Lewiston Jiffy Lube gave the most service and in the fastest time I have ever experienced 😀

Fast friendly service. I was traveling with my dog. They allowed me to drive my own car in and sit in it during the oil change. Which I am glad cause most the young people today dont know how to use a clutch.

We broke our windshield wipers while traveling from our home. We pulled into the Lewiston, Idaho Jiffy Lube and were able to have our wipers replaced in a matter of minutes. Thank you, Jiffy Lube.

They did the oil change, used my coupon ( even though their system didn’t recognize it), vacuumed, and washed windows. Very customer friendly and accommodating

I was not at all happy this this place. They wanted to charge me $160.00 to do a oil change when I can go down the road to Napa and buy the tools, oil, and oil filter for less than half. Do not go there.

Said they could take care of new dodge fuel filters but could not. Other than that, great folks!

I know very little about vehicles and vehicle maintenance but Todd and Tyson made it super easy. I came in 30 minutes before close and they were so patient, explaining every detail so I knew exactly what was happening and why. Not once did I feel like they were trying to overcharge me and they were very honest and easy to work with. Thanks again!

Worst service center ever. I waited 1 hour and all that was said to me was please wait in your vehicle sir. Couldnt even bother to say hello.

I went last night and got my oil changed last minute by Jerry and Tyson. I am a single mother and had my two young kids with me. Jerry made sure to give me the best deal possible, he answered all of my questions, and even checked my brake fluid for me to see if my car was safe to make a two hour trip today with my youngest child. At the end he even opened the doors for me and the doors to my car to help me get my kids in. They were fast, knowledgeable, and very nice. Great experience and I won’t get my oil changed any where else.

This Jiffy Lube was fast and efficient. Mgr was very knowledgeable and honest. He didnt try to upsell me on products I didnt need.

Such a great team, went in for a transmission flush and was serviced by Tyson and Todd. They did a top notch job and was fast and efficient. The service counter woman was very attentive and efficient and made the process super fast. Great team and great service. I 100% recommend this location.

But i wasnt offered my free vacuum..like everyone else. I spent 150.00...i did get better service the last time i was there. Kinda discussed a girl was was in a customer s mirror sqeezing her blisters on her mouth..

Full syn oil change was $90, but they got it done in 15min.

For the 3rd time of me going in since Ive lived here in Lewiston Everytime I am disappointed, irritated, and I finally feel like its time to say something. The same woman over and over is rude, abrupt, raises her voice, rolls her eyes, and I no longer feel like maybe it was just a bad day. She has done my car in Clarkston as well and I get the same attitude Everytime I come in. Not only does she treat me this way but I also watch her treat other costumers and my other half this way.

I always receive exceptional service. And the employees are very knowledgeable!

HONEST! Absolute Best Oil Change Service Lewiston has to offer. The manager gets dirty and will honestly report back any flaws. Very thorough free check; oil-filter, chassis lube, wiper blades, air filter, radiater overflow, serpentine belt ( which mine has visible wear I knew and advised me to wait to change it... Its life wasnt over. Checked tire pressure, lights-signals, transmission oil, differential fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, windshield washer fluid, carin air filter! SUPER Thoroughly went thru, and was fast/easy. Youre a dam fool if you dont go here!!!!! -AJ

So, twice now... TWICE... I got my oil changed there and my transmission went out. I DO NOT feel its coincidence. Do you know how much money a transmission is?! You all should be shut down!
