I moved from Orlando to Riverview in May 2021.The service,, size of location, staff, car wash when finished etc. are better in Orlando.I hope this branch becomes better. It will be in the best interest to both parties.

They did a hard pull on my credit was approved was told only had 2 bays for service and were backed up . The car had to be checked by law in order to sell . Alf was to busy to call me back said he was the only sales person on and down a mechanic .Today they are selling my car of interest as I am a lawyer I recommend do not take anything they say to be true or honest. I am a member of BB will be reporting them on fraud charges maybe even on my court docket....STEER CLEAR
Unbelievable service! My family and I were on vacation and we had car issues and had to be back on the road to get back home. Our vehicle was fixed and we were ready to go within a few hours of contacting the dealership. Extremely satisfied!
RUN AWAY. Why cant I place a Zero??? Not only their service is bad, their customer service is worse, but to complete, you pay for services they never perform. And what will you know? You are trusting in their good service. But no, they charge you for things they have never done, and make you wait tons of hours to do nothing in your car. Yeaah sure, to sell you they are fast, but when you go to have service, even if paid from your pocket, it will be not done, done wrong and dont you dare to expect a minimal apology. They cant even apologize.

After I left this place, I needed a shower. What a slimy place. Have you ever walked into a place, and it just felt bad…bad energy? That was this place. We found a car on Carfax website we wanted to see. We called the place, and the car was still available, so we drove over. After we got there, they said the car was over $2000.00 over what it was being advertised for on the website. When we said we were going to pay cash, they raised the price another $2000.00. So, a $10,000 car (advertised price) was now $12,000 and then went to $14,000 for a cash buy. Well since we had screen shots of the web price, we figured we would test drive the car and if we liked it, talk to the general manager about the price. First, I noticed that the back lens was cracked, then the back tire had a big gouge in it, then when we turned on the AC it was not working. But the best part is when the salesman jumped in the back seat and did not put a dealer plate on the car. When I asked him about the dealer plate, he said we did not need a dealer plate for the test drive. When I asked him who would get the ticket if we were pulled over by the police, he gave me a creepy and slimy smile, then shrugged and ran in for the plate. At that point we left. I would not use this company. This place has a bad feeling about it. In my opinion, this place is crooked as the day is long…just my opinion.
If I could give a zero I would. First they lied and said the vehicle I purchased went through a check list to ensure everything was mechanically sound. It was not, it hadnt even been cleaned. I attempted to buy it on a Saturday but couldnt agree on terms so I walked. Got a call that night saying they got better terms I agreed came in that Sunday to sign papers. On the drive home it was making loud noise from the rear end. Took it to my local mechanic where it turns out the rest of the brakes were gone. Called my sales person to inform him he told me to bring it in on Monday and they will get it fixed. When I get there it turns out that they got the van that Saturday as a trade in. I looked at it originally. It never went through any service checks or anything. So they took the van and had it for a week. Got it back on Fri evening after work. They told me a list of things that was fixed. I asked for a copy of the repair work so I can have a copy for my own records. I was told that I would get it by Monday or Tues at the latest. That was two weeks ago by the time of this review. Ive called multiple times left multiple messages I even sent a message on there website multiple times. With no reply. Cause a few of the things that they said where fixed are clearly not fixed. And once again Ive been lied to. And it is not ok. So maybe this is the only way I could get a response back. If I could return the vehicle and get mine back I would just so I wouldnt have to try and get answers. I wouldnt go here again for another vehicle.
My experience with the service dept was awesome. Had an oil change coupon and dealt with Kyle Lancaster. He was very professional and courteous. They were so busy i had a very long wait and Kyle really went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and that he really cared. My experience was good enough that i brought my sisters car in a couple days later. Kyle recognized me and remembered details from my first visit. Top notch service. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

