I was traveling when my engine malfunction light came on. In a panic, I called several repair places who were all booked solid. Then, I called Jessica Carbaugh at BMW, and she told me that even though they were also booked to drive over and at least get it properly diagnosed, so that we would know what we were dealing with. I am so glad I did, and to learn it was only the battery. They were able to replace the battery and get me back in my car within an hour.

Ian, is all ways informative, trustworthy and I enjoy working with him. I would even let my wife take the car to get service and wouldn’t have to worry about her being taken advantage of because of being a woman.

Ian is a fantastic service consultant. He is pleasant and knowledgeable. The service at Capital BMW was top-notch, as expected. I also had two rims with scratches repaired. The Wheel Girls do a fantastic job as well. One thing to keep in mind - masks are required inside the building. They should be since we are in a pandemic. Please be respectful of others and wear your masks at all times or go outside if you find the need to remove yours. (BTW, you can talk on the phone without removing your mask as some seem to believe you must. Ive done it plenty of times.) So, keep your mask on if you want to talk on your phone inside or go outside.

In the situation I got stuck in, Phil Holland and his team did not have to go to the extreme they did to help me but without hesitation they jumped up to the plate and not only took care of servicing the car, but also went above the call of duty to make sure I wasn’t being taken advantage of another dealership. They explained in detail each necessary step to protect myself and even continued to follow up after the nightmare was over. I will never feel a level of trust with another dealer/service like I do with Capital BMW. And this is coming from someone that’s never spent a dime there. That’s true human compassion.

Service at Capital BMW is easy to schedule online or by phone. I only had a minor service (oil change) to be completed, so I waited for the service to be completed. It took almost 2 hours - but my car was washed sparkling clean when it was brought around. I did not mind the wait. Their service waiting area is clean and well stocked with drinks and snacks and Starbucks coffee. They did also offer shuttle service or a loaner vehicle as an alternative. A stress free experience.

I am on an assignment in Tallahassee working and my 640i needed an oil change so I scheduled an appointment here with Capital. Obviously this was my first time at this dealership as my main dealership is in Atlanta, however the customer service experience that I received from Phil Holland was nothing less than amazing. Phil is very competent when it comes to BMW vehicles and was very efficient with my check in process and even provided me a loaner (as I had just gotten off from a night shift and needed to run errands). I really wish I had Phil as an advisor at my home dealership. Definitely will be returning if the need arises again.

I had the greatest experience at BMW. I took my car in to be serviced, I made an appointment earlier in the week. I get there and there is no line, I was able sit down with a service rep (that was new to me) his name was Ian Wyre. He went through my paperwork and completed it as well going to take a look at my car before dropping it off, this was done so quickly I was impressed. I was trying to get to the office and thought I needed a ride or would have to wait for the shuttle but Ian provided me with a car to drive while my car was being fixed. Not just any old car it was a BMW 540i.. Oh, and they provide you with coffee, not just any coffee but Starbucks. I felt so good and like VIP when I left, I forgot my car troubles. We have a new BMW X7 and this was our first service. Overall, very good experience. I arrived at 7:30am and I do not believe there was anyone before me. They did not complete the service (oil and filter, plus vehicle inspection) and car wash until 10:00am. Im not sure I would have waited had I known the service was going to take 2 1/2 hours. The good thing is the next service is 11,000 miles away!

Park is always so helpful when I have my car serviced. I may have a hit to my wallet when leaving but, they do a job well done.

I had a ride quality issue come up when I decided to upgrade to aftermarket rims. The rim manufacturer Avant Garde needed a professional opinion from my local BMW dealership. Surprisingly great service from Capital Eurocars BMW, and special compliments to my Service Advisor Jessica Carbaugh who was great!
