Best apartment I’ve ever lived in! You really do get a great bang for your buck. The bedrooms are huge! There are plenty of closets and cabinets.The staff are all very helpful and friendly, as well as maintenance.We really enjoyed the setting/location of this apartment. There are a lot of woods and it’s very quiet. There was always plenty of parking too!My full-size truck even fit in the garage with room to spare!The only reason we didn’t renew is because we bought a house, otherwise we would still be there today.If you’re looking for a safe and quiet apartment that’s newer and has great amenities, checkout Apalachee Point. They will take care of you and give you a great place to call home.

I have lived at Apalachee Point for almost a year now and I have to say as a someone who has only ever rented apartments this management team is the best I have ever dealt with.The location is great, nearby to all the shops you could ever need but far enough off the main road that noise pollution is a minimum. The scenery is beautiful, natural woods surrounds the complex making walking the dog relaxing.Management and maintenance services are the best at responding to any problems or concerns that you may have. Jasmine is super friendly and always is willing to help.On the plus side alot of the neighbors are all super friendly and respectful of each other.

We rented at here for a two years before we had to move for school. Overall, I really enjoyed the place. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is very kind and accommodating. The maintenance worker is fantastic and seems like he really cares about his quality of work. Likewise, Jasmine is very kind.The unit we had was spacious, private, and had a lot of windows, which encourages an efficient and creative home work life. There is a potential to rent out a garage and a storage unit, in which I had both.Thank you Apalachee!

I needed to find a new place to live in a pinch and I am glad I found Apalachee Point. Excellent leasing staff, management, and maintenance crew. Allie and Jaszmin in the front office have been great. The apartment is a large open floor plan with plenty of space and is priced much better than comparable luxury Southwood apartments. The complex is quiet and clean.

Called and scheduled appointment day before for specific home; drove over half hour to the appointment, arrived early and was told it was given to someone else. I advised ‘someone could have called me!’ The young lady said ‘oh I’m sorry.’ Nice looking area from outside, never got to view an actual home. Hope this helps someone.

I love living at Apalachee Point! The office and maintence staff is so friendly and very helpful. I knew I wanted to live here right when I first visited after taking 100 tours elsewhere. The apartments are very modern and new. The area is very quite and peaceful. I recommend anyone that is looking for a home to check Apalachee point out.

Do not move here! They are very unprofessional, they are very bad when it comes to communicating, the apartments are very small, they are inconvenient, the manager is horrible. It is a very ghetto environment and has very ghetto leasing agents.

The people who work in the front office are incredibily rude but are engaged. The maintenance staff are completely overwhelmed. The location is really nice. Its ruiined because Jasmine is so condescending to the residents. Move here if you are fine with second rate.

My review is mainly for Arthea as I just recently moved in.Arthea is a ray of sunshine! She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to complete the entire process from touring to moving in (we just got keys!) in just a couple of days because she is so organized, helpful, and communicative. I really was not anticipating being able to move in so quickly and I cannot be happier with the process.So far, I am incredibly happy with my apartment. The prices here are cheaper than the website *and* the actual apartment looks nicer than the pictures. I didnt think that would ever happen as (in my experience) usually apartments look nicest in pictures and theres some sort of price increase between advertisements and the actual lease. That is not what happened here and I am so so very happy!I will update my review if something crazy happens before I move out, but for now I am incredibly happy. Thanks again Arthea!!

If your not staying here you should be. I dont even know where to start. The minute we drove into this place for the first time we fell in love. The complex is beautiful and there is forestry and scenery everywhere. The first thing I told my wife was wow this feels like a vacation but were gonna be living here. Almost 9 months later and I am still in awe that I am able to live here. The apartments are amazing and truly luxury and very well priced. Jaszmine has been welcoming to us every since we moved here. It feels like a family not just staff who ignore you. Everytime Ive needed something they have gone out of their way to help me with a smile! Also whenever I walk into the office they remember me by name. Best apartment complex Ive ever had by far. Staff 11/10 location 11/10, and apartments 11/10. Plus it is by everything you could ever need. Thanks Jaszmine for making apalache point apartments our home! I definetly will be renewing! If your still on the fence about moving here dont be make apalache point your home too!

In the two years Ive been living here, I have been very impressed with the professional, efficient and caring attitude of my landlord (Jaszmin) and Arthea. I feel fortunate to have Jaszmin as my landlord because I know that she will find a way to get things resolved. I think they both do an outstanding job, especially considering all the residents they are responsible for with only the two of them (plus maintenance) to help all of us.Im sure it has also been extremely difficult with the pandemic to deal with and having to take care of all the paperwork. Work orders and other things on a daily basis.I dont even know how they manage to keep up with everything while always being so cheerful.I just wish everyone realized how much they do and how caring they are. I couldnt ask for a better landlord. Arthea is also great!