I had such a horrible experience at Brandon Mitsubishi, and will never be returning. I was treated so poorly by the financial team. Im reporting them to the better business bureau, and hope disciplinary actions pan out.
The short of it is the service was horrible, the communication was even worst, and the car they sold me has mechanical issues. Run far away.Heres more details:I had such as horrible car buying experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have so many complaints I dont know where to start. It was just a completely unprofessional and off putting experience.-The car ran out of gas during the test drive and the salesman had to push the car while I drove it in neutral to get it to the pump. I told them in advance I was coming to test drive the car, why not gas it up? This was my first red flag.- Despite the rocky start, I liked the car and told the salesman I wanted to purchase and needed financing. No one talked numbers with me (final sales price, financing charges, APR, etc) until they set me in a room with Robert who started shoving papers in my face to sign when Ive not had one single conversation yet about how much everything will cost me. Apparently there was some sort of miscommunication and Robert thought that had already happened.-I objected to the sales price because once again my first time seeing it was when a paper was being put in front of me to sign. This was not the same price that brought me in the door which was advertised online. They said it was because of some b.s. fee for not having a trade in. They did not honor the initial price I saw online although I did negotiate it down. Still, honor the price you advertise or include any caveats in the advertisement!-I dont know if its because I am young or a woman, but Robert talked to me in the most condescending tone. He literally kept explaining to me what gap insurance was after I assured him I knew what it was. At this point I should have walked out but I had hours invested and really liked the car. My mistake.-Overall I was not pleased with the financing options that were available. I have excellent credit, a significant down payment and income I should have been able to get better financing terms.-Once the purchased was all wrapped up they didnt even detail the car before giving it to me and didnt even have the courteously to fill up the tank.-Now, after only having the car only a week Ive discovered a mechanical issue and will be taking it somewhere else for servicing to get to the bottom of the issue *sigh*.Regretting this purchase so much.
BEWARE: cars are $2,000 more than listing price. STAFF has an amazing personality. TEST DRIVE was less than half a mile, not enough. CAR was empty on gas, they said I would be respondible for filling it up(really, i could get stranded leaving the dealership). PRICE they added $600approx of car repairs they did to it, for me to pay( that should be their responsibility)TRADE IN they only offer $1000 no more, anyone’s car is probably worth more than that. LASTLY they run my credit 4 times, like one is not enough. My last car they only ran it once and used it for multiple companiesWith that said, shop smart please. Bring your own personal apr rate. Dont let them run it for you.

I brought my Accord in for a USED car appraisal. The manager told me he didnt want to pay the KBB value (which I went to that store because the sales guy ensured he could pay over KBB) because the headlights were dirty and the tires (not the wheels) are scuffed. Detail departments routinely buff headlights and guess what? I tend to drive on my tires from time to time, so yeah theyre not gona be brand new condition. I wont allow this store to waste my time again.
I would like to say that there were a lot of bad reviews on google & FB. Despite of reading them myself before making a 2 hour trip there, I decided to give them a chance. I initially inquired about a car that was being advertised on their FB & website. I was told by “Jose” that the car wasn’t available and it was sold a week prior to my inquiry. Then he tried to show me alternatives. I told him that I wasn’t interested. A week later, I still see the same car being advertised, I asked “jose” how often do they update their inventory online because the car I inquired about is still being advertised. His response was “normally every week”. I inquired about the vehicle again but this time through their Facebook. The rep that I spoke to said that it was available and wasn’t sure why I was being told that it wasn’t. Then I ended up calling and spoke to Rafael. He confirmed that the car was available. Then 3 minutes later Albert (I think that was his name) followed up with my inquiry about the availability. I came in for a scheduled appointment with Rafael 2 days later. The 2016 Dodge Charger that I was interested in was advertised for 18k. Upon inspection, The vehicle could have been detailed before my arrival and I wasn’t a fan of the lifting plastic near the transmission shifter (it was tacky) but other than that, it was a pretty good car to test drive. My car was a total loss so Since I didn’t have a trade and came in with a pre approval, they up the price to 20k then said that if I finance with them, I can get the advertised price. They changed the buyers order 3 times with different numbers each time and said that I needed to put more money down for “taxes”. They wanted me to finance with them with 11k down and 11k financed, which made no sense to me at all. i still had to pay taxes. If I chose to use my bank, they wanted 4500 more dollars in addition to my 9k down payment. Rafael was really nice but with the constant changes in pricing on the buyers order, I felt that I was being finessed. Rafael approached 2 gentlemen sitting at the desk, I overheard one say to him that he was “losing money”. Wow. After a 2 hour trip & time wasted in negotiations, I left. Rafael was still persistent but I was completely frustrated and the car wasn’t worth the hassle. The car had 102k miles so it wasn’t a huge loss.“Abner” called me on Friday 7/16 & asked me why I didn’t make the purchase. I explained my experience. We agreed for me to come Saturday. When I arrived, I didn’t see the car. As I walked in, I noticed Ralfael looking at me but would look away when I looked back. He was not friendly this time compared to Thursday. I was greeted by Abner and he said “let me bring the car around” after sitting on the computer, he says to me “oh we just sold the car 30 minutes ago”. They tried to push me towards another car & told me that “they will make it right”. The car that they were trying to show me was 17k online but somehow, the price went up to 22k & it had a hole in the floor of the drivers seat covered by a mat. Why would I make a 2 hour trip just to get another plain vehicle, which I could have gotten locally, when I inquired about a specific one!? They told me that Ralfael was the one who sold it & I was told that if I wanted the car then I should’ve have made a deposit. Don’t you think that someone would have disclosed to me on Friday during that phone call? I don’t even trust them with a deposit because they’re the type of dealership that will sell the car with a deposit & justify keeping your deposit. Nobody attempted to call me to notify me that the car was sold. That’s what upsets me the most. That was confirmation that I was nothing but a dollar sign. I went over to Speedway Autos and got the same car with less miles. I will NEVER recommend Brandon Mitsubishi to anyone looking to buy a car. After this, I’d rather ride a mule down 75 and walk on I4 before I attempt to give them my business again.
A better or more spaced out waiting area and that all the staff wear face mask while they are inside the building. As well as using Clorox wipes are some cleaner for virus safety when serving customers cars/trucks.But the Manager Delbert has people friendly attitude....very sweet.
I’ve purchased my last two Mitsubishi Lancers from Brandon Mitsubishi. In the years that I’ve been coming there for service, I’ve yet to have a bad experience. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. Whenever my car is serviced, I’ve never waited more than 90 minutes. The representatives have always kept me informed of what’s going on with my car and offered recommendations on future repairs/service when necessary. My next vehicle will most likely be an SUV, and I will certainly purchase it from Brandon Mitsubishi.

