I received great service at Land Rover of Tampa. My service advisor was Ambi Bhamra and he was professional, knowledgeable, and kept meinformed on the progress of service for my vehicle. The entire experiencewas smooth and impressive.
We called the dealership to get a replacement tire. We do not live in Tampa so not having the tire left us a bit stranded. Sam told us to bring it in and they would fit it in somehow as long as we didnt mind waiting a bit. They were even cheaper than other places we looked.
I bought the vehicle sight unseen, when I arrived, the vehicle was better in person. Steven Morfino was our sales rep and he did an excellent job. The dealership was extremely nice and the price for the vehicle was more than fair. I would highly recommend this dealership.
One of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with service at a dealership. Ambi’s service was excellent! With his attitude and attentiveness he helped elevate the stress of a very trying 24hrs.Ambi touched base consistently throughout the time they had our Range Rover providing updates on the status, making sure we knew what was being done and how long things should take.He was able to get the work needed done quickly and then continued to go beyond what I expected by following up that night and the following morning to make sure that everything was good.
Great customer service when your purchase a car however the customer service in the service department is HORRIBLE. Please avoid purchasing a car here, ever since they moved to the new location the customer service has fallen off drastically.
Very helpful beautiful blonde haired lady, incredible service. My car broke down and she let me charge my phone. Great people in this world and she is one of them. I will be back to buy a car from ya :)

We had visited several dealerships before visiting Land Rover Tampa and to be honest, I was quite frustrated with the experience of looking for a new vehicle. But, from the moment we walked into Land Rover Tampa and were greeted by Pete Sweetser, it was a completely different experience. Petes friendly demeanor and his willingness to help me find the right vehicle that fit within my budget surpassed the prior experiences of the day. I love what I call my baby Range! If you go ask for Pete!

First off, I will say the service department here is awesome. Had one fuel pump fail and the other on the verge of death when I rolled in this morning. Despite being booked for service and maintenance more than a month out, the team was not only able to get me in for diagnostic, but actually replace the defective pumps in the same day. Being from out of state this was a huge deal for my family. I can’t thank Sam, Nevres and the rest of the team enough for getting us going again.

Bad experience, went to buy a vehicle then concierge was assigned to me instead of a sales person. He was not at all friendly and not willing to explain about the models and features instead asked me to do the home work. Never seen a luxury dealer loosing a customer who was willing to put 70k to buy a vehicle. Dont go to this location.
Sam falbo’s competence and integrity have got to be the worst I’ve ever experienced in a service department. Absolute shame how he handled our vehicle while in service!!

I went to Land Rover Orlando in April in hopes to start the sales cycle for my new car. I was treated less than favorable. Super frustrated, I searched for other dealerships in Central Florida. I called Land Rover Tampa/Reeves and I was placed in David Freedmans care. I fully disclosed that my lease wasnt up for several months but I wanted to be proactive so that I could finally get into the Land Rover club and have all the shiny objects I want. He hung in there with me, ran numbers and was so gracious. He did the marathon with me. Which is most smart as I lease. So that means, hell be seeing me in three years and then another three years and then another...you get the point. As I am in sales, I expect people to treat me as I treat my customers. Im not looking for red carpet and champagne-although I do love those things- but looking for someone who values my hard-earned money but more importantly my time. David embodies all the qualities one expects in a buying experience. Especially a luxury buying experience. Its obvious this is a family owned dealership that values relationships more than they do a quick and dirty sale. I am THRILLED to be part of the Land Rover Tampa family! :))

Bought a new discovery sport a few months ago and had an amazing experience from beginning to end !!! Dave was great. I also LOVED having the service of the concierge, Dominic, come to my house and show me how to use my new discovery. I had the same Acura TL for 9 years so I was not used to all the new gadgets. You can tell Dominic knows his job very well as he made the experience extra spectacular!!