So first off let me start by saying this was probably one of the best apartment complexes I have ever stayed at. The staff is amazing! I’ve been at the property since they opened and the only reason I moved was because I relocated. My experience here has been nothing but amazing. Jasmine and Mrs. Mandy (property manger) are simply amazing. You can tell they love their jobs and they love their residents. Maintenance is amazing and he responds if not the same day then the next. He’s so sweet and he knows his stuff! I would recommend this property to anyone. It’s extremely quiet and my neighbors were super nice and respectful. Never had any complaints! Trust me, don’t look anywhere else. Sign with them and thank me later❤️ Thanks Apalachee Point for everything and I’ll definitely miss this place😌

LOVE IT. Young professionals who prefer to not live the college area, but cant find anything affordable in killearn, etc. High ceilings- brand new everything. friendly and helpful staff. -and its pretty quiet:)

I have lived here for a couple years and I do love the floor plans. The people in the office were nice, but something is changing. Maintenance upkeep for the buildings is going down hill. Cost is going up and quality is going down. A real shame because this place had so much promise. Three managers in as many years...tells you something.

We absolutely love it here! Coming from someone that has been living in apartments for over 10 years we are very pleased with the staff and grounds. The apartment is really spacious. It makes for very comfortable living especially for the price you get a ton of space. Maintenance requests havent been an issue for us. They were very small issues but they were taken care of same day and the maintenance man was very nice and caring. Cleaned up after himself too. Mandy in the office has been nothing but professional and helpful. She has been very personable with us and takes the time to always say hello to myself and my children. That truly means something to me when an adult is willing get down on a childs level and actually care about their conversation. Well make this our home for quite some time!

We toured the apartments which are actually generously spacious and semi-luxurious but the office staff can be the issue since you will have to deal with them on a daily basis. They will tell you they dont make any exemptions for anyone and I also understand the fact that they have a policy that does not allow tenants to use their own washer and dryer but when it comes to rent, I personally know 3 tenants living there that acquired leases at better rates than ones quoted by the office (no, they didnt sign up when certain specials/move-in deals were being offered but the 1.5 month rent free which was for everyone). Hopefully they fix this and I would still recommend this place to those looking for a secluded apartment complex.

This place has been wonderful and quite.I moved to Tallahassee for a job relocation.And the staff has always been helpful and a nice with my accommodations!

This is the nicest management group! Not only are they are accommodating, but they treat you like family. If there is a problem, its taken care of immediately. They bend over backwards to help when moving in and if problems arise. The apartment itself is luxurious with beautiful granite counter tops and java stained kitchen cabinets plus lots of storage, walk-in closets with multi leveled closet shelves/rods. I highly recommend Apalachee Point apartments.

Im so glad I found these apartments. I really love the staff there! When I came in to lease after talking to one of the girls, they gave me cup of coffee and explained everything so there were no surprises! The process to lease was super easy and they got me in the next day! Its obviously apartment living, so living on third floor is rough with groceries, but i love not having people above me. i love my kitchen the most. This is by far the prettiest apartment ive ever lived at!

Apalachee points is a hidden gem in Tally! The apartment is very luxurious and reasonably priced! The staffs are very helpful and friendly and the entire ambiance of this apartment is beautiful! Loving my stay here so far!

DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Most of the positive reviews are paid for by the management company. The apartments are poorly constructed, from no hot water, leaky roof (Im on the first floor), and the ac constantly shutting down. Property management company has changed three times in two years. Because the property is poorly constructed they can not keep a maintenance person/team. So, RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. The reviews by Jasmine and Adrianna are tainted reviews, they work for the management company. For the ones who wrote reviews as new tenants, lets see how it is after a year of living.

Fact: Were coming up on our first year here so our rent is going up by $40/month plus they no longer honor the discount for State workers, so that takes our increase up to $100/mo.This is my opinion, so take it as such. My first and lasting impression is the design of this place. There is a huge drainage hole behind the pool which is lined with plastic, rocks and a high metal wall. The pool is too small for a community this size (8 bldgs./200+ apartments) which you cant see because they put the pump enclosure in front by the parking lot. The garbage, which is always overflowing, is right at the entrance to the community. The gym is right by the roadway entrance beside the maintenance shed. Not enough parking because of garages and covered spaces no one wants to rent. Management, maintenance men and residents come and go quickly.

These apartments are absolutely disgusting! Management takes pride in belittling and bullying their residents. If you ask for the property to be cleaned good luck! Mold, leaks, dog poop everywhere, homeless people across the street in the vacant house, appliances broken, and over priced!

Not only are these apartments overpriced but the people in the office cant seem to do a single thing right. They accepted my package with a broken seal with contents missing

Living here was a miserable experience. The apartments are nice enough, but management is beyond incompetent to the point of being downright rude. Save yourself the time and trouble and look elsewhere.

The Management and the leasing company are absolutely horrible. The property manager is rude and doesnt do anything to help when there is an apartment issue. DO NOT LEASE HERE.

If you plan on having guest for more than 3 days, put them on the lease and you have to pay a $50 application fee. My husband is on leave from the army for 3 weeks and I have to pay a $50 application fee for me to see him. The staff are rude and they do not communicate respectively

I see advertisements all over Tallahassee. Lower the rent.
