I just had THE most AMAZING experience with Chris, one of the managers and his entire staff at Tire Kingdom on Ocala. Within minutes of pulling into the parking lot and explaining what was happening with my tire and an alert I saw on my dashboard, Chris came right outside, checked all 4 tires and found the problem. He was patient, kind, super helpful and was able to accommodate my time constraints, since I am visiting from out of town. I recommend this location to ANYONE who appreciates, kindness, knowledge, support and quality! Thank you Chris, you made my day!!!

I came into Tire Kingdom to replace a tire on my car. I was able to replace the tire at tire kingdom. However, when I went to pay for the tire, I was told that my battery failed inspection and need to be be replaced. I wanted to get a second opinion on the battery.My battery was fine, when I started the car. When I went to another car replace, the second mechanic told me my battery was fine and that Tire Kingdom was trying to sell me another battery. I have not been back to Tire Kingdom.

Mr Marcus was awesome today. He assisted us with an urgent matter that we had today with a 15 passenger Enterprise rental van. He went above and beyond to make sure that he got us in today so that we could continue our trip to Destin. He was pleasant and I could tell he really loves his job‼️

Came in last minute and with no appointment to ask to have some cosmetic work done on my vehicle. Mr. Carlos, the store manager and Mr. Marcus went above and beyond to offer the assistance of their crew. I am thankful to have experienced such genuine courtesy and professionalism from the entire crew, from the front office to the mechanics. Definitely will be coming back for future services.

Needed an oil change for a 2008 Camry (a super common car) and the car takes 0w-40 oil (also super common). I made an appointment online and the price after taxes and fees was 27$. When I got there the guy behind the counter went out, looked at the car for half a second, and told me that they only carried synthetic or synthetic blend oil in 0w-40, and that the price would be at least 50$ for that. Pretty annoying and a little sleazy to to find that out after making the appointment online (where I put in the model year) and actually getting to the shop. But the guy was pleasant enough, hence the two stars. Definitely will not come back

Quick service and friendly employees. My tire was having issues, so they looked at it and just patched it up for me; didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.

Got charged 20 more than what I was quoted online, and when I asked why the dude at the counter laughed and said it was because my car wasn’t old enough. Trashy customer service representative working the counter makes the whole place look trashy, and I won’t be coming back.

I have visited this place twice couple of weeks ago. The staff were friendly and the customer service was good. Will be going back to this place if I encounter any issues with my car in future.

I went in today to get an alignment on my truck. Chris stated That I would need to purchase four new tires as mine were unsafe. So he printed me out a quote for 875.00 not including the alignment. I asked if he had anything less expensive but these were all he had in the store. So I asked if we could at least use one of the tires and my spare and I could afford two of the tires he was proposing. He sternly nodded a no. But suggested I apply for store credit. Desperate and against all odds I applied. When I was declined, I tried calling family to borrow the funds. When that didn’t work I suggested I go buy four used tires and come back for the alignment.A patron that was in the waiting room overheard this and suggested Big A’s tires on Lake Bradford rd. To which Chris questioned the quality and integrity of, But when the Paton said he had gotten some good tires from them, my hope sprung into action and I headed on over there.I was able to buy a nice looking set of Goodyear wranglers for a fraction of the cost of New ones. I headed back to the alignment. However, Chris was not pleased. He basically said they were bald too and rudely told me to bring him something he could align. This is very condensed version of events btw.I went to the very next tire shop, got my alignment, and when asking about new tires was told by a seasoned tire man that my tires had “ plenty of life in them” “plenty” He also gave me several different quotes all less then 875.00I forgot to mention when leaving tire kingdom both managers and two shop workers were standing in front laughing. That’s why I suggest STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY PLACE! How do I inform corporate this guy is losing you business! After reading these reviews I’m glad they refused me service. Thanks after all Chris.

Marcus is excellent at his job. Amazing customer service and had me in an out in just over an hour!