On March 31st 2021 the D90 X ride started. A vehicle that my partner and I had waited patiently for, for over a year was finally here. I being cursed with a eagle eye immediately noticed some trim pieces, and a couple places that needed attention, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed another day, and being past RR and Jaguar owners had total faith that everything was in good hands. So we noted the issues down with the lady that done our delivery, unfortunately our salesman was out sick and couldn’t do the delivery, but want to say that Kevin R. was so great with the entire order/build process. So we are finally finishing up and getting ready to head out for a first drive! Traffic was prime rush hour at this point so we decided to drive to the house first and then wait for traffic to die down, but as we were driving home we noticed that it just wasn’t getting cool in the cabin, but we had just been sitting in the direct Florida sun for awhile and our drive was pretty short. We made it home fairly quick and decided to take the opportunity to set up the profiles, and all the other settings, and basically explore our new toy!! As we were doing things we had the soft top open and windows down and it was really hot, so we decided to continue but close everything up, and within 30 seconds it was pretty clear that the AC wasn’t working, and that the rpms were jumping up and down and seemed like every fan under the hood was in take off to the moon mode, running so loud you couldn’t hear over them! We turned it off and called JLR immediately and it went back the next morning for about 12 days, and we were told that the problem was the ac was overcharged! Just my thought, but if the ac wasn’t working, wouldn’t you hook it up to a freon gauge as maybe one of the first things you did, but this didn’t occur to anyone until almost 12 days later?Anyhow we have it back now and everything seems fine, keep in mind that we only had it for less than a hour at home before everything started going haywire, so we hadn’t even turned the Meridian surround sound system on, WOW! and not in a good way, everything from the B pillars back was rattling to the point that you could hear it from the outside, and this is at volume levels anywhere from 12-18 not high volume levels at all, so we called and made a service appointment that ended up being over 2 weeks in shop, and though they did their best, I truly believe they did, (Jose) it did not fix the problem! At this point we were told that they would need to open up a ticket with JLR corporate and that we would just have to be patient for them to come back with a fix, this was May 7th, after not hearing back from them we texted our service advisor about a week ago and he said that JLR hadn’t issued a service bulletin yet or responded to the report that they had submitted on our vehicle about the repairs that were tried and failed, we were told that he would reach out to management and check on it, we Thanked him and asked him to please keep us updated. I called back today and left a message for our SA to call me back, when he was able, he finally did, and I asked him if he found anything out about the vehicle getting repaired and even offered some suggestions from other D90 owners who had the same problem that I read from a Land Rover forum, like how one dealer in California sent their customers D90 out to a audio specialist to be repaired, at this point he said that he just had another customer come in and needed to help her, and that he would email the manager again, and would get back to us, again, for the first time! And why was the lady that came in after he had returned my call so much more important than me that he had to rush our conversation to a end! That didn’t hit me until afterwards…Car dealerships are changing fast, and not for the better. And so we are good, my husband made the purchase for us and management doesn’t need to email him to let him know that I have left a review again?! HE KNOWS!
Land Rover Tampa does a great job servicing our vehicles. We have been coming to them for 10 years now. Our service advisor Sam is a great communicator and makes sure we are taken care of. Highly recommend Land Rover Tampa.

Service guy who dealt with my issue was great and deserves 5 stars for the way he dealt with my issues. The lady working by reception cashiers desk was extremely rude. I waited for my vehicle whilst I was getting an alignment fixed. I was there for a little over 6hrs and needed to use the restroom a few times and I could hear her shouting sarcastic comments about the smell of the restroom whilst I was in the restroom using it. I never said anything to her about her comments because I wasnt interested in being confrontational. As a black man I didnt expect this kind of treatment. If I was a white male she may not have said what she said outside the restroom because it was completely uncalled for. Disrespected is an understatement to how she made me feel. I was treated like dirt in there once she did that. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable by saying what she said and especially as there were other customers there waiting in the reception. Absolutely zero discretion and I would caution anyone who is not caucasian, beware of the white female cashier.
As a professional baseball player I have had the opportunity to buy a lot of cars. I sent my discovery for two flat tires. I had my cars under guarantee meaning that services tires and a lot more are included.This people had my truck for 3 weeks without any call, every time I called they did not know anything about my truck.Last time I called they said that the budget was $3000. I sent my guarantee papers and the still didn’t do anything.Finally the dealership where I bought my truck took care of everything and I had not to pay anything and they fixed my truck.It is disgusting how this dealership treat customers.The most horrible experience ever.
Had an extremely enjoyable experience shopping for my new vehicle at Land Rover of Tampa. Shopping for a new vehicle in the middle of a pandemic was a bit daunting at first, so I was communicating with three different regional Land Rover dealerships and from the very first interaction, it was a totally elevated experience at Land Rover of Tampa! Julia Jackson was incredible to work with from the first phone call and she was attentive all the way through the purchase and beyond - following up to ensure I was thoroughly enjoying my new Range Rover!The highlights of the experience for me which set both Julia and Land Rover of Tampa apart from the other dealerships I was communicating with was the attention, (they didnt make me feel like there were customers in the showroom who took priority when I called on the phone - although Im sure they were busy) the speed (every question was answered in a matter of minutes), and the respectful treatment (we talked numbers and they were transparent and reasonable).The best part of the experience though, by far, was the reveal. Ive leased other luxury vehicles from other manufacturers and other dealerships, but Ive never had an experience quite like the unveiling of my new vehicle! I felt like a kid on Christmas morning - if a kid got a brand new Range Rover - and instead of opening the presents yourself, it was unwrapped for you with white-glove service!Would definitely recommend!

