I love this place! Im here every Sunday and they always do an excellent job! The employees are courteous and work hard to clean and shine your car. The woman inside is friendly and respectful at all times. Free coffee and donuts and they have a wide selection of retail items inside also. Ive been coming here every week since October 2020 and Ive never been disappointed. Oh yeah! They also have a 3 day clean car guarantee where they will clean the exterior of you car for free once in the first 3 days. Highly recommended business!

I went to this car wash… a little slow… car came out clean… I was satisfied… we were about to leave for a 4 hour car ride… try to turn on my kids TV’s and found they DESTROYED the plug… it’s in kind of a weird spot but it wasn’t just damaged or knocked out… it was completely reconstructed and then hidden… the funny thing is the kid who did the car came inside 3 times acting nervous and now I knew why! He destroyed my stuff!! Now… FOUR HOURS in the car with 2 young kids who religiously watch movies on. Long drives… FUN! Really awesome… thanks Stuart car wash you cost me a year off my life in stress and the part was online order only… had to overnight it for $30 so the ride back wasn’t hell—-I called in… spoke to the lady… she remembered me… I was very kind and explained the issue and she GUARANTEED the owner would take this very seriously… and call me and make it right… honestly a free car wash would have been enough… he never called… I followed up… she said he is absolutely going to call…. NOTHING !Never again for sure!

Excellent job! Jose was so thorough. I brought my car in, it had bad oxidation on my roof and hood. My headlights were yellow and scratched with a clear coat on them that he sanded off and made them look new.. Im so happy with my car. It looks great! Definitely give a 5 star and highly recommend them.

Went there for a quick wash & vacuum and when I got to the register the cashier asked for $28.00. I was definitely not expecting that price! I was rushed through and didnt have time to look at their price list. I will be looking for another car wash place, especially after I got home and it looked like only half the car had been vacuumed and there was still dirt on the rims and bugs on the front bumper. I really wish I knew what the $28 covered???

The experience was wonderful, the place is is very clean and organized, as well the staff was very friendly, my car looks amazing! I got there $20.99 package. After traveling with 3 kids to Tennessee & back then to Universal. Stuart car wash turned my car from embarrassing nasty disaster into amazing, beautifully clean 😀 car that I am very proud to drive again.

Very friendly staff. Professional, thorough, and very detail oriented, family run business. They have been there forever!!! My car came out looking brand new. I now love my car again. Had to use the restroom while i was there, i was shocked at how clean it was. I didnt wait long, but while i did, they had a great gift shop in the lobby. Would highly recommend!!

Owner went above and beyond as he checked the quality of his workers and pointed out a few things he thought could be better. He personally took the van back and re vacuumed, cleaned the rims better and really took the time to make the car look amazing. I did not even say anything he came to me and said he didnt think it was good enough.

For 27 years these people have been keeping vehicles clean and today was now exception. The job they did on my Jeep was exceptional!

The place was excellent. For $36 my truck looked as good as it did the last time I paid $250 to get it detailed elsewhere

I selected the number 2 service option. To start, the young lady managing the inside of this car wash was very very nice, and you could tell she cared about you as a customer. She offered me a coffee and donut, which was appreciated. Where my dissatisfaction with my most recent experience this morning started was by having to wait an inordinate amount of time for my BMW Z4 to be completed. I counted at least 5 to 6 other people who had their vehicle services completed before mine. Now, to try and be fair, maybe some of vehicles that were completed before mine was a result of the type of service being performed. However, to add insult to injury, my car sat by the drying area for about 5 more minutes without anyone doing anything with the door open. I finally asked someone if my car was finished and I was told no. I then watched as it looked like an individual was drying an area of the car for a minute or so only to leave to take another car out of the car wash interior and work on that vehicle. I sat on the outside bench for another few minutes until I decided I would go back into the building to ask the nice young lady if she thought my car was finished. She said it was, and I proceeded to leave. I left a 5 dollar tip, which I thought was very fair, despite my mostly negative experience. When I got into the car there were a few areas that has not been properly cleaned, including the rear view mirror, and a few other interior items. I will say m,y other experiences at this car wash were mostly good experiences but today really left me thinking maybe next time going somewhere else. To spend almost $23 dollars and not have the vehicle throughly cleaned and polished completely it left a really bad taste in my mouth. I would further state I try to almost always focus on the positives of what services are performed whenever I use a vendor to perform a service regardless of how good or bad those services are performed. None of us are perfect!!! Thank you for listening. Hopefully you will not experience any of the issues I felt when having my car washed.

Came here earlier in the week to get my car cleaned before my family came to visit. My car looked worse than when i brought it in. Stay away, Paradise car wash is right down the street. I went there directly after going to this “establishment”.

They do pretty good, a little on the pricey side but has been worth it so far. Usually pretty quick too. Been 3 times with 2 vehicles and they havent let me down yet.

Did a terrible job on my truck! Was still dirty on the outside and inside. Had to point out that it was still dirty to them and they acted like it was fine. DO JOT WASTE YOUR TIME! DO NOT GO HERE!

