I don’t think I’ve ever had a more frustrating experience in my life. I was told when I signed my lease I’d be added to an early move in list, and I’m starting to think that it doesn’t exist. I have called them multiple times throughout the summer to ask about it and they never had any updates about whether I’d be able to move in early, despite them knowing going into the lease that I would need to move in 2 weeks early. They just gave me answer about a week ago after calling them every day to ask, but I’ve been told that I could get my key on a specific day twice now and when I called on those days to confirm, there was always a new reason why I couldn’t get my key. If I knew the early move in experience would be like this I would have signed my lease somewhere else because they have been so unaccommodating about getting me in my unit early, even when I told them when I signed the lease that early move in was something I would need to do.
Horrible management— the worst I’ve ever seen. First off, I moved into my apartment and it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned or inspected— there were makeup stains on the counter in my bathroom, a broken oven drawer, an ice machine that wasn’t put together, and a broken light bulb in my room. I moved in a week ago, have put in multiple maintenance requests, and called them on multiple occasions and the only thing that has been fixed is the ice machine. Also, their electronic system to pay rent is messed up so i had to get MONEY ORDERS to pay for my parking, which is VERY sketchy (i made sure they wrote me receipts). They also tried to charge mefor rent twice in one month and attempted to charge me for renters insurance after i had shown them proof of coverage. Basically, the place is run by college students who aren’t adequately trained to run an apartment complex (which is mostly the manager’s fault).
We had an amazing experience thanks to Madyson Lee. She made everything quite easy and was very kind to us. We were immediately sold with the tour she gave us of the building. Madyson is very professional and we would recommend speaking to her if you are interested in living at Quantum. Super thankful for all of her help today.
My first year living there was great. Then management changed and it has not been the same. Prior management valued, respected, and listened to residents. now they do the bare minimum. 2 stars only because the location is nice and the courtyard is great for pets.
Overall a great apartment complex. The Wifi was bipolar sometimes, though was good most of the year (at least for my room). They have a relatively good gym too. The reason I am taking off a star is because they have NO RECYCLING.
Good place to live! It is very clean and well kept! It is in my opinion the best deal in Tallahassee. The staff is so nice and maintenance is always fast!
Truly, the WORST management experience Ive had in the 3 complexes Ive lived in. It took numerous requests, calls, and personal visits to the office to fix our AC (that has been broken for a month in the middle of a Florida summer) and a wall that they STILL never completed from previous water damage from the same broken AC unit last year. This residence entirely lacks accountability, respect, and consideration.
If I could give this complex 0 stars I would. After I took full responsibility for the damaged couches in my apartment from my cat, quantum billed me and I made the payment for the damage. The employee who took my payment told me that this was my final payment and that I did not owe anything else. Turns out that this was only 1/4 of the payment for the damaged couched and instead of sending me notice that their company made a mistake and I owed more money they sent me to a debt collector. They did not even notify me that I had been sent to a debt collector. Now I am dealing with issues with my credit. I have never missed a rent payment or credit card payment and it is extremely frustrating that my credit is ruined because of the fault of this terrible complex. Terrible customer service.
Quantum hasnt done any sort of renters relief for their residents during the pandemic. They closed most of their amenities, but still charged full rent. The new management has sucked and completely lack communication and respect for their residents. I currently live here and cannot WAIT to move out. Oh and dont forget about the building renovations they are currently doing in the middle of their STUDENT residents semester that is online with no notice. And are entering apartments unannounced to replace flooring, once again in the middle of a pandemic, knowing fully that their residents are doing online school. The lazy excuses management has made just show how they dont care about residents. So disappointed.
I have lived here for two years- I have had frequent issues with fleas in the apartment due to no pest control. Too expensive for the constant problems within the area. The management is horrible- I have never once had a pleasant conversation with anyone in the office (very rude and condensing). There are few amenities that are always closed due to covid. The parking garage elevator never works and there is very few guest parking and they only have two guest passes in the office. Please do not live here the location is not worth it!!!!
