Short as possible!! Promised a unit within a week!! Unit was changed 3 times without my knowledge unless I went by the office, each unit had different issues that had a wait time more than what I was told!! Had to stop my utility services 3 times. My last straw, last unit they tried to give me needed a air compressor and stated that it will be hot upstairs!! No thank you!! If it is this inconsistent before I move in I could just imagine how it would be once I move in!! So thanks but no thanks Ill try my luck somewhere else! Waited a whole month and still nothing was done, now Im on week 2 waiting on them to give me my deposit back!! Ive been told 3 different things so far!! Well see how this goes!! I expect all but the application fee!!! Update soon!!π€π½π€π½π€π½
In May we paid all the fees that needed to be paid to reserve our spot for July. It wasnt up until yesterday we were informed that there wasnt going to be a unit available. We constantly had to call the office to get updates never did they once sent an email or called. I wouldnβt recommend this place because of how unprofessional and disorganized management is, and they do not have a cut-off period for when residents can renew. Therefore, if a resident decides on the last day of their lease that they would like to renew they can do so. I left this review because I would hate for someone to experience what we had to experience. I was most definitely upset but I saw it as a sign that this was not the place for us.
Amazing place to stay. They are really quick when handling problems that may occur inside of my townhouse. The office manger Andrea is very responsive, understanding, and is always ready to help. I would recommend this place to anyone itβs worth the price. I have been here a year. Thank you for an amazing experience.
I absolutely love being apart of Springwood Townhomes Family. Mrs.Andrea & her staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. The apartment homes and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Springwood Townhomes Apartments are beautiful and spacious. The grounds are clean. Above all, the community is QUIET. Moreover, the children are respectful in the community. The management team is respectful and quick to handle requests and complaints. The amenities are spectacular.

I will not recommend nobody to move to this project looking place got us paying 934 a month & it look like the project & they donβt come fix on nothing itβs not worth anybody coins.
The office staff is very welcoming and warming. Even through this Covid-19 pandemic they are still able to help and assist in the process of leasing their townhomes. Somori is very helpful and any questions and or concerns that I had in my application process, she was more than generous with helping.
I moved off the premises November 30, 2019 and I still havent received my security deposit. When the office staff is asked they say the submitted it to corporate, but its out of their hands and when you call corporate all you can do is leave a message with the receptionist but nobody ever calls back and they swear everybodys name is secretive. Not only was it a horrible experience living there Im still catching hell dealing with them because nobody knows anything and nobody takes accountability.
My moving in experience here was amazing thanks to Brittany! I wasnt given a hard time with the paperwork with was clear and thorough. The atmosphere here is extremely from the staff down to maintenance. I love how quiet it is here and how safe I feel here.
Brittany made moving in such an easy process. The paperwork was smooth and clearly and thoroughly explained to us. I enjoy the friendly attitude from the front office staff and the work ethic of the maintenance crew. This team worked wonders and tireslessy to get us moved in when we were in need of a new place to stay. This particular property is fairly quiet and work the bang for the buck!
Springwood is the place to be.The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. I have been here two years and I have no complaints. Everything I ask for they get it done fast, and their attitudes are very positive all the time.
So, Ive been here for a number of years now and I have had no issues with renewing my lease time and time again. The office staff is nice. However, I do feel as though it is a bit pricey and the utilities are very high here and as of lately the complex hasnt been the safest place to be in. The courtesy offices just sitting in there cars at the front office and do nothing. I wanted to liberate on a previous review from a resident here at Springwood post. Yes we have a lot of children here but this is a family apartment community. There is no perfect apartment or a prefect home you will have issues where ever you go. Springwood have been without maint. for about 2 weeks and the office staff Somorie and Andrea have been doing the best they could. I have seen the property manager pick the grounds up every morning and her and the leasing girl has did maint issues. they vacuum out my ac drain line because I had water all over my kitchen floor and changed out my AC filter. Those two ladies in the office has been keeping it together. As far as the person that left the previous post pick up behind your dog and slow your vehicle down coming through the community like you said we have children in the community. Also its always the residents that leave bad reviews are the resident that has the lease violation. Have you check the pool lately ITS Open have you check the Fitness room its open. Yes you left a good comment about MS Andrea she goes above a beyond her duties as a manager and the Ms. Somorie. Overall, my stay here is comfortable not horrible but not phenomenal either.
The apartments are nice. Neighborhood is cool. With the new staff it seems like they get stuff done. I think Ill be here for a little while.

