This was the best car buying experience ive ever had. Everyone was so kind and straight forward, and as a woman, I didnt feel like anyone was looking down on me or trying to give me a bad deal because they thought that I didnt know what I was doing.I had a trade-in and all of the paper work and everything was done in 2.5 hours. I love my new car and I have been recommending Reeves to everyone!

I was visiting the area from another state and decided to go car shopping. I requested information via their website and was contacted the same day by Sondra Narciso. I shared information about the type of vehicle and trim level that I was looking for and she had one available on the lot. She was upfront and honest about the pricing. It also helped that she owned the same vehicle that I was looking to purchase. She sent me the total out-the-door price with taxes and transportation included. I couldnt make it to dealership right away and Sondra was going on vacation but she placed me in the hands of her colleague, Kaitlyn. Sondra and Kaitlyn were extremely helpful every step of the way. They both continued to check in on me during the process and even after I received the vehicle. I even enjoyed talking about smoked meats with the finance manager, while signing documents. The entire process went smoothly and I would recommend Reeves Volkswagen because of their honest pricing and excellent customer service.

Very very disappointed. I had service scheduled for September 22nd and the night before I was called by the service manager regarding the change of ownership and that the next available appointment was on October 12th and I should schedule with another dealership, regrettably my only Tampa option was Kuhn. Then this afternoon I received the “positive” transition email and called Reeves VW Service to schedule service. First available appointment is now October 5th but cannot provide a loaner car as per usual. Asked about pricing…minimum $89 out the door for oil change where Kuhn quoted $49.99, asked for a price match but that was disregarded. I’ve bought 4 VWs from Reeves. This is not the customer service I expected or have been accustomed to. I will NOT be recommending them as I have done in the past nor will I return. Great job Reeves/Morgan, way to lose a customer.

Not happy at allI had to go 4 times to the dealership to be able to program and copy a key, a service they sell, they charged the full price and I had to keep going back to see if they could figure it out! NOT OK,service manager never apologized nor we got a single discount and all I can say is that I’m not happy,so, if you are planning to pay a full price to have another car key and key fob done by them, you may end up going several times.Service advisor was nice and polite but I have a lo to say about management.sadly, Im not going to take my car to Service again there.

I spent a few weeks looking for a specific car all over Florida when one popped up at Reeves. When I called I had the great fortune of connecting with Kaitlyn. She was extremely helpful over the phone as I was located several hours away. We were able to work out all of the details remotely. She was honest, straight forward and went above and beyond to be helpful- which was a huge difference from my experience before with VW dealerships in Miami. I love my car and I’m so thankful I crossed paths with Reeves!

Call center staff are great, my service advisor always called me back if he wasnt able to answer right away. It was expensive but it was a serious job that only the dealership was able to do. Im glad I drove 30min out of my way to Reeves VW than chance using Brandon VW.

When entering service the lady at the desk rolled her eyes, I knew at that moment this wasn’t going to go well. I proceeded to tell her the my 2021 Atlas with 2700 miles engine light was on and my car felt like it was going to stall. She then says, we can’t look at until next week. I ask if she can give me a loaner and she said seeing you didn’t buy your car here we don’t give them to non clients and I don’t have any ways. I walked out the door called VW of Wesley Chapel and received excellent service on phone and as well as when I dropped off my car an hour later. This was horrible customer service will never go to any Reeves stores again.

Hands down the GREATEST and EASIEST car buying experience EVER thanks to Clarissa at Reeves VW! I inquired online about trading in my Audi for a new Atlas. Clarissa worked her magic finding me the EXACT exterior and interior color combo, Trim, sunroof and captains chairs (NOT an easy task) I was looking for. She answered all my questions (mostly hubby’s) very quickly through email and text. Since we live 2 hours away the the whole process was done through email and it was FLAWLESS! When we arrived for our appointment today the vehicle was just as described and we were in and out very quickly! She had many other clients today but still made me feel like her only customer and gave me a very personal car buying experience. Went into Reeves VW for some warranty work on my Jetta and boy was I impressed! The moment I walked into the service department I was greeted by Melissa Eck with a smile on her face and I immediately felt at home. She took my keys and set me up with a loaner for two days because she had to order a part. As soon as my car was ready I received a text message. I signed the paperwork and was on my way with my car that was fresh and clean from the detail shop. I bought my car from a VW dealership in Brandon and I will NEVER return because of poor customer service. I then tried another VW dealership in South Tampa and for the very same reason I will not return, but at Reeves I received the customer service I was looking for and I will continue to use Reeves for all my future service needs and will purchase my next vehicle from Reeves for sure!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Alex was outstanding through the entire process, as was the Sales Manager Zaidi. I normally dread when it’s time to go into the dealership to shop for a new car but, this time things were different from the second I walked into the showroom. I couldn’t have chalked up a better experience. Alex made the entire process easy while ensuring a positive and personable journey from start to finish! I have to give a shout out to Toni in Service and Ryan in Parts. These two have gone above and beyond for me. In my opinion, communication is the biggest issue in Customer Service. People are always dropping the ball and passing the buck. Not in this case. I drive by two different VW dealerships to buy parts and have my Atlas serviced with Reeves. I recommend.