This is my first year living here and so far its been alright. my rooms pretty nice, minus the damages done to it from before i lived there. the price is truly too high for what youre paying for- especially with the lack of certain amenities due to COVID like the movie theatre; and they wanted to raise prices for next year. I also had a terrible experience today when trying to use an amenity that i DO happen to pay for, but thats a whole different story.
Great place to live with super friendly staff! New and clean apartments with lots of floor space and the cutest outdoor spaces. Pet friendly and convenient parking. Absolutely love living here!
I loved quantum when I first moved in and I love the location and maintenance staff but when I moved in all of the amenities were closed but I was still paying full price. Even now some amenities are still closed. The wifi here is AWFUL and there seems to be no urgency to fix it which is really inconsiderate because almost all of us are struggling to do our online classes with the spotty wifi. Visitor parking is almost impossible to get unless you show up before the office opens and wait because they only give out a very small amount of visitor passes.
Before switching management the office staff was a bunch of college kids that didn’t know what they we’re doing and we’re EXTREMELY rude. After switching management the employees seem to be more knowledgeable and I was able to sit down with a manager when I had questions. There are SO MANY problems with the WiFi that have been going on since the start of online classes. I understand it is a third party but I haven’t even seen the third party trucks/vans on the property. How are they going to fix the WiFi if they haven’t even been here? They are also very money hungry and I’ve been paying full rent plus utilities and fees for half open amenities and half working WiFi. They need to stop sucking every penny out of college kids and then taking away what we already paid for. I don’t know how this isn’t illegal.
This is my second year living at quantum and its by far the best experience in a student complex in this town. The staff (particularly Jeanne!) work extremely hard to make sure that residents are able to access amenities, answers to questions, get packages on time, and troubleshoot. I needed help making bulk payments and Jeanne spent several days in a row answering my questions and helping me and my family make the right payments. The staff is so understanding and helpful. Also the complex is absolutely gorgeous, the pool and grill area is amazing and the indoor gym and movie theater make this place feel luxury. The study rooms are also a great addition (even though theyre usually full!). I also was really lucky with roommate matching which can be a toss-up but the staff clearly worked hard to match me with two new roommates who fit well with my lifestyle and are super nice. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because it takes forever for maintenance to come and fix things in the apartment which can be frustrating. Also, Ive heard people complain about parking but I dont have a car and honestly there is a lot of street parking around and near the complex. Overall this is my favorite complex in Tally and the staff are so friendly and helpful (and the location is perfect). I love living here!
Took forever to fix WiFi issues and provided no reimbursement to residents. Will not fix parking garage elevator. New management is not good
Every parent fears that their child wanting to move out of a dorm and into an apartment! We fear them not making it to class and our biggest concern is their safety. I told our daughter that she needed to find something walking distance to campus, well lit and that does not have apartments open to outside access. Quantum met all of my requirements and more. The hallways are well lit and very wide. There are cameras in the hallway. The location is awesome! This property is so close to campus that you feel like you are on campus. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance and they have many amenities. Study rooms, yoga area, pool, gathering areas and a gym to name a few! We have signed there for a third year and I am looking forward to being a Quantum parent again.
This place is great!Everything about it is just what I was looking for in a place to live. It’s location can’t be beat and Jeffery Gonzalez in the office will do anything you ask. Staff is fun, they held a natty viewing party and catered food. Maintenance is incredibly helpful and diligent. Coffee machine needs to be restocked more, but when staff is reminded, they will gladly fill it.
Quantum is the best property in Tallahassee. Not only is the property fairly new, the staff is fun and extremely helpful. Jeffrey Gonzalez and Liv Alford has always helped me out when needed and has shown an urge to help residents. The customer service truly makes Quantum stand out from the rest of the field. 100% recommend!
I considered living here but went with a different area of town that was closer to my job! The location is great and a really nice woman named Jeanne answered all of my questions and was super helpful! Would definitely recommend to any student looking for a place close to campus!
I am a current resident of Quantum and I have had such an amazing experience so far!! During my move in process Nicole was extremely helpful to my mom and I. She was able to answer all the questions I had and helped make the move in process so much easier. I would 100% recommend Quantum to others in the future.