I got a high pressure pitch to buy a part that 1. My car didnt need, 2. They didnt have, 3. They were overcharging for and 4. They could not have within 24 hours. I ended up towing my car to another service center that repaired it within 2 hours after they started the job and without replacing the part that Tire Kingdom claimed was totally destroyed and could not work. An utter and complete LIE!They told me the job would be 3 hours in total. After I decided that I was taking my car without having them repair it, they took 4 hours to reassemble and release it charging for 2.5 hours labor.There were many other issues with this experience at Tire Kingdom too numerous for this forum. Suffice it to say I will never go back to Tire Kingdom and would not recommend them to anyone for anything...Theyre crooks. Very dishonest

We had problems with our van from enterprise and the man who worked at the desk his name was Marcus helped us through EVERYTHING he was the best and helped us through it all love it!!!!

While they were very busy I didnt wait very long! I passed two different tire kingdoms just to come to this one! Their fast and friendly service wins me over every time! Terrible customer service. Was told I could come in at 7 am for a tire patch and I would be taken care of right away. Guy told me it would take about an hour. I come in and a different guy tells me they have too many cars and it won’t be for at least another 2 hours. I told the first guy I had to get to work and he never mentioned 2 hours. Stick to your word - I wouldnt have wasted my time coming here.

I have visited this store in years but it was good then.

Came in to get a tire patch on a rear tire due to a roofing nail and was told it would be no problem. That immediately changed to needing to have both rear tires replaced because they were too old. The other rear tire (the one without the nail) had been replaced last year by Kraft Nissan (who are phenomenal) when it had picked up a screw, so that old tire was actually the newest out of all 4. Declined purchase and went somewhere else. This place is extremely predatory, so do yourself a favor and just find another establishment.

The manager Jose is the nicest guy I’ve ever met at an auto repair shop. He was literally doing 4 things at once he was so busy and he still managed to make me feel like everything was gonna get taken care of. I honestly will never go anywhere else for my tire needs. If your looking for a place to take your car. Go here Jose will make sure you are taken care of.

Brought my car in for new tires and an oil change. They used very cheap synthetic and when j asked how the brakes looked, they told me the rotors looked great and my lads were just a little thin (because they didnt have the rotors to sell me presumably..) then I took it for a brake job at a trustworthy place I know in Gulf Breeze by my parents house since their brake job was overpriced .. they told me the rotors are absolutely shot and explained VW and bmw, mercedes etc have softer rotors that dont last as long but still you much faster. Vannoys did a good brake job, they did an oil change and gave a pretty poor assessment of my actual issues I now realize. They also told me they were gonna move the rear to the front and the new tires would go in the rear but they didnt do that and twice I almost completely 360e in the rain... But thats partly due to the El junko Sumotomo tires they replaced with at full retail. Id go somewhere else and youre almost guaranteed better quality service. My.secojd opinion completely conflicted with theirs and this is a much more advanced transmission and basically do it -all shop.

Brought my car here for an alignment. Price wasnt cheap, but it also wasnt too bad compared to other shops. Workmanship and customer service was good.Dropping two stars primarily because they hit me with an $8.00 shop charge on my bill which wasnt disclosed ahead of time. Im not going throw a huge fit over $8, so I just paid it, but the extra charge felt a bit dishonest and left a bad taste in my mouth. Its certainly enough to make me reconsider ever bringing my car back. Id pose the question to management: is the extra $8 really worth the loss of a future customer?

Awesome service by Jose & Martis. While being very busy they accommodated me to get me back on the road to Miami quickly and safely.

They charge way more than they should be for everything. I also just called them to get an estimate for getting my break pads changed and Ive been on hold for 30 minutes. Ridiculous.

Amazing service! The employees truly were amazing! Jose has always been straight up and honest with me about all the services my car needed and the work was always delivered on time and well done. They were understanding of my financial status and were patient with me in explaining what was wrong with my car and everything my car needed. I was stranded on the road tire blew out, I called Chris from tire kingdom, asking for a tire, he said he had it in stock, not to mention he made sure that he could put it on, I was gonna show up past close but he made sure to stay open when I got there, Chris is such a amazing dude he helped, probably best worker I have ever met. I initially went in for an oil change . I didn’t make an appointment and was was informed that it may take a while due to other customers having an appointment. It didn’t take long at all!!! They not only gave an awesome oil change but showed the best hospitality and accommodated all of my needs . I felt at home with this mechanic shop and have become a loyal customer ! They Rip off college students. Have had my child’s vehicle serviced at this location on multiple occasions each time it was an issue. They will quote you one thing and then call and say it’s something else to get more money. Most recent told by child it was something totally different and tried to charge over thousand dollars when come to find out it wasn’t even that. Ended up taking the car to their competition down the street- the same job they quoted for nearly a fraction of what tire kingdom was charging. Not to mention it wasn’t even what tire kingdom said it was a simple job but they tried to bear my child out of money. I will never ever send my child back there.

