Jacob Bell has been really helpful! I love living here! I’ve lost my keys twice already and they’ve really helped me out. They make it easy.

You can reach out to the staff at Tuscany and they are willing to fix/address it. I have enjoyed my experience here thus far. Also, Jacob Bell is the best! He goes above and beyond and is very professional. Justin also attends to all your maintenance needs.

Ed and Jerry are the people that make me want to live here, without their services I would have left Student Housing Solutions. They are extremely friendly, attentive, and hard-working. I am never worried if theres ever an issue because I know these two will handle it and do an exceptional job. The 5 stars are for Ed and Jerry.

I have loved living here for over two years! The office staff, Brandon, James, Johnny, Jacob, and Aaron are all exceptional people who truly care about the residents. Tuscany Village is a super-friendly community where you can easily make friends at the pool, at the gym, or at their events like ice cream parties and trivia nights!

Tuscany VIllage has been a great place to live and the management has made it even better. Assistant Property Manager, Jacob Bell, has been very friendly and has helped my roommates and I several times with the minor issues weve had.

My nephew was coming to FSU for graduate school and was not only dealing with the usual selection process for apartments, but also the uncertainty of the pandemic. He was unsure if school was even going to happen and had to make decisions on short notice. The staff at Tuscany were very helpful and responsive to his needs and were extremely flexible in their schedules to show his apartment living options. They made what could have been a very unpleasant experience easy and smooth. He is moved in now and relaxing in his beautiful apartment.

Tuscany Village used to be a great place to live! The apartments are nice and management was great. Emphasis on the WAS. Brittany, the old site manager was amazing and helped everyone in a timely manner and with kind words. However, they completely switched management and only have 3 people running four complexes. They constantly bad mouth previous management (which was actually better than them!) Also, we only get mail sporadically because it comes from the leasing office not the post office. When we ask about when we are getting our mail, they just brush it off and give BS excuses. Work orders are never placed if you ask them to and when you call back about them, they have no record of it. When you call and they tell you theyll cal back, they never do. We have had this happen more than 5 times. All in all, the apartments are great but not worth dealing with the terrible management. I really wish I could continue living here but i have consistent issues here.

The maintenance team was fantastic. The office administrators are amazing. I had a problem with the WiFi and they listened to me and fixed the problem. My apartment was great and had a good view. I’m even moving into another complex by the same company because they were so good. I highly recommend Tuscany village.

I have loved living here for the past year! If I wasnt graduating I would resign a lease! When we put in maintenance requests, they are done the very next day. The staff has always been friendly to us and our apartment was very clean when we moved in. Our living room is HUGE! They always let me bring my dog into the leasing office with me when I have him and need to pick something up, which is so nice. I live in the towers on the very top floor, so the stairs can be a bit much sometimes, but other than that I loved my experience here!

I spent one year here and really liked the experience. Our previous manager and the one right now (August 2017) were very nice. The pool is cool and the apartments are great! Most of the space is spended on the individual rooms, which is a smart thing. The guy that attended our maintenance request was super friendly and efficient.Thank you guys for the nice experience!

I put in a maintenance request at 3:30PM after finding some mold in my bedroom, and maintenance staff Jerry and Nick were at my door within 20 minutes ready to spray it and clean it up. I love living somewhere that responds so quickly to residents requests, and takes issues like mold seriously!

This is my second year living here and I just renewed my lease for the 3rd! The units are really nice and up to date and the pool is great! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a newly renovated property close to FSU.

Jerry the maintenance guy is one of the nicest human beings on Earth. Always goes out of his way to fix things as well and as quickly as possible. Sometimes hes over to the apartment working on fixing a problem even before the leasing office has even told him about the complaint.

Been living here for 2 years. Furnished place looks great and is worth the money. 5 star location that’s for sure, I never drive to any of my classes unless it’s raining. Great pool area where I’ve spent lots of one and had great memories. Everyone’s a student so it’s easy to make friends with all the neighbors. Only thing to be careful of is towing but as long as you follow rules you’ll be fine. It’s understandable they’re strict with parking because have you seen how close the stadium is!?! Literally 3 minutes walk to the student section it’s dope. Internet is something that could improve but ETS is a good company that if you call will try to help. Hope this helps. Overall for the price. Your not gunna find somewhere closer or better.

Having lived here for 1.5 years, I can honestly say... this apartment complex is wonderful. Its extremely convenient as it is about a 5 minute walk to Doak Campbell Stadium. Ive had a few maintenance issues (as do all the other apartment complexes Ive lived in), but the maintenance people have always been speedy when it comes to fixing those issues. The internet is quite speedy as well.The rent is a little pricey, but not really anymore pricey than the apartments in the surrounding areas (or the dorms, for that matter). The convenience makes it worth it for any FSU student. The leasing staff are extremely helpful and do a pretty stellar job of contacting you as soon as your packages come in. Also, there have been times that Ive been in the leasing office for up to a half an hour talking to the office staff... which gives you an idea of how personable these people are. If I stay in Tallahassee this following year, I will 10/10 live here again.
