I was recently in tears hearing about the mistreatment that my son and daughter-in-law are receiving at this complex. They have had NO AC( AC as never worked vents filthy), faulty appliances( dishwasher never worked), bug infested, under manicured lawn, trash and feces overflowing in the dumpster, potholes as deep as a mini grave(tire busted), and unruly loud neighbors. They have emailed and spoken to complex employees and each one claims they never got emails or complaints. Just recently their car was broken into and the neighbors have been stealing their electricity(maintenance called the police and didn’t inform them). The advertisement online is deceitful untruthful and a scam and someone needs to be held accountable. I will continue to research what legal action is possible for apartments that prey on the impoverished during this pandemic.

Clean place, apartment is nice. No bugs. Neighbors are friendly.But the pool and trash are horrible. Pool isnt maintained at all. The trash overflows every weekend. Usually they clean the trash up every Monday, but its still embarrassing.They recently fixed the potholes and theyre working on parking permits. Hopefully theres more improvements on the way!

Id recommend Live Oaks to anyone whos looking to live in the best part Killearn without breaking the bank. The apartment I chose was more than enough space for just me and super cost efficient. While the apartment isnt the most updated and glamorous the price that I pay reflects the classic finishes so thats something I was ok with! The leasing team was super accommodating and helped me out the entire way. A special shout out to Xander and Chris for being amazing and walking me through every step :)

UNSAFE, MULTIPLE SAFETY & SECURITY VIOLATIONS!!! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING & NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY !!!They never respond to their emails and treat their residents like trash. The employees for work under this company needs to be terminated and never be able to get the chance to run another property. Shame on you for letting us residents down. Will be reporting them to bbb.

So glad the new management has managed to clean up the property! Its improved so much within the past few months. I would now recommend Live Oaks to anyone whos looking for a nice and reasonable place to live!

If I could give less then a one star rating, I would. Horrible place to live!! I’ll skip the part about trash always over flowing and the front office never answering this phone and jump strait to the most pressing issue regarding this complex. My boyfriend lives here and has complained about mold in the bathroom for months now. He put in a work order in which they claimed they never received. He then went to the front office and they said they would come and take care of it…….they never showed! He then went up there again and they told him their maintenance is super booked with emergency maintenance request such as broken AC. So I’m guessing mold that can makes you sick is not an emergency to them? Please save your money, and potentially a trip to the doctor and look elsewhere!

This place is a joke, I have lived here for 2 years unfortunately, they will never fix anything I went 3 months in the summer with no A/C my house was over 100dg mold in my sons room they would not fix. My whloe apartment flooded I had to fight my way for a new unit. In the unit I am staying in now. I have water linking from the upstairs I have 3 called 4 times and no one still will come out. I have had a cabinet fall on me they still will not fix. Do not move into this place it is run down and cops are out here week for drugs .

Lots of garbage and ducks in the parking lot. The kitchens are outdated but functional. My neighbors smoked a lot and were loud in the hallway and lot so I didnt love the other residents. Other than that the area seems safe and the office staff are pretty helpful. It was an okay place to live compared to most other apartment complexes in Tallahassee.

I am currently searching for a place to relocate and scheduled an appointment to view Live Oaks. I was unable to make the appointment and canceled in a timely manner. The office staff reached out to me to see if I still needed a place. The property agent was friendly and answered every question I had, even the tough ones about the reviews I had recently read about the property. After talking and learning that I needed a place sooner than the property would have one available, he then referred me to their sister property who he knew would have what I needed. I appreciated his assistance and know that if I am ever in the market to find a place this will be one of the first places I call.

Constant potholes, place is old and run down, and always dealing with mold (3 times in my case) all my newborns clothes were ruined on 1 occasion and all our bathroom towels and my clothes and shoes on another occasion, they didn’t reimburse me and ended up doing maintenance for over a week drilling into walls to fix busted or old pipes. Which didn’t solve the issue anyway. Plus management is a revolving door of employees so paperwork is constantly lost. Individual employees are always great but 2 managers have lied and didn’t follow through on promises, I wish I wouldn’t have taken their word and got written paperwork instead but lesson learned. 2305 at Killearn is wayyyy better move there instead.

