Considering the car availability and issues in the country I felt like I was treated very fairly and respectful.Bill’s be knowledge and passion for trr he e Toyota brand is infectious. I contacted Stadium Toyota to schedule my 5000 mile maintenance. I was told at that time it would take an hour to an hour and a half which we know means a minimum of 2 hours. I was pleasantly surprised when I drove in and Bruce immediately came over to my truck and got me inside to Ravi who gathered my information and said he would call when my truck was done. Ravi called me within an hour to advise me the service on my truck was complete. Bruce and Ravi are outstanding examples of true customer service!
I bought my truck in January of 2020 . The truck was stripped of any extras . I was pleased with the sales dept other than the stripped extras that should have came with the truck ( factory floor mats, extra FOB, and a owners manual . I overlooked all of those things for the love of my truck . I had my services done on a regular basis per the warranty . Upon the last service .... not all services were done per my request . Keep this in mind, I have after market wheels and tires . So I requested the oil change, tire rotation and balance, full safety inspection, new wipers, full alignment, and they were going to do the fuel pump recall . My tires being after market tires actually are supposed to carry a max psi of 80, I run 70 psi in them due to the Florida heat and don’t want to exceed the max tire pressure when they heat up due to extended driving in the heat . When the services were supposedly finished I was shown all the paper work on services performed . The alignment was ever so slightly out of alignment and was adjusted, I paid 68.?? For the balance, the paper work for the safety inspection showed tire pressures at 33 psi which I found odd because I’d mentioned that I carried 70 psi . There was one tire that ever so slowly ( over the course of a few months ) that would leak down by 15-20 pounds . While driving home (40 mile trip ) it vibrated the same if not worse than when I brought it in ! So when I got home, I checked the pressures in my tires and the same tire, in the same position it was before I took it there was sure enough down on air by 20 pounds . That told me that they didn’t rotate or balance them ! I had wheel dressing on them with no signs of anyone had handled them there . It took about 3 weeks of eating at me to actually call and complain and with in a couple days someone called me back . All I was told was “ I’ll have to look at the video and see if these services were done and I’ll have the manager call you in reference to your complaint . I’ve never heard from them since !!! In all essence, THEY VOIDED MY WARRANTY BY LACK OF SERVICES THAT NEEDED TO BE PERFORMED . It borderlines fraud by not performing the work that was paid for .Update : just checked the oil, oil was never changed either. The class of oil Toyota uses, it’s pretty much clear till it reaches the 7,000 mile usage before the service . Mine has the color of very strong coffee and you can smell the gas in the oil from the previous 10,000 miles . I’ve put on 2000 miles since my service and I always drive my truck gently to conserve on gas due to the high gas prices . I won’t be back !!!! It’s like they are trying to kill my truck to make me buy a new one from the lack of proper services . So for the 2 1/2 hours I was there to have all the above services done .... was a lie ! The recall alone is pretty much a 2 1/2 hr job . This coming from a mechanic that spent years working on my own vehicles . I’ll perform my own services with quality fluids that Toyota uses and all it’s mechanical counter parts . Uploading all my receipts to the provided service app to not void my warranty. I chose Toyota for its longevity and I’m not going to let lack of service destroy that . If I do them myself, at least I know they’ve been done ! Recalls, they can do . I’m very happy with my Toyota truck but the owner really needs to look into his service dept and straighten things out . After reading a lot of reviews ( bad reviews ) almost everyone’s complaints are about service and not about sales .

Everything was transparent, all the way through the final finance steps. Total time at the dealership was just over an hour. I love this place! The staff is friendly, welcoming and committed to great service. David Berry was my service advisor, he was friendly, very professional and answered all my questions. The wait time was not long. While you wait, they have complimentary snacks coffee and tea. The bathrooms are clean. They offer free car wash and they take good care of the cars. I’ve had no issues with my car and I recommend anyone whose looking for A-1 service then this is the place to be.

After two weeks of researching the car I wanted to purchase and going to over a dozen car lots I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata from Sean Hayes at Stadium Toyota. It was the best car purchasing experience of my life. Heck, he didn’t even bring in his manager to play the typical used car double team sales routine. Sean was straight forward, honest and did not play games by trying to squeeze more profit by the customary “Dealer Prep” and/or “Doc Stamp” add-on cost. It’s ironic that a car lot across the street offered me a 2011 Sonata which had an additional forty thousand extra miles over the car Sean sold me. By the time they tacked on their Dealer Prep and Doc Stamp the cost of their car was not that much less than mine. Sean Hayes gave me a very good deal and was a pleasure to work with. The staff of Stadium Toyota was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Sean and Stadium Toyota if you’re looking for a nice used car along with an organization you can easily work with.