Best hand detail around, and for a fair price. The management team is always on site, which is admirable. They keep things running smoothly. I sometimes want to use the car wash service, but this is the only place around I CAN NOT bring my vehicle through because their track can’t handle my tire width. It’s not an unusually large offset, so it’s odd to me that they can’t accommodate.

Don’t bother. Waited 45 minutes. Had to redo my car right in the parking lot. No one came to ask what the problem was. Like I said don’t bother.

Quick exterior detail. Offers full service interior/exterior, however I only needed exterior. Good value for the price. Will use again!

Great place honestly. Everyone is super friendly. My car was supposed to be done by 5 and I showed up at 4:30. The man offered my a free drink from the fridge while I waited. I got some water. Although my car was 30 minutes late at getting ready, they did a wonderful job!

Poor job of detailing a car.Stay-Away!!

Third time is not the charm. I’ve tried this place 3 times and it’s always been terrible. I kept thinking it was just an off day. Nope. Every time is was half clean. Don’t waste your money. They don’t vacuum very well. Visible trash/dirt left. The wipe down is not a complete wipe down. Visible spots where it was never touched. Windshield still has bugs on it. Worst “car wash” place I’ve ever tried to use.

I paid about $80. Waited 1 1/2 hrs here. The inside of my car was not cleaned well & I’m not even a picky person. I told my friends about it & one of my girls said the same thing about them. Go to the car wash across the street, I’ve been satisfied every time over there. Not coming back to this yellow building.

Molly Maid has been using Stuart Car wash to clean the inside of our company cars. I can tell you, our cars are well used!!! They have done an outstanding job of steam cleaning the carpets and interior at a fair price. We are certainly going to use them going forward!! They are also very professional and courteous :)

This town has the worst car servers and I have lived in different places in the US. These guys are not too far behind that other place across the stree, Car Pro something. Been here a couple of times, each time, they cant wipe the cup holders and the front of the dashboard. Just lazy workers waiting for their tips!!! They could take some lessons from their west coast competitors who work like crazy cleaning cars and always, always, out of the wash and wipe, its sparkling, sadly, not over here in Stuart.

They were good a first. Now they seem to lack attention to detail. Although I did not get a mini detail but I did get the most expensive wash. When the said it was ready it still had tons of dirt in the cup holders and door pulls. Had to ask them to address this issue and they kind of half did. Guess Im on the hunt for a new car wash.

My Prius looked like a brand new car, inside and out, when the crew was done with it this past Saturday. They detailed the interior and exterior and waxed. This was my first visit but it wont be my last. Thank you guys!

My first visit was very good. My second visit not so much I had to complain and they had to redo the entire car they didnt touch the interior. You gotta keep your eye on them

Horrible car wash got a detail paid $85 for it at the end of March.Told the owner that I was not happy they said I could come back and have another one but he didn’t see what was wrong with the car in the first place. I tried to show him everything wasn’t cleaned that wasn’t worth $85. He made it seem like I was being to picky 😞 I showed others and they agreed with me but the owner made me seem like I was being unrealistic of what kind of wash it was supposed to be . First time I got my car detailed never going to do that again. I rather do it myself. And the only reason I’m letting people know because now I’m finding wax that was not rubbed in all over my car which is not going to make it harder to clean I’m not gonna be bringing it back to them even for the car wash he offered not worth the headache 🤕

My husband had our company truck detailed today i must say the truck came out fantastic we have never had a detail like this before it was 200.00 for a complete detail and every inch of the vehicle was spotless the rims under the fender wells the rubber around the door the detail center was so busy our vehicle was done by the Manager Rick GREAT JOB you are by far the best carwash in Florida and we have been to many PS hold on to that manager as a business owner i know thats hard to find ( just got a wash today 10/18/19 awesome )

This is an excellent FULL SERVICE car wash. Even though I bought the cheapest car wash that they offer, my car was hand-dried and delivered to me with the greatest courtesy. When I asked one of the guys whether some scratches incurred in my travels could be buffed out, he went to work on a couple at no charge and suggested that I come back to have the exterior detailed to make it look like new. I will go back for this as soon as possible.This is NOT a coin-operated car wash as some reviews below indicate. They are not reviewing this place.

I used to work at the Stuart car wash, and every part of the system is corrupt. On Craigslist theyll tell you that you get paid $8.10/h plus tips, but actual stats are 6.10/h and if tips are under, they compensate to 8.10. I have never been paid more than $8.10 with tips, and Ive worked during Christmas where the tip box was always full. There is no doubt in anyones mind that Stuart car wash pockets employee tips, and frankly, I suggest you only tip if you see someone do a good job and tell them to keep it for themselves, because too many hard working people just trying to begin their lives find themselves stuck because they BARELY make enough to get by. Im truly sorry for the people that still work at that awful place, and Im even more sorry for the poor customers that thought they were supporting hard working people by tipping at the Stuart Car Wash.