The only thing that I like about this apartment is the location and how kind the maintenance men are. There is no recycling so we have to stack it in our apartment and drive every week or more to drop it off downtown. They have shown no leniency during this pandemic, rent has not been reduced despite amenities not being open for months and no expected opening date. They are still enacting late fees during holidays and most people being at home. Also, there are not enough parking passes for their number of residents. We have had to put in many maintenance requests and although they do get taken care of, the apartment itself is just poor quality despite the amount that they charge for rent.
Nice unit, decent amenities when they are actually working. Lived there all year with few issues, except extremely creepy maintenance staff who were documented on a room camera calling residents rude names and knew strangely personal details about their lives. Even after speaking with the property manager, they were not reprimanded or fired. Parking can be very frustrating if you do not have a VIP spot, as well as the whole guest pass process on crowded weekends. However, upon move out, I received over $200 worth of charges claiming damage to my room (door casing, wall repaint, wall repair). My room was left in pristine condition. I have lived in four other complexes in Tallahassee and never been charged. So please beware of that. When I tried to question the charges, staff (college-aged) was very curt and told me it was not their problem. My roommates were also charged, as well as several others I know in the building. Kinda shady, if you ask me. I wouldnt live here if I was you because they will screw you over on move out.
Living here has been a great experience so far. The place is very new and the amenities are amazing and it is always clean. The staff is also very helpful and they have the cutest IG page which is consistently being updated with information. I love the location of it. Parking on the top floor of the parking garage due to all the yellow spots that we arent allowed to park in, sucks but its okay. I just wish they offered more guest parking spots!
So far I have loved living at Quantum! I feel very safe here and the staff is kind. They keep all the amenities clean and when something does not work/is broken they fix it right away. I also love the close proximity of campus as it allows me to walk to my classes easily! I recommend.
I love this apartment!! The location is perfect, its walking distance to campus and the best food near by (chick fil a/maple street biscuit). The office staff is very helpful and friendly. The girl at the front (i think her name is Jeanne) is so awesome!!! She always willing to help me and goes above and beyond customer relationship!
Love the location and amenities :)edit: PLEASE READ. Do not listen to the websites reviews, you will not find one lower than 4 stars so there may be possible bias. I cannot wait to move to a new complex. Quantum does NOT care about their residents. Walls are thin. I feel like every night Im trying to do homework or sleep with EDM music blasting from neighboring apartments/units. Little to no community events despite safety measures that can be taken in the pandemic. Printer is broken nearly every time I attempt to use it to print materials for an exam. Wifi can be spotty (it was out for about a month). Parking is a mess and the garage is rarely clean (broken glass everywhere that has been there since day 1). I like the staff, maintenance, and location, as well as the spacious rooms. Parties over the weekends leads to pee stains in the carpets from animals, broken glass in stairwells, door knobs stripped of protective anti-microbial layers, and hallways smelling like weed. Management never fixes these issues and instead blames their residents for not being responsible enough to call in these problems. This place was made very cheaply and you can tell with paint on doorknobs, broken dishwashers, stolen room signs (ours took a month to get replaced), easy-to-damage couches, and chipped cabinets/bathroom floors. Paint peels very easily from the walls even if using command strips. You can get a better deal by living in a complex a little further away that actually cares about their residents and doesnt scam you with random fees and payments.
I have lived here for a year now and I love it. We pay a smaller price for all the amenities. I have met my college friends at quantum and I’m so happy I’ve had this community. I love how quantum throws party’s and give us free food before going off to class. This apartment complex is a family and I love it so much!
I really like living here, the location is amazing and the staff members are very friendly! I try to keep my expectations reasonable as it is college living and I understand that stuff is going to happen, etc. However, I do have an issue with some problems that I definitely believe shouldve been handled better. Upon move in, my apartment was noticeably not cleaned well, including a retainer in the kitchen and rabbit waste on the bathroom floor, as well as a couple maintenance issues that shouldve been checked and fixed before moving in. Other than that it has been great and has good amenities, like the pool and grill area!
