She cut them to length that she wanted to before even asking me so they look like a three row did them. The pictures I am showing his hours later not days. 😶😶🤦‍♀️It’s just so unfortunate because I try to go to the same place all the time and they just never seem to do it right worst i ever seen!So ugly My decals are crooked they are missing pieces she couldn’t cover the nail I even asked her can I do it myself my middle finger looks like I don’t know what!Even though I’ve been going there for years it’s time I quit going I’m never satisfied💯Interesting enough the prices change depending on what day it is and who it is and what mood she’s in and she is just totally rude I cannot stand the way my nails came out will not be going back save your money and go somewhere else where their customer service is better than one ⭐️

I’ve been going here for the past 5 years, today was my last day I will ever spend a dime here. Business has certainly declined over the years!! Rudeness and I love how they just randomly name a price. The price changes every damn time!! Please use wisdom and go elsewhere where they value you as a customer. 🙃

Im quite suprised by all the POSITIVE reviews. The older gal was completely RUDE. Refused to do what I asked with my nails (soak off dip powder) instead she was planning on just continuing to grind down and soak my whole hand in alcohol. When I raised concerns and wanted it done another way, she was completely rude! Someone else took over and she was friendly. But I chose to just have my nails removed & take my service elsewhere. Maybe you should at least acknowledge your clients needs or wants, insteading of just brushing them off and not listening to them.

They had good days and bad days, sometimes my nails look great and sometimes my nails look horrible. This place is definitely a hit or miss.

Their customer service is AMAZING. I had a mani pedi maybe 3 times consistently and was unable to go for 2 months. When I was able to get my nails done again, they remembered me and every detail I had told them about myself.The mani pedi is also the most thorough I have ever had! They take longer but that is because they do a really good job. I always leave a little sleepy because I actually feel relaxed!

All was well... my toes look real good and the service was great. NO ATTITUDES NOR RUDE REPLYS AND OTHER CUSTOMERS were so fun to chat with... Like A womens social club😁💖💗

I went in to get my nails removed. They actually didnt remove my set but drilled them down until they were paper thin. I had to ask them multiple times to clean under my nails from all the gunk build up. At one point she pulled out USED cuticle trimmers and almost used them on me. They were covered in skin from the previous use. Overall, wouldnt reconmend. Ended up paying $25 for nail removal and clear polish.

Not very nice, not very friendly but nice and friendly. I’ve recently moved to Parkland, and they are the closest to me. Every time I’ve went I’ve felt rushed and nails break off a week later, terrible eyebrow wax job-I gave up on them. Several months later, I come just for a pedicure, asked me 3x to upgrade to $35 pedicure, I declined 3x, and I leave with the worst pedicure job ever. They didn’t clean around my cuticle, French tip is diagonal and not straight, and polish on my skin. I will be back so they can do it right.And yes, there is whispering and snickering in their native tongue- not a problem with me but a reviewer said it doesn’t happen here, it does.

Very poor service! My first time and my last time coming here. Kelly rushed on my nails, she burnt me with the drill & they look horrible! I asked for a repaint, at this point I want my money back.

Ive been going to this nail salon for about 18 years. The owners are the same, and always do an amazing job.

Been coming here for a while now. I always get exactly what I want and more. Recently just got a fill and I’m obsessed with how they turned out. I’ve been getting so many compliments and questions about them! Definitely call and book an appointment or walk in! Love them.

Went in for a broken nail, they couldnt color match and wanted to change the color, then said my nails were to thin and wanted to thicken them up so I agreed and after it was done my nails were wrongly shaped, I just wanted to be done and be out there . And then charged me almost $40.

It was pretty busy but they were doing a great job in getting things done in a timely manner. They were polite and courteous. The small talk was perfect. Not to overbearing but still talked to me. Kelly is very sweet. Will come back again for sure.

Kevin and Kelly are so good and so quick to please and make you comfortable while doing such a fast job on your nails and Kevin does the best foot and leg messages and the nails are done to great expectations. The girl Kelly, hurt my hands, she was very rough with everything she did. My nails are not straight. The polish doesnt cover the whole nail. My friends and I were rushed. They work on people that walk in more then they do with the people that make app. I highly do not reccomend this place at all. The ripped open my nail bed. Made me bleed. Honestly not coming here again.

