This is a good place to live. Its a quiet neighborhood. The rent is high for an income based apartment. They charge too much for having a pet. I think they need to cover sewage or lower the rent. They are getting over with that one.

The worst complex I’ve ever stayed in my life they don’t fix any problems and then will argue with you are constantly late fixing things (and somethings always wrong in the unit, trust me) and then don’t want to work anything out. I had black mold in my apartment for going on 3 months and each time they came and did nothing DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. New management is very much needed.

DONT RENT FROM THESE FOLKS, ROACHES, POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR 2 YRS RACKET BALL COURT CLOSED WEIGHT ROOM LOCKED DIRTY LAUNDRY ROOMS TRASH ON THE GROUND RENT CHANGES EVERY MONTH NOW YOU HAVE TO BUY AND INSTALL UR OWN AIRFILTERS AND BLINDS AT UR COST PARKING SPOTS ARE MESSED UPTHE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE TDONT LET THESE PEOPLE TRAP UR MONEY UP FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE!!!! FAIR ⚠️⚠️⚠️ BLACK MOLD IS RAMPANT THRU THESE APTS TOO when we moved into thisapt the blinds was dry rotted in the room and up front we put numerous request in to fix them now after 2 yrs of waiting now theyre telling us we have to pay for it both me and my wife is disabled and cant be risking our lives changing your air filters the maintenence department is lazy plus they sell drugs its crazy moldy moldy moldy place

Update on my comment. They are slow in fixing things. They came 3 times to fix my sink and its still dripping. Took them months to come and to do the work order. Trash and furniture everywhere. They dont care about anything

This apartment complex is horrible. It’s ghetto, They don’t fix things when a request is put in . They are sorry. It’s mold in the apartments . Management is very rude . No playground for children . Children play on tennis court .

This complex is a horrible place to live. The staff members are extremely unprofessional. The AC units are constantly going out and the staff members are dismissive and seem to have no sympathy for this issue. The property manager is never available and when you try to contact corporate they will not answer or return phone calls. This complex needs to be under investigation for the way they treat their residents.

The Greens of Old Saint Augustine is a wonderful place to call home! We LOVE living here! The Management Team are super nice and so is the Leasing Agent! All I have to do is call them if we need anything and Maintenance comes right away! If you are looking for a place to call home The Greens is the best! We LOVE our view of the golf course right out our balcony! I give them a 5 star rating for a great reason! We plan on living here and making this our forever home!

Will ignore your request...it’s not well maintained. Lied about previous pets in a unit. Had fleas in apartment. Did not resolve issue. Lied about tenants living on Section 8 and black appliances.

Me, my husband and daughter enjoyed our time living at The Greens/Augustine Club.We lived here for 3 years and had a pleasant experience. The Greens is in a nice area, close to stores, restaurants and the mall.Our unit was very spacious, neighbors were friendly and maintenance responded to issues in a timely manner.

When I first moved here I loved it and enjoyed it.. Management changed so many times, cant keep good folks in the office.. Management need to be more involved with their tenants... A lot of weed smoking.. Fighting in apartments loud music. They just let folks do what they want. And nothing done.. Management need to take action.. Young people sit on stairs just smoking. Its like they scared.. The same way they put notes or reminders for rent or late payment.. Put notes on their door 1 warning 2 warning 3 one.

They were a blessing to us when we werent able to find housing after the hurricane last year. They recently redid all the balconies and pressure washed the whole place. The office team finally seems to be a cohesive unit. Seems to be moving in the right direction.

I have lived here at the greens for a year. Since I have been here the management has changed 3 times and they always have a new property manager. The gym doesn’t work and the pool is disgusting. When I moved into my apartment my apartment was NOT cleaned and because I did not have anywhere else to go I had to accept it and clean it my self! They are a bunch or snakes and crooks in the office! I got charged a inconvenience fee of 725 because I did not tell them I wasn’t renewing when in fact they sent the renewal letter one month before my lease ended. There are kids who walk around checking car doors and sit on your steps and don’t belong in the building. This place is a mess I would not recommend no one living there save your money it’s not worth it!

Wouldnt recommend it, if anyone lives above you.. good luck on getting any rest or watch a movie without hearing every move your neighbors make, sounds like there coming thru the ceiling even if theyre not trying to be loud. Moving as soon as my lease is up!

I have been at this residence for 3 years, not understanding why our pool is closed more than it is open. Checking other apartment complexes in the area, they do not this issue..I believe the rent that is payed allows me this amenity. Please fix this. The pool has been filthy for months from March of 2020 til now.and still disgusting

I just moved into the Greens at old St Augustine it is AMAZING it’s reasonable prices is what attracted me however the new management that they have now is top of the line joletta made sure I was taken care of and I understood everything being that this is my first apt. I’m completely in love with my place and forever thankful!

While I understand that answering the phone is tedious and boring, Ive called to The Greens at Old Saint Augustine twice now and spoken to Ty both times. Every time Ive spoken to her, I have come away feeling like I need apologizing for interrupting her life. She has been unhelpful, unenthusiastic, and uninspiring. If I end up renting from The Greens, it will be in spite of Ty, not because of her.No potential renter should be made feel like they are at fault for expressing interest in the property.

Terrible place to live long term. Management has changed several times. I still do not know their names!! Roaches and worms were really bad in my apartment. And maintenance sucks. I had a leak for 2weeks and they did not seem to care. Just poor everything!! No stars are needed!!