Quantum is by far the best complex I have lived at. They offer all the amenities you could possibly want. Not to mention the staff is out of this world! They are willing to help at all times and are super friendly! The location is also perfect, considering you can walk right onto campus and have plenty of food options. Overall, super friendly and comforting environment!
I moved in here early August and I am so pleased with my decision! I think quantum is one of the nicest and best apartment options in Tallahassee. The location is really close to campus and the overall complex is super new and nice. My room is very comfortable and I already am planning on signing a lease here again for next fall! The staff in the office are incredibly nice and always willing to help, and the maintenance workers are so polite and helpful. Parking isn’t an issue if you buy a reserved spot, it’s t somewhat expensive but in my opinion worth it. Thank you quantum for my home away from home!
I’ve lived here for two years now and I can honestly say the quantum is probably one of the nicest apartment complexes in Tallahassee. The location is great, super close to campus and I can walk to all my classes within 15 minutes. The amenities are amazing, staff is super helpful, and the overall atmosphere is great. The only thing I would change is to add a power rack in the gym (mostly cause I like working out) and to make the walls in the study rooms a bit thicker to block out noise. Other than that you can’t get much better!
I have a lot of friends that reside at Quantum; and going to visit them is always a treat because the complex is amazing! The leasing staff is always super welcoming, and Jeanne is by far the friendliest leasing agent I’ve ever met! She’s always on her A game and will make your experience a good one. Even though I don’t live there personally, I highly recommend this place to live due to the luxurious apartments & amenities, and of course the best leasing staff in tally!
Quantum not only has great amenities but a great staff to make your time spent there as enjoyable as possible, at least that’s what I got with Jeanne. She was one of the friendliest and most informative staff members. She made the whole experience at Quantum a positive and memorable one, so much so that I had to write a review!
So far, living here for a second year seems to be a mistake. Besides the great location and overall design of the apartments, there are many areas that really need to be improved. The staff and management do absolutely nothing to enforce any of the rules. They now made it so residents have access to the large pool speakers. As you can imagine, people make the music incredibly loud at all hours of the day and night. It is hard to ever be comfortable in our apartment, and we often have to leave because it becomes so unbearable. The lease says “no excessive noise in common areas”, but clearly that somehow means nothing and isn’t enforced. There is a lack of security cameras (even after last year a man was caught watching girls as they slept, there was a huge issue with people pulling the fire alarm in the middle of the night, etc). The parking garage is always full of trash and unsafe (multiple robberies have occurred), and visitor parking is a huge hassle—pretty much nonexistent.Obviously some degree of this is to be expected in a college apartment, but this is getting ridiculous. I have talked to the staff multiple times, but nothing is ever done to try to fix any of this. I’m consistently made to feel like I’m somehow in the wrong for just wanting to be comfortable in my own living space.
Had a tour given by “Kevin Gutierrez” and it was such an amazing experience. Kevin made me feel at home and definitely was the coolest guy I ever met. The complex is amazing and I hope to move in soon!
My second year living here i loved it SO much my first year that my roommates and I decided to renew. The location is perfect especially if you’re a psych or science major, can easily walk to class. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming have never had any problems here. Would highly recommend!!!
So far have LOVED quantum! The amenities are wonderful and the staff are always kind and happy to help! Only had issues with maintenance requests not being followed up in a timely fashion and excessive amounts of pet droppings outside the facility. I understand that it is absolutely the residences job to pick up after their pets, but again, it has become excessive. All in all, however, would highly recommend!
Jeanne took me on a tour of the facility and was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was super fun, upbeat, and made my experience unforgettable! Quantum is such an awesome place to live. I highly recommend it.
Out of all the places I toured, this was the first place I felt extremely welcomed the second I walked in. Jeanne greeted me with smiles and good energy. I ended up getting a tour from her and she really made me feel that this was the place to live!! All the amenities are so nice like the gym and the movie room, plus they have study areas as well.
Quantum did such an amazing job with the random roommates. They do the best they can to make each residents experience great. Price is great for the amenities and dedicated staff.
