Went here for the first time today and loved it. Called in beforehand to see if they could find time to fit me in for a fill and came in about an hour later. My nail tech was super friendly and nice. My fill only took about 30 min but she did an amazing job. Much better than the last two salons I have gone to. Also price point is very fair. Nice and clean atmosphere. Probably one of the best salons I have been to in years. Will definitely be coming back.

I’m from the Bay Area & am here for college & this nail salon was by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to even compared to the nail salons back home. The ladies doing pedicures/manicures for me and my mom were super friendly, kind, & asked if the water was too hot before putting my hands and feet in. They did such a wonderful job on my nails and feet. The massage felt so soothing and their service was perfection. I also had my eyebrows done in the Bay & my eyebrow lady messed them up but someone here fixed them so good I love my eyebrows now. Thank you to all the workers here!!!!

One of the best pedicures I’ve had. Annie was so sweet, and paid attention to detail. It was my day off and I wanted to relax she adjusted the massage chair for me, and gave me a really nice foot massage, she noticed I had an ingrown nail and carefully fixed it. I wasn’t in a rush ( I was there for an hour which I enjoyed!) definitely coming back 😃 thanks Annie!

So first I’ll start by saying my nail tech was really sweet and gentle after I told her my feet are really sensitive to touch. I really liked her.However, the salon is actually a bit dirty. My massage chair had other people’s nails on it, so I asked the gals to clean it off for me before I sat down. Not a big deal but still kinda off putting.Second, I noticed they reuse the hardened buffing sponges on pedicure clients (for the bottom of the feet and the heel) which I thought was a little gross. There was a lot of dust everywhere and the place just really needs a good deep clean. My pedicure was totally fine but I thought my manicure was done in a sloppy manner and just doesn’t look neat. I’ll add a photo.

After reading online reviews for nail salons in the area, I made an appointment at Nail Pro. Annie did my pedicure. Im a bit fussy and particular about pedicure quality. Annie did a fabulous job! She was very precise and my toes look great! I would highly recommend

They are always so nice. Most do a great job, but occasionally you get a newbie that doesnt clean up your cuticle as much as they should. But overall, this has been the best place I have found and I will continue to go. I loved the cat eye gel!

Got a full set of acrylics for myself and my 9 year olds nails painted, had us done in under an hour and was fabulous about it. Especially patient with my kiddo since it was her first time. Highly recommend.

Zenny gave me a fill and Helen gave me a pedicure. They both earned 5 stars! I am so thrilled with this place. There was great conversation and I felt really comfortable there. I have been to so many salons and I always end up dissatisfied and move on to the next one but for once I will say I am going back! I don’t know about the other workers because my mom wasn’t very happy with the service she experienced but do Zenny and Helen, thank you & see you soon!

This is my favorite nail salon! Every time I’ve gone, I’ve had a different person do my gel acrylics- each time they’ve been amazing! Last year they moved locations and upgraded. The new place is comfortable and amazing! Always busy!Highly highly recommend!

Great customer service but i got my nails done here and then my nails popped off and started lifting after 2 days. They were too much in a hurry to prep my nails correctly.

Ultimately I wouldnt recommend. The environment is fun and friendly but work, to me, doesnt look finished. I go with a friend to spend time with her so I can overlook a few things. The first experience was great. We essentially walked in and instantly helped in the evening. I always have a picture I want to emulate and never had an issue. This time the lady shaped my nails beautifully but it was uneven underneath, a little acrylic hanging in the side of the nail and other small things. Not that big of a deal. We walked out as they were closing. I wish I took pictures.The second time started off the same. We walked in, instantly helped. I dont know her name but shes small (in height and weight) with turtles on her station. She sits down and said your hands are oily please wash. Ok... I did though it was weird no one else had to. I had my picture ready (I now know they are ombre nails) but instantly changed my mind when she said they would have to take my nails off after stating it was $50. I reacted because I wasnt planning on spending it (I would have and have before) but I declined because it sounded like it would take forever when my friend and her daughter were doing simple things. I get up with her and reach for their design board, she proceeds to tell me Those are too expensive. Huh? I never knew she could see my bank account.It went further downhill from there. Already fed-up with the experience I was having, I chose another design. I showed her and she said youll have to look if we have the color. It was black with silver glitter. I find a nail swatch, she says they dont have it. Why tell me to look at them if you dont have it? Beyond irritated, I just said matte black with one accent of the crystal balls. My friend, who was done, had a pretty matte and I decide on that one too but with rhinestones.At a glance, they are beautiful. It looks like velvet. Up close, my coffin shape is inconsistent, the rhinestones are off center, the nail curve is funky... I paid 33. My friend paid 32 for her and her daughter.Long story short, we wont be going there again.

I love this nail salon. They always take their time doing my nails and my nails always look beautiful and last the full 2-3 weeks between fills without the nail lifting or breaking.

I swear that was the best pedicure and fill Ive ever had in my life. I came in with pretty messed up feet and damaged nails and they were amazing thank you Bin and I cant remember the girls name that did my pedicure but shes amazing!!!