In the neighborhood. Quiet, pleasant. My feet are very sensitive and the gentleman who does the pedicures has never hurt me. That means a lot. Nice job. I plan an hour and just relax.

They left me sitting in the chair for over an hour waiting for them to finish my manicure, while I watched them wait on people without appointments who came after me! I will never go there again! They are so money hungry!

I called and they were about 45 mins to close, and my friend and I wanted pedi and a full set done. They told me to come and they would take care of us. Currently getting our pedi done. Its so relaxing I might just doze off. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. Also they took their time did a great job. No complaints at all.

Worst pedicare I have ever had. Cut nails crooked. Caused me pain. Made me bleed. Careless sloppy application of polish. Had better experience here in past but today the guy was horrible and clearly didnt care.

Very dissatisfied!! I brought a picture of what I wanted and had three different people explaining what I wanted including another employee. Looks like a bad Pinterest recipe joke of nailed it...then came at me with a crazy ass price. Will never recommend this place to anyone!!

I really enjoyed the pedicure until he yanked on my toe nail. Then my manicure was garbage!! I requested gel nails and they put on acrylic- I didnt realize this at first bc ut was my first time- and they look HORRIBLE!! The edge by the cuticle is jagged, theres glue all under the nail, over all a crappy job. NEVER going back there!!!

Went 2wks ago for a full set. The woman doing my nails cut me with a nail file, did a horrible job sculpting the nails, then had the audacity to charge me $38! NEVER going back and Ive made my friends aware.

They had me wait for an hour for a fix and a fill. Then the person who was doing my nails gave me and attitude and did a terrible job in my nails. The one they fixed wasn’t even shaped good and it’s clumpy and uneven. this place was disappointing.

Sis in law my daughter and i came over here, and let me tell you, my sis wasnt happy with thr shape but you know what? They redo them again with out whispering and being disrrspectful talking their language, they ended up leaving them so cute and she comes from hawaii and so she was super happy to go back home with pretty nails. My nails no question at all, they are beautiful and they did my daughters pedi and mani and her nails are so cute, deff be coming back from puyallup:)

I love this salon and the experience it brought. My best friend and I were looking for a nail salon to do our nails for my wedding. This not being where we live (Minnesota) we were sort of just guessing based on other reviews. This place had no reviews but we were like lets just try it. BEST DECISION EVER! The owner kelly did an amazing job on my nails and spoke to me in clear english so I knew what I was going on. She also made sure we were both on the same page about what I wanted before we started. There was no wispering or snickering and the atmosphere was relaxing. I highly recommend this salon for anyone who is unhappy where there currently going or just everyone in general!One happy bride!

Horrible!!! Burned my nails. Cut me. Shaved them down to the skin thats under my nails! I asked for a round shape and they gave me a very skinny sharp coffin like look. Sloppy. Acrylic coming off of my real nails. Unprofessional and would not fix my nails. Horrible experience!!

I wont come back here ever again, I try to stick with the same nail salon especially when it comes to my wifes feet because they peel so bad.we always get the deluxe pedicure regardless of where we go. Here they do a rush job they dont let your feet soak long enough not do they get all the grit or whatever you may call it out of your feet. The entire thing was just sloppy. I wont be coming back here ever again.

They did a horrible job shaping and when the guy going my nails messed up the paint he tried to blame me. i felt rushed because i was a younger client, as if my nails werent important. the get a B- for effort

This place is absolutely horrible I went there on Friday to get a manicure pedicure my boyfriend and I rushed through the service horrible pedicure today is Sunday February 18th and my nails are peeling the Polish was thick the service was fast no quality at all and we spent almost $100 in there and the service is horrible I work in a professional environment and there is nowhere for me to go today to get these repairs done I actually have to go to work with my hands looking like this no I do not recommend this to anyone ever I wish that I could take a picture and posted this is horrible work