Beyond impressed with Quantum! The leasing staff, especially Olivia A., are so helpful in answering every single question you have. They are quick to respond and truly do everything they can to make sure you know everything you need to know about the apartment complex. Apartments are brand new, clean, and so beautiful. The location is unbeatable. I am so excited to live here next Fall! Thank you Olivia! Thank you Quantum!
Have lived in 3 different apartments in the last 4 years and this has already been the best one by far. The amenities are of the highest quality, even including a movie theater. The staff is very efficient and helpful with anything and everything.
This place made me feel very comfortable and at home. Jeanne Langlois was super helpful and sweet and just made sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend her when coming here!
Best apartment complex in tally. The apartments are new and clean, and the staff is great! Only complaint is visitor parking... there or only a couple spaces making it hard to have friends and family over without searching for a place on the street etc.
This place is great and only a little haunted. Other places around here are a lot haunted but this one is new. The staff carries me to my classes when I’m tired and only drops me sometimes. I might try to stay in school extra long like way too long like “wow this kid is still here” too long just so I can continue to live here
I have lived here for 1 1/2 semesters now and I love it. Any issues that arise are fixed ASAP. The staff is nothing but happy and helpful. They have fun games and waffle Thursday’s, which are my favorite. I’m glad I chose Quantum for off campus housing. I met some of my best friends here and have had an unforgettable experience!
Went to get a tour at this apartment complex and it was a very pleasant experience. My daughter and I went to multiple apartment complexes that day. However, at quantum we worked with Jeannie who was attentive and helpful throughout our process!
The staff at Quantum have been phenomenal and really treat every resident like they are family. Maintenance is always there asap and do their job with excellently!
Ryan Andrews is the hardest working employee at quantum. A great help and great guy as well. I love living at quantum.
Love this place! Jeanne always goes out of her way to help me with any of my issues! Forever thankful for her patience and work ethic!
I cant imagine a better student housing experience than Quantum on West Call. I have heard horror stories about other complexes in the area, and I can honestly say that any time a problem comes up, the office staff are extremely prompt in answering any concerns. The office staff is OUTSTANDING! They always know how to brighten your day. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly, and the property is kept fairly clean and tidy. My only complaints are the noise from the parking garage, but with the new gates hopefully that should be ameliorated soon!
I’ve lived at Quantum for 2 years now and I love it so much! The staff is so friendly, it’s walking distance from campus, and has the best amenities. Definitely the best place to live in tally
Quantum is so amazing! I was one of the first people to sign there and they really make an effort to get to know their residents and I feel like home here. All the office staff go above and beyond for the residents and are all super nice, friendly, and create a welcoming atmosphere in the office. They always host amazing events and have something going on for the residents. The amenities are awesome and the maintenance staff is super friendly and quick to address maintenance requests.
Quantum is an amazing place to live. The staff here is so friendly and welcoming and they are always there when you need them. This is my second year leaving here and I have to say I would not want to live anywhere else!
Front desk did an amazing job.
I have lived at Quantum on West Call for a year and I absolutely love it! Ryan Andrews is a great employee and I am very happy to live in such a great place.
Love this place. Super nice and always has fun events going on. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Ricky was the one who showed me around and he did a good job giving me a tour. One of the better apartment complexes in tally!
Brand new super nice apartment complex in Tallahassee. The Leasing Manager Emily is amazing and her whole team is too! Especially Ricky! They have amazing events and always keep residents engaged! Definitely the best spot to live in Tally (right across the street from campus and tons of restaurants). Dunkin Donuts is a 2 minute walk 😍😍😍
*if youre wondering why my review is so low when they have so many five star reviews its cause they did a give away of gift cards for people who left ~honest~ reviews, meaning three residents who left five star reviews got gift cards*This is already my least favorite place Ive ever lived (and by far the most expensive). My ac (along with 300 other peoples) was broken for a week. Random bugs have been crawling out of my walls into my room (roaches, beetles, crickets) even though Im very clean and keep no food in there. I had to put in two work orders (one which they closed saying someone came when they didnt), call the office (no one returned my call), and go into the office to finally get an exterminator. Parking, unless you pay SO much money for a personal spot is inconvenient and guest parking is nearly impossible. I wish I never moved here. The pool area is small, the gym isnt good. The proximity to campus is NOT WORTH IT. I lived three miles off campus and I 100% regret moving. Do not move here, its not worth your money.Edit: Also! They crammed so many apartments in Quantum that a lot of bedrooms/apartments dont get sufficient light. Most people I knows rooms are very dark which is really awful, especially as the days are getting shorter. Also, they barely give you any furniture. Everywhere Ive been before has more (for cheaper). They were so messy painting too.
