My sister and I just got our nails done. Like the photo clearly showsThey do not succeed at making nails nice. They were rushing due to all the walk ins. The owner stated she would just re do them but we did not want to wait another hour due to her having to fix someone else’s nail that her staff messed up. We would hope we could have got a discount at least. Services are expensive here and it wasn’t even worth the money wasted. Will never go here again!

I havent been to Vs in yrs but my daughter visits for nails & eyelashes. Yesterday WE got our lashes done, two separate visits...my first time getting lash extensions. No wait time when I arrived, I was greeted at the door, friendly tech applied lash extensions, great experience, she took her time & was attentive, asked if there was any irritation, etc. Lashes look great! I will be back...thank you!

Terrible experience. Stopped here to get a fill since I was in the neighborhood. The tech finishes my nails and tells me its $70!! Yes, $70 for a fill because my nails are long. Wont go back.

They do a great job however they are more expensive than most nail stores. For a short fill with shellac was $50 which is expensive

My water was cold, the nail tech wouldnt turn on the jets, my massage chair was broken, sat for half an hour with my legs freezing, covered in lotion while the tech tried to take off my gel polish, then she buffed and peeled so far into my nail that its soft to the touch. After 50 min and I STILL hadnt had a massage or toes cleaned, I took the towel to dry my legs, I tipped the girl and walked out. NEVER again.... I told them that there was a reason why their salon was empty...

Pedicure ad manicure done quickly they didn’t even get all the last residue which was nail glue, off my nails my toes where painted not so well however the lashes I got were great and my wax job was pleasant as well... will not be returning here

Went to get a new set and waited over 45 mins for nails and told me last min they couldn’t do that type of nails right after they took my nails off. Their service really sucks and the owner or manager was really rude. The employees would talk smack about the customers. That place a no go

Got a acrylic full set and my total quickly added up and was changed throughout appointment for something simple, they looked fine as I left but after only 4 days they started lifting and cracking. One week after getting them done one of them totally came off. I don’t do anything extreme or anything different then when I’ve went other places and had them last way longer. Would not recommend.

I had an awful experience today. Had an appointment and sat with foils on my nails for an hour! No one even came to try to explain they could not get back to me. Finally, I lost my patience and questioned if I was going to get finished. They argued wuth me multiple times and me the customer! Very prideful and overcharges. I wont go back!

Friendly and definitely a nice and well-kept location, but pricing is absurd. I understand my nails are long and a full tip is going to cost more and take longer than most faucets, but there is no reason I should have paid $90. I mean they had to call the owner in and have her look at my nails to see how much they should charge me. Like made up a price on the spot. Won’t be back

I am new in town . I went there on Sunday to get nails/pedi done and surprisingly they went over the services price with me up front and explain in details the extra cost that I have to pay for the tools because of the COVID issue. The prices are reasonable and the staffs are friendly. I definitely will come back and recommend to all of my friends.

I went to get my nails removed and have a simple manicure. After a 15 minute wait (which was understandable considering they were full) the lady was able to start doing my nails. Another customer walked in and she seemed to know who she was, she excused herself from doing my nails to do hers. I was really surprised because she told every customer before her that they needed to wait. She told me I would wait 5 minutes for another lady. 15 minutes later another lady started doing my nails and 10 minutes into in another customer walked in, she stopped doing my nails and began to do the next customer. I watched 4 women get there nails done before I was able to have my completed - theses were full sets and fills. I had to ask the lady to fix several nails and she appeared very short with me every time I asked. I have been to this establishment numerous times prior but after this encounter I don’t think I’ll be going back. I was not happy with the services I received and I would not recommend them.

They ripped the skin off my eyelids when waxing my eyebrows, why on earth she even applied wax that low I do not know, all the while telling me, its ok, trust me, youll be fine. Yeah, fine walking around with stinging scabbed eyelids for days its totally fine. I should have refused to pay but i just wanted out of there, will not go back

I went in for a pedicure and the only thing that looked different was the color on my toes. The bottoms of my feet looked and felt the same after I left. Not worth any money at all. Highly upset.

I’ve been going here for several years. It’s Average nail shop in general, the quality you receive will depend on your technician and how busy they are that day. I’m always annoyed when appointments are not taken seriously but they have improved on this in 2020. Hoping that sticks.

I have been going to V Nails for over 3 years. Their service is great. I recently did an ombré pink and white full set and they are absolutely to die for!! I don’t know how to add a picture but I will try 🤗

I love this place, have been going for almost a year.. Sometimes you have to wait, but that is because they are really good and popular. I dont mind waiting. I get the gel mani and occasional pedicures. The chair massage is awesome and the stone massage is so relaxing, its a great price for what you get..

