I rarely post any reviews but I feel like this place deserves a review. Though the laundromat is not spacious, everything is kept nice and clean. The newly renovated floors made the place look even better. The staffs are all very nice and courteous. Price is reasonable. Of all the laundromats Ive been, I can say that this is the best one yet.

Staff are extremely friendly. They are consistently working to improve the facilities with renovations and signage and offer all laundry services including customizable wash and fold, self service machines, and dry cleaning. Feels slightly pricey compared to some other spots around, but for the convenience, cleanliness and customer service it’s worth it!

Employees harass you, extremely rude service, slow, charged $25 for a small blanket with no warning. One won’t stop texting me when I have asked her to stop. Avoid going here. $70 bill for 18 pounds of clothes. Ridiculous.

I use the pick up delivery service always. They lost one of my vintage T-shirts (can’t replace it) they won’t take responsibility for it. Not only that. I continued to use their service this time they overcharged me thinking I won’t pay attention to it. The worst laundry service I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t waist your money nor your valuables using their service. There are Laundremat’s on every block in this area!!!

Been using them as drop off service for the past 2 years. Fast turn around time and amazing staffs. Sadly I’m moving soon. Definitely recommend them to others living in the area.

Although this location is a little pricey its worth it because of all brand new machinery and excellent service from the staff.

I will give 0 star if I can. Dont go there. Worst of the worst. Its all about the service. The male who works there called Andrew Wang or something had confusing and disgusting communication and attitude. Can you believe a service person bad mouth you to another client just in front of you? To do business, be a good person first. Bad reputation ruins your business.

I have been a customer since September and they provide really good service at a reasonable price. The place is clean and the machines are well maintained. My thanks to Andrew and the rest of the crew!

I left a good review below. However, I have noticed the past few loads I have dropped off that clothing items of mine have gone missing. I have looked everywhere to make sure that I was not mistakenly misplacing these items, but they have gone totally missing and I have no other explanation. I am so upset about this. I really liked this laundromat.

Id leave 0 stars if possible. $50 for two loads of self-service laundry is insane. It wouldve cost $20 less to send the laundry out from my local laundry but no, I thought this would be cheaper and easier. Expensive, tedious, and utter indifference to customer service. Store policy, which is written nowhere, states customers bags and items will be put on the street and they are NOT responsible for lost/stolen items. They didnt tell us this, so imagine our surprise when we returned to find a local examining my bags although the laundromat was completely empty at 1 on a Monday. Its one thing for a sock to disappear, another to offer free suitcases to the neighborhood.Washing machine cost $10-15 to operate, with further upcharges if you want a special cycle. It took 15 mins to download their app, which requires location, bluetooth, read/write, and camera permission, create two passwords that both require 2FA, manually input credit info because it doesnt read from Pay... To scan a QR code. You can only load insane increments ($20-$50), which takes 5 mins to figure out in the awful UI.

The staff is so friendly and great and the service is great! Been using them for over a year. I use their drop off and fold service and they’ve always been accommodating, timely and efficient. Highly recommended!

I was glad to find a decent laundromat. Its small though.

Im used to doing my own laundry - that was before I moved to NYC and into a building without a laundry room. Lately Ive been using drop off service but I needed something to be washed immediately so I went to do it myself. When I got to Cornerstone Laundromat, it was like I completely forgot how to do my own chores.I had to ask where to put the detergent. Then I realized, I didnt bring enough of my own so I had to buy more. I didnt know where to put my coins or how to get them out when they jammed, because I was inserting them too fast. I didnt know what size washer I needed.I was feeling insecure and wanted to tell everyone there: I swear Ive done this before - I know how to do my own laundry! I was a mess. Luckily the staff is friendly, helpful and super chill.I finally got my wash going in a medium size machine ($10 - takes about 20 minutes). Drying was about $3 for 40 minutes. I like that the dryer has a cool down period so that when you take your clothes out, your hands dont get scalded by hot clothing.If you need detergent they sell pods for $1 each.If you need change, you can Venmo them and theyll give you cash to use their change machine.They have baskets and roll-y carts you can borrow to fold up your laundry. Its a pretty tight squeeze in there and you have to share space with their staff who is working on laundry for those who did drop off.Nearby, there are a lot of delicious places to hangout and kill time.

