I am nearing my 15th year here. Up until this summer things were fine. But I had been waiting on my dishwasher to be repaired since 8/2/19 ( which is when I made the initial call ). Last night 10/16/19, finally, someone came with a replacement. He made it clear he was not happy to be here. He left a muddy mess. He did not attach the machine to the countertop. And he just kind of... left when he was done lol. I got up when it was quiet for a while, and we figured he was just gone and locked the door. Afraid to try the dishwasher, not sure if anything else was not done. 100% terrible. The office is unable to do much about anything, though they are polite.

Best value for the money in Tallahassee hands down! Ive never had any problems that werent quickly resolved in my almost two years with this company. Wish I wasnt moving away after graduation!

This has been my leasing company for the last 5 years and Ive lived at 4 different properties that they manage. Maintenance is always swift with handling any issues. Ive had to transfer leases and they were very understanding and accommodating.

The most unorganized nastiest people ever PERIOD!!! apartments are outdated and old molded bathrooms old appliances etc. this is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived in. Oak creek is terrible people hanging outside walking hanging playing music and it’s not safe for my kids my car was broken into and they overcharge you for rent maintenece team is horrible I would rather live in a hotel than rent with these money hungry people. If I could give -1 star I would.

I have been staying in Oak Creek place in Tallahassee for almost three years now. Since Tyler and Mark has been gone within the last few months customer service has been an utter disgrace. Embarrassing to the Landsouth company period! With me being a director at my job there is no way I would let people help ruin my company. But to each its own. My tile has been cracking for the last year. They keep telling me they are coming to fix it. Its still not fixed. Finally after a year my tub got fixed. Hopefully Brian stays because without him everyone is going to move out.

Money hungry crooks DO NOT RENT FROM THEM IF YOU CAN AVOID IT BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!! Terrible business practices and unprofessional staff. They expect their rent on time no exceptions but yet will take their time making any repairs and they only ever do the bare minimum. They will enter your apartment without giving proper notice and when your lease ends if you dont fill out one of there 30 day notice to terminate BS paper they will charge you an entire months rent! RUN!!

Have had leaking in my kids room since last year. The issue has not been fixed properly. Under the floor is molded. The only thing they did was have a carpet cleaning company clean the top of carpet and dug a small drench outside that did nothing. I have reported this several times yet no one has been back. Any problems I have it takes them weeks or months to resolve. I am in the process of hiring a home inspector and filing a complaint with the clerk of courts.

The worst ever. My water is brown there is mold everywhere. Eveytime i ask can they fix it they never come. My kids room have a hole where water has leaked through all they did was patch it. Pipes are rusted floors are caving in. Been a tenant since 2012

One of the worst property managements in Tallahassee. They will lose your rent checks & claim you didnt pay. Luckily, there are receipts and tracking. Very disrespectful staff, and unprofessional.

I lived here for 2 years and lets just say I lived with plenty mold and bugs and it wasnt because of me!

This is a horrible place to live, I dont recommend this place to anyone they are awful & very disrespectful.

The people here are okay.
