I have been going here off and on for 17 plus years and they have always been so quick to help, never had a long wait time. The nail techs have been pleasant and they do a great job! There is a sweet family that runs this place and they treat you like family. This is a place where I feel like the atmosphere is calming and that’s why I keep coming back.

Ive been going to le nails for 6 years or more. They have always been professional, kind, time conscious and VERY clean. If you dont have an appt you may have to wait a little but well worth the wait. I use Kim when shes avail Shez great. And the little hottie at the desk that runs things is very accommodating (Teo) they also have a( cash )coupon out there

I received a basic pedicure and basic manicure as this was my first time at the salon and wanted to test them out before committing to anything more. Unfortunately, I was cut multiple times with the e-file during my pedicure. The massage was fantastic though. The polish application for my manicure was rushed and sloppy to say the least. I couldn’t even leave it on for a few hours. Took it off and redid the polish when I got home.

I’ve been coming here for years now. I love the place. I’m extremely picky about how my nails are done and I’m so happy every time I come here. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately every part of my experience was poor! I was hoping this would be relaxing, but that was not the case. Vincent did my pedicure and it was the most painful one i have ever had. The person was agressive with pushing my cuticle back to the point i was pulling my feet away. He used that buffer cube thing and rubbed the top cuticle of my big toe raw ! It literally started bleeding! When he tried to massage my feet he started stretching my feet to the point they cramped! He proceeded to crack my toe joints! I couldnt wait until it was over. The worst $35 ive spent!

Rose took the powder polish off with a false nail. I told her I had thin nails and she was taking off a layer of nail which was not good. She did it anyway and said I was picky!! I had nails that had grown out, and when she got through there were not nails and very very thin. She said next time we can soak them. I told her that when she started. The picture does not show how the nail is rounded up underneath. This is not the only one either. She put a paste on the others so I would have a nail, which she did on this one as well!! I will be going elsewhere.

Went here for my first time today. There was no wait I got right back and had the best pedicure I have ever had. Well definitely start going here and a plus its only 5min away from my house.

Ive been going to this nail salon since I moved to Surprise 4 yrs ago. I have always left 100% satisfied. Kevin is my go to guy but, each and everyone of the techs in this salon will take great care of you.

One star is being generous. One of the worse experiences Ive had. The tech was not careful and slow, I mean SLOW! Over two hours in the chair for a fill. The fill is two lumpy, not smooth at all. Polish is sloppy and of poor quality...I was suppose to have a pedi as well, and said nope, not after the job she did on my nails.....Ill give it a week or so and have them taken off. Oh, she went to take my wallet out of my purse while my nails were drying......that did not go well. Dont rec. this place at all. Theres to many nail salons out there, Id definitely take this one off your list.

The greater at the front desk was nice i got a young lady that i could not understand one bit due to the lil mask she had on n on top of that she didnt paint the sides all the way or the tip.. On one of the thumb nails it looks like a tiny rock is under it. Definitely not referring anyone here n most definitely not going back...

This was my two daughters and my first time to this nail salon. The three of us each got manicures and pedicures. My youngest was thrilled that they had a kid pedi chair so she can be like mom and big sister, and her nails turned out great. While my oldest daughter and I loved the cleanliness and customer service when we walked in, we were not so thrilled about our nail techs or our nails when we left. My nails are a lot shorter than I wanted and very uneven. I asked for square with round corners and they are just round. My tech was distracted talking to the other techs around her and many times wasnt even looking at my nails while she worked on them because she was too busy talking to other people. When she filed my nails, it didnt seem like she knew what she was doing (or she was too distracted) and the massage was literally the lady running her hands across my arms and legs, there was no massaging pressure. My oldest daughter (preteen) left in tears because the gentleman doing her nails didnt say one word to her and cut her nails too short and she didnt like them. I could tell she was crying and I asked her what was wrong but she was too embarassed to say anything in front of everyone. I myself am a hair stylist, and while the two arts are different, they both are a service that require a consultation to determine the clients wishes and desires and neither my oldest daughters tech nor mine bothered to do a consultation. I would love to come back to this salon because I saw others whos nails looked great, however, I rather go somewhere out of my way where I know I can get what I want.