Check to ensure that the work has actually been done. Be sure to ask questions. Take before and after pictures. Set clear expectations. I called the service manager but he never returned my call. I left a message explaining that the battery cables were not checked because they were never cleaned and also discovered the had low voltage which should have been caught by the service department as one of their check points. Just do the work and be honest with customers!!!!
After waiting for weeks I finally got my brand new Toyota Rav 4 — how exciting! Being a single woman this is a daunting adventure so I have to say I was VERY HAPPY with my experience here! My salesman Arthur was professional, helpful and efficient. Even calling me a couple days after the sale to make sure I was happy and was there to answer any questions. The finance guy George was also very proficient and helped me get a great finance rate! I would not hesitate to recommend Arthur and Stadium Toyota to anyone-friend or foe.
Great service, super fast. If you are getting work done in the service Dept don’t forget to Google their service coupons, I saved $110 on $580 in service to get new front brakes, rotors, oil change and a patch for a screw in one of my tires. For such great dealer pricing on service with the quality and guarantee it comes it’s well worth it. My tundra feels brand new again.

Installed cabin filter in backwards, the water from the AC was backing up and draining into the cabin of our Rav4. Took the SUV to another Toyota dealership and their responses was the last person to work on the RAV4 installed the cabin filter backwards. Statium Toyota then denied ever doing such a thing. Refused to help for destroying a perfectly good car now filled with mold rot. Do not go to this poor excuse of a Business. Their service techs are an absolute joke.

We shopped at the other Lakeland and Tampa dealers first and accidentally stumbled upon Stadium because they had the vehicle that we were looking for. They dont mess around with a lot of games and that is greatly appreciated by us because we purchase a lot of cars and sometimes the nonsense is disheartening.
When I arrived, pulled into the check in area were there where attendants just stood there and stared at me. They didnt direct me on what Lane to go to, or didnt even greet me. I had an appointment at 10 am, however I was not attended to until 20 - 30 mins after finally having my keys taken. Once I finally got checked in, I went to the waiting area and found that the area was not clean. I took my children in the play area, that was visibly dirty. The windows had grimy hand prints/ smudges all over. It was apparent that the facility had not been cleaned for a while. When my car maintenance was completed, I saw it return through the window, I was not called to retrieve my vehicle/check out. I had to go and ask about my vehicle. The attendant was kind, knowledgeable, and patient, which is the only reason I gave 3 stars. Besides that, I would not recommend this place if you are waiting. Maybe if you only drop off and leave the facility until its done. I have been to many service centers and this center is below average compared to the others.
I became ill (fever of 100-101) a day or two before we were to close the deal. I called the sales person and explained that I was ill and ask if we put it on for a few days. I had to put it off one more time but I offered to pay for the car in full if they would drive the paperwork to my house. They were unable to do that. What was highly insulting is the comment from the sales person they had received other offers on MY car and that I need to come in by that Saturday and take care of it. I was trying to buy my fourth car from this dealership over the period of 30 years. I felt like I was treated very poorly. I was sick and under a doctors care very nearly had to go to the ER. I will never purchase from this dealership again. I guess I could have come in sick and infected your whole dealership but I thought that was not the wise thing to do. I do not appreciate the pressure tactic especially when I offered to pay for the car in full before I ever had to change a meeting date.

Bring your vehicle here. I had an issue with my Toyota Tacoma which brought the vehicle to the dealership without an appointment unexpectedly. Not having a good day already, I wasnt looking forward to the expectation of a typical service department keeping the vehicle for days to conduct repairs.After arriving to the service department I couldnt even get in the front door before I was helped. Amber asked me what was going on with the vehicle and quickly identified a recall that was tied to the truck. I left thinking maybe I will get the car back in a couple of days once it was resolved.FOUR HOURS. They replaced the recalled fuel pump that caused the issue, replaced the oil, did a tire rotation, replaced the filters, and had it washed. I was amazed by the speed behind this team. I want to give a huge shout out to Amber Smith for being so kind and helpful through this process and also a shout out to the technicians out back that make the magic happen. You have gained a long time customer.