Let me start with the day I moved in.. when I arrived with my U-Haul truck to move into my apartment, they notified me that my apartment had not been cleaned in time and that I had two options. My first option was to move in after the apartment being cleaned, which no one could tell me when they would be able to have the apartment cleaned. The second option was for me to go ahead and move in and clean the apartment myself. Being that I had Nowhere else to go, and all of my things were in the truck, I took option number two. Two months later, I complained that the smells from the apartment under me were bothering my allergies, and every time she lites a cigarette or Marijuana cigarette because she smokes both that it comes into my clothes while they’re in the dryer and I can also smell it in both of my bathrooms. They notified me that there was nothing that they could do. I got used to covering the smell with candles. Fast forward four months, they did renovations on the patios in the complex. When they replaced the patios they banged holes into my bedroom while they also knocked screws through other pipes of my apartment. I complained about it for three months before it actually got handled. Several nights I have been woken up by gunshots. The management hired security to stop with the random gunshots in the air by stupid irresponsible people and to also stop people from breaking the street lights. I complained that I was scared and that I live in an unlit area. Management at the time hired security to deal with this issue, and it has stopped.The complex changed ownership, and they promised me that everything that I have been dealing with would be resolved. They told me that they would not only re-caulk, pull out screws, and paint over the damaged areas, but they were also fixing my leaking toilet, fix my other bathroom toilet that just wouldn’t go on and on and on after being flushed, they also told me that they would look into somehow sealing where the smells are coming through the laundry room, but can’t do anything about the smell coming through the bathrooms as well.I have had several different bug issues while staying in this apartment. Silver fish seem to love my bathrooms, these small bugs randomly come to eat things in my pantry packaged out of cardboard, and I have even had a termite issue. When I notify the complex, they have laughed, & then put me on a pest control list. I have received notice of pest control being in my apartment only twice, & am still having an issue with the bugs in my pantry. When I let the office know that the Issues have not stopped, she proceeded to ask me where do I grocery shop, & And suggested that maybe I shouldn’t buy my groceries there anymore. I shop at our neighborhood Earth fare grocery store. I can almost guarantee That the issue is the apartment complex not the grocery store. I’m sure if there was an issue with the grocery store it would have been on the news. I am still dealing with a leaking toilet in the guest bathroom, The book issue has decreased but is still a major problem making it where I don’t even feel comfortable or safe cooking in my own apartment. I Currently cannot brush my teeth and my own master bath because both of the knobs are so old that they have just completely broken off. I put in a maintenance request now going on two months ago, and once again my request has gone ignored. I wish reviews like this had been up when I was doing my research trying to find a new apartment. Whenever I have a conversation with people about my experience with this complex, they let me know that these have been issues for a while. This is no place for families!

Needs to be remodeled and cleaned up!

My review 6 months ago was at 3 now its a one now is a 1 it would be a 0 if I could put it on here. Every month there is a new management team nothing gets done or fixed in a timely matter.I have lived here for 4 years this has been the worst in my very last year living here before this new company took over never had a problem. My rent has been lost twice but they found it both times when I came up there raising hell with receipts. My apartment flooded from the apartment upstairs took over a week for them to come and fix the pipes that burst. Took 6 months for them to fix the hole that they put in the wall from fixing the pipes. Was promised a new stove because the one I have now only one eye works and the oven cooked on high no matter what temperature that was 6 months ago and every month when I go pay rent on time never been late theres always somebody in their new that knows nothing about it from the previous people in there. have talked to them about the person that lives upstairs from me that has a child thats up running around at 10:11 at night. Are we here all night and early morning is thumping and running around upstairs nothing has been done. I referred a friend to live here before the new company and I feel so bad that she lives here now because of all the bull thats going on. There is no one that is consistent in the office dont know who to talk about anything.

I didnt live here but constantly visited a family member that did. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the activities are great. They have a pool, tennis, and golf. The stairs need work, though. And there was a brief wasp problem, but the staff handled it well.

Been here for 2 years new company seems ok..Maintenance Staff needs alot of work. I would say this new office staff has been on point I hope they stay longer than 3 months ijs!!!All in all things are coming together.

Im a current tenant here just moved here and will be gone after my lease... Service is horrible there is a new property manager every other week.. they try and change your rent on you without telling they just say its switched to online easy pay .. tisk tisk.. lastly I mean the hours say open even the sign does on the door yet noones available 0 stars if I could

So I came out here to visit my fiance and it is very nice I like the area. Despite the little situations. The staff really work with you.

Waited 30 minutes for lady in the office to come in then waited another 10-20 minutes for her to talk to her friend that was a tenant there. Very unprofessional.

Doing better but... no security?,.. no tennis court... no racquetball court... people from nearby hoods park there to avoid the repo man...😑

This place is a rat hole. They are trying to price renters out at this time to get higher rents out of people but maintenance takes forever to show up if they ever do. The people there are not usually the types of people who you want for neighbors.

It’s a horrible place to live at . Some nights I hear gun shots !! The police is never called . The pool is never clean either . The pool would stay closed due to lazy staff . The gym has no equipment working . It’s a lot of cars that are parked in the parking lot and don’t belong here. Also the tennis court has no net . So there is no recreation but the rent is high . There’s young dudes smoking marijuana in the stair case all the time .

If you dont live their anymore snd try and pay your bill, they will just hold your check until its no good anymore and they loose out on their money...