I have been here for 6 months. Around a month ago management changed and 2 new guys were hired that are a pleasure to see around the place! They diligently keep the property clean, IN SPITE of ALL the residents that constantly throw trash everywhere. They are so nice also! I am very impressed with the improvements! Thanks for all the hard work!

Be careful when you speak with anyone here, and get everything in writing. Nobody knows what theyre doing and they will give you a bunch of false information. I went to this apartment to apply for a short term lease and was told on multiple occasions that I could rent for 3 months, if I agreed to pay a $300 premium per month as its short term. Although I didnt think it was worth it because the apartments are far from luxurious and raggedy at best, I agreed, knowing I was only going to be in town temporarily. The young lady I dealt with at the leasing office was nice enough, however, she badly needs training. After speaking with another agent, paying the $150 application fee and having my credit ran, I was told, oops sorry, we can only rent you for a minimum of 7 months. Would you like 7 instead of 3? If I wanted a 7 month lease I would have said so, but I clearly stated 3 and they proceeded to run my credit and take my money, then change the story. I demanded a full refund of my application fee, and was told I would need to send an email to the manager because she was not available. I sent the email the same day and not surprising, no response. Now they are also refusing to remove the inquiry from my credit report and stating I agreed to apply so they cannot remove the inquiry unless its identity theft. Well, I know my rights, and I can tell you that a contract entered into under fraudulent misrepresentation is void. That is exactly what this is. You cannot lie to someone and then tell them sorry, but not make it right! Further, the rates they advertise on their website are not what they quote you when you go into their office, because either someone is too lazy to update the website or theyre baiting potential applicants. I will be making a formal complaint to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs because this is nonsense. I work hard to maintain my credit and this is wrong. You messed up, correct it!

This place is very bad all the materials are cheap the manager doesnt know what shes doing the maintenance manager does not care how he fix things. And outside Im not going to start on that because its a whole list that is wrong with this place I invited anyone to go find something better because even the people here dont care about what they do because they throw trash everywhere or they let the animals poop everywhere

MY APARTMENT GOT BROKEN INTO TWICE AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR DAMAGES.

Just called to check in on my appointment to fix my A/C and was told they will not fix it until the outside temperature reaches above 85 degrees, which will put my apartment at close to 90. Do NOT move here if you value your comfort or your life at all.

There are so many reasons to love living at Live Oaks at Killearn! Beautiful apartments! Perfect location! Enjoyable grounds and amenities! But what I am most impressed and grateful for is the professional, efficient, and caring way we have been treated while living here! As a person with special medical needs, it doesn’t take much for a routine maintenance issue to become an urgent matter! This was the case for us this weekend, and once again you took excellent care of us! I want to thank the property staff, and especially maintenance manager Mike, for personally making sure that our issue was promptly resolved! Mike worked so hard and into the evening to make sure we were completely set up, and was so kind and understanding of our special needs! My husband and I are so grateful to you Mike! It’s good people like you that make living at Live Oaks at Killearn great!

The apartments are in old buildings with old appliances. Landscaping is nonexistent. If you have a problem, management ignores it. My friend has lived there over 20 years and when her air conditioning broke in early July 2020, they “added her to a list7”. It’s October and they still have NOT FIXED her AC! They told her it wasn’t essential. Her thermostat doesn’t work so she has NO HEAT as well. To add insult to injury, her dish washer also broke and HAS NOT been fixed. They told her to just open the windows for AC now that it’s cooler, but She is on the ground floor and cannot open them due to security concerns. This place SUCKS! DO NOT Live here. You’ll regret it.

From what I saw it was a very nice place. Very scenic. Tiana was amazing, just great. They do what they can to help you out.

Live Oaks at Killearn is a blessing. Mike and Shirley have made this property an ideal location for me to reside. They are aware of any objection you present and resolve it in a timely and productive manner. There is nothing lacking here. Id recommend this property to anyone because my confidence in the current staff is strong! Thank you so much for all you do!