Had a great car buying experience!Worked with Archie up front and Martindale in financing. Both were knowledgeable, funny, and worked with us to get the best deal for the car we wanted. Martindale was even able to get our payment under our goal of $200 a month! He is the man!We did have some issues with the vehicle that needed to be repaired. But Archie said they were scheduled to be fixed and offered to drive it out to us no problem! A big relief since we live over an hour away.I highly recommend Brandon Mitsubishi. The people who work there are happy with work with you to get the right car and the right deal for you. Definitely ask for Martindale and Archie when you go. Both of them are a pleasure to work with!
They advertise a price online and when they give a quote the price was higher than advertised. They tried to explain with a lot if numbers but no honest business will operate like this establishment. My advise stay away.

To begin with, the financial manager was completely unprofessional having a conversation in which he was yelling very loud at one of his staff members right outside the the front doors where the customers (we) walk in. The experience with the sales guy was pleasant however when it came down to numbers they would rather profit their pockets instead of making a reasonable deal with you to ensure that youre satisfied with their services. The numbers for a used older car with multiple previous owners should not be equivalent to a brand new car. It seems to me that they would rather not make a reasonable sale over just a couple dollars. You would think after going back and forth with numbers that the financial manager would come up to us and discuss options but he never bothered nor seemed interested in doing so, as a matter of fact he tried to have his staff withhold the car quote when legally they cannot do that. There are other dealers that can work with you and its very evident that this is not one of them

I offered to pay cash for the vehicle and then the price went too 15,991.00 because of no trade in and I did not finance with them.Make sure you look at the fine print on line because the price listed by this company has stipulations attached. Called and made an appointment to test drive a SUV. I drove from Pinellas Park to Brandon. My appointment was 11am. I arrive and and did not see the SUV. I let them know I was there to test drive the suv. I was then told that it was sold at 10pm the night before. But I was told the place closed at 8pm..ok did they really even have it. Or was it sold already and they just wanted to get me there.??? They tried to say they had other SUVs and would give me a better price because of my inconvenience. Now.. Since they did that, why would I want to buy ANYTHING from them. I walked out. No ethics
Cant speak for the car buying side of this business but the mechanic side is like any other place; theyll try and fleece you. A/C stopped blowing cold so I brought it here for the experts to look at, they told me I needed a new compressor and the cheapest one they could get was just north of $1000. Didnt think that sounded right so I went somewhere else but not before they charged me over $150 for a simple diagnostic. An hour and $40 later, A/C was blowing cold again. Turns out that all it needed was a refrigerant recharge. Even asked them to look at the compressor and they told me it was fine! This was about 8 months ago and I wanted to give the dealership the benefit of the doubt to see if the compressor did eventually stop working but so far it hasnt. Even if it wasnt intentional, their failure to properly diagnose the actual issue is enough to make me think twice about getting repairs done here.
Went to see a used car with an advertised price only to find out if your not financing through then or trading in the advertised price is $2000 more. Deceptive practices. Stay away.

Saw a car listed for sale at this dealership. Called the dealership and asked if they had it. The sales man put me on hold and checked. He comes back on and tells me YES they had it and scheduled an appointment with me to check it out. I show up on time for the appointment. When I arrive I am told sorry they never had the car and they are not getting it.So summary:1. They advertise cars they don’t have, have never had, and will never get.2. You ask if they have the car and they lie to you to get you to come in.3. You show up and waste your time. They then try and push a different car on you once you show up.4. The car they dont have and never had has been listed for 10 weeks and it is still currently listed on the company facebook page, website, and autotrader as I write this.What a joke this place is. Avoid.

