Came here without an appointment and didnt have to wait long. Noticed what seemed to be regulars enjoying chats with the staff while we waited. They got my husband and I next to each other and, when they heard we were in a little rush, offered to do my nails at the same time as my pedicure.They didnt rush through the mani or pedi though...they were not fast and rough like Ive experienced at other places. They were thorough, careful and attentive.They had bottles of water for customers and even came around with these small packaged cookies towards the end.This is honestly one of the best experiences weve had. My family and I just moved to AZ a year ago and this is the first time Ive been able to go and treat myself. So I did a little research and after the great reviews I read, I chose ABC nails. Best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon! I was lucky to meet both owners while getting my full set done and both of them listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy with how they were looking, every step of the way! Update as of 7/28/21Went for a pedicure, prices have gone up but the quality of service did not. A basic pedicure was $20 and you could add a callus scrub for $5, now the basic pedicure is $25 and the additional callus scrub is $7. I understand COVID impacted this service industry but passing the cost onto customers doesn’t sit right with me. I asked the technician to please address an ingrown toenail that I could feel but she did not do so, I thought maybe she didn’t hear me, so I pointed it out again and she declined to do so, saying she already did the polish color and then told me to come in more often to stop the ingrown. I will be looking for a new nail salon.Went here for the first time recently after not being pleased with the workmanship of other local nail salons. I was very pleased with the service and have found my new go to. Terry (I think she’s the owner) was super friendly. I got a new set from Jesse who did the perfect (at least perfect for me) short coffin shape.

Tracy cannot do nails. She rushes thru and even skips some steps. She told me she was not confident enough to do my nails. One lady did my eyebrows and had no idea of what she was doing. My daughter and I asked for someone to correct the but Tracy became argumentative. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Tracy and her Husband Jesse just recently took New Ownership of ABC Nails. Tracy goes above and beyond on my nails. They always look amazing. And when I broke my ankle Tracy was so careful and always made me feel great. The new shop is really nice and clean. The massage Pedicure chairs are new and oh so really relaxing. Id recommend them to everyone!

I moved here from NY about 10 months ago and had the same nail tech there for about 8 years. I tried multiple nail salons in the area and none have left me pleased with my nails until I went to ABC nails. Everyone there is very kind and friendly. Ive gone there 3 times in the last month and a half or two and I have been happy with my nails each time. I usually have Jesse do my nails but his wife Tracy is great as well. Shes super nice and professional as well as all of the other staff members there. Ive never had an issue with setting and keeping appointments. Im happy to have found a nail salon that does exactly what i like with my nails :)

I love this nail salon. They are friendly and professional and do a fantastic job. They never rush and take great care in every client. My daughter and I wont go anywhere else! During pedicures, they use a timer to make sure you get every bit of the massage time you pay for. I love that! I would recommend this salon to everyone!❤️

Tracy and her husband Jesse run a very clean and incredibly friendly nail salon. Theyre always very accommodating to our schedules and Im always impressed with their beautiful work. I have been coming here for about a year now and I Love it. The employees are professional and sweet people. This is the only salon in town that doesnt complain when I ask for every nail a different color. My artist always makes sure to ask if Im happy with my nails after each step in the process as well.

Best place to get your nails done in surprise! When I was there, there was a man CONSTANTLY cleaning everything. All the chairs are new and I always leave feeling so refreshed! I would recommend making an appointment with Tracy.

I once had a good pedicure here, so I decided to come back. I spent over an hour and a half for a basic pedicure. The guy had a current cosmetic license, but didnt seem to know what he was doing. He took forever with the polish. The worst part? He asked if I wanted my nails cut. I told him only a little bit and I wanted them trimmed. He cut my nails all the way down. Once my nails grow back, Ill just stick to the place I had been going. I only came here out of convenience, thinking i would have time and this was on my way to where I needed to go.

Took my daughter in for her first nail appointment and it was epic. Very nice people very good service

Never going back again...My daughter had her eyebrows waxed yesterday Feb. 2 2020 and the lady who waxed her completely messed up her eyebrows. One was shorter than the other and there was hair in places that should have been waxed. She was too embarrassed to complain the lady wouldnt even show my daughter her eye brows when she was done. Let me tell you if I was there everyone would have known what she had did. I am so disappoonted at this place. I will spread the word about what had happen so other people will be aware.

My wife, her sister and her mother have been going here for over 4 years now and used to love this place. From what all of them say now it has apparently gone drastically down hill. They have the same staff but the quality of the service has seemed to fall into the Whatever, lets just do this and go home mode. They dont seem to care anymore and from what they keep saying, the owner seems to be more preoccupied with his laptop than with the needs of the customers.What a shame. After moving 35 minutes away my wife preferred driving there as opposed to going to closer and cheaper nail salons. Now, she doesnt bother and found a new salon that seems to actually take pride in their work and care about their customers.

This was awful experience I will be paying for, for a long time . I went in to have my nails filled and repainted. Acrylic eith gel polish top, the guy filled all the polish off and then proceeded to rip my nails off, I now have 2 broken to the skin bleeding nails, I couldn’t even sit there and let him attempt to put anything on them because he already broke the nail so far back . I paid him and left for the removal, never again, I’m so disappointed. And now have to wait 2 maybe 3 weeks for my nails to grow to be able to get them done :( very upsetting because we have family pictures on Saturday

I paid a good amount to get a pedicure and she was slow, not thorough, the massage was poor, the polish job was poor, not happy

My friend and I went in for pedicures and I had a full set done and she had to get 2 nails fixed and change of color. Worst experience ever. I will never go back and pay 45 for a full set. I got a gel set and she didn’t put the clear gel on all my nails. They are rough and the lines for my color are horrible. I have nail polish still on my fingers from when she didn’t clear it off. My friends “fix” for her nails was them just filing them down. They could have done a way better job. I get that we went in at 3:30 but they still could have taken their time to fix what needed to be fix the right way. I’m very unhappy with my nails. You can see through my nails because she didn’t put the correct amount of nail polish on.

I didnt pay $35 for this to happen in 2 days. the man who did my nails did them so sloppy there was acrylic all over my fingers that he didnt clean up. he also got my shape wrong

Took my mom in for a pedicure for her birthday and felt very rushed. Paid $35 for the deluxe pedicure and you would hope they would take there time with you. I was the last one out of the three of us to get started and was the first one done. 🙁When the lady was finished with me she went right over to the next client WITHOUT SANATIZING the tools and used them on her. Always go to see one person to do my nail, was so happy to find out that he moved to another shop, Cosmo Nails at Litchfied and Waddle. 😉

Very fast and friendly service. Usually always busy but they have a large staff and large chair number so there usually isnt a wait. Make sure to bring cash for tips, they do not allow you to put tip on a card transaction.

I wanted coffin nails but the lady went in to far on the sides so they look awkward plus the lady was a little aggressive and cut me three times. We were a walk in and wanted about an hour when she said it would only be about fifteen minutes.