Super happy with our decision to renew, was apprehensive at first since prior staff didnt care about any work orders or personal matters my family was experiencing but the new maintenance guys always gets my work orders done fast and the management staff has improved since the new team came in. they actually seem to give a damn

I have been apartment shopping and made an appointment to see the place. When I showed up I was told there were no apartments available in the setup I needed, even though that was never mentioned when I made the appointment. Then we sit down and the woman is reviewing pricing with me and its very different than what is on the website. Its fine if you are a sliding scale, income-based residence but why not display that on your website?

I moved out 6 months ago. Several attempts have been made concerning return of my security deposit. I left the apartment in good standing. I cleaned every detail of the unit and conducted a walk through with management. Still, you all ignore everything and take as a joke. This is the sorriest excuse of management that ever exists. 8/19/thanks for the response. In early July, I contacted the corporate headquarters with all evidence and a letter intending to sue. It wasnt until that letter threatening to take you all to small claims court requesting additional costs that you all decided to act accordingly. Within a week, I received my initial deposit.

I am a resident at live oaks at killearn and I have been a loyal resident for two years. Earlier this year I fell on hard times where I was a little behind in my rent but I was able to catch up and paid $2000 to come in good standing with the complex. As I paid I informed the property management of a few issues that need to be fix in the unit that was work orders. I informed them if it do not get treated it can get worse. Now after several months of repeating myself the issue enhance. Now I have mold growing from my broken dishwasher that was suppose to be fix that had a leak. I went to the property management mad because I told them I will not pay my rent to these things get done. From there the property manager,her girlfriend and two maintenance guys came to my apartment and threatened to evict me. While they were at my unit I pointed out the ongoing issues to them and they still have not did anything. I would not recommend no one to stay over here. I am in a bind because I have a lease and do not know what to do. Mold is going in the units, maggots in the door way. June 18th No one has contacted me in management ever so stop lying please ion even stay in the apartment anymore. This is the first time why did it take you 3 weeks to reply???!

I moved in in August and we moved in to an apartment that had roaches, broken dishwasher and an ice maker that didnt work. After a few weeks of complaining to the office, someone finally fixed our ice maker. One day our garbage disposal started draining water and leaking all over the under neath of our sink. we have had an open maintenance request since August 25 and nothing has been done. we have complained to the office as well as emailing to several different emails with no response and nothing being done. The roads are full fo potholes and there is a ton of trash at the front of the neighborhood. The pool has been green since we moved in and the Dog clean up stations have not been changed since August so they are over flowing. I would not recommend moving into this apartment as they do not care and are very unprofessional.

I am very happy living here...the Maintenance team are great, especially Mike, also Will. They are able to fix things and make them right. The office team, Tenaya, Cheri, and Shaillia are also great...problems are solved in good time. Very glad the pool is closed as distancing was not adhered to during this pandemic. Thank you!!

I have lived in this complex for going on 4 months now. This complex is currently under new management and within the last few months, I have seen great changes being made to better the living area for the residents. The new management is making changes in the organization and overall appearance of the complex to help this complex be more comfortable and cozy for the residents. There is now new maintenance working for the complex, and as I had an older building with some wear in it, the new maintenance and management have worked diligently to ensure my time at the complex is a good experience and that my unit is taken care of. I do believe this complex is on its way to truly making a great statement in the Killearn area.

Parking lot is always full of trash and wild animals

The pool was green for over two months and the dump is always filled with furniture and garbage that the ducks feed on because it’s scattered all over the ground. No matter how clean your apartment is you will still have roaches. And you can’t get rid of them either. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They’re money hungry slum lords who don’t care about their residents at all. There is potholes all over the road and they think that “fixing” them is putting an orange cone in the pothole. Don’t live here.

Pool is green and unusable for over a month. Cheap appliances. 1970s cabinets. Sometimes maintenance is fast and sometimes slow. Workers are nice. For the price pool and gym should be usable and appliances should be newer and name brand.

Old apartments and common areas in the buildings very dirty. They are not well maintained.