I went yesterday to do my lashes and they use scotch tape for my bottom lashes and then the lady that did it my bottom lashes was glued to my top lashes, she have no idea how to do lashes she didn’t even go thru my lashes to find single lashes to glue the false lashes to she was rushing and just put false lashes everywhere.When I was done I walked to my car I looked at the mirror and some of em was falling out already.My lashes are not even the other side has more lashes and the other side doesn’t...I WISH I READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE I WENT THERE!!!

I’m just gonna say it’s a hit or miss coming in this salon, last year! I went in happy as can be right before a big show in Seattle. This year I went 3 days before Easter, yes I’ll give you that... it was busy but with 2 hours and some change i thought that would be enough time.. my nails ended up not being clean, I never got a top coat on the gel the layers weren’t harden from the UV light. I had polish getting stuck to my fingers, and I was very unimpressed at the very end.. I paid way more than I should have and this was my last time visiting Vnails, very rushed it’s a week now and my nail polish is damaged. And it’s gel!

Last time I will go back. For 70 $ my gel polish wasnt cured . So it started coming off next day. My pedicure was ok, only cause I had to remind last to put a top coat. I thought Tami still owned this salon?? (*

Ive been going to this salon for years and have always found their services superior. Their prices are low to moderate, they are very clean and the atmosphere is contemporary. My favorite is their spa pedicures!

EYELASH EXTENSIONS!!!1. They use scotch tape2. You have the options of medium or long but they won’t show you them!!3. They make it feel rushed4. They aren’t individual lash extensions they look as though they are plastic/store bought.5. Way too thick6. They glue them directly onto your lashes and will layer the glue if it doesn’t stick!!7. It’s youre fault if you don’t like them??????Yesterday I went in to get a full set and lash extensions. $25 for nails and $45 for lashes seemed like a damn good deal!! When I got home I realized she glued them too close to my upper eyelids waterline!!! All night I had them poking my eyeball and feeling glue clumps.This morning I go in and ask for them to remove them because they are too clumpy and uncomfortable; they hesitate. There should be no hesitation. She has me sit on the table and close my eyes as she applies the lash glue remover. As she’s doing this she’s putting some of it into my eye and she tells me to keep them shut when I told her they sting. She then applies more causing it to sink into my eye and I asked to wash it off. She hands my a wet rag I wipe it off and we do it again. She leaves the room after applying it, not saying how long I should wait. 15 minutes go by and I can feel the sting come back, the remover is in my eye again. I called out for help and no one answers so I stand up open the door stumble to the sink and still no one is helping. She then tells me she needs to do it again as I’m crying because it hurts so bad!!EVEN WORST!After an hour of being there, she’s applying the last onto my lashes. She then proceeds to tell me I hadn’t paid for my nails the day before. I did. I tell her the price I paid and she still says I need to pay. She couldn’t get one of the eyelashes off so I told her I’m done I’m in too much pain. She tells me to rinse my eyes but not to open them. So I stumbled to the sink. When I’m done I start to grab my stuff and SHE ASK ME TO PAY AGAIN!!!I was in pain. I spent money on lashes that ruined my lashes!! There is still glue in my lashes. They asked me to pay again after the fact of me crying to them as my lashes are ruined.Business advice: don’t ask an unsatisfied paying customer to pay more!! Give them a gift certificate or something other than paying more and not wanting to come back!!!Walked out of there UNSATISFIED.I was in there from 11:30AM-12:55PM.

They switched nail techs in the middle of doing my nails and suddenly my 30.00 nail job jumped up to 50.00.. Then my nails started lifting afte 3 days!!! will not EVER go back...

I can say it’s one of my favorite places to get my toes done at. They have liners that they put in there pedicure tubs and they always get all the dead calleus off my feet!

This place is horrible!!! Do not go here!! The lady was rude and after messing up my nails, I attempted to fix them with the file because she would not listen to what I wanted. While I was trying to fix the mistakes she wouldn’t she turned to the other lady obviously talking about me. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 13 and never had I had such a horrible experience. Plus they were trying to charge me 38$ for a fill with gel when their regular fill is only 17? I was willing to pay an extra 20$ for gel polish until I saw how awful their nails and customer service were..