I just took my car in to have a leak in a tire fixed. I was greeted by Jose who was very personable and courteous. They were very expeditious and the service fee was extremely low. I highly recommend them. When the time comes that I need new tires or other services I will be going back. Overall an excellent experience.

My experience with getting new set of tires was AWESOME,!!! Got right in and right out in an hour!!! The guys were so sweet and professional!! I had the best time and my new tires are fabulous and it came with warranty for the life of the tires!!!!!!!

The service is good, but I think they focus more on their profit rather than offering customers an affordable service. If you go there to patch a tire they will force you to replace it. Other service costs are more than dealer rates. You might get discounts/coupons on other shops/dealers but not here.

I made an appointment on the web site, which was very easy. The app showed me what appointments were available. The staff was awesome and personable. I got my oil changed and was out the door in 45 minutes! This was my first time using this location and I will definitely go back!

These guys hooked me up! I was about to head across the state with jacked up brakes and only wanted to replace the parts I needed because I didnt have a whole lot of disposable income. They insisted I replaced all parts on front/back wheels because they wanted me safe. They did their absolute best to keep pricing reasonable for me. HUGE shoutout to Tony at the desk and my tech Henry. They really went the extra mile for me. Super passionate team. Quality work all around. Very quick turnaround, too! I definitely would recommend anyone to this location.

Came in because of a nail in my tire. Todd was very helpful and kind. Jarvis took the nail out for me very quickly. Todd was very knowledgeable on cars and gave me smart suggestions on auto care. Great customer service, they really do care! Will come back for sure.

Todd and Jose made me feel very welcomed and talked me through the diagnosis of my vehicle with patience. They made me and other customers feel heard and comfortable while waiting for our cars. I watched them exercise extreme patience with eccentric customers which made me confident that I was in business with the one stop auto shop for fast, friendly and hassle-free car care.

I went into Tire Kingdom to get two tires changed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The price of the tires plus installation was very affordable. They were super quick too, it only took them about 45 minutes! I really appreciate all the hard work they did. I’ll be coming back to this place for sure.

Ive generally had decent experiences here, but they have always been slow. The bad side is seeing them fleece college students and those who arent car-savvy on basic maintenance items.

One of my tires wasn’t holding air, so I went to Tire Kingdom (Ocala Rd). Got my tire patched -cool.While I was there, they told me my battery is desperately low and I needed a new one. -what? Not having any problems whatsoever, so that’s weird.Called my dad because I thought that was odd. He told me to go have it tested someplace else. Went to Autozone across the street, and this older gentleman came out and tested it, let me look at the screen, and it said “85% CHARGED: GOOD BATTERY”.Are you kidding me?? If I would have trusted Tire Kingdom, I would have spent $170 on a new battery that I DID NOT NEED AT ALL.This is why I have trouble trusting anybody with car things other than my dad!Thank you to Autozone for being honest with me and not trying to rip me off.

Had a large issue with my car and not only was the Tire Kingdom staff helpful and kind, they also smashed the competitor in pricing. I saved 500 dollars by avoiding another well known establishment in the city. Todd and Jose especially are always doing the best they can to make sure you have a car.Only mechanics in town I trust.

Ive had nothing but good experiences here. Theyve worked with me before and theyve always been honest and answered the million questions I ask about what theyre telling me. They get busy but I make appointments and have no problems. The two guys typically working the counter (cant remember their names) are always really nice as well.

There are better shops in Tallahassee. Took my car in to get a patch on my rear tire. They told me the screw was too close to the sidewall and tried to sell me two new tires instead, good thing I knew where the screw was. I took the tire to a more honest shop up the road and got it patched no questions asked. Plus the Tire Kingdom on N Monroe St does better alignments.

Predatory establishment, better to take your business somewhere trustworthy.

I have a lot of grave concerns about the work that had been done, and Im fairly certain at this point that it was unnecessary. You will probably be fed the same lines about needing brake jobs, or how the nail was too far to the sidewall to be patched. I will never go back.