I’ve lived here for almost one year now.They are charging more than the legal fee for a late fee (only been late twice) it’s 100.00 when they should only be charging the states legal limit.Also, if you have a complaint they illegally do not submit them or bring them up with the tenants, they lie to you and say they’ll email the complaint to their manager, and no paper trail is started, no emails of verification, even the tenant you complain about won’t know you complained, ever...so you’re forced to live in a chaotic, hostile environment because of their lack of communication.How I know this? I had communicated with the tenant I had an issue with, and they verified that they’ve heard nothing from the apartment complex.So, I waited months, for an issue to be fixed for absolutely no reason.No paper trail either .Multiple illegal business ventures take place here, which I’m highly aware of.Don’t sign here

Worst place I have ever lived!!!!! The management changes like people change their underwater! Nothing ever gets done!!! The roads have been in disrepair for over a year with potholes that could swallow a small car!!! I was told many times that they were going to be fixed and guess what, they didn’t!!! If you think about moving there, DON’T!!!!

The staff is so sweet and especially Cemetra! She worked with me during the application process and always went out of her way to keep you updated. She made the application process quick and easy! She was very personal and goes above and beyond for you! This place is quiet and such friendly neighbors. They definitely work with you to find a apartment that best fits your needs and wants. Moved here in June and have been pleased with this complex thus far. While Ive had some gripes here and there, overall my experience has been pleasant. Maybe I am blind to a few things since this is our first place of our own, but anytime I have spoken to the staff they have been respectful.My only gripe is sometimes if I leave a maintenance request by phone, it can take a bit of time to get to it. This is a bit inconvenient since I work full-time and dont have much time to go up to the office. However, when I do go up to the office with a request they jump right on top of any issue I have. (**Read Edit Below**)Outside of this, I have very few issues with the complex and would recommend it as a pretty awesome start for young adults moving out for the first time. I will update this review over the remainder of my lease.EDIT: Since I first wrote this review, I have noticed quite a huge change in attentiveness to addressing residents issues since the change in management. If I have an issue, they reach back out to me and get it all worked out within twelve to twenty-four hours. Absolutely stellar customer service. Tanisha, Johnetta and the handful of the others at the office will always take care of you!

Ive been living here for the years and Ive noticed the dramatic change that the new management has done. From everything being clean and working and the pleasant customer service. I would truly love to recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived here for about 3 months now and love it! Freindly neighbors, clean grounds.. my only complaint is that some residents don’t pick up after their dogs. There are plenty of dog stations with doggy bags around the complex. Even if there wasn’t, just bring a plastic grocery bag with you! It’s not hard 🤷🏻‍♂️🤗

Maintenance Manager Mike, Tech Bud, Claude, and Todd were very responsive to my AC/Heat work order, that was requested three hours prior. I appreciate these guys, especially the day after Christmas. Keep up the great work and laughs guys.

The saving grace of this place is a man named Claude, the maintenance man. He will fix anything and everything, and is the nicest person you will meet. He saved the reputation of this place, and has saved our apartment time and time again. Ranging from ant invasions, to having the air vents almost leak, he helped from hell and back. I hope he knows how amazing he truly is.

I am not a resident. I frequent the complex to visit a friend. The road has many large pot holes (that have been there for years), the garbage area is always surrounded by mountains of trash and there are tons of ducks. I am not sure what managements role is in keeping the property in order but there are major changes that need to be made. It is a quiet community with many ammenties like the pool and tennis courts. Also, it is close to a lot of stores and its a friendly community.

I have been getting the run-around about getting my deposit back that was paid in full but never got to move in. They said there was nothing showing that I paid my deposit so I sent my bank statements to them and was told they sent them to their corporate office and still waiting on a response. Its going on 3 months now and still havent heard a word from them. They are very unprofessional and unresponsive to your problems. They dont have any intentions on returning my deposit. Bbb has been contacted and complaint filed.

Place was beautiful and clean

Convenient location-YES!!However, they are slow to respond to maintenance service work orders. I have submitted the same work requests quite a few times over the past 8 months only to have them unfilled with empty promises. Different management, same problems.Update: Management has been able to fulfill the work orders. There was an electronic error in their system that has now been resolved. I hope that management will continue to look into this for other residents as well.

