I’m not sure where to even begin. I really don’t know if they can do their jobs. I got a full set last week and on the same day my nails were already falling out. I just got them done. I’m so mad bc I spent my money on them. I’m not sure if they’re really nail techs or not. They need to go back to school or something

I was upset that I had to rush & taking a bit long as the fans not powerful to me & no spray helps faster too thick fast pain layers & my bad. Worst experience ever on that area. Just my luck lately & of time. I got I am patient. I paid too much & for me cuz I am poor still & it was a necessity, but could have dine without & that for medicine at Publix that had to return from clearance table of probiotics organic Vega supplement capsules.I had fun teaching the Vietnamese young man gentleman Spanish. They are nice to let me keep the magazine, which I may return so someone else can enjoy it, cuz why keep it forever. I would need to put it in a protective display case, which costs allot as saw once for Star Wars & dolls & porcelain, etc collectables.I will take pics of the cover & article then return it when by there this week. I like you & so I was also embarrassed nor wanted to go back claim anything, but if I see this review & I hope you do that I can get a significant discount or free next time in. I did not like that mines unlike guy on my right to other Hispanic lady or Puerto Rican he did go all the way to the cuticles. I dont like showing looks mire fake. Other then that he got me on the thin not wide bulky nails short. They are lots smarter, etc.The only thing I dont like is they speaking in own language like laughingAll of a sudden like The Chinese do, but they have Buddha too so I am confused. Not good at telling difference of which country anymore. I saw a report a while back online of interviewing college students on campus on this & some got answer wrong. Anyhow sleepy arm so I cant continue or close out though. Oh well.

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon I will never go back. They were unprofessional they rushed through my service so they can get more people in. I do not recommend this salon at all.

I love this place!! There are always kind and willing to try and hurry to seat you even they are understaffed. They always do their best to try and get ally needs attended to, even if I have to wait.Thank you very much for showing kindness, urgency, and a smiling 🌝 face!

This is my favorite nail salon and one that I will always go to. Not only do they do an incredible job with nails (I get acrylics), eye lash extensions, and waxing; but it’s a great price and the women (and man) who work there are wonderful and quick and great at what they do. I will always recommend this place.

They did a great job on my pedicure and I didn’t have to pay $50! I will be back!

They rock! They did the Christian Louboutin inspired nails that I wanted. And they are GORGEOUS!!!

I got a simple french gel with manicure and they ruined my nails and cuticles. The nails started peeling after one day, and the white tips were extremely uneven. The nail artist did not even shape my nails evenly and left some WAY longer than others. He ripped up my cuticles, and now they are inflamed and stringy. Would never return, and if you want to save money and your nails, avoid this horrible business.

They were very unprofessional. they charged me to take off my nails but i helped her take them off then she comes over and gives me the nail clippers so i can clip my own nails down and walks away and says she has to do eyebrows and she’ll be back to help . My toes nails aren’t even straight, the acrylic on my toes is not smooth . don’t ever go here ... not worth your money !

Sara did my pedicure, and this was probably one of the tops ones I have had. She was very detailed. Happy I tried it.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I am SO CRITICAL when it comes to my acrilycs. I like simple stuff but yet I’m picky with all the little imperfections but YAS GO HERE! I did not get his name but the older gentleman that works there did mine and he was GREAT and so NICE (only man I saw in there over 21) .... I will be back !!!!!!

I love their work my mom and I come to them every week for some sort of service. Twice now I’ve came while it was busy and sat their to wait my turn. Both times a white lady came in said oh I’ll come back later when it’s less busy, the male technician said no we can get you in right now and let her go in front of me Without even asking was it ok. That was very unprofessional and at this point i don’t recommend anyone going there.

Terrible Customer Service... If you go, request Kelly or Mya. Do Not have the male owner do your nails (First nail desk on the left) Hes extremely rude, just wants your money and does not even do a good job. There are several other salons in Tampa that will have you feeling welcomed and relaxed, definitely not this place!

Hands down the worst nail service. Just a simple mani/pedi and it was a disaster. She pretended to cut my cuticles and when I mentioned that I needed them cleaned up more, she pretended to do them again.Horrible pedicure, too.Went home and had to redo my nails and toes. Skip it- go somewhere else.

I wish I can give negative stars!!!! The worst place u can go to for nail services or anything to be honest!!! If u want to develop nail fungus I recommend this disgusting place. They might look nice but when u say something, they leave it to the man of the building to yell at u. After I told maya that I would develop nail fungus because she didn’t cut the air bubble out or file it, she proceeded to tell me that she did n it would only get fungus if the nail lifted n water got into it. My thing is u put acrylic over an already lifted nail. She didn’t fix it! A week later I was still worried so I took two nails off n in fact I was in the beginning stage of nail fungus. I went back to say something n instead of trying to help, kelly’s husbands decided to yell at me that nail fungus is normal n that it will go away. 3 days later my nail fungus is going away because I bought over the counter medication. Their prices are cheap but I found out it’s for a reason, the hard way. I will never go here again. Getting a lawyer because I know this is not right. I will try to upload pictures of my now ruined nails and cuticles.