We just purchased a new vehicle yesterday (June 19th) from Stadium Toyota. The entire process could not have gone any better. We arrived and left with our new car in less than an hour. Ryan Goulet was great from the start. My initial visit to Stadium Toyota was on Wednesday of last week as I began my search for a new car, Ryan was informative, knowledgeable and most importantly a very nice young man. He checked in with me over the next couple of days. I reached out to him again on Saturday right at the end of the dealership business day. I had made a decision about a car and Ryan stayed after his work day to check incoming inventory and followed up with me that same evening. We spoke again early on Sunday and we processed a payment to reserve/purchase the car. On Monday the car arrived and the final purchase and delivery process was seamless. The entire team of Tim, Rocky, Ryan and Indira were all fantastic. We could not be anymore thankful and truly appreciative for the friendliness, professionalism and outstanding guest service exemplified by the staff of Stadium Toyota.
Stadium Toyota is a class act. The process of buying a car was really easy and quick and the pricing was the best! The sale manage Rocky was helpful by running the numbers on whether to buy or lease by giving me total cost on both options. Tom Jones the sales advisor knew every detail about the car and different trims and option and how they worked. He helped us get the infotainment system set up, the apps installed on our phone, and everything that normally would be frustrating. I have been an exclusive Toyota owner since 2002 due to the quality of the vehicles as well as dealerships which have been responsive to the very few issues encountered in the past 19 years.The chip shortage has greatly reduced the availability of new cars in my price range and Zach Halpin at Stadium Toyota was able to greatly aid in my search at quickly found a new Corolla which met my requirements. We drove away in a new car last Friday without any buyers remorse and expect to make Stadium Toyota and Zach Halpin our 1st stop the next time we need a new vehicle.
07/01/2021: Two of the issues that were supposed to be taken care of at the first service appointment were not. On a 2021 4Runner you would expect them to be able to fix the rear window defrost and I was told they did. UPDATE 9/22/2021: I was told that toyota did not do the oil changes until 10,000 miles, however the only thing I see now on dash display is that an oil change is required because the odometer reached 5000 miles. That was before the oil change required in the middle of the dash display started once the odometer reached 5000 miles.Now we are stuck with two issues that could have been taken care of at the first appt. I purchased the vehicle at Gettel Toyota because of a much better deal. I have had 7 Toyota and Lexus vehicles and have had great service at Toyota of Clearwater and Lexus of Tampa and never lied to about anything before. Like that my rear window defrost was fixed when it wasnt and if the oil change is supposed to be at 10, 000 miles then why all of the service lights and displays saying 5000 miles.
I appreciate how much they tried to help me. they pulled a lot of strings, but in the end, I couldnt leave with a car. I already knew it was going to work out that way, so I begged them to just work with me over the phone. they urged me to come in. 4 hours wasted.everything we talked about couldve been done over the phone, and considering I dont have a car, it wouldve been nice if they tried to do that for me. instead I was promised Id leave with a car, so I listened to their request and had someone drive me 40 minutes to their dealership. only to be disappointed
My experience dealing with Chris Garcia at Stadium Toyota to lease a new 2020 Tacoma Sport 4x4 was exceptional, to say the least. Chris was very responsive and made the whole process incredibly easy and straight forward. Chris gave us the best deal we could find in a 200 mile radius and we happily drove from Jacksonville to Tampa to pick up our new truck. If you are looking for a new Toyota you need to do yourself a favor and contact Chris before going to any other dealer. 90% of our deal was done via text before we even spoke in person. 5 star experience!

I bought two more cars after that, the last one two weeks ago - a new Corolla for my daughter - at Courtesy Toyota in Brandon under my wife’s name. Horrible finance agent unorganized,lies about bill dates lie about mostly everything I honestly believe they don’t care about customer service. The finance person should be more respectful. Pay attention to your contracts because they will sneak up on you with the “we have the right to raise your car payment no matter what”.
My overall experience with Stadium Toyota has been extremely positive starting with my first purchase from them in 2006 and continuing to present day with my most recent purchase of a 21 Rav4 LE.The sales person (Omar Delgado) who helped me with the Rav4 was extremely pleasant, informative, and helpful in dealing with the current supply shortage that is due to the pandemic. I bought a new Toyota Camry yesterday at Stadium Toyota. It was my first time buying at Stadium Toyota but not my first purchase of a new Toyota in the Tampa Bay Area. The first time I met the sales guy Randall Fitch was when he approached me on the lot, he explained the differences in trim levels and options, I picked the one I liked and we took it for a test drive. He took my trade in for a quick look and then wrote up the deal. No pressure, pleasant guy to work with. Gave me a quick tour of service and then the warranty info, we talked about golf a little, nice guy. I would buy from Randall again and recommend him to a friend.

I purchased a Certified preowned Camry 1 year ago and their service department is the worse. Do not fall for the Certified preowned scam. Not long after my purchase the front road guard started falling off. They say its not covered and would cost me hundreds to fix. I zip tied it myself but have to keep re-fixing it.I spoke to a manager two weeks ago and he was the first one to say he would at least look at my car and to bring it in today. However, when I call no managers will talk with me, not in the service department, not the new sales department, and not the General Manager. I said I would stay on hold until someone was available and they hung up on me.Stay away from this Toyota dealer.