Helped out several of our people after the hurricane displaced some of our residents last year. It isnt far from the business centers in killearn and the lake is a nice touch. It is income restricted so the application process takes a little longer, but they kept in touch pretty well.No maintenance issues to speak of and there was plenty of parking.

I lived at Live Oaks for two years. If youre considering moving here, please take a moment to read about my experience before you make a decision. It’s long, but hear me out.The units are dated and have archaic appliances and fixtures. When something inevitably breaks, it takes months for maintenance to address the issue. It took 7 months and a dozen phone calls before my broken oven was a repaired.The employees are disrespectful and show no comprehension of customer service. I have been asked to hold for an excess of 10-15 minutes when calling for assistance. Several times the property manager has posted notices on my door for “late rent fees” in attempt to solicit money from me, even though I always paid on time.The apartments are plagued with large cockroaches and ants. The ant issue was so severe that I had to replace all the food in my pantry because they invaded in such great numbers. No matter how many times pest control was called out, the bugs returned.Cleaning up after pets is not enforced here and consequentially there is fecal matter scattered all over the property. Hundreds of geese and ducks occupy the premises and are constantly blocking the road.The landscaping is seldom maintained and grass and shrubbery is prone to severe jungle-esque overgrowth. The roads are absolutely deplorable, filled with potholes and unevenness.The fact that I moved out two months ago and still have not received my security deposit back is a testament to the incompetency of this business. It turns out that not even vacating can stop the constant headaches caused by Live Oaks.Be warned: the “luxury living and first class experience they promote on their website couldnt be further from reality. Don’t let their smoke and mirrors fool you. Live Oaks should be your last resort when selecting a place to live.

This place is good but it does have its issues... It allows pets (with a fee), has a small gym, a Landry mat, plus basketball and tennis court in close walking distance from many of the apartments. The members of the staff are very nice, but in certain situations they are not the best at keeping up with some maintenance issues. It also is in a couple of school districts, and during school there is a bus that picks the students up.

The place is nicely kept, breezeways appear clean, nice little lake in back apts. They need to enforce the garbage dumpster, makes place look not very nice.

Older complex but well maintained. The trash compactor is always full and neighbors just dump their trash. There are also a lot of ducks that live here. They arent aggressive but they do walk out in the road like they own the place and they nest in the parking spots and behind cars at night.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I wanted to give them no stars but it wouldn’t let me leave it blank.Since I moved in there has been a cockroach problem. I am a very clean person so I know it’s not from me. Everyday I find one of those really big cockroaches somewhere in my apartment. I’ve told the leasing office multiple times but every time they act like they don’t care and say they’ll send an exterminator. However, the extermination does not help due to the fact that the apartments are very old and cockroaches find there way in the apartments by cracks in random places in the apartment. Before I moved in I asked the apartment complex about the roaches because I read the reviews about them. They informed me that there wasn’t a cockroach issue and I believed them like an idiot. If there is one lesson I’ve learned about my experience here it is that you should ALWAYS READ AND TRUST THE REVIEWS because the complex will just lie to get your money! Smh! I can’t wait until my lease is up in July.

I am looking to move here next month, and as of now all I can say is that Cametra “MeMe” has been VERY helpful and nice during my application process and finding something that fits me. Her spirit is delightful! I look forward to a good experience here.

Pets are out of hand. Maintenance is behind. Lived here twice and been in this area for decades. Was once an A list complex. A little work and enforcement of basic rules could make it great again. Price good for area.

I am living here. One day I called the rental office to ask for help about my neighbor who turned on the TV until 3 oclock in the morning.The rental office agent told me Tenants have their right to watch TV. Watching TV at home is not against the law.Great customer service, isnt it? You can have a good experience here: paying rent for an apartment but not being able to sleep at night in the apartment. Taking a free lecture on the law from the staff is a bonus.

Very nice apts and great representatives that work there

Its amazing to me how they have been doing renovations for most of my year lease (not exaggerating, I promise), which they still are rennovating but I guess they just dont realize or care about the inconvenience it is to people actually living here. They work even on weekends so you cant get a break! They are taking out all of this time to renovate the OUTSIDE but the apartments are still run down on the inside and when you try to put a work order in the office they tell you how they already have over 300. I see the maintenance men literally everyday riding their go carts, txting, listening to music, talking on the phone etc but have gone a log time without my kitchen light. Upon me apartment shopping to find another place so I can leave here, I see they have recently gone up on the rent and that is a complete joke. New residents will be paying for the renovated panels and paint on the outside of the building and that is about it.