Very friendly staff. Great prices especially if you go online and PRINT out the coupons. They do a great job for oil change, tire rotations, and even fixing the bar on the windshield wiper mechanism. Not usually busy which means theyre quick to return your car.

Wonderful group of people working here.i got a nail in my tire and went to the tire kingdom on N. Monroe and was disgusted by the service and the fact that they were too busy for me. I called this tire kingdom and asked if they would stay open (since it was close to closing) to patch the tire. I got there the mechanic was ready and waiting for me. great patch job good for the life of the tire! Great service and experts in a flash!

I made an appointment to purchase a set of 4 tires. The guys at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. However, it took THREE HOURS to get a set of tires mounted and balances, and an alignment. I saw the mechanic continually leave my vehicle to work on other cars and chat with people in the shop while I waited. After two hours I finally asked why it was taking so long and was told that the alignment guy was trying to get my steering wheel straight (it is still not straight). After two and half hours and watching my truck go in and out of the alignment bay three times I asked how much longer and was told it wouldnt be long. It was finally finished after three hours (with an appointment) and when the alignment guy gave me my keys he gave me an attitude like I was in the wrong (although I greeted him pleasantly and didnt say anything other than thanks.). I watched one of the front desk guys up-selling brake jobs to two young females using exactly the same lines and scaring them into purchasing an expensive brake job for their safety. I will NOT be going back and definitely do NOT recommend this Tire Kingdom! This review has been removed from TKs site once already....

I came in for tire balancing. I was in and out quickly but... when I came there I had 1/4 tank of gas. When I got the car back I turned my engine back on I had a low fuel warning and was on E. Then ... 5 miles down the road I got a low air pressure warning for my tires. At Firestone so they can make it right.

I always come to this location every time I have an issue and the employees are always helpful and respectful. Todd was especially helpful. I learned more about my car works and reasonable prices for car services.

Driving through Tallahassee with my daughter Amanda and her two scholars Genesis and Bennett. We had a dangerous episode.... The trailer we were towing with our Dodge Ram pickup had a blowout happen to a tire ....scary....Amanda handled the truck. We stopped and inspected saw we had 3 good tires. Google gave us several choices and we went to Tire Kingdom on Ocala st Tallahassee. The wasted no time and got us back on the road in no time. Amanda walked to Starbucks and back and tire was done. I was waiting for my coffee. And the scholars were not delayed from preparing for school next morning. Thanks Quinton. YOU ROCK

Beware of prices they give you over the phone they never match your final price you pay before receiving your car keys back. The workers are very unprofessional I heard mechanics and desk workers talking poorly about customers when they didn’t think anyone was listening. I suggest any non franchise auto shop over this joke of an establishment.

A national brand should be expected to deliver a higher quality service for the incredibly high price. However, although this establishment does offer the same premium costs they fall short on the service. I came here for a simple change of brake pads wanting to take good care of my truck, due to a squeaking sound that results from wear, I came somewhere expecting the best. Yet after paying several more hundreds of dollars than I should they returned my truck with the same squeaking sound. I relentlessly came back two more times to have them fix the problem to only be met with some poor excuse of dust buildup. Extremely disappointed. Go somewhere else for the same/better service at much better prices

I’ve shopped at various NTB, TKs, Tires Plus, and Pep boys, however by far this is my favorite tire spot locally.Jose, Ronnie, and Chris are extremely professional and knowledgeable of their craft. Relocating to Tallahassee you dread waiting on special orders because of the limited stock locally.However, I can personally vouch for Jose’s ability to get special order off-road tires the next day!Personally whenever you’re considering switching out your Jeep, truck, or cars rubber go with the guys that care and do good business at a face pace!!!

Went to this store to have my tires balanced and rotated. As well as an alignment “check” which is free. They called back with a list of items that needed to be done before an alignment was performed. I told them to only balance the tires and rotate them at that point. No alignment. Never received a call about my truck being ready. I just showed up to pick it up.Upon leaving the store my steering wheel was turned way to the left while I was driving straight. I turned around and went back. One of the associates and the manager argued with me that nothing had been touched with the alignment and they somehow couldn’t explain how my steering was suddenly messed up. Upon inspection I found that both of my tie rod ends had been sprayed with lubricant as if they had been adjusted. Called an alignment shop that specializes in alignment and they agreed that it had been tampered with. They took my truck back in and did an “alignment” and after 2 tries my steering wheel is now pointing to the right when going straight. Called and complained to the corporate office customer service line and was offered a mail in coupon for future services. Total garbage. I will never go to this place again and I would hope this steers people away from this company. “No pun intended”. They obviously don’t know what they are doing and try to scam people in to spending more money.

