I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new nail salon. I went in as a walk in and asked if she accepted walk in’s she told me no that she only did by appointments. I was fine with that so I made an appointment to come back 2 hours later. When I showed up 15 mins before my appointment the salon was closed with a note on the door that said they would be back at 2 (which was the time of my appointment). After one of the lady’s that worked there opened the shop I walked in and sat down after about 10 mins of waiting one of them finally asked me if I had an appointment with Mia. I told them yes then she told me that Mia is on her way that she will be there in 10 mins so I waited. 25 mins later Mia still had not shown up so I just got up and left. This was my second attempt at going to this salon and never ending up getting anything done. What’s the point in making a appointment if she doesn’t keep the appointment. This salon is definitely not new client friendly.

Today I enjoyed getting my nails done because at other nail salons they dont treat u as family and I felt welcomed n part of it. Mia did an amazing job in doing my nails . I feel more confident in myself with my nails.

The owner is so nice I came to have her do my nails but she was busy with another client so she referred me to Abby who still did a great job the prices where great I honestly felt like I should have paid more so I left a great tip cant wait to go back

Well I’ve heard great things about this place and I was super excited to see her seeing how I am in the market for new nail tech. However unfortunately my experience was horrible she cut my nails off without asking me, after she put the nails on tells me how I will not be able to choose certain designs because she has appointment at 415 when if you could not service me appropriately you should have not taken me at all. We find a design and we realize that the color is clearly not the same color in pic she is aware of it and says yes I know but this color makes your skin pop, in a week the color should be the same as the pic. LETS KEEP IN MIND ITS MY BIRTHDAY TOMORROW so my nails design matched my outfit.(she is aware it’s my birthday cause I tell her I need them to be ready for tomorrow because it’s my birthday not a week from now) so now I’m realizing she is not willing to correct it and I tell her no mam leave as is. Mia you need you give better service to new clients just as existing clients.P.S Mia

I absolutely love coming here! Mia the owner is always attentive, very kind, listens to what I want and if I bring a picture in executes it well. I live the family feeling you get when you walk in and how friendly everyone is. She also treats my daughter like princess she is. No complaints.I highly recommend her !

Not to mention you leave looking amazing from head to toe. They offer manicures, spa pedicures, lashes, waxes, facials, and the most amazing full body massages..This is my home away from home!! 😍😍

The only reason I’m giving this place 1 star because the staff was very nice however my first time going there I spent $180 on a fresh full set of acrylic nails with designs and a gel pedicure with two acrylic nails on my big toes.I wore my set for three weeks when they started to look rough and I had no time to get back into the salon so I decided to soak my nails off at home. I was horrified with what grew under my acrylic. Literally on every nail they placed acrylic on Fungus grew now my natural nails look terrible. I’m so disappointed and disgusted that the staff isn’t taking the proper steps to sanitize their tools. I will never return.

So Ive been coming here for months and noticed that certain technicians are better than others which is pretty common and not a big deal. since it’s my birthday and I have a trip coming up I decided to make an appointment came in directly after work and used my PTO to come in for Mia’s last appointment Monday when I got there half an hour before my appointment I was told she wasn’t even there I was upset but I wasn’t that mad because you know things happen. I told them I’d wait for someone else to do them since I was already there. Ended up waiting over an hour past my appointment and didn’t leave till 9 pm. Still wouldn’t be upset if my nails were actually good. They weren’t they were awful. Every single nail was a different shape uneven on the sides rhinestone design was so stylish I had the woman take them off. And the paint itself was uneven and messily done she used colored acrylic for the accent which was unnecessary and it came out to be two different colors. Needed up messaging Mia herself to tell her how upset I was and I asked her to fix it herself. She offered to fit me in at 11am that following Thursday. I messaged her the day before to make sure she still had the availability and time. She confirmed and when I got there 5 minutes before 11 she had another person in her chair and had completely forgotten that she had an appointment with me. I needed up waiting AN HOUR for her. Got to listen in on a conversation about her always using “the best products” on her regulars and how she treats them extra special. All in all not worth the headache or time.

I love this spot. It has been my go to since 2017. I met my nail tech Yiselle and fell in love with her work. It feels like home every time I walk in. The prices are great, the staff and the services the ladies provide are awesome!