I am a college student and share a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom with a roommate. This place is infested with palmetto bugs. Palmetto bugs love places with lots of trees and the name Cypress Pointe gives it away . I have been woken up to a fairly large roach crawling on my face before . At this time the pest control provided by the apts seems to be ineffective. I will say the maintenance staff is very friendly /helpful.Update : I went back home for the summer and made a day trip to Tally . I called the office to ask if there was a chance I could complete my exit paperwork while in town. I was told only if my roommate was present . I went to the office to gain clarity and was told by an older black woman that she quote told me already which was followed by her making faces and a patronizing tone . Overall my experience with the office staff has been quite treacherous.

Just terrible!! management dont get things done in a timely & professional manner at all. A lot of things needs to be replaced, or updated. My parents live there for over 9 years now and I have to come up there Everytime to talk to them about something that I asked to be done for months. SMH 😒

Poor management

Under new managementThe office staff seem a bit too busy, butt they do appear to be trying to accommodate all, as long as we are patient. Ill keep this feedback updated as circumstances dictateEdit: One week to complete the pre-paperwork process, and another week still waiting to get a copy of the lease. I shouldnt have to drive 14 hours to show up in person to request a copy when the manager said she can email it. Patience is wearing out. I hope maintenance requests do not take two weeks. (Edit to three stars, I will update back up if the paperwork and move-in process goes smoothly).Edit: The office lost our paperwork several times, and we had to resubmit some of the requirements. They also lost our deposit and wanted us to pay again. We finally got a copy of the lease, then they misplaced our keys at move-in. Four days after move-in, were still stuck inside the apartment waiting for them to fix the locks so we can lock the door when we go out. The stove still does not work, two of the water faucets still leak which already caused a big flood in the apartment at least once, and two of the cabinets are broken. Weve notified the office about it both verbally and in writing, and have yet to see any maintenance. We still do not have our mailbox key, and have no way of knowing whether anything important has arrived for us or not. The benefit-of-the-doubt has run-out. I am down-voting to two stars.Edit:(PRO) The new manager is very approachable.(CON) Maintenance requests can take 2-4 weeks(PRO) If I find the maintenance guy after I put in the request at the office, I can speed up the request(CON) The place is over-run with roaches, even after having the place fumigated, the request for pest control was put in 8-weeks ago(PRO) This place is very close to the grocery store and other essentials(CON) They implemented a new utility company just prior to my moving-in, required me to sign the sudden change as a condition for move-in, and then the new utility company double bills me (proven documentation available)(PRO) The city of Tallahassee is more relaxing than where Ive lived before(CON) Theyre removing the spa, and the basket ball court needs major renovations, the side walk behind my building is a safety hazard, and the washers and dryers at the laundry care area didnt function the few times we tried. Also, the pavement by the dumpster has pot-holes big enough to make my car need a tow to get out of them.(PRO) The neighbors that I met (so far) all seem to be friendly, the maintenance seems to be friendly, and the staff seems to be friendly.Bottom line: I know theyre trying to fix up this community, but I believe it will still take them a while to do so.

SPM is no better than any other management that was here prior. We constantly deal with hot water outages. The dumpster is constantly overflowing with trash and we literally had to wait 2 weeks just to get a free air filter. We have had a leaky roof (when it rains) for over a month now. They have money to renovate the outside of these buildings yet they dont repair any existing problems. While renovating they destroyed all my plants on my balcony and got all kinds of dust and debris on my belongings in the storage unit. As i type this we have no hot water. Yet they have the nerve to raise our rent by 45 dollars. I really feel like SPM could care less about their tenants.

Cypress Pointe is terrible. Please do not ignore these Google reviews like I did before choosing to live here... The apartments are run-down and when you request maintenance work, the workers just mark it as done and never show up. When approached to the office, they just blame it on the resident.DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I just cant get past the infestation of roaches...I dont do bugs, and to move from a roach free place (for over 10 yrs) to killing 6 ROACHES the first night... smdh, Im already ready for this lease to end.