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! Leased: 2021 VW Atlas V6 R-line. First of all, for context, I’ve been looking for a new SUV for 6 months. I’ve been in a Platinum Nissan Murano for 6 years and my lease was expiring soon. I decided a while ago that I wanted a 3row SUV but didn’t like the style of the Pathfinder or Armada. Over the past 6 months, I’ve looked at the Palisade, telluride, Blazer, Jeep grand Cherokee, Audi, Discovery and Volvo. I liked the Telluride and the Palisade the most. But honestly, just couldn’t get past paying so far over value for a Kia that while a great car, just was entirely too much for its hard and you’d end up paying over value just due to sheer demand. I test drove the VW Atlas at Lokey and loved it. However, after lots of back and forth, they couldn’t find the car that I wanted and didn’t seem to want to work to find it. I left and over the following week got little communication and most of it was them saying they couldn’t get me to the number I wanted. A friend of mine connected me to Clarissa at Reeves. I spoke with her over the phone and explained the car I wanted. After looking at numbers, we were all good and I was planning to come in the following day. Clarissa called me back and hour later to say that unfortunately the car I wanted sold over the weekend and the website had not been updated. But kind enough to tell me so I didn’t first come in only to be disappointed. She promised to try and find the car I wanted. Come to find out, this particular car, there was only 10 in all of FL, GA, AL, TN, NC and SC combined. I know because I personally looked up every dealer to try and find it. I sent Clarissa the list of the 10 I knew of. A week later, she worked out a dealer trade and told me I could come in to pick up my new car! Did 90% of my paperwork online so when I arrived tonight at 7:15pm, I was in and out by 8:45pm. Pretty quick for any dealer. Even more, Ron, the F&I guy was a pleasure to deal with. Super personable, friendly and comfortable to work with. Helped me understand the upgrades without over-selling. Professional and it was clear he knew his stuff. Overall, Clarissa and Ron clearly stood out from the rest. After dealing with so many dealers for the last few months, I couldn’t be more happy that I decided to call Reeves. I’m definitely not someone who is afarid to walk if the deal isn’t favorable, but this case was prefect on all fronts. Also, Clarissa helped me understand why Reeves is so different with its “no addendums” policy. I hadn’t realized it before, but that is a big difference. As I said, 10/10 would recommend. Thank you to the Reeves family for treating me so well!!

I am very pleased with the whole experience! I called in and told Jason which car I wanted. He found it and I was able to come in and test drive it. I got the best trade in value for my car without having to beg for every penny of its worth. They were fair and VERY accomodating! I planned on just going to see the car ( we drove 2 hours there) but we ended up trading in the car and leaving the same day with the exact car, color, trim I wanted! I had been to 3 other delers before this one and they were selling me what they had.... not what I wanted. It was COMPLETELY WORTH the 2 hour drive to Tampa. I had read online that the reviews were really good. I didnt understand why... I get it now that I am writting a good review myself! Sooo worth it! Jason was attentive and listened and gave us a great experience overall. Ron in Finance was able to sort through all the paperwork and answered all of the questions. He did a great job in just setting everything up and giving us the best rate. Overall 5 stars!

Had a upper coolant hose bust on me and the closest shop was Reeves. After a 500$ quote I was going to just pick up the part and do it myself. They dropped the price to 370$ still not telling me what I was being charged for. After looking at the receipt the part was only 88$ and the rest was labor. After leaving the shop my car is now smoking from under the hood when Im sitting. I suspect a coolant hose loose after seeing coolant leaking from under my car. Seems like a slack job for the amount they charged me for labor.