Please give this message to the Owner, GM, and Service Manager.I was on a business trip and my car acted up. I pulled into your dealership and freaked out because I had a meeting to get to in 45 minutes and the waiting room was packed. I was greeted cordially and told to sit in the lounge and that someone would be with me soon. Soon? I needed to hear NOW, not Soon.Within a few minutes I could see a few people kinda talking about me. Sam Falbo walked towards me and took me to his desk where in a matter of 10 minutes, I was in a rental headed to my meeting.Although the initial experience was brief, I became very aware of how Sam really cared about my situation did everything possible to get my checked in, as well as get me out the door so that I could get to my meeting.As the day went by, I received text messages updating me with the status of my vehicle and was told that it would likely be the next day before it would be finished. Sam stayed on top of it and made me feel as if I was his only and most important customer.Now, I bought my LR4 from someone who I consider nearly family, but until I met Sam, I never was treated as if I was Family.Thank you Sam.Manny F.

My mother took her LR3 to run diagnostics and get the starter changed. She was informed that the truck will be ready in a few days. When she showed up on the designated day to get her truck, she was then told after driving more than half an hour that her truck was not ready and that they supposedly didn’t get the part in. No one called to give her an update or to let her know that her truck was not ready, and that it will be another few days. This process took a WEEK just to put in a starter!!!!! Not only is this location over priced, the truck was disgusting on pick up even though they stated it was washed. The truck was covered in dirt and spots from the rain and the wheels were covered with sand. Never again!! You have officially lost her business!!!! Beware of the lack of professionalism, curtesy and price gouging at the Tampa location.