I have been living here for about 5 months now and I will say the location of my apartment is nice but after looking at others ratings where I see others are having problems with roaches, the feeling is bittersweet. I thoroughly clean my apartment and I see roaches almost every other night wondering if it was just my apartment but I see thats not the case.. and these arent small reaches either. Im talking almost 3 inch long roaches. I have waken up to a roach crawling across the skin on my back which is very terrifying. Apartment smells like cigarette smoke and has been since day one. I would call maintence/pest control but I havent had time although seeing the comments, neither are effective. Please consider before leasing as I definitely will not renew!

Pet PolicyDogs Allowed: No agressive breedsWell by agressive breeeds they mean Lions and Hippopotamus.I you have small kids or pets be very careful, there are lots of Pitbulls here at Cypress Point.Management knows about this, we have sent them emails and we will use those emails as proof that they were warned. Yes they know about this situation, they even had to close the office about 4 months ago for a few hours because there was a pitbull running around and they had to lock him up at the office until the owner showed up.If you think that pitbulls are lovely creatures, good for you, you will love Cypress Point.

Still a HUGE issue with roaches. Management said they would check my apartment to see what the problem is but of course it never happened. Also AC unit sucks. Been worked on 2 times and apartment still doesnt get any cooler than 78 degrees. Ridiculous how much money they charge for rent with all these problems

Alsome place

There is HUGE problem with roaches. Ive emailed them 3 times in the past 4 months to do something about it because I cant stand it anymore. They always reply with the Oh we will put you on the pest control list which they do have someone come spray, and STILL it works for like a day and then almost everyday I find a brand new ROACH. This place is so infested I dont see how people can spray so often and yet it doesnt fix the problem.

A nice place to live

THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS AND HAS BEEN FOR YEARS! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, TRUST ME. AND THE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND TRYS TO PRETEND THERE ISNT A HUGE BED BUG PROBLEM

Do not move here. While the location is nice, the apartments are run down and horribly maintained. Good luck getting anyone to fill a maintenance request or even answer the phone at the office. The office staff is laughable at best, they are completely unorganized and incredibly unhelpful...even with basic tasks. I cannot wait to move out of this community, it has been the worst rental experience of my life.Since Ive lived here, the fire alarms have gone off (or been pulled) in the middle of the night twice. Both times, my entire building had to wait outside in the dark for the fire department to come only to be told that there was nothing they could do to turn them off because there is no on-site maintenance worker and they could not contact any staff member. This is just one of many infuriating situations I have been subjected to due to the negligence of the staff at Cypress Pointe.

Basically a joke. Weve moved from unit to unit with issue after issue(from a roach infestation that the staff didnt foresee to kids siphoning car gas for their motorcycle). The last straw is our unit being filled with the smell of cigarette smoke from the unit next door. Nothing has been done and our issue isnt their concern.

Nice apartments.

Im not sure what my favorite part of Cypress Pointe is. Between the constant maintenance, having no hot water for weeks on end, the noise, or the attitude of the office workers its hard to choose. Do not sign a lease here. Complete waste of money.

Great staff that are very helpful and friendly.

The Leasing Office seems to constantly have staffing issues. Especially as it relates to their Maintenance Staff.

This place should be called ghetto pointe. So trashy and run down

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE if I had realize it was going to take 6 months to get my dishwasher fixed that was BROKEN when I moved in I wouldnt of moved in.

No maintenance support not recommended for anyone definitely I will not renew I had a broken dishwasher for over 3 weeks now and the new management is rude and not responsible the gym is closed and the only lifting machine there is broken for almost 2 yrs in general its a management problems

I stayed here with a friend until I got on my feet and it was the worst 4 months ever the ceiling was leaking and it smelled of mold the ducks pooped on my car so many times it messed up my paint when you walk around the property it smells of dog poop and pee Im glad I got from out of there and I hope my friend do the same

Place is horribly mantained

Beautiful, but it does not have 3 bedroom apartments is what Im looking for
