Had a great experience. First time visitors. My 15 year old got her first set of nails and we both loved them!

I loved this place! It is amazing! The people that worked there are so so nice and as soon as I walked in I got helped and there was no wait. As soon as I sat down I got asked if I wanted anything to drink and they even opened my drink for me. I got a full set of acrylic and my grandmother got a full set of gel. Over all it was amazing!

I was so disappointed. I love the Essie Nails in Yukon and so I hoped they would be just as good in mustang but I was wrong. I had my acrylic nails removed and let me tell you it was the most unprofessional situation. She cut off all of my natural nails, she burned holes in my natural nails from filing down so much even though she knew I was in pain, there was mounds of acrylic left on my nails when she finished. To top it off she used the back of a finger nail to physically pop off my acrylics which hurt extremely bad. I left bleeding and my nails physically burning. The entire time I was in there they spoke hateful things about me and the other woman next to me getting a set of acrylics done. Never again. Please just listen to my advice. I have no doubt they do not clean their tools as well. Good luck to those who give them their service.

The last 3 times I have made an appointment here, I arrive on time and patiently wait 15 minutes or so JUST told be told its gonna be another 25-30 minutes before someone can get to me. Total BS. What is the point of making an appointment?! I will NOT be back. Customer.Lost.

I took my daughter and I to get our nails done. I got a gel manicure and she got a full set.The lady that did mine did well. That is the only reason I gave a 2 star. I went to pay before my daughter was done and waited in the waiting area. My daughter came out and we walked to the car. I looked at hers and she had paint all over her fingers and her actual nails had multiple chips and bubbles. The nails were filed so crooked too.Will not return!

I gave them two stars because the pedicure was great. I should have stopped there and I would have left a happy customer. The nails are terrible. I have weird dips in the nails. She did not shape the nails the way I asked, I even showed a picture because I do not know all the nail terms. I’m so disappointed! The white nails were the picture I used to show the shape. The red nails are what I got. The other picture shows the unnatural dip in the middle of my nail.

I had my daughters nails done. This is the second time they were crooked and poorly painted. They cut her cuticle pretty bad. There were dips in the middle of her nails from too much filing. Also they file your original nails too thin.

Refused service because of a disability violating the ADA. Rude, unprofessional and not everyone had on a mask. Try Luxury nails in the same shopping center.

I am from Moore and have been going to Essie in Mustang for some time now. I was recommended this one by my boyfriend’s mother who has been going there for years and loves it. The fact I am willing to make a 25 min drive to Mustang for my nails is saying great things. I have had several of the nail techs (Tony, Ivy, Tina, Amy) and have loved them all. My boyfriend’s mother sees Nina and loves her as well. I’ve never been disappointed after leaving Essie in Mustang! They’ve all been very friendly and professional, they take their time and I’ve always been asked throughout my service how I like the color, the shape, any design I’ve asked for. I recommend them to anyone!

I came here to get my deluxe pedicure, and Lisa did very good job on my feet; very clean and gentle. When she is done trimming my nails and polishing them, I felt lighter and cleaner. I am highly recommended Lisa.👏

To much turnover, every time I fine a person I like they leave. I have been going to this nail salon for several years . Unfortunately its time to move on.

When I first arrived at this nail salon, everything was fine. I asked for a filling and a pedicure and they said they could do it. Long story short two of the ladies argued with me saying I couldn’t get a filling. She got in my face and told me I wasn’t listening to her, then continued to tell me they couldn’t do my filling. Very unprofessional, and the nail job was terrible. I haven’t even had them a week and a half and they’re flimsy and breaking already. Not to mention they cut my friends toenail while clipping her cuticles. I do NOT recommend, you’d be better off have a toddler do your nails than them. If I could give out zero stars I would.

Its a good place to go. My daughter got a wax for her eyebrows and lip and I did the same but got my chin as well. It was 29 all together. It was clean and the women where nice

The worst nails I have ever gotten. The lady charged a lot and argued that I didn’t want gel when I asked for gel. All my nails were uneven and when I asked her to fix them she was rude and tried to charge me $15 extra to fix them. The nails were so thin I broke all the tips off at once and they CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING, including the shape. Worst place ever unprofessional and rude and bad quality. It’s like they aren’t certified. Go to luxury nails around the corner.