They had the holographic powder that I’ve been looking for but besides that I don’t see where all the high praising reviews came from. My nails and eyebrows were an absolute mess, I had the gel peel off the same day but due to my work schedule there was no way I was able to go back and have it fixed...I had polish all over my cuticles, my nails are lumpy and misshapen, I wasn’t rushed (although I was in a rush because I had to work, got there at 11:30, finished at 1:45 for a fill and eyebrows) my tech even took the time to go get a drink of water and then sit down, take meds, send a text, take a call, sip some more water, and then continue with my fill...prices were reasonable, but I’ll kindly drive past next time. I’ve seen these amazing pictures but it turns out only the owner is capable of doing that.

The experience was magnificent. The staff was really nice and pleasant. The atmosphere was fun and I enjoyed the service. I also liked the mixed culture staff. My nails look awesome and this is my new nail spot. 😉

Cozy salon I would recommend them to anyone. Need time away from life are kids this is the place to. My nails are amazing. The employees are very nice and help with everything I needed. Clean peaceful. I love

Well I drove 1/2 hr to get there. Reason, one of my students said they were great & her nails looked great. I a full set with white tips & clear acrylic, makes for a nice french look, then had some nail art done by Kelly, really nice. Great top coat....drys fast & is hard & shiny as it should be !! I will go back. Even if I did not leave my polishes here.... that is the only thing i can fault them on.....all other salons always remember to put the polishes I bring in my bag. I just think Kelly did not know they were mine is all. Its all good. :)

Best. Family owned. Been going here for years and Im treated like a friend each time. Sometimes (Saturdays) they are very busy and waits can be long..so either avoid the day or just know they are worth the wait. I drive out of my way just so Mimi can do my brows and her mom can do my nails 😍😍😍

Mia and her staff provide a very warm and welcoming feeling once you enter into the salon they work together as a family and they produce great work. When I get my nails done they last for at least four weeks without breakage or popping off they do excellent facials as well as manicures deluxe pedicures and beautiful nail art. I stand by the salon so much so that I am having my first fundraiser event there this month on July 20th! There are nothing but positive vibes is soon as you walk in the door and lots of laughter!

I often get my nails done here as you see in other reviews attitude is big problem in this store. I have been getting my nails done since I was 15 at this point I know exactly what I want and how I want it to be done. Ive also taken nail courses I know how things should be done properly. In the store it really depends on the person who does your set. The recent new owners of the store are really good with fixing your issues if you let them know. For some people it may be a little uncomfortable for them to step up and say something when there set is going wrong but right off the bat, if I know she or he is starting off in a way I dont like, I will gladly tell them to stop and have someone else finish my set. Before your set goes wrong let the manager know she will gladly take the time to take care of you and she will often give you a discount for inconveniences. I went in this weekend to get my set filled and three replacements they came out great after the manager took over when I didnt like how my technician was starting off my nails. My friend came along with me and she is now complaining that her cuticles burned because they drilled into her skin a bit. Shes very quiet and I know she didnt say much you were sitting too far away for me to speak up for her. SAY SOMETHING AND YOUR ISSUES WILL BE RESOLVED HERE. If youre not willing to speak up just find a different place because more often than not youre going to be unhappy with your manicure.

Everyone was so friendly and they all are passionate in what they do. Yisell did my nails and I re-booked she is amazing and I will continue to go back! Nail art is on point. Solid professional owner as well.

The owner of the salon did my nails. She was rushing so she could get to another client and did a horrible job. The polish doesnt even completely cover my nails and she cuticle jacked me bad -_- never going here again! Absolutely terrible service the nails are super chunky the techs dont ever do what you ask they made me wait all day when i could have gone to someone else and gotten my nails done way better and what i asked for not something the tech decided would look much better just because she didnt know how to do what i asked. Takes her time and doesn’t move too quickly, does nails perfectly.The full set nails are very cheap and are only 23$ nails art is literally 5$. The people here always greets you and are very funny as well .

They have become my new favorite place for all my nail needs! Krystal is amazing and creative. This is the first time in a very long time i have found someone who can do my nails and they not pop off within a week plus the material they use has actually helped my real nails to be stronger...when i have taken a set off they didnt look bad and feel brittle or break they were thick and strong... When krystal does my nails they feel so light weight and natural and look beautiful!!!! They also do massages and facials, eyebrows and pedicures.....❤❤❤

I contemplated leaving a review for over a year, but after seeing another review similar issue, I would suggest not going here. Ive had onychomycosis (if you want to educate yourself, research it) since May 2017. I know for a fact its the only place I was getting my pedicures done when I found out what I had. Also all the ointment the doctor gives you takes months. I still have mine until I go to a doctor practicing this particular area. Ever since Mimi sold the place, customer service and cleanliness went downhill. Also they charge you for things you didnt ask and prices were never consistent.

