Scheduled an appointment and when I arrived took 10 mins for a lady to even greet me. Then said she couldn’t do the waxing and to come back another day. Very unprofessional. Very unfortunate.

I had a pedicure there today.My tech did a fairly good job. But wanted me to put my shoes on immediately after.. Win was watching sitting next to her..he sprayed my nails. Said to wait. And got me cute flip flops to wearI would definitely go there again but would request Win..he was very kind

In my person experience i was very excited to pamper myself but i totally regret everything here!! Nails werent all equal in all areas, she made a cut on my finger, its horrible. Im so dissapointed!

Lady didnt file my nails correctly, the top coat is splattered on and very visible and my nails are uneven. not coming here again :-(

Win is the only person I get near my feet for a pedicure. He is wonderful. I have a deformed nail and he trims it beautifully. Very talented young man.

Terrible job. Took 1 hr and 40 minutes for a powder dip and she did not know what she was doing. The polish was not near the cuticle and they were thick and lumpy with rough sides.She said she had been doing it for 10 years but that was just a cover-up-she was new at it. I had them redone in another state a week later. Also she insisted on a gel polish instead of powder color. Maybe there are good technicians there but BEWARE!

Ive gone there 3 times when they claim to be open. No one was there two times, and one time I was told them were going to close, even though their sign said they were not closing until an hour and a half later.

Worst nail shop I have ever been to! Asked to have gel taken off my nails and a manicure and pedicure but took them at least 20 mins to even figure out how to do it then had some weird things attached to my nails guess they were goin to soak off the gel ( lol ) then had a lady come take gel off ( so it seemed) painted nails got a pedicure nails were not trimmed even at all! Best part was massage but I wouldnt take my dog here!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is disgusting! It was dirty, unorganized, and the tech that did my nails completely ruined all my nails. Its going to take months for my nails to even heal. I requested her to remove my acrylics and paint on gel polish. Ive been getting acrylics for 10 years now and have never seen anyone try to soak my nails in acetone AND file them down. Ive seen one or the other but never both. This lady filed my nails to bleeding. I finally had to walk out because I kept telling her it hurt and she wouldnt stop. The file slipped and cut deep into my nail bed. I could go on..but its been 3 weeks since then and my nails are dead. Im losing layers off my nails day by day because of the acetone and they are so horrible looking and its painful. This one trip to a bad nail salon gave me at least a year of waiting for my nails to be healthy and decent looking again.

They didnt have enough workers. So they werent able to do my nails. Went on Friday and on Saturday and denied me service both days..

Waited 45 mins to get my eyebrows waxed and it was HORRIBLE totally ruined my eye brows. DONT COME HERE