I have never been more disappointed in a dealership in my life. Recently I have been hearing a vibrating noise on my brand new Range Rover Sport Supercharged. I bring the car in for the 1st time and here is what happens:They identify the issue as the exhaust. I was told they would order parts and contact me when they are in.Wednesday of this week I bring in to get repaired. They indicated it should be ready by noon. I ask for a car as this is what I have been used to at BMW and Mercedes. Nope they can shuttle me home. Ok, thats fine.Later on that day I get a call indicating they ordered the wrong part and need to order the correct one. Meanwhile since I though I was getting it back a few hours later I need to now drive back to get all my stuff out of the car. Still at that point no offer of a car to use while they hold min.Since I leave town on Friday I told them they need to have the part overnighted so it can be picked up Thursday. Never comes on the truck today. Their solution is to put the wrong part back on and clamp it on to drive to South Carolina and then return the vehicle when I return to have the correct repair done.I talked with the Service Manager and explained this is insane. Just keep the car and do the repair correctly the 1st time and just give me a loaner. The answer was no and they will put the wrong part on and when I get back we will do the entire process over again.I could not be more disappointed in the decision making and service of this dealership. They messed up and and now want to do things halfway and inconvenience me along the way. I would beware of this dealership.
My husband and I went to Dimmitt in Clearwater...completely disrespectful and an unpleasant experience. We called Reeves and Fernando answered the phone and was polite answered our questions..we came in.. he took us out on a test drive and we now own that Defender. We are waiting for a spare wheel cover and today I called about steps and he promptly sent me my choices. Thank you Fernando for all your help!.See you soon!
I bought a beautiful 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Sport HSE CPO from Texas. My experience with Land Rover Tampa was 100% positive.They were friendly and professional. Mr. Fernando, Land Rover Sales Guide, was always answered questions very fast by mail, text and phone. He was very cooperative and helpful. Thank you Fernando! My girlfriend and I recently had a very unpleasant experience at Land Rover Tampa. Our advisor wasn’t very helpful and didn’t really explain much or provide any sort of timeline. We were asked if we needed a loaner and we said if it were more then n a few hours we would. They bring the loaner vehicle around and it’s a Volkswagen, we were appreciative to have a loaner but didn’t feel like it was on the same caliber of our Range Rover. I decided to go back in and ask our advisor if they could provide us with anything similar to our vehicle and were simply told this is the best they could do which we thought was interesting at 9am. We were very unsatisfied at the lack of effort or initiative given. We received a call that our vehicle was ready and my girlfriend went with our two year old to pick it up. She was asked for a few signatures and told to wait and someone would be pulling the car up front shortly. My girlfriend politely asked if they could park our vehicle near the loaner since she had our two year old, had to move the car seat from the loaner to our vehicle as well as some other belongings. She was told she would need to waive the gentleman down who brought the vehicle and ask. The advisor did not even take the initiative to walk out and ask the individual who was bringing our car around if it was possible. A few moments went by and my girlfriend was preoccupied with our two year old and then a gentleman walked up and handed her a key fob. He did not greet her, ask her name or confirm he was giving the keys to the rightful owner. He also did not show her where he parked the vehicle and just walked away. She decided to walk outside and locate the vehicle herself as no one was being very helpful at this point. She located the vehicle easily but it was approximately 7 spaces from the loaner vehicle. I would agree that 7 spaces doesn’t sound very far away but when you have a two year old running around and car seat transition in the heat and make multiple trips it wasn’t easy. It was very unfortunate that no one offered any help and her simple request was ignored. We have honestly been provided better customer service at non luxury dealers in the area. It was very disheartening at the lack of customer service we were provided from start to finish at Land Rover Tampa. We would honestly never return and will be driving the extra distance to Land Rover St. Pete to purchase future vehicles as well as any routine maintenance.
First off, I must say that this is a highly professional STAFF!!! I have to acknowledge Mr. Ambi and Mr. Dave. Mr. Ambi was my advisor and let me tell you.... Hes OVERALL ASTONISHING! Now my car was at the shop for nearly 94 days and he had to battle and literally FIGHT for me in regards to my Warranty company (Carshield) Now let me say this...PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILLEGENCE BEFORE SIGNING UP WITH ANY WARRANTY COMPANY. THERES ALOT OF HIDDEN CLAUSES. I truly believe if I didnt solely have Mr. Ambi then any other advisor would have told me to come pick up my car without any repairs! Dave stepped in and accommodated me for the overall period of time my car was at the shop!Just stellar service all around. I really hope that Upper Management or Cooperate views this. I would recommend Mr. Ambi to become a GM or Supervisor of Customer Relationships. His work ethics really show his character! 5 STARS!!!!

Just wanted to give a piece of advice for anyone to who goes for their car service at this place.Please check your invoice carefully before paying blindly to make sure they are not charging for the things which are already covered under warranty and also make sure they performed all the components of service that they charged for it (like tires rotation etc.) I have gone through the headache to have them correct above discussed issues.Thx
Had my 2016 LR4 serviced 9/18/19 and it was serviced as promised. My service advisor was Sam and he was great about explaining the services performed. Land Rover of Tampa does a fantastic job of taking care of you after the sale of the vehicle.Great Job!!