Where to start!!!! From the moment one leaves the vehicle in which one arrived till they enter Reeves, a stupendous sense of freedom pervades your ambiance. Once inside, a voice says, hello, how may I help you? You see thats the beauty; theyre not asking you what car you want to buy, theyre not hassling you the second you walk in. Reeves knows why you are there. If that alone is not enough to be lauded, then further more I cannot help.Reeves communicates with you. They dont talk to you. They have a conversation. Someone, perhaps a sales person, asks you what y0u are interested in and the manner in which it is asked leaves you pondering whether or not they are actually there to sell you a vehicle that you covet. That was MY experience. I got in the car with Felicia and it felt as if we were friends and not a business transaction. Test driving the vehicle & having a blast about who-knows-what. But it didnt stop there. The finance manager, 0ut of nowhere, strikes up a conversation like it was two buddies being convivlal at a bar. 10 stars out of 5 for Reeves Import Motor Cars. I brought my 2002 European to Reeves after 2 mechanics and I were unable to fix its non-starting issue. Rony, their specialist, found and fixed it within a day, and spent some time discussing what he had done with me. Im a fairly decent DIYer, and was stumped after running through the obvious potential problems. He didnt negate and repeat the work I had done (running up the bill), and was honestly interested in sharing with me his procedure. Im impressed with the whole experience, and I wouldnt hesitate to bring it bak to them. My Adviser, Melissa, stayed in contact with me, updating me as to progress, and they were totally open to waiting a day for me to pick it up so I could talk to the Tech. I am impressed with their follow-up call and overall experience, their customer service is first rate. They have changed my opinion of dealer service departments; previous experiences have made me avoid them like the plague. I am a happy customer!

This review is for their service department.I had a few things needed to be done on my car including a re-call. My car came back nice and clean, but they had made a few mistakes from when they fixed my car.I had to take it back, but luckily they fixed the mistakes free of charge. However, I wished they had done a quick check on my car before letting me take it home. A week later I saw my center tire cap was missing. I ordered my own cap online and they quickly reimbursed me for the costs!Other than that, everyone was very communicative and friendly. I would just really check your car before driving home.

Horrible customer service at the front desk at the service department today. I came in to ask about an oil change and the lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude. I was so disgusted. She didn’t greet me and gave me attitude for asking a simple question then proceeded to ignore my request in front of me talking to another co worker. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. When she finally acknowledged me I told her I was leaving to go somewhere else because she clearly didn’t care about how I felt. Please hire better staff and people who are friendlier. I won’t be coming back and went somewhere else where they offered me way better service and greeted me appropriately and actually cared for their customers.

Went to the back to see the car, had to wait for him to come back out with the keys. It was hot outside salesman was taking forever. Went inside to look for him, he was back on his computer. Went to this dealership yesterday to inquire about a lease on a new car. I am a young woman and fairly inexperienced when it comes to car buying. I understand there are tricks that salesmen use but the sales consultant helping me and the sales manager made it so blatantly obvious they were trying to take advantage of me because of my age and inexperience. The consultant would say one thing and the sales manager would say another and much of what both were saying contradicted the fine print I had read on the official VW website. Both would become confused and have to double check and look things up in front of me. When they saw or read the things I brought up they did not know what to say or would change their story. The sales consultant pulled pricing on a model I did not want and when I corrected her she told me that model was completely sold out in the entire country. The entire country, really? When I pressed further she changed her story and said well I guess there are some left BUT you wont get a better deal than on this one model at our dealership! Tacky. It alarmed me both the consultant and sales manager did not know their deals and policies like the back of their hand as I would expect. Even more alarming is they would become stumped and not know what to say when I didnt fall for their games. At one point I think the sales consultant started to catch on that I was skeptical of her and she said trust me, I have a five star google review as if that matters. I live 10 minutes away from this dealership and will absolutely not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere because of the lack of respect I received as a customer. Their tacky sales tactics were not appreciated and I am writing this hoping to warn other customers to be careful.

Super fast service. I got in my dream car at a VERRRRRYY GREATT deal and completed the deal in under a day. Zaidi made me feel like home. As if I was like hanging out with a bestfriend. Excellent service, my check engine light came on while driving home from work. I called for service and I was able to drive right in and was out in a loaner VW within 30 minutes of my call! Service dept. Is always on point ask for Mr. Rick Knight he will move mountains to get your car done on time (im sure everyone in the sept. Is more than qualified but Ive always worked with him)and dont be afraid to ask for a free rental if vehicle was purchased there. If your looking for quality customer service and quality work w/o minding paying a few extra $s This is the place.Only 1 down side is that service is closed on Sat and Sun.Thanks again VW Reeves of Tampa for a great experience!!!!

Went into Reeves VW and was greeted by Jason. Very professional and laid back, told him I was interested in an atlas cross sport V6 AWD 15 minutes later I was test driving the vehicle I was interested in. I told him where I needed to be at financially in order for me to drive home in one so he enlisted his sales manager Zaidi to help. They took the keys to my trade in and looked it over and handed me my keys back, for those who don’t know that’s a biggie sales people tend to keep your keys while they try and pressure you into a sale, they tried to work the numbers and initially we couldn’t come to terms. There was zero pressure from the guys. I left and got a call back saying they were able to get me outside financing that would get me where I need to be. It was a quick, very pleasant experience dealing with those two. Just one thing when you come back from your test drive back the car in because there’s a sales lady there that really hates when people just pull into a spot. If you’re looking for a SUV checkout the Atlas cross sport. Tons of room and top notch interior materials. If you’re looking for a used truck I have it on good authority that they may have a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd that was meticulously maintained has new tires and only synthetic oil was used every 5k miles.