WORST PLACR EVERDo not ever go here for lash extensions they really use scotch tape to hold your bottom lashes down! (Strike 1) then she rushed my lashes (strike 2) after she finished, they looked amazing till a couple of days later they started to hurt at the root and when they started to fall out not only did they hurt but they fell out in CLUMPS when I specifically asked for individual single lashes.(strike 3) with these clumps I realized she put about 5-6 lashes on ONE lash. I believe they use nail glue or they are doing something they’re not supposed to and do not clean their tools because NEVER have I EVER experienced pain from my lash extensions that resulted in baldness of my lashes. The spots my lashes fell out at literally left no trace of my natural lashes and completely pulled them out. DO NOT EVER GET LASHES FROM THEM!!!!!!The picture below is from one eye

I dont get my nails done often bit when I do, its here. I tend to see a lot of new faces with how long I go in between services. But Im always happy when I leave and good prices

I went in today and noticed that they are not sanitizing their tools between clients 😡. They are using sterilization packs leaving them open to place the dirty tools in the same pack for the next client. Unsanitary. The pumice stones they are using are supposed to be single use, yet they are using them from client to client. I will no longer patronize such filth.

These people are disrespectful.... If I was white it would be different. Few weeks ago my friend and I got our nails done and I had to pay before my nails were done and my white friend didnt. They said it was because she had gotten gel... Ok fine. So today I got gel just to see if I had to pay first..Guess what, I DID!!!! Mind you no one else in there paid before their nails were painted!!! I asked a lady and she said she always pays after!!! Why am I so different. My skin is how they treated me!!! I felt disrespected and they didnt care one bit. Twice this has happened. All the white girls paid after but me being black says they need my money in advance!!

I went there to get a full set, with a certain design. Not only did they mess up on the design, my nails were crooked and jagged up. I paid $45 for nails that I did not ask for. They were rushing and cut my cuticles. I do not recommend this nail shop ever.

Came in for a pedicure, I had gotten into the water and forgotten to pick a color. The tall guy had an attitude about mopping up the few drops of water I made. Then while picking a color he rudely interrupted my search and asked if I was done! Clearly if Im still looking Im not done. His service was terrible, his mind was clearly somewhere else during the entire pedicure and he completely skipped my last massage and went straight to the polish. A machine may as well have given the pedicure! Needless to say, no tip was given. I am a customer and am paying your establishment for a service, Customer service should be included in the price we pay.

Nope never again. I dont recommend anyone I know to go here. They are rude! They messed up my nails. I was completely un happy with the service here! They had a girl fit my tips first and glue them all stuck to my skin! Way to much glue! While taking and laughing! Only used one top coat on my frenchtip and its lumpy! Also I have a big air pocket in the nail! All for $35 plus a $5 tip. I want to cry.

My sister and mother got eyelash extensions earlier in the day, theirs look amazing. Mine, on the other hand, look terrible. Twice as thick, and basically look like I am wearing fake eyelash strips. The whole process was horrible. Very rude and didnt make me feel comfortable at all. My eyes stung terribly by the end, but the woman helping me said that was normal. By the next day I had developed an infection in my right eye. This was my first time trying eyelash extensions, but I dont think I will try them again because of this experience.

I had Jennie and she was the nicest lady ever and my nails are extremely cute, I plan to come back to see her again in a few weeks!(:

I agree the over experience is great. Now lets talk about Management : They are diffrent! I never know what my bill will be. It seams to very from time to time. There are NO prices up front. I see they finally put a sign with ped prices by the store room. Probably better by the front door . Anyway the gals that work there are wonderful.

I tried giving them a chance and i regret it. first of all its over priced $17 for a fill, ok. well if you want you nail shorter (cause obviously it grew) bam $3 charge!! $20 all together ehhh ive paid less elsewhere and they dont give me attitudes, the nail polish looks great unlike mine were you can till where theyve ran the file. I wouldnt recommend this place!

I had an appt, and they started 30 min late. The guy doing my pedicure got done faster than the lady who was working on the person next to me... And she started first. We had the same exact service. The sanitary conditions are questionable, for sure. The paint job was ok. Not great. And my nails werent cut uniformly. Wont be going back...

I went there and definitely not what I expected. Most of the ladies there are so rude and disrespectful.Worst experience,I regret going there.Sure its closer to my house but i would rather drive a little further to a place where they actually care about their costumers. It looked like I had fake lash strips instead and the women put so much glue, even on my skin. My eye were irritated for days. She rushed through the whole thing. I was done 10 min( not exaggerating) seriously dont recommend!

I went there after I had to find a new place. I needed a fill and one replacement, I went in asked for a fill. I was sat down at one table and the lady decided she didnt want to do it. I had to wait for someone else. As soon as I left the replacement didnt feel right. And one day later pop it went. And it was a holiday weekend. So I waited two weeks figure give one more try. Go back in, get it fixed. Same thing done fill, replacement, and tips colored. AND DIFFERNT PRICE. Two days later replacement pops again. Ya never went back. Went somewhere else to get it fixed.