Extremely rude women. I walk in & the first thing I hear is “what do you want?” from a woman sitting on the couch on her phone. She was rushing through giving me a fill despite the fact the salon was completely empty probably just wanted to sit back on her phone & not make any money. Tried talking with her & I was completely ignored. Ended up leaving after she had filed my nails due to the clear lack of experience the woman had. Go across the street to Fantastic Nails for great customer service & experienced nail techs who care about the quality of the work. Only came here because Fantasic Nails is closed on Mondays & I drive an hour to come to them. Rather have half done nails for a couple of days than deal with this salon ever again.

It was a great experience to have gone to mimis. Mia did my nails for the holiday and she was awesome. No rush gentle and creative. Showed her a picture of what i want and she made it happen.

My favorite salon for the past few months, the staff is always amazing and nice and they always do a great job ! I’ve recommended a few new clients and know they come frequently as well! I was lookn for a salon to call home and this is definitely it ! Keep up the good work guys !!

Customer service was on point but my nails are not. Went there for a pink and white set and only one person seemed to know how to do it, my pink is still super bulky after I asked her to file it down and fill in the tips with more white acrylic to even it and theyre just bumpy. Also asked for coffin shaped nails and theyre still square as hell, so that was an extra wasted $5. And while I appreciate the time she took to care for my cuticles she charged me an extra $5 for it without even asking if I wanted it first, so I ended up paying $50 for Very mediocre nails. Not sure Ill be back,

Amy was very friendly and took her time with me. However, when it came time for designs, I explained what I wanted and Mimi was very rude and persistent on doing it the way she wanted. I left with no designs and still ended up paying 60$ for an overlay and painting my nails and toes. I will not be returning to this business due to her poor attitude !

Worst experience ever....I dnt even know where to begin... I normally dont leave reviews but Im just say this.. I will never go back...both mani and pedi came out horrible. I wanted straight dip Powder and got some bs gel that was thick bubbly and uneven..went back to have it redone and got some bs excuse as to why I could get powder so I had to pick another bs gel polish..not to mention the staff wasnt very welcoming everyone was on there phones...this place is a joke...now I have to go somewhere else for them to fix this bs nail job...

Mimis Is awesome. They are friendly and fun. They have awesome polish and designs like foil color change polish, glow in the dark, metallic, hologrphic and more. Great place to get amazing nails and pedis too. I always get complements on my nail.

Such a bad experience going there!!!! The tech who did my nails did a good job with the acrylic meaning they werent thick but she did a poor job with shaping and painting. All the nails looked different, lop sided and unprofessional. She looked like she was trying but she just did not succeed! I got gel polish and she didnt let them dry correctly or enough. By the time I left they had bubbles in it and here I am a week since and looking like Ive had them for a month, not to mention the gel is peeling off at this point. Totally not going there ever again since I have to now go somewhere else to fix their crappy job only a week though. Oh and she must be obsessed with the filer because she filed my nails till you could see my on nail on the sides, she cut me with the driller and when I left I felt my hands cramping and very uncomfortable....... Dont recommend ! They need more knowledable staff! 👎🏼

I would never go back to this place! Also thought it was going to be amazing after seeing it on instagram they did a horrible job on my nails all together. I ended up shaping myself when I left after I paid an arm & a leg for crappy nail work & rude customer service. Never again! Would not recommend!

I loved coming here until yesterday. I been coming here for about 4 years when mimi was the owner. I came in yesterday and Mia said she would do my nails. Normally you would have to schedule her by appointment only. I told her I wanted chrome or silver holographic. She told me she would do something nice and summery for me and a unicorn nail. She said to trust her and I did. She did my nails up until it came time to design them. She said she will design after my pedicure that way she can take her time. I didnt know what color to get since she was doing my nails and picking the color. Long story short it came time for her to design my nails and she gel polished another ladys nails making me wait. She started doing somebody elses nail after that. I started to get mad. She told me somebody else is going to do my nails. I said I thought you were going to do my nails. She said I did in a condescending tone. She said she fit me in and she had other appointments trying to throw it in my face. Mind you I was fully aware I didnt have an appointment. She told me she would do them and design because she didnt have anything to do. She went back on her word and I dont like that. She made the girl paint my nails with color I didnt want. If she wasnt able to do my nails she should have said that from the beginning. I was there almost three hours. She didnt do my nails but still dictated what I could get. My nails were done and the girl kept asking me what did I want, which didnt make any sense. I never got a unicorn. I got pink holo why couldnt just get what I wanted. She to me I scared on of her girls. I did not you dont treat your customers like children. Mia is too power hungry. She said come back and rest youre just tired.I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN!!!!!

