I love living here. They are always willing to assist you. Even when you call about noisy neighbors. Or like the time I asked them to put a flyer in every door asking (trashy) people to not throw the cigarette Butts on ground. So, they did just that. Thank goodness that problem was fixed asap! And they dont care what paint color you paint the place, as long as you paint it white before you move.

I moved out a few years ago. While my family lived here, we were overcharged for rent every month. Whenever we went down to discuss the rent and fees, we got different information each time. We would turn in the rent on time, then receive a late fee. When asked why we received the late fee, no one claims to remember receiving the rent on time. There was just a bunch of different information, and a lot of extra costs and fees that we were never told about...until they were finally charged. There was also a roach problem when we first moved in, but we kept the place clean, so it eventually went away. The clubhouse/office is nice, and when I was there they had this little kids club thing that went on after school hours. After we moved out we were charged for damage that was there when we moved in. On the bright side, it is close to a lot of things, and I made a few friends while living there. Just...the money problem was really annoying, and did not help my family because we didnt really have the extra $300 to go towards unknown charges.

My experience with Banyan Bay was not so good. I had a problem with them because they wouldnt do anything about my neighbors company coming over for the night & taking my parking spot. I wasnt allowed to continue my service with Dish & forced to choose Comcast for television which freaking sucks. The apartment is too small plus you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. I say that place wasnt worth my $854/monthly. Anyways when something needed to be fixed they came and did that in a reasonable time. Now before I go the things I hated most are there wasnt a light in every room & the hot water will get cold on you in the shower which is totally unacceptable.

The place is pretty good except for the kids running around without any respect of other people. But other than that its alright.

Not bad just a little pricey

We were very disappointed when we found out that our little dog not only cost 300 pet fees, but an extra 30.00 dollars a month. We were not told about this when we discussed the fees with Whitney. We were not told this until after we were approved and discussed total amount due before moving in to the apt.

Average. front gate needs to be fixed!