Made an appointment for 1:00 PM for a oil change on 2012 Honda Civic. Dropped the vehicle off and completed the sign in process by 12:57pm. At 1:32pm the vehicle had not started being serviced. Several bays empty. The front counter guy told me he had to wait on a vehicle tobe pulled out. When I began making this post about the service he requested 2 seconds and he would have the oil change completed in 20 minutes.... very poor service, and not very honest either.

This is the best tire shop in Tallahassee hands down. The staff, especially Todd are knowledgeable, friendly and professional! If you need tires go here!

They are unprofessional and liars. I let them check my engine since the light was on. They told me that the engine was OK, but the brake has something wrong which need to be fixed immediately. I trusted them and spent 350$ on it. Just after two days, the brake light went on and the brake fluid went empty. I have to bring my car back and ask them why, and they said it is a different problem. After spending another 300$ on it, I tried my car, but I still cant feel the pressure on the brake pedal. I let them try the car, they said everything was perfect. I cant trust them anymore. Now I am planning to see some other machenics to see what they did to my car.

I am an FSU student and I was riding home on my bike in the rain one day and my bike chain fell off. The employees here did not hesitate to fix it for me and refused to accept money from me. Amazing customer service, even to people who arent technically their customers.

They are awful.I ordered 4 tires, they installed 2, and they blamed the delivery, but I asked them if they had all my order before I brought the car.They said my brake pads were good, they weren’t.I asked them to check a noise coming from my car, I needed a new rotor, but apparently they missed that and had to have another shop fix it.Previously on another visit, they told me a tire had a nail and was unfixable, but it was fixed at Jim Wells.I’ve given them multiple opportunities. This isn’t an isolated issue. Either it’s incompetence or being lazy, but either is unacceptable.Pay a little more and go to a much better shop.

I don’t really know anything about cars but I needed to get my tire fixed and Todd was really helpful in that :) he made me feel confident that I was getting the best service at the best price!

If anyone needs a mechanic in Tallahassee, I always recommend Tire Kingdom on Ocala. Weve been going for 5 years and they are awesome. They never ask you to spend money on unnecessary parts, give you a realistic time frame on when things should be fixed (no URGENT air filter changes or any of that BS) and they have been able to fix almost anything on our car. If they cant, they recommended a great mechanic that could. They may be a little more pricey than the mom and pop shops, but its worth paying for service you can absolutely trust, especially when youre a female college student like me.

There were a couple hiccups with replacing my wifes tires, but they were super accommodating and apologetic even though it was completely out of their control. We ended up rescheduling the second pair of tires for another day and they picked me up and dropped me off at work. Bailey at the front desk is super cool too!

Very pleasant experience we came in late on Sunday with a screw in the tire. Unfortunately it was unfixable and we had to replace the tire. Thankfully we had road hazard and were able to get a reduced rate on the replacement tire. The employee who helped us was very friendly, his name is Chris.

My daughter is a student in Tallahassee. Took her truck to this store for an oil change and to check out a grinding noise. They estimated $1400 to change out ball joints. I checked around and found that work should only cost $400. They ended up charging her $30 for an oil change they didn’t even perform. Jose, the store manager, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Apparently these guys like to take advantage of college students.

I spoke with Chris over the phone, he exceeded expectations by going over & beyond to help our situation. By far, Chris demonstrated that his professional and willingness to put NTB customers on a pedestal or trust in what appears to be a crisis to us, the customer, at the time we contact NTB/Tire Kingdom. In my opinion, customer service is by far the most important aspect of doing business and I feel fortunate that NTB employs people like the gentleman that I was able to have the honor to conclude my business with, Chris. Went in to patch up a tire with a small nail it in. Salesperson tried to scam me into buying all new tires saying he couldnt patch them up because the tread was to worn low (it wasnt). Took it to another place down the road and got it fixed for 15$