Would recommend Reeves Volkswagen. Visited all other VW dealerships while searching for my 2019 Atlas. Started with Reeves and ended with Reeves. I spent the better part of 2 months researching and visiting with other VW dealerships and found the best deal with Reeves. Both my Sales Rep (Alex) and the Sales Mgr (Syaed) were great to deal with and were more helpful than pressuring me into buying.

Extremely professional and courteous service. I was met when I pulled up and directed to my service associate. She took the time to listen to the concerns, clearly understanding the issue and what the solution would more than likely be. Aware that I was waiting, they gave constant feedback through the process. The waiting room was comfortable, clean, and stocked with coffee and drinks. Toni did so much to make sure this was pleasant from start to finish.

This was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. There was no haggling, I received the best price first with no constant going back and forth. When I picked up my car I was literally there for only 20 minutes, so easy. In the future I dont plan on going anywhere else for my new car needs.

I wouldn’t give any stars if I had the option. My car 2012 CC sport was misfiring took it in to my local dealer Reeves Volkswagen for diagnosing I asked them to let me know what needed to be done to get my car back on the road???? My car has less than 90,000 miles on it they told me for my car to get back on the road I needed to have a carbon cleaning fuel pump changed fuel injector changed spark plugs and rear brakes changed had all this work done for a little over $1700, for them to turn around and tell me my car was having engine issues that would cost me an additional $3,000 dollars to look further into because the head of the engine would have to be removed for them to further diagnose . Ok fine if my car has engine issues why was this not told to me from the beginning long story short they were paid their $1700 and I still can’t drive my car they didn’t even give me a complimentary car wash!!!! Volkswagen is a joke I will never purchase a vehicle manufactured by this company again!!!!! I was working with Melissa and she was extremely unprofessional!!!

I took a 2015 GTI to the service department for a pre-purchase inspection, and Toni absolutely went above and beyond to take care of me. She took note of the few things I had noticed, pointed out a couple other issues, as well as some missed maintenance, and the technician went over it, and noted even more things that the car needed to be 100%. The car did have an extended warranty, and everything got taken care of.Volkswagen group cars can be more expensive to maintain compared to other brands, but the level of service I received absolutely takes the sting away.Theyve won me over as my destination for factory service, and I have no doubt that any of the service advisors would do the same, but Toni was most excellent. Thank you!Update:I went back for more repairs. This time I worked with Chris in the service department. I have nothing but great things to say about my interactions with him as well. He kept me informed of a unique situation with and aftermarket warranty and aftermarket parts.Im really looking forward to continuing the Volkswagen experience with the team at Reeves.

Exceptional Service!! They really give a great military discount. They take very good care of your car...wash and vac was really nice. I would recommend taking your vehicle to this location. I looked at taking my vehicle to another VW dealership but was really impressed with the customer service and quick response received on every aspect of my visit. The service cant be beat!!

My car 2017 Jetta was misfiring took it in to Reeves Volkswagen for diagnosing. This occured right after an oil change that was done incorrectly, oil leaked. Since then, I took the vehicle in five times to get the misfire light issue corrected, and each time Im asked to pay, however, no guarantee that issue will get addressed. Its like taking the car in to fix a flat tire, and instead the spark plugs get replaced, and Im still having a car with a flat tire. Frankly, Im tired to pay for services that dont correct the problem. This is my fourth VW in the last 12 years, and I was about to purchase my fifth one, but given the issues with the vehicle and the ability to have it corrected, I lost all faith in VWs ability to produce decent cars and also provide the guidance to the mechanics to repair them. I do have to say, I was given a loaner, so I appreciate that. I would like to see getting this fixed, and also receive my car back in the same clean condition I dropped it off. I dont understand why one has to take in a car 5x times for the same issue.

Everyone is so nice and even though you dread waiting they made me feel very comfortable. Nice waiting area with a charging station. A sitting area outside as well that is shaded with large trees. My car is getting worked on and I was given a rental while its being serviced. I am ecstatic about Reeves Volts Wagon ! They are the best. Kudos to Melissa E. She is helping me during the process.

Theyre very nice, honest and up-front people. You wouldnt even know theyre car salespeople ! The Reeves franchise actually sells more than VWs. If youre considering a car at all you should stop by the place and check it out. We bought a car from them last night.