Great place, mainly due to convenience, until they lost my favorite pair of pants and just shrugged. My laundry is simple, no separations, all washed together and all machine dried. How do you lose a pair of pants?? Washer -> dryer -> fold. I have not been back since.I do not have the ticket number, as the ticket is taken once the items are picked up. The day this item was dropped off and lost was May 2nd. I have spoken to many individuals since then with no attempted resolution.

They were great and polite until they lost my $100 jeans and shrugged. Never offered to pay, never even hinted they could be at fault. Instead told me I was lying.Don’t come here.

Was there before they renovated the place, and they did a great job on changing the place.

Beware of this laundromat, I went here because the washer in my duplex are being fixed.And I did I drop off service with them and when I went to pick up my clothing some of my stuff was stolen. Expensive things like a Prada skirt and Burberry socks it was like the person knew what to steal.They ripped my husband Versace robe and when we told them about it they told us it was nothing we can do it’s my fault when it was brand new.When I asked to speak to a manager he hung up on me 4x so I decided to walk over since it’s in the neighborhood when I got there this was unbelievably what I saw the worker had on my Prada skirt ( asking how do I know it was mines it had my initials monogrammed onto the bottom of the skirt as it was a special gift from my husband.And I made sure to ask to speak to a manager and they said it “was nothing they can do so beware of these ppl!

I never write reviews. HOWEVER...after reading this last negative review I just had to. I’ve been coming to this laundromat for the past 2 years. The staff here is exceptional. Always willing to help and accommodate me.The fact that this last review describes the nationality of the staff and follows with negativity just goes to show they are a person with strong prejudice and anger, just looking to try to bring down the nature of someone’s business.WEST LAKE LAUNDROMAT IS FANTASTIC!!! In this cold weather (during the winter season), itll be nice if they had a heater, but they do not. The women here are polite and helpful, though.

We used their drop off & pick up service 3 times in a week during our recent stay in Soho, they were fantastic. Everything washed & folded nearly, even the clothes & cloths for our 3 month old son. Will use them for sure next time we are here

I put my clothes in the dryer for 45 mins (heavy, winter clothes). It was early in the morning and no one was there or waiting. I came back 35 mins later and my damp clothes were in a basket because the owners were doing the paid bag laundry.

This laundromat is totally horrible. The asian who work at this location is very rude and unprofessional. The older generation seems to have some form of racism in them. Very unprofessional.

Neighborhood. Poor English skills and lazy business practices make it a poor choice. Twice failed to deliver on time. I wont give them a third chance.

Check the yelp reviews first...THEY DO NOT HAVE WARM/HOT WATER AND LIE ABOUT IT BEING BROKEN EVERY SINGLE DAY.This is one of the worst laundromats Ive ever been to. Although its the cheapest in the 10 block radius, I would go elsewhere if I were you. They do not offer hot water (and dont tell you this- you have to find out by actually feeling the temperature of the water once youve already started the machine), they use the majority of the machines to do wash and fold (and do not give you the courtesy of going first). The straw that broke the camels back for me, was when I forgot to take my detergent home with me, and when I returned 2 days later to retrieve it and do laundry, they had written a couple of Chinese characters at the bottom, and claimed that it belonged to another customer- even though it was the ONLY Trader Joes detergent in there, was in the same spot i left it, and had the same amount of detergent in the bottle as mine did. Not to mention that it was the only bottle that had Chinese written on it instead of English (the claim it must be a Chinese customer). They actually had the audacity to not offer me a cup of their Tide, but SELL me one for $2.These people are DISHONEST, rude, and do not deserve your money. STAY AWAY!