Just moved in this past year, I love it! Ive had no issues with my apartment and its a really central location to campus and other important restaurants, Publix, gyms, etc. I love how each apartment has a balcony! :)
Ive lived at quantum for almost a year and a half and I love it so so much. I dont have any hassle that Ive had with other apartment complexes in town. the rooms and amenities are beautiful!! I never want to leave!
Quantum on West Call is an amazing place to live! not only is it in a great location that is across the street from almost every type of food place option and a block from campus. but it is also a quick drive to TCC so great for both students. The staff is so friendly and quick to help with anything you need. They give out great foods and have many give always. the apartment is so bright and updated and the amenities are great as well. i love quantum and am renewing forsure !
Amongst several apartments that I have recently toured quantum’s staff hands down provided me with the best experience and made me feel right at home. The complex is new, clean, and has all the amenities a college student would need to make their lives a little easier. Love the staff at quantum and would recommend this complex to anyone that is interested!!
Ryan Andrews is the man of the year. He carried my lifeless body back from the pits of darkness one night and personally tucked me in. I could not be luckier to have that man work at quantum on west call.Wanna add to my review. Personally I lived in Quantum for 2 years and I loved it. My main complaints are that the walls are thin in the rooms and that the management switch was very bumpy for awhile. Everything did seem to fix itself overtime though. There are always gonna be ups and downs to living situations, but Im very glad that Quantum was my home for 2 years it truly was a great place to live and make friends. All the memories that I made here Ill never forget.
Worst apartment complex. No parking for their own residents and when you get towed will say it’s not their problem. Spoke to the manager Jeff was completely useless and unhelpful. Also have been waiting 6 months for my roommates toilet to be fixed, just for them to say there’s nothing they can do about it. They gave me a broken chair when I moved in, told me they would give me a new one, never did. Defiantly glad I did not resign.
I’ve been at quantum for over a year now and it’s been great! The staff is extremely friendly and will help you with anything you need. The amenities are so nice. I’m always hanging by the pool or grilling with my friends. My only complaint would be the the wifi sucks, but other than that i love it at quan:)
Quantum is such a great property and the staff really cares about their residents! It’s brand new and very clean! Liv, in particular, is so helpful and friendly!
Im an incoming freshman and toured Quantum. Jeanne who toured me was amazing and so knowledgeable. I cannot wait to spend my first year in Tallahassee at Quantum!!
Even though it’s my first year on campus, I feel at home at Quantum! The staff are smiley, helpful, and incredibly patient when I ask for help with the (free!) Starbucks coffee machine. If you’re a cook, you’ll lovee the kitchens. If you hate florida bugs, you’ll love the cleanliness. and if you appreciate free food, then you’ll love Quantum :)
I absolutely love it here ! Super clean and everything is updated . Workers are super sweet and helpful . Definitely resigning my lease
Met my best friend from roommate matching here. shoutout to becca! she’s the best
Very impressed with this property and its staff! I cannot wait to see the features this place will have once it is built because I can already tell it is awesome just from the images and construction so far. Staff was nice, helpful and seemed to be just as excited as I was.
This apartment complex is amazing, it is very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Love QWC so much! The management is amazing. They care so much and the property is always well maintained. The atmosphere really makes you feel at home and I’m so excited to keep living here for the ‘19-‘20 school year!
I have really enjoyed living here! Staff in the office is always really helpful, especially Ryan Andrews!