This nail saloon is HORRIBLE! I got a dipping powder and I had to go back the next day because the top coat peaked off! Two weeks later the powder lifted from the bottom and because of that it broke one of my real nails because it got caught on something! Then I go to the salon and they would not fix the issue they says “They do their best and their is no guarantee“ This is terrible customer service and I will never return!

Im a very picky person so at first i was sceptical about going to a random place but this was the only place I could find that could do glitter nails so I gave it a try an Im glad I did. I didnt schedule a appointment I was just a walk in an as soon as I walk in the door I was greeted by everyone thought I was going to have to wait but they sat me down emeitly which I was very happy about. Lee the lady who did my nails was very polite an nice did not burn or cut me one time did a fantastic job in a good amount of time I was very impressed by the service. I will definitely but a returning consumer love this place you should definitely give them a try!💖😍💅👍👏

I requested a female tech and the man - owner I presumed, got offended and started telling at me. So I told I would go someplace else. Very rude and racially biased I felt.

The prices for SNS are the cheapest in town ($30 with a tip), but they look like it too. My nails were so thick at the bottom and so thin up top. They broke within a week which should never happen with SNS. They also charged me $10 the first time I went and got my nails off, but they left on half of my tips from my previous manicure. Not clean or friendly.

I went here over 5 yrs ago based on recommendation and was satisfied. I returned 2 wks ago bc i was in the area, and what a mistake! I settled for an all white full set (bc their acrylic color opts were limited, all glitter, same selection from 5 yrs ago). The owner steve placed the acrylic all awkwardly and unevenly and later explained that white acrylic was a diff consistency, i was understanding as he smoothed it out as much he could when he filed & shaped it. He kept insisting I go for the gel finish though i inisisted i wanted matte and did not want to pay extra, i do for you is what he told me, thinking he wouldnt charge me, but did. He walked out to chat w someone after asking me to wash my hands & i have a 2yr old and they were very sharp and not smoothed out at the edges. The wife sat me down and filed them down, reshaped, and filed the entire nails as they all talked in their language about the work he had done. I paid, tipped, left. They were just ok.THREE days later (at least, the 1st i noticed) multiple nails were lifting, i was going to ignore it as Im not usually in that area but day FIVE, more lifting and my pinky nail completely FELL off washing my hands. I called them, they said to come in and theyd see what they could. They remembered me, but not how long ago I was there I told them and had the charge on my card to prove it. The owner Steve said he would refill discounted. I told him firstly, I did not want to pay again for their mess up, and i NEVER do refills, much less when my nails were lifting and i could have moisture trapped in there. They argued back and forth across the salon in their language, his wife finally agreed to fix them.I sat at her station and all the employees crowded around me as they all spoke in their language about me & repeating the word lift. I asked one of the girls that spoke fluent english what would cause them to lift so soon, if it was from not being filed beforehand, or that it was the white acrylic. The owners wife, immediately cut in stating it no lift, your nail grow too fast BUT she said she would file down what was lifted before filling, so it would not run the the risk of trapping moisture. She filed down HALF of my nails, yet she claimed there was no lift?? also, my nails grow too fast caused an entire nail to fall off?? Also, i will say there was no issue w the white acrylic bc she handled it just fine, Steve just did not know what he was doing.The NEXT day they were lifting AGAIN after being fixed. Here we are again 5 days after wasting ANOTHER hour plus, my pointer finger has fallen off and decided to just remove them all. They were embarrassing, you could clearly see the line where she had filed off half the nail to refill.DONT GO HERE EVEN IF THEY OFFERED THEIR SERVICE FOR FREE. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND EMBARRASSMENT!!

I do not know how this place has such a high rating.What a dissapointment.The gel manicure was rushed through and the pedicure was amature at best.We did raise concerns and all the tech did was try to use a file to clean up his mess.I would have thought that they would realize that word of muth was everything and offer to re do the nails or at least say they were free.Got them yesterday and they are lifting today.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT HOLLYWOOD NAILS ON DALE MABRY.

They are one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to the man was rude his wife was chasing her children around the back room he used nail tips that were way bigger than my fingers and when I pointed this out to him he freaked out and started yelling at me but I had already paid him so I had to let him finish the job it was horrible horrible experience dont go there its the worst place that I dont even think he is compliant with sanitary laws he also did not even feel them correctly and he also didnt file them correctly they feel very awkward and messy