My gf and I were interested in the new discovery which has a towing capacity of 8900 lbs.We went in to test drive it, were greeted by Mark who was very pushy about our budget and acted like we were wasting his time. He clearly needs to be retrained to understand that he is there to serve us not the other way around.Liitterally would not open the door for my gf to the vehicle until she answered him about what her budget was and where she was getting the money from!I had to interrupt this harassment to explain that we were looking at the discovery with the 8900 lb tow capacity to tow our 37 ft camper. He then acted like all of them would do that and I had to correct him and quote the stats from online. The diesel has a lesser towing cap.Experience was so awful that we went to the one in Sarasota and purchased there instead. You know its bad when you drive an hour away from the closest dealership !!No apology was ever made from the sames man or management.
It is now difficult to get valet service and I was told I would have to wait over two weeks. It was the main reason I went with reeves, for the ease of car service. They never have the option available within a reasonable amount of time anymore, but they definitely use to. They also added a repair (windshield wipers) to my list of what I needed to replace. They had replaced them when the car was in just 3-4 months prior.
The Land Rover Tampa service department was great! Matt took time to look into the issue with his team and totally corrected the issue I was having with my vehicle. Now my LR4 is running great thanks to them.
Sam and his team were very helpful when I needed my car towed in for service. They were able to take care of the problem the same day and kept me updated throughout the process. Very satisfied with their customer service.
If youre looking for any model of Land Rover, look no further than Land Rover Tampa. The personnel are very courteous and welcoming. The dealership is small but you definitely get that feel of a dealership that must get great customer reviews. I discovered this dealership online. From the minute i received an email from my salesguide offering to answer any questions about the vehicle i had just viewed online, to the actual purchase of my vehicle..... the entire experience was 100% the way car - buying should be: no pushy aggressive salesperson, no vague answers to questions, no promises of anything that he couldnt actually fulfill... just total honesty, knowledge and professionalism. More importantly, my salesguide actually listened to me when i would tell him what I wanted in the car and not try to steer me in any other direction that i didnt want to go. In fact, i felt he wanted me to have the car as much as i wanted it for myself. I would rate Land Rover Tanpa as the dealership to go to for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I drove from Jacksonville to purchase my car at Land Rover Tampa and it was the best car buying experience ever!! I rate this dealership A++ in every category that matters!!! Went in to Reeves yesterday to address slight vibration on my 2016 CPO Range Rover Sport. They were able to road force balance my tires while I waited and the vehicle now drives perfectly. Of course they also washed and vacuumed the car and made it look great. This is the reason Ive been dealing with Reeves for over 15 years now!
Went in regarding an issue with a door lock and the ECO system. Was told after several hours that the issue was the door lock (duh) and I needed new batteries. Car starts fine. Repair estimate approx $1400. Said ouch and that I’d wait. Was told ok, $377 for telling you. Ouch again. Lube up before you go to this place. To be fair, they do a nice job of washing the car.
After we purchased a vehicle, I tried to call back regarding an issue and Harvey was extremely unprofessional, condescending and talking badly about me personally. I am extremely unhappy with how I have been treated. Horrible service!

Customer service is on point at this Land Rover Tampa. My second flat in one month, so you can imagine, not too happy! Service Manager Sam and the staff helped turn my experience around. Was able to service my vehicle the next day and repaired the tire while I waited. Kept me informed of everything happening and made suggestions for the future. Even washed my vehicle and had me out the door ready for the weekend late on a Friday! Good job on Customer Service Sam and team!!!
Always friendly and helpful at Land Rover Tampa! I took my Range Rover Velar in to have a tire replaced. When I booked the appointment I said I would wait for it to be prepared. When I arrived at the facility, I was told the tire had not yet arrived. I was offered a courtesy vehicle so I could leave mine there to be fixed. This was extremely helpful as I would not have to make a second trip. My vehicle was ready promptly the next morning. I was called personally by the service manager to let me know and follow up on everything. Very professional!

It was certainly a pleasure taking my Vehicle to Reeves Range Rover. Everyone was very professional. Sam my service advisor was very attententive with superb customer service. He assured me that my vehicle will be well taken care of and be back in my possession in a timely fashion. So said so done! I also met Leo who was very knowledgeable and informative. I left the facility knowing my vehicle inside and out. Definitely looking forward to returning for all my Range Rover needs.
The dealership is old and appears outdated. Beyond its small structural defects, it has also failed to meet up in the area of technology and modernization for which most luxury brands are known. If you walk into the waiting area, nothing there tells you that you are seating at a dealership where the least car is prized at $50000 and above. To stay competitive in todays ever competitive world, the dealership must create an inviting and welcoming physical environment. The only reason it has stayed in business is because there are no other Land Rover dealerships in Tampa.
Absolutely wonderful experience, especially as it pertains to working with Dave Freedman! We test drove literally every SUV in the Reeves group and settled on the Land Rover. We decided to order exactly what we wanted and Dave kept in touch throughout the entire process. When the car arrived, they literally rolled out the red carpet. Were now in the Land Rover brand and very excited about it!