Im visiting Tacoma, from North Carolina, and I needed a fill and pedi. I took my brother with me because he recently had brain surgery, and had never had a pedicure. Zenny, Minh, and Im sorry, but I cant remember the other young ladies name, but they were all fantastic! I got treated like I was a celebrity, and my brother fell in love with how great his feet felt. He needed that! Great staff great personalities a very good job

I was highly disappointed today. I’m not sure if Bin is new but she not my usual person who do my nail. I came in for a fill and she completely cover up the design I had on my nails originally. Secondly left glue on my hand and wasn’t really friendly. I was surprised that my fill cost more than my nails originally did.when leaving Ms.Bin had a problem putting in my number and having me use my points. It’s will be while be for I come .

Talk about Top notch service!!! Highly professianl and friendly place. Boss Lady knew almost every customer who came in by name. Will reccommend and will defninitely return. My SIL and I both got the Deluxe Pedicure.

First off I just want to say that, I am very picky when it comes to a nail salon! I have gone to school for this years ago, so I know what to expect and what should and should not be done.Secondly I read all the reviews and yes there are mixed reviews for this place, and I personally had a GREAT experience here! 3rd I am a massage therapist and own my shop and massage with my feet and also picky about massage, and it was perfect pressure not to hard and not too soft! And I must say I am impressed! thank you for an a amazing experience! I will be back! And I’ll definitely be sending over my clients!

I was a walk in on Friday night was placed in a chair and worked on immediately. I got a full set of nails. Bin did my nails and they look beautiful i am 100% satisfied. I recently moved here from out of state and this will be my nail place for sure from here on out!

Meh. Used to be a great place. Today I had a less than ideal experience; I waited half an hour in cold water for someone even tho I had made a reservation. The basic pedi and fill took over 2 hours(!) and my nails are uneven lengths, some are slanted and some are rough and scratchy. Super frustrated. Im going to go elsewhere to get them fixed.She was talking on her Bluetooth so i couldnt tell half the time if she was talking to me or not.It was not great. At all. 😞

I came in wanting my nails taken off so I can get a full set, the young lady doing my nails didn’t understand me or just didn’t want to do what I asked needless to say she shaved 2 of my nails down so far that it burned and she got up and walked away when I pulled my hand back cause it hurt. If I only would of went to the young man I went to first I wouldn’t have had this problem. Now I have to use the Dip for nail repair. If you go here be patient and pick the right person. 😒

Consistency is my issue. First time i had was nearly an hour pedicure. Great massage and service. The second time i arrived my pedi was only 30 minutes and they never put lotion on my feet before polish. My feet are like sandpaper when i got home. They had people waiting so i felt they were rushing - not good.This is unfortunate because the shop is beautiful the chairs are the most comfortable ive ever had.Need to set standards for service and need to be the same all the time.

We had a mani-pedi done here and it was great! We especially enjoyed the hot stones! The staff was really nice and accommodating. I went in with a pic of what I wanted and I was not disappointed! Thank you Bin for doing my nails! We will definitely be visiting again!

I have been going here sense I was 12 years old and now 32 have always enjoyed the service. Having said that the new owner is amazing as well. Love all the new Gel colors at least a few hundred plus great job.

I love the new location. It looks so nice, clean and bright in there. Their front parking is tight! Not their fault though. I just park a cross. Tina always got me! But she’s always busy so I definitely call a few hours or a day before.

Honestly Im always nervous about going to new nail salons but this place in my opinion is amazing, they serve alcohol as well which ladies is amazing for that me time we have been needing all week. Just to destress from everyday life I feel its a great. Im taking my sister next payday!!!

Update: I have been going to this shop for 2 1/2 years. I didnt always get the best service every time but nothing CRAZY that I would consider leaving - until today. I was the customer in the shop this morning. I told tech I was next. She seated me and proceeded to work on customer number 3 while sat for over 20 minutes with no one working on my nails.I felt 20 minutes was long enough to be ignored by anyone. I will not be returning & I was to spend $90 at nice shop that appreciate my business.

This place is very nice when you walk in. The ladies were very nice. The only downside was the water wasnt very hot. But everything else was great!

I had a really great experience getting my nails done. The shop is small and quaint but very clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and social with guest. The nail artist really took her time on me and didnt rush at all. The prices seem to be a bit more expensive than other shops but well worth the price.

Tina was excellent as always. The new shop is welcoming and very clean for being as busy as they are. I don’t know how they keep it so clean. This is a very comfortable place to go and get a mani/pedi no pressure in what ever you may want done. From waxing to fingers and toes.

Greatest place on Earth, all the girls do great work. Even the guys feel comfortable going there. Its my happy place. I would love to take a couple of the girls with me when I go to Arizona for six months. Cant seem to find a good nail salon where we live.

Peter does the best nail designs. All the girls are really nice. Definitely the best place to get a pedicure. It can be a little pricey depending on what you get BUT they are fast and pay attention to detail.

The workers are SUPER nice, but the nail size weren’t even, some shorter then others, some parts thicker and uneven, some are even sharper and some are dull. i checked reviews before coming here, i had high expectations. i had my nails done better at a 2 star place, i personally don’t think i will be coming back.

I am a long-standing customer. I get a fill and gel polish every 2 weeks, monthly eyebrow wax and monthly pedi in the spring and summer. Every visit is pleasant. I get compliments on my nails from strangers