Not only was this location stunning, but the people were kind as well. I got a beautiful gel manicure for $30. Wendy did them and she was very pretty and sweet!

Ive been a customer here for a bit. The techs seem to move around a lot. Ive become just plain Jane now and I wont go to anymore nail salons... Some cant see and some too aggressive. They just want your money.

I have came to Essie for a while now & loved it! I have a three month old daughter I always bring her with me. Never had a problem. Today I brought my daughter with me again like always. My friend and I were the only people in there getting a service. While getting our nails done my daughter got upset like a typical three month. Since we were the only people in there I didn’t think it was a huge deal for her to fuss. Until the nail tech (not to be rude but with the messed up teeth) & that use to own the nail place by Morgan mart, decided to come over & turn my daughters car seat AWAY from me then TRY TO TAKE HER OUT. Mind you this is AFTER they had been yelling at her & AFTER they told me I could take her out & I said NO multiple times because I was getting my nails done. I’m breast feeding and she was hungry and I couldn’t give her a meal while getting my nails done. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is quite possibly the worst nail salon in the state if not the country. Do not water your time or money. They cut me and the girl sitting next to me too! I am calling the health department. This place does not need to be open to the public. I feel like they dont have proper training.

When this nail salon opened I was very impressed with the customer service and the upscale shop especially in Mustang Oklahoma. I have been a loyal customer ever since. I am greeted when I walk in because I have established a relationship with the staff. I have always been pleased with my nails and have gotten the best pedicures here. As a diabetic it is vital care is taken not to cut or damage my hands and especially my feet. Many of my gal friends and I make a spa day of it followed up by lunch. My daughter in law travels up from Wynnewood for her nails to be done. She is a hairdresser so it is important she gets a good job because her hands are in chemicals daily. I have always been pleased with the service and product.

Used to love this place but the past two times I’ve gone for a pedicure the polish is cheap and doesn’t dry smooth. Today my nails were cut crooked, has polish on my toes, looks so sloppy. I’m taking the polish off and redoing them at home. Won’t be back

This has been the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten!! I asked for gel on my toes and she did regular nail polish and half of them aren’t even painted all the way!! Then she did my nails and cut almost every single one of my fingers!! I am so very disappointed I shouldn’t of had to pay for any of this! I will not be going back to them again!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!

Dear Essie,Thank you for slicing my toe to the point where it would not stop bleeding and you put super glue on it. While I appreciate the whopping $2 off my $83 ticket, that did not even cover the Neosporin and peroxide I had to purchase for fear of infection.I WILL not be back!

My last two trips to Essie Nails were great. Vivian did my nails and was very thorough, gentle and precise. Ive found my new nail tech! Ask for her if you want a beautiful job. My prior experience there was quite the opposite.

They let unliscensed people work on your nails. The final time I went they had some guy who had no clue put nails on me. He put too much glue on, used a nail that was too big and glued his finger to mine!!! I had to tell him to stop that I wanted someone else. Instead of using acetone to take the glue off he literally pulled his finger off of mine and left his skin!!! It Was good when they first opened. Dont go there!

I asked for coffin nails and paid five dollars extra for the shape, asked the lady NOT to make the acrylic powder thick but she made them look thick anyways. None of the nails look even, &’ the shape is not coffin. They look horrible. Not worth $45 that I paid.Went back in today because i was told I could get them redone &’ then they told me they wouldn’t redo them because I didn’t say anything to the lady yesterday.

Acrylic nails are not smooth however good at dip. Don’t like the last few in management as they spoke in their language of laughing when I have questions or wants. Customers don’t like to be disrespected.

I really due enjoy coming to this place. Sometimes usually the people who do my nails are really good and sweet. How ever the girl at the front is extremely stuck up and rude. And seems bothered when you ask her questions and doesnt like to help at all . Last time I was in a asked the gentleman doing my nails if they do dip on younger girls. And he said yes. I asked him the price and he said we charge less because its smaller amount of proud it used. Today I brought my daughter in with me for pedis and dip. And she said she is going to charge me the full price for my daughters nails. No explanation why nothing. While the shop is clean and the work is good. The minute I walk in Im always irritated right away by her attitude and it takes a while for me to relax .

