about $80 with tip included. Not happy at all and will not be returning.

This salon has such a bad energy within it. From the owners to many of the nail techs, they certainly do not come from a place of welcoming the customer nor maintaining a level of consistent professionalism. I believe the owners are a married couple and both of them lack such people skills and professionalism. They don’t value the customer so neither does the employees. They’ve done a recent face lift to change the look which updated and gave it more of a fresh look however the personnel it’s still just as poor. I guess that’s why most of them will continue to be tipped $3/4 instead of at least $10 or more consistently. Oh yeah, be VERY careful surrounding their prices, they don’t have any prices listed of their services for a reason.

Got the hot stone pedicure... tech scrubbed heels for 5 seconds very lightly with pad did not do callus removal heels were left dry. The deep tissue massage consisted of her moving her palms back and forth for 7 min then the hot stone she glides across my legs three times set under my foot for 2 min. when I asked her to check my heels to scrub it or sand it because it was still rough she handed me a scrub packet and said you can take this home and scrub it more; I come for nails all the time lee is great decided to try the pedicure to see if I want to switch from my current pedicure location no thanks save your money

I love it because my Girlfriend loves this place. It is always packed on the weekends but its more peaceful after work. Its not much for men or kids but you should check this place out. Lee always takes good care of my girlfriend and Im sure he will make sure you get what you need.

I ended up at Happy Nail tonight because the place thats a little closer to house was closed. Its the best thing thats happened to me all day. I had a long stressful day. I was the last customer that walked through the door and got a pedicure from Tony. The place was nice, clean and inviting! Tony did an amazing job on my pedicure! He was nice, caring and didnt rush through it even though it was time to go. I will definitely recommend this place and theyve gained a new repeat customer! Thank you Happy Nail!

This is a GREAT place to get your nails done! My family is new to Florida and my mom and I needed to get our nails done so we stopped by. The service was fast and the ladies that did our nails were very kind. Overall, a wonderful relaxing experience.

I had my initial set put on for $40 basic color in gel. Came back for a fill which shows $20 and up on their brochure- I was charged $35 plus tip for a basic color no special shape just a basic fill. This place is THE BIGGEST joke. The nails are crooked and it’s not a good job. I wouldn’t mind paying extra if I had something special but I didn’t. If I could have given less than 1 star I would have. Do not come here. Cheaper better places in Hyde Park.

If you arent a regular customer good luck with them even acknowledging you. You can say thank you a million times and never get a response. Had my nails done beautifully until the paint dried. When I brought it to two different workers attention they just looked at my nails with disinterest and kept on. So I paid and will never go back and will tell everyone about their rude service.

The staff are very friendly, even when they are busy everyone is super nice. Ive gone other places before but they hands down have the best gel application then others around. It is not uncommon for my gel to last a full 3 weeks from them.

Ive been going here for a year now. They always treat me kindly and do a great job with my eyebrows. Ive gotten a few manis and pedis and theyve been pretty good overall (depending on nail tech really). There have only been a few times where my nails were painted too quickly and the coats did not dry properly so they were messed up as soon as I left. But Im kind of laid back about that so I didnt mind as much.. (I just get regular nail polish, nothing expensive like acrylic or gel). Overall I enjoy my visits here.

I’ve been coming here for over two years now and never had a problem until the last two times - I come in every couple of months to get my pedicure done. Both times they cut my nails uneven. This time not only was it uneven, but the nail tech painted over my cuticles and didn’t fix it, didn’t paint my pinky toes all the way, and the nail polish was uneven. The quality has gone down and I will be searching for a new place.

Took three people to shape acrylic nail over an hour and a half time but they still aren’t even. i could’ve painted my nails better, they painted all over my skin. they still charged me full price and the staff is rude and not helpful. don’t have someone do acrylics that doesn’t know how.

Owners are pretty rude, they don’t acknowledge you when you come in, they act like they don’t even want business. They don’t pay attention while doing your nails, they’re playing on their phones while doing your nails? So unprofessional. The nails are very average for the price and just overall bad experiences here.

The staff was very nice and did good. Be aware, dont ever buy gift certificate from them because if the gift certificate is not sign by the owner they wont accept it. Just becareful they can cheat on your money without even you know it.

On Two separate occasions I’ve called to make an appt And they schedule it, and when I arrive At the time I was booked for all the employees are gone and only have one employee there and basically turn me away so I will not go back for service

Bad service. I have been here several times but have never had such a bad experience. I had told the nail tech (who was very nice) that I wanted a spa pedi and 1 acrylic nail added to my big toe due to mine breaking off (tech was aware of this PRIOR to beginning the spa pedi). Once the tech completed the spa portion, she asked an older guy nail tech if he could do my acrylic nail and he said No. She then proceeded to tell me that she could paint my nail instead of doing me having the acrylic nail added...not what I asked for.I dont know how you can tell a customer what youre going to do for them, instead of doing what was agreed upon. I wasnt mad with the nail tech for depending on a team member to do what she couldnt, however why should I change what I aked for initially.I told several times in a calm tone that I wanted an acrylic nail added, she insisted that shed paint it. I then insisted on leaving and going somewhere else to have my nails completed in which I was willing to pay the tech half due to the half job (mind you I had no paint or anything on my toes and still in a fair mood considering). The tech then got the female owner who was very rude. Instead of getting out of pocket with customers she should have addressed her staff (the older guy especially). If a customer tells you what they want, you can let them know if it can or cannot be done period to avoid confusion, simple.

Went in for a liquid gel full set, and was told the wait would be 45min. ( I also called before hand to make sure that they offered this service and had time for a walk in) I waited. And once I was in the chair the girl asked me what I wanted I stated, “a liquid gel full set” she says ok and begins filing my nails. A couple moments later she says she’s doing acrylic and I stop her and tell her that I’m not there for acrylic and I want liquid gel, she then goes on to say that she cannot do liquid gel and I wouldn’t be able to be serviced. Keep in mind this is happening on a Sunday @4:30pm after I arrived at a reasonable time of 3:30, so now I have to walk away and can’t even go to another salon because they all close at 5! This could have all been avoided if the man in the front who was more concerned about the Miami vs Cincinnati game had payed better attention to his customer and less on a football game. Word of advice go somewhere else that won’t waiste your time and look at you stupid when you walk out because of their mistake. -1st and last time

VERY MAD AT THIS PLACE. WAS THERE THIS MORNING AND MY 4 YEAR OLD SON WATED A FOOT MESSAGE WHEN I WAS GETTING MINE. I TOLD THEM ID PAY. one of tge ladys that worked there come up and said he is a boy, he shouldnt get lotion or nails done. I know he is a boy bit he is 4 and what business is it to her. VERY RUDE.

They never have enough people working to accommodate the wait time. They push you to getting Gel even though you told them a thousand times you don’t want it.

First off, the nail technician was rude, no hello, nothing. Then I asked for my nails to be cut down and almond shaped however I left with long stiletto nails. I settled for a French manicure which is subpar. I didnt have time for him to fix anything. Poor service all the way around.

They refused to put new acrylic on my nails because they said it took them to long to do. Its been less than a week and my nails are broken and chipped. A week in more issues like snags and gaps in my nails are happening and these are my REAL nails. They also refused to add rhinestones I brought because they said it took too long for them and I even said to do whatever I just wanted a bit of sparkle. When I tried to get an appointment 2 days later the owners husband Lee Im assuming, just passed the phone to someone else to avoid me. I came in often, Im nice and tipped well each time, and even said I will pay whatever the cost and am okay with staying longer to get it done, but they gave me one of the worst services Ive experienced.