I visited the property to view an apartment, and Andrea showed me around the property and a blueprint of the model. She was most helpful in this regard as I search for an apartment.
This is an updated review, I wrote about not being able to reach someone on Thursday night and by 9 am the next day Somori reached out to me. if this is any indication on how they operate with their tenants and other request than I really hope I can find a place here.

I LOVE this company and complex! Townhomes are always great, but to find one with such a nice kitchen at this price point is a steal!!
Run!!! If you like clogged toilets and leaky roofs then this is the sewer hole youre looking for. Besides the fact that you have to plunge your toilet every other day the kids run wild all night and day and your car or home goods can be stolen within a blink of an eye. Trust me my bf truck was stolen right from my door just last xmas holiday!! The staff are unprofessional and money hungry, never trying to save you a penny. They just get you locked in a contract and its hell to pay from then on out!! Aspen Square Management is the absolute WORST!!
THE WORST PLACE TO STAY!! Have too many kids running around being very disrespectful. The staff is greedy when you want something fixed you have to wait days and half of the time something else happens ..everything is fragile also and upstairs in the rooms they get too hott like the AC doesnt work...this place is just really a fake ..and if you dont believe this youll just have to find out for yourself..its just bad service here all together..
I really hate to write reviews on places in which I havenβt lived, but I feel as though this one is inevitable.I applied to live at Springwood two weeks ago . When I sent the application back (by scan ), Kelly (the leasing agent I worked with ) said that she could not print it . After waiting a whole day for her to try and print it, or wait for βher boss who is better at computers β than she to help her - I finally just redid the application and sent it back pdf. She then asked me for my identication numbers and phone numbers which I could weird because normally they like to see the images of those ; so I resent the images. According to her, she sent our application to the bosses with βhigh priority β. Well here we are a week later, and still no answer . She even emailed me and said she had to leave early (last week ) and that she would email me from home when she heard from corporate ... because my lease ends where I am currently here in a whole other city, I really needed to know if I was approved before the month ended ....I called today after hearing nothing, and she told me she was busy and to call back after 15 minutes . I called back and was sent to a prerecorded message .If this is any inclination of what it would be like to live there, than she has done me a favor . I will remain in Bradenton and if I do attempt to relocate, I certainly will not look Springwoodβs way . A wonderful lady at Londontown apartments in Tallahassee named Kenetra, gives me hope that other places are more professional than at Springwood . Anyways, good luck !

I used to live at springwood after aspen took over, I wish I couldve stayed the company but I moved back home to orlando. They made so many changes and the staff in the office is so nice, they answered all my questions Ill be looking for an aspen property in orlando.
My experience at Springwood Townhomes & Apartments isnt so pleasnt. Their just like anyone else I rented from...HELPLESS ! I put a request in to get the bathroom upstairs tub done and a request for a new knob for the stove...well 2 months later still no maintenance! I just put another request in to get these things done & another week later still no maintenance. Quite frankly Im about to put a notice in for early lease termination because this townhome itself isnt up to par not to mention the neighbors. Springwood isnt worth my $800 a month & I most definitely WILL NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.

MY EXPERIENCE IS TERRIBLE AND DISGUSTING.........I PAID A DEPOSIT BUT LATER ON CHANGED MY MIND, I GAVE THEM TWO MONTHS NOTICE THAT I CHANGED MY MIND AND ASKED FOR MY DEPOSIT BACK.....THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO ME, OR GAVE MY DEPOSIT BACK.....SO HAPPY I DID NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE, THIS JUST SHOWS YOU WHAT TYPE OF MANAGEMENT YOU WOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH AT SPRINGWOOD......I AM SUGGESTING TO EVERYONE TO BEWARE OF THEIR TACTICS.......AND I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN.
