Worst place to live in. Since I arrived it was unclean and full of roaches. Even though they did fumigation roaches were all over the place, every day! Manager does not care about you and what you are dealing with! They took three months to give me back the deposit and it was because I got to talk with the city manager after several calls and pushing them to do it.Do not live in this place! You will waste your money and tranquility! I have videos and photos to prove all what I have said!

Clean, safe, and fun environment for college kids.

Great location. Huge apartments with all the bells and whistles. Everything new and shiny. But most importantly, impeccable management who is responsive to every personal need and driven by maintaining the quality of Champions Hall.

Great amenities and living space. Staff is also helpful and answers all the questions you have and Maintenance is also quick with work orders.

Ever since Greystar took over management of this property, they have been allowing the complex to dilapidate. I assume they plan to bulldoze it soon and replace it with yet another unnecessary luxury student housing complex.

Love walking to campus and not needing a car!