I would NOT recommend stadium to my worst enemy. They had the truck I wanted which is the only reason I bought it from them. The sales guy was nice but gave incorrect info about what kind of discounts I’d qualify, etc. But at least he was the only person who was nice to me. However, not happy he pulled my credit without confirming with me like I asked and pressured me into same day buying even though I said I didn’t plan to do that. Then, the real problem began when Jesus the finance manager was going over the deal with me. He was one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to. He would raise his voice at me and dodge all of my questions. They also promised me $50 and free oil changes for lying to me about the military discount saying as long as I knew someone in the military I would qualify; however, I only received $25 after nagging them about it by email for a week after I bought the truck. And despite my negative experience and review, no one from this dealership has even bothered to reach out to me. It just shows that Stadium Toyota only wants your money and does not care about you at all. The next day I came back to give them the check, they refused to detail my truck like they also promised, but then said they were “too busy.” A truly awful experience. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to Wesley Chapel Toyota like I should’ve done.Edit 05/25/2021:If you think the awful buying experience is all youll get with Stadium Toyota, youre wrong! They also will not refund your warranties on your vehicle after youve sold it like they are legally supposed to do. I reached out to Fidelity Warranty Service which is where my warranties are from, and its been a whole month and the dealership did not even process the cancellation form. Also I noticed they did not even sign it when I wasted my time to drive there on 05/07/2021, so they technically they could take months or even years to process this - or never process it. Thankfully I was able to do this myself with Fidelity. So thanks for nothing Stadium, and your dishonest finance personnel. I will be filing a Better Business Bureau report since this constitutes as fraud. And to your reply looking for ways to improve? Well how about you start by not LYING to your customers and treating them so poorly! This whole dealership is one big nightmare. AVOID THEM!!

After previously coming from Courtesy Toyota, where the sales rep was pushy and gave me a higher price quote on the rav 4, I decided to try Stadium Toyota. Tom Jones at Stadium Toyota did an excellent job at getting me the rav 4 within my price range. The trade in of my old vehicle was easy and Tom communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Stadium Toyota.
We had such a great experience with Stadium Toyota for the purchase of our new Rav4! Our sales person, Jose Torres, was outstanding - he was so knowledgeable about all of the different models and was able to quickly answer our questions. We let them know we were just starting our search and they quickly provided us with a price breakdown for the model we were interested in and didnt pressure us at all. When we decided to move forward with our chosen model, they didnt have any on the lot but we got lucky and one came in the next day! The rest of the purchasing process with Jose and the finance manager was seamless and efficient. They offer great coverage for the new models and Ill be happy to return for service when needed and recommend both Stadium Toyota and Jose to friends or family in the market for a new car.

Randal was recommended to me to ask for when coming here, he asked us if we can put a down payment of $2000, my partner and I agreed . I also asked if my trade in would be a part of my deposit which Randal told me yes, a financial agent Jose came and gave us a paper that stated only $1,500 is the remaining for our down payment . we payed our car and went along our day . Got a text from Randall saying we have some missing papers to fill out, which was odd . came the next morning to Jose telling us we have to make an additional $500 my partner and myself asked for more info as to why and Jose told us we were missing a payment with a tone as he was implying we were lying and not aware ... Jose began to raise his voice and I quote im gonna shoot this straight to yall Listen you can pay the $500 or not have a car you can pay the $500 or you can give me the key we can go back and forth on this all day completely disrespectful, unprofessional and very uncomfortable I ended up paying the $500 because we desperately needed a car . left the establishment with my anxiety through the roof . Lesson Learned the hard way DO YOUR RESEARCH DONT RELY ON GOOD REVIEWS)

The sales guy was great. But beware of the sharks standing outside hungry for a sale. You really have to do your homework because I see that all dealerships offer different items when they sell you a car. I got free car washes but my friend has tinted windows on his car and the option for rubber car mats. I didn’t get an option. But the overall experience was good it could have been better.

When you buy a new car from Stadium Toyota, you will have a great buying experience. However -- beware -- once you have an issue and need service or in my case a simple fender bender repair on a brand new top trim level vehicle -- you will be given the run around on time estimates. In my case a few day repair turned into over a week without transportation. They will not provide you a loaner rental, they will not try to make it right with any kind of compensation or discount. In my case I found they actually sent my truck to ANOTHER completely separate non Toyota dealership to be fixed. I will never be back to this dealership as unfortunately this is the 3rd time Ive had major issues with the service department (body shop this time for the repair).**Update the truck ended up taking over 1 month to repair BEWARE**