I rated this a 1 only because there was nothing lower! Never have your nails done by Vincent. He is the worst! The first time he cut up my feet so bad they were bleeding when I left. So I went to another business for quite a long time. I decided to try again today because it was closer to home. No dice. I was stuck with Vincent again for a pedi, to have him cut my nails so bad i was in tears. He ignored me when I told him I was in pain and literally held my foot down as he continued the procedure. He then commenced to painting my nails so bad, I had to go home and fix it myself. My 8yo niece could have done a better job. So until he is gone, Ill take my business elsewhere.

Wonderful pedicure. But disappointed in the $1 charge to use my debit card AND being told after the fact that I cant tip on my card unless I tell them before they run it.

My mom got gels, I got a coconut pedi, and they got my 2 kids in for a Mani/Pedi. They were so great and my girls had a blast!

Terrible pedicure. Should have walked out when I got there but gave them a chance. Nothing looked clean. Will never go there again.

Just had a FANTASTIC first time here with my husband. He had his first manicure and pedicure and he LOVED it!!!! We both did the Deluxe Pedicure and OMG was it relaxing. They really went to town getting all the calluses off, trimming cuticles and the massages......best ever! The great massage chairs really added a great touch to the experience as well. My husband just can’t get over what he has been missing all these years I have tried to drag him with me. We will definitely be returning again and my husband has already planned to try the ULTIMATE pedicure lol. Not to down play the Manicure which he loved too. He said they massaged his forearms, hands and fingers. Highly recommend this place for anyone who needs to relax or do couples experiences.

Absolutely love this nail salon, very clean family environment, they make you feel comfortable the moment you enter the door Rose does my nails and she is fantastic, I highly recommend her or any of the other employees, I’ve been to lots of different nail salons in the valley, and this is got to be one of the best, I highly recommend them.

Good sad they raised the prices

Only been 2 weeks got the gel nails and 2 have fell off already the massage wasnt good either

Received a coupon mailer for this place and decided to try it since reviews seemed well....glad I did! Prices are fair, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I received a gel mani and regular pedi from Tu who was very nice, good at her craft and understanding/patient since I had my 5 week old daughter with me. She was also able to dig out three hang nails that I had been trying to get for weeks! Additionally, she really took the time to smooth out the calluses on both of my feet that were pretty bad! She was great and I look forward to going back! Thank you!

Staff is awesome. Never had to wait for a long length of time. Rose is my favorite and the teo is funny as heck hes great. Good experience .in there every other Saturday for almost two years.

Ive been going to this shop for 6 years and always have had good service. The staff is always nice and courteous. I recently learned that Vivian has left the shop. But fortunately I stumbled across her new shop, Mihn T Nails, at Bell and Grand Ave in the Home Depot Shopping Center... just in case anyone else is wondering where she has moved to.

My best friend and I went here on Friday night, they seemed good until the lady doing my pedi kept hurting me I kept jumping and saying that hurts and she really didnt listen. I have never left a pedi with my feet hurting. The next morning I could barely walk my feet were that sore. My best friend also had issues too, she got a bad infection on the side of her middle toe, and her feet hurt too! Dint waste your money or time at this place!!!

If i can put 0 stars i would! Very rude wouldnt recommend them to anyone!!!,they wanted to charge me $40 to fill in my nails. I said I cant afford that I would find someone else they said good luck youll never find anyone as cheap as us! Well I did and they treated me great! So please Dont go here unless you want rude service and rude people!

WORST. SERVICE. EVER. The older gentleman who tried to do my nails told me he was colorblind AFTER he started on them! Not one person helped me pick out my color when I had asked several times. I later found out that the man who was doing my nails, isnt even licensed! Please save yourself an headache and go somewhere else!
