Connie never disappoints, she does an amazing job every-time. She’s very kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your nails. The salon does get pretty full, but don’t get discouraged from going, it is best to go on off-peak times. You won’t be disappointed. :)

I just moved to the area and was so happy to find such high quality service close to my house. Ive received kind and consistent service each time that Ive visited. Will definitely continue to patronize for years to come! (Connie is awesome!)

I had gotten my toes done and I had an ingrown toe nail. They said they could remove it, which they did. I had told one of the male nail techs to please stop because it hurt to much. Well her didn’t stop. I came home and my toe was red and swollen, it hurts more then before. Recently I have noticed that it’s still red and it’s infected and pus is coming out. I’m happy with my acrylics but not my toes. I now have to take anabiotic‘s and wrap my toe to make sure the infection doesn’t get worse.

Very disappointed. The lady that did my nails. I told her how long and how I wanted them, Im paying for them. She did them so nasty and ugly!!! Just look at them. I told her and she said shell do French tip so they could longer.smh.i used yo love this place. I think I will look for another place to go. This isnt the length, the shape, nor how I told her how I wanted them. Im so upset

First time I got my nails done here was New Years Eve 12/31/2020. Ted did an amazing job with dip powder! I absolutely love how they look and they are holding up great considering that I am a housekeeper with my hands in water constantly 🤩

I definitely recommend this nail salon! Love my nails! Staff was friendly. Nail tech ( Ted I think) did a fantastic job! Cleanliness and sanitation was a priority.Everyone was asked to wash their hands after checking in. Sanitation was being performed after each client. Chairs, counters, etc.

Have been going here about 6months. Do monthly pedicures and get nails done every 2 weeks...have done both acrylics/gel and dips. What I like is it is new and clean and nail techs are pretty consistent

This place was super nice. We went on Mother’s Day and they were busy however I had appointments for me and my daughter and they were right on time. Very clean the staff was excellent and price was worth every penny!

Today was a new experience going to this nail salon, I had a mani pedi with Ryan, it was very relaxing and he did a wonderful job I will definitely return. He was very friendly and I did not feel rushed at all, awesome job!

My mom and daughter went to get pedicures together for the first time. The woman only showed her the expensive pricing sheets. Did not show her the basic pedicure pricing and did not show her the kids pricing. She ended up paying $100+ for two pedicures. She was angry, but did not complain about it. I have let multiple people I know to not go there as they are not up front and honest with all services. Just want to take your money.

Very clean, large salon. Received a nice pedicure. Prices are not posted and although I wanted a basic pedicure, I was told the Jasmine pedi is the basic...its not, its $10 more than a basic pedicure.

I really like this nail spa. Its clean and very pretty. The employees are nice and professional. They also offer the best pedis. They give nice massages during the pedicure not just a half a-- job . also this is the only place that has gotten the shape of my nails a perfect square. I highly recommend this nail spa.

Terrible terrible terrible. Do not go to this location. They do not paint your toes all the way they do not no how to do flowers and if you get gels they will just ruin it. Poor service. If you do go make sure to look closely to see if they paint all of your toe nails. The owner is a complete a hole too. Didn’t offer any kind of help.

They are all really nice. They mostly speak in English. However if they had a long side conversation in their native language, they will translate and try to include you in. They all have American names like Brian, Kelly, and Wendy. Im sure to make it easier for clients. I kind of wish th use their native names. But overall, best nail shop Ive been to in years.

I love nails plus! They did and amazing job on my acrylic nails and the price was reasonable. Ask for Amy she will make your nails beautiful and just the way you want them. She did a fantastic job! The employees all wore masks and had all customers wash their hands when they arrived. They social distanced all the customers as well. The nail salon is clean, tidy, and is very beautiful and relaxing place. It is modern and professional. The people who work there are very kind and I was welcomed in and helped immediately. I was very impressed and will be returning because my experience was amazing!

Super nice and clean. So frustrated though. First 2 times I went, things were great, my nails lasted 3 weeks. That’s a lot for me. The last 2 times I’ve gone my gel starts peeling writhing a couple days. Today, haven’t even had them for 4 hours! Already peeling. Such a waste of time, now I have to go back and do them again.

This nail salon may be clean but the employees are very rude and the nails turned out very messy. The employees didnt allow you to choose your own color, and hit your hand if you move slightly while they are doing your manicure. They made me wait extra time when we made an appointment the day before. They are on their phones most of the time and arent focused on their work. The prices are also outrageous. They tried to embarress me in front of the rest of the customers by demanding a tip. I asked for a oval shape and they gave me coffin. I wont be coming back to this salon. They were terrible and I would not reccomend anyone else come there.

Yesterday my usual nail salon was extremely busy so I decided to give Nails Plus a try. They were FANTASTIC!!! Kevin did my nails. He was so professional and friendly. He did a fabulous job. Tiffany did my pedicure. She was GREAT!!! I think I have found my new favorite nail salon.

My wife introduced me to getting a pedicure here and let me tell you... Ive had 5 or 6 of them all of which were amazing but I have to say Ninna is my favorite! Never thought Id ever go to a nail salon long enough find my favorite nail lady and become a regular lolFor me its the experience, the attention to detail they give and ensuring that youre comfortable, I would definitely recommend going here and for you guys out there who think youre too macho to get your nails done.. trust me Im 64 300 lbs and fully tatted... its ok youre surrounded by beautiful women

Everytime I go they take great care of me. Its been so long since theres been a decent salon in Surprise. The ambience is relaxing. They have tons of dip colors, and so many selections for different kinds of pedicures. Its very clean and Ive left happy each time.

I went to this unbelievable, amazing Nail Salon on their opening day. It is a beautiful Nail salon, top notched, everyone wearing masks, temperatures were taken, hand washing required. I love manicurist Audrey she does a great job on my pedicures and manicures. If you haven’t tried this new salon you are missing a great time.

This was my first visit after going to a different salon several times. I had Kevin and he did my first ever dip manicure. He was very professional and genuine. I will definitely be back and my daughter and granddaughter will be scheduling appointments as well.

Love this new place!!! The old place near my house closed down & I was stuck looking for a new place; found it!!! Such a pretty, clean, and professional place! & I got the BEST pedicure done by Audrey; she was AMAZING! My legs & feet haven’t felt this good in a very long time!! I will definitely be back again!

They ignore you the whole time and dont ask how you are doing or try to get to know you they just treat you like a number. I didnt feel welcomed at all.

Ted did an excellent job my nails are beautiful and they lasted no popping of.

Although they were very friendly and clean. I had to go to another salon after 6 days because all of my SNS dipped nails cracked and chipped. Its supposed to last 2 to 3 weeks.

I went here a week ago i had a pedicure and fill, my regular nail lady was out of town, I called and asked how much, was told fill was $35 my pedi was $52 so I scheduled an appointment. I asked for pink nails with holographic powder, the lady kept saying no you do black i said no I like pink with it she argued with me(acting like she didnt understand me)but I insisted on pink cause I like what I already had, the service was good, and I would have gone back,but my total bill was$142 they charged $55 over said I also was charged for manicure which I didnt get. No I didnt get refund and next day my nails were already chipping off (gel) and my nails are breaking. Pretty salon but I feel they used the language barrier to rip me off.

The initial wait was longer than expected with an appointment but the actual pedicure was amazing. Helen took her time and really cared.