My granddaughter enjoyed getting her nails done. The place is clean and employees friendly.

I have been going to mimis for years and after this last experience I am never stepping food in there again. I recently got a fill done by a young man there and the my acrylic nail was lifting. I asked him if I should remove the while nail and get a new set. He said no. He did my nails but did not remove all the lifted and gappy areas. Fast forward to the next and last time I went there is noticed that same nail that lifted looked funny under the nail. I asked him what is that and he told me its just the color of my natural nail. I asked him if he was sure because it does look like that and he keep saying its my nail. I asked him if I should take this set off and he said no. Since mimi wasnt there he did chrome on my nails, which rubbed off within 3 days. About a week later I took the Polish off and it turns out its fungus on my nails. The same nail he told me no to worry about. Because he didnt seal the nail properly by removing all the lifted Area or suggesting I get a new set, water was trapped in my nails. I now have green spots on my nail that will take months to heal properly. I can not return to a nail salon to get my nails done by someone who doesnt know how to properly do nails and not rush right through it. He also over drilled my nails and caused a small whole in my nail in the nail bed. It still hurts when I touch it.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE MIMI WENT?!? My very first experience was great it was earlier in the year when MIMI was still there. Just went recently I guess Mia is the new owner and the salon has mostly Hispanic women dpunf nails. Not sure if the nail tech just got her license but I was in there just for a full set that took almost 3 hrs!! She took awhile shaping my coffin look n applied the acrylic too thick. And she had her young son in the salon so she had to keep stopping to care for him smh. By the time she was finally done....Mia rings me up and tells me I owe 48$!!!!?? Im from Ohio so I googled places and this looked like it fit my style. First set was done by Mimi and my nails were laid. Perfect. Only issue was a few broke. Never had that problem with my nail tech in Ohio.Came 2 weeks later one of her girls tore my nails up. Drilled my nails til it hurt. Was slow. Then messed up the gel on my right hand MORE DRILLING my nails looked aweful. Tore them off asap. Something I havent done for years. Not ever going back.

You like design nails they are great very nice friendly atmosphere.

See the pictures and judge for yourself! Charges inconsistent. No quality at all my nails are fifteen minutes old. Uneven too thick, see pictures for yourself and it took over an hour for a shabby job!

I was referred by a friend I made the appointment with the lady she referred me to and a whole different person did my nails!!!! My experience was horrible there so much drilling in my real nails!!! They gave me like 3 different prices just awful!!! No customer service !!!! The lady in the front named Mia had A nasty attitude like she did not want to be There. I will never come here again!!!!

First time i was there Mia did my nails, she did an amazing job! However in about a week and a half 1 of my nails came off from the top and i had to go in to get it fix and ended up doing a full refill, this time the tech was in a rush and did not so good on my ombre (they were very uneven). About a week and a half later the same thing happened from 2 nails, went back to show them (first time this happens to me) and the tech said everybody was going back because of the same thing. That ine tech did my nails, again was not happy with her job and asked her to fix the color (she did not painted tje nails on tje sides) and she gave me an attitude and said thats how I do it to everyone ... anyways 2 weeks later 3 nails came off so I decided to go somewhere else revome them and get a full new set! So far so good!!! I feel they need better quality products and hire a couple of other techs so the ones there are not so Overworked. Wont go back, dont recommend it!

I do not recommend them very bad service two hours and only the feet I did. I arrived and they took care of me once and for two hours, hard, the lady making my feet, I did not know how to clean them. So the reason why I wanted to go to this nail salon because I saw that the woman did beautiful nails on her Instagram and Facebook page. I walked in sat down and I already had acrylic pink and white nails on so I wanted those taking off because I wanted to get coffin shape with a gel polish. I was there at least 20 minutes getting my nails taken off. Well the lady that was supposed to be helping me went and helped somebody else and a guy with a hairy mole on his face started doing my nails he did a horrible horrible job. He then had to take off my nails at least 3 times in order to get it right. He kept saying they were breaking which I know they werent so this is before he even put the acrylic so then he start shaping them stelitto shape.Thats when i looked at my nails and they werent even or the same. I told him thank you Ill just go somewhere else very politely and Ill just pay for the nail take off and then I guess the other lady that was helping me stepped up and shes like Ill fix it Ill fix it for you now dont leave she did a good job.