My usual nail salon was closed. I walked in 30 minutes before closing. This salon is just beautiful and so are my nails! She did an amazing job. This is my new bail salon

I went in to get a pedi. I have ingrown toenails. They said they do them all the time. After about 10 minutes they said they were done. I still had the ingrown toenails and told them to just forget about polishing them since Id have to go somewhere else to get a proper pedicure. Needless to say, with the pain still in my toes, I had to wait until my toenails grew out again before Maxim was able to get the ingrown toenails. I will never again step foot into Essie Nails! NEVER!!!

Worst nail salon in the state of Oklahoma!! I HIGHLY dont recommend this nail salon!! I called before i went in to check their prices because my mom and I have never been to this salon! We normally go to sallys nails in Mustang they are awesome, but they are closed for memorial weekend!! The guy told me $30-$35 for white tip solar nails and designs were $5 they charged me $50!! The ladies in there have attitudes and like to argue and get hateful with you for asking questions! I will NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!Disrespected my mom and I in front of my 2 year old and 3 month old not happy ! DONT GO TO THIS SO CALLED NAIL SALON!

Had my nails dipped. Van did them and did an excellent job. Everyone was friendly and it was a relaxing atmosphere.

Very very unhappy with my nails. I had to repeat myself 10 times and my nails are still completely wrong. I also got a pedicure if you can even call it that. I will be having to go get another this week from a different place that’s for sure. Paid 85 for a 20 dollar job. Will never be going back.

Today was my first trip too Essie nail and hair salon I was absolutely Blown Away by the customer service. I did a dip on my nails for the first time and I am in love definitely will be coming back and referring friends and family five stars from me!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Not only did they charge me 50$ FOR WHAT I NORMALLY PAY 33$ FOR!!! But i had to sit and wait for over an hour before they started. when i got home my nail was cracked right down the middle. Also i tried to be polite to the tech cause they were busy and told her she didnt have to soak my nails off, she could just pop them off cause its quicker I WORD FOR WORD SAID i dont care if you just pop them off instead of soaking them AND SHE CAME BACK AT ME AN SAID do you not care ab your real nail either? 😐. my nails are currently cracked, uneven, and not even close to the shade i wanted them because she was lazy and refused to do another coat when i asked. i have never in my life been so upset with my nails or my experience while getting them.😡

My fingers are actually sore and hurt from how much my SKIN was buffed and dremelled. Also used the dremel UNDER my nail and separated my skin from the nail bed. Feels like I have paper cuts under all of my nails and around all of my cuticles now.

This place has always been hit or miss, but tonight was awful. The nail tech cut my toe, burned my foot, and did a really crappy paint job. The massage hurt, and then she wiped all the lotion off my legs at the end leaving them dry as a bone. She rushed me out 20 minutes before they closed with wet toes. Not going back, Im done.

I moved to Mustang two months ago. I was spoiled by my girl Teana at art nails in Midwest city . I have been on the search for something compatible here in Mustang. Essie was my third try. The girl talked me into doing this powder nail and I stressed to her that I wanted my toes and my fingers to match. Well, if I could show you, you would see that the two colors are vastly different. Highly disappointed in the search continues…

I have never publicly complained like this but I was very very disappointed in this place. Took my 12 year old daughter and friend for pedis to celebrate her birthday and spent $50 to be done in less the 20 minutes. Really?I will say the facility is very nice but the service was very cold & rushed. I will not go back.I have been going Katies the last several years and have been very pleased with their overall service. I had gotten a gift certicate here is the only reason I came in the first place. Going back where the you can get a $20 pedi and get full service...plus they give great neck massage!

I have never in my life had the worst experience in a nail salon, the so called owner was so rude and hateful, and I will and would never reccomend this place to anyone. They will tell you one price and when your finished it way higher . This place needs new owners and new employees who actually care about their customers because the ones they have SUCK!!!!!!!!!

Went in for Mani/Pedi, and haircut. Pedicure lasted for about 5 minutes, had to redo manicure twice, must be old nail polish because it refused to dry. Ended up paying them and going somewhere else. Needless to say I will never step foot in their establishment again.