That is not the case here!!I had my eyes on a charger they happened to have, and from the onset CJ was professional and forthright with information. Along with his manager Ed(one of the most genuine and helpful Ive ever met!) they ensured I not only got the car i desired BUT at a price that made sense that wouldnt hurt me in the long run.On top of that they go to extra lengths to educate you on your options and how everything works. I’m 20 years old pre med student and my parents passed so I don’t have guidance much to dealing with adult stuff such as a car maintenance and I fully trust Delbert he’s an amazing service manager he will take the time and explain to you what your car needs and put you as a priority . When I go there I’m always in and out and he’s always a phone call away if I notice my cat is acting weird . Also shout out to his amazing mechanics I adore Vincent I know when I get my car back from an oil change I don’t have to double check anything . Throughout the years I have met some of the service managers and delbert by far is the best . PLEASE DO THIS MAN RIGHT . I am hoping he stays he’s an assets to your company . Never a disappointment when Delbert is there . However, when purchasing my new vehicle (With sales rep CJ) and this has nothing to do with Delbert excellent service I received my car with no gas and no oil they refused to fill it up according to CJ which had to do with his manager .What a shame there !

First of all, I was not planning on buying a vehicle today. Today was part of a scouting mission. After spending time with the salesman, it was apparent that he would be pleasant to work with. The process from inspection to test drive to negotiation to finance manager was quick and painless. Did not feel any pressure at all. Lol one of the sales people told me i couldnt park there when looking at the cars on the medium between them and Hyndai. The car was maybe 5 feet away from where i parked. It was on a Monday at 3 in the afternoon with no other cars in guest parking. Speaks volumes about their customer service.

Came in for an oil & filter change, also a check-up of my 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander. It went well and as usual everyone was polite and professional.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. We traded in our 2015 Mirage and drove off with a 2019 Outlander Sport. We were greeted right away by Rene and he listened to what we wanted in our next car. This was the worst experience we ever had at the car dealership. Very unprofessional people. We live in palm harbor which is one and half hour drive from Brandon. We went online and did the pre approval application and they gave my wife the quote how much her car payment would be. We ask multiple times to make sure that the quote is valid before driving to Brandon they assure us it is. We drove all the way there and spend almost 4hrs in renegotiating and the numbers they gave us they didnt honored it. 2 days later they called my wife again and they agreed to give her the price that they quote at the first time. Over the phone we make sure to go over the prices and all the terms and also make sure that the car has the Apple car play and the sales man send her the picture of the car play to convinced her. So we go there and when we met our salesman he apologized that the car we agreed on was sold this morning but did not informed my wife ahead.So he found us different one that he said it’s exact the same specification but just different color. After 5hours of waiting for the bank approval and finance paper works, they give us the key to the car and they started doing the final check list only to find out that there is no Apple car play. The sales was very apologetic but the manager was very nasty and talk down to my wife. We give the keys back and we will never go back to this place again.
Very professional, Id recommend this to anyone who is a new buyer and experienced buyers. They make you feel comfortable and arent pushy to any extent. They help in any way shape or form. I recommend Mr. Marc-Anthony!!!
This dealership took excellent care of me!! I worked with Alphonso and Michelle on the floor and closed the deal with Matthew (the GM). Michelle was super friendly, always followed up, and made me feel like a priority. Alphonse was down to earth, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. Matt the GM worked with me on pricing and I drove home the car I wanted with a good deal in my pocket. My only issue was the financing department which was slow to process the paperwork and prolonged the day several hours.

I dont usually post reviews but the excellent service I received at Brandon Mitsubishi deserves it. I was wowed with the way they accommodated me. They got me out of a lease I did not want (payed it off) and got me into an SUV I absolutely love! I got a very good deal! Special thanks to out to Michelle and Alphonso who went over and beyond to meet my needs and get me an awesome deal! They made my experience very comfortable and stress free. Feel like I gained some friends! A special thank you to the general manager, Matt, who made every thing come together and always making sure we are comfortable and pleased with the outcome. I heard about Brandon Mitsubishi on the radio. We looked at the inventory and we decided to take an 80 mile trip to purchase a car and it was the best decision ever. FELISKA was our sales representative and she was AWESOME! Not only did she sold us a vehicle she was very attentive to detail and she made sure we were shopping in the right direction and for the right amount. I went looking for my first car, not having any credit built and with doubts. Walked into Brandon Mitsubishi with my grandmother and Jewl greeted us. It was nice knowing that they had bilingual people because my grandmother speaks spanish. She went above and beyond helping me get my first car! Edwin was also helping and he was very nice.
