Cindy is great!!! She takes her time to get my shape and size just the way I want. She is very detail oriented.Social distancing and cleansing between clients are strictly observed.

I ve been going to Cindys Nails for 20 years! Cindy and her 2 sisters run the small nail shop in Tacoma. They are very pleasant and will do what ever you ask. Their customer service is to please the customer, they always make sure you are happy with the service you received. Super nice ladies and very clean. There prices are great too!

Love this nail salon and the ladies. I came from Idaho and after having the same nail lady for 6 yrs I thought it would be impossible to find a great salon with wonderful ladies. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with such kindness and they all go above and beyond to help. They will all do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy before you leave. I would recommend Cindy and her wonderful sisters to anyone.

The receptionist was rude and I walked in there the nail tech was using a straight up bucket for pedicures.

Cindy is great at what shes does. I loved my nails and have visited several time, would always go back. Her hospitality was amazing always making sure its what you want. I give 4 stars because of the dated salon.

I have been with Cindy since she worked at Fancy Nails, a loooong time ago, she takes great care in her customers needs. I have gone other places but always come back to her. Other acrylics break or something happens but I never have that issue with her place. Her and her sisters are great and always friendly. It would be great to get the updated foot spas and a credit card machine.

My girlfriend broke her nail last night so this afternoon I drove her into Cindys nails to have it repaired. We literally just walked in the door and the owner Cindy put her hand up in the air as to stop us from entering and said NO! WTH? Very unprofessionl. Will not be back or ever try again

This is the best nail salon I have EVER been too! Cindys Nails is owned by three sisters that all do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable. They listened to everything I wanted and even fixed whatever I asked (like making my nails sharper haha). The equipment is outdated but only because they clearly try to charge as little as possible. Id rather have a lasting mani/pedi done with great nail product, than see machines with a bunch of bells and whistles. The skill they have more than makes up for it. They even offer beverages free of charge. I love this place and so happy I took a chance with it. Ive done my nail place!
