Extremely unhappy with the quality of work. She took 2 hours to do my nails and when I asked why she said it takes time to sculpt your nails and I didn’t ask for sculpted nails in the first place. I wasn’t even close to done at 2 hours but had to leave because my kids were getting out of school at this point. They had big pieces missing out of each side because of the technique she did and were so super thick I had to go home and file them down more. Someone told me they were new from school trying to build their business and I wanted to support their business and now I’m out $40. She offered to fix them but with how much time and how horrible they looked I wasn’t about to waste more of my day. I really don’t like leaving reviews but believe in awesome customer service when you own your own business and that is something they do not have. I also have photos and pay attention to the photo she has of my nails with the huge chunks out of the sides from the tweezer clamps she used to shape it but never fixed where they indented. I don’t have another 2 hours to spend getting my nails done and typically won’t go back somewhere I had a bad experience, most people don’t.