I believe this place is going to be amazing when construction finishes. I cant wait to see all the facilities! The office staff are super helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend!
The management team at Quantum is the best, they always go out of their way to help residents and the entire office staff is super friendly!
Quantum is top-notch! Great location, fantastic amenities and the staff is always helpful...especially Olivia. The property is very clean and is very close to campus. Highly recommend!
The staff is always friendly and helpful. The communication they provide during emergency situations, i.e. hurricane and false fire alarms is stellar! They also do a great job keeping the building safe.
Love it here! Great staff especially Tae :)
I have lived in two different apartment complex in Tallahassee, and Quantum is the best one without a doubt. They have amazing people in the leasing office, 24/7 maintainance, movie theater, study rooms, and much more. I actually love this place
The staff at quantum is so friendly and outgoing, they always make you welcome. We had a problem with our room assignments and they were very quick to fix the issue! I went to tour the apartments this past weekend and I can’t wait to move in!
Their leasing consultants are so kind and helpful! Their office is always so clean and put together and they are already doing so many kind things for their future residents. The luxury is worth the money and their future residents are in for a treat!
Great location, great staff and residents, and dog friendly! Jeff in the office is nice, but his girlfriend is the bomb!!
Awesome location across from restaurants and walking distance to all of FSUs campus. The staff is really professional and friendly and makes you feel very welcome. I am more excited to move in her this summer than I have been for any of my previous apartments.
Staff at Quantum was extremely helpful, friendly, and well educated on the apartment. They were quick to respond with anything they had to ask management about. Website was one of the clearest ones yet; simple and hassle-free.
The Quantum staff are so friendly and kind!! They genuinely care about their new residents and show so much enthusiasm for their property! Their floor plans are beautiful and will definitely be a great place to live for whoever decides to live there! :-)
EDITED: I previously had a good review for this apartment, but lots have changed for the worse with new management. Do not rent here! New management has been completely unprofessional and inflexible. Aside from the random “renovations” they are deciding to make in the middle of a school semester (removing the carpet against our will), there has been more “renovations” made in the hallways without any notice causing massive amounts of noise in the middle of a school day while my roommates and I are in classes. The completed flooring changes in the hallway have been left with tripping hazards with the ends of the floor boards not sealed off. The “notice” they pointed to to notify us of upcoming changes in the apartment was provided through an Instagram story that could not be accessed 24 hours after they posted it. We have tried to work with management on rescheduling our flooring changes, but they have been totally unreasonable, not providing us with a time that would not interrupt our class schedule. A huge disappointment for the last few months of our lease. They claimed that other residents are looking forward to these changes, but all I’ve seen and heard are those complaining about the lack of communication and poor timing. Additionally, the wifi is awful and very spotty. We will NOT be resigning.
Helpful, friendly, and informative staff that keeps you updated during the leasing process. Had a few hiccups along the way with various forms needing submission, but they kept in touch and were able to guide me through everything I needed to do. Excited to move in!
Did a tour today and absolutely loved it! Top line kitchen with a lot of storage and granite countertops. Very spacious and beautiful. Staff was very informative, helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait to move in our 1/1 in July!!
If you want to use wifi and be able to do homework, dont live here. the wifi is so awful, I can even get it to work on my phone half of the time. It is not just a me issue, I have talked to multiple people living here and it sounds like an on going issue. Quantum continues to do nothing and it is frustrating.
I have been living here since last fall and love it. Great building, location, and staff.
This is the best place to live in Tally!!! This has definitely made my living abroad experience the best! plus all the dogs i get to see everyday😻😻😻
Living at Quantum is the best experience Ive had by far with Tallahassee apartments! There are tons of resident events that are fun and help me de-stress from my hectic schedule. The common areas are always super clean and well maintained. Probably the best thing about Quantum is how close it is to FSUs campus and how it is a five minute walk from a lot of restaurants. Would definitely recommend to a lot of people looking for housing!
I wouldnt want to live any where else, I love all the events they have for us. Whenever I need any help Kinjal is always so helpful.
