I’m a licensed cosmetologist and very particular about how places disinfect and stay clean. This salon was very clean and sanitary! This is the best salon I’ve been to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Of all the nails salons I’ve been too this was tops them all!!! Very professional and kind! The woman who did my nails (she’s pregnant and I never got her name) did an awesome job on my nails!!! She listened to what I wanted, saw the picture on how I wanted my nails done and she executed them perfectly!!!! I’ve never given more than a $10 tip to someone but I made sure she got tipped well!! She’s amazing and I will be coming back! See picture below 💅🏽

Took my best friend for mani pedis for her birthday. The person doing mine was in a rush and even though we got the same things mine took 10 mins less and he missed several steps. My polish is already chipped off and only got them done 2 days ago. Not to mention he cut my nails to the nubs. For the service we got 134.00 was entirely overpriced for two people not including tip

Used to have great customer service. Not anymore. They do not honor appointments and do not even acknowledge your existence when waiting. No one explains delay or anything. Waiting until 4:15 for 3:00 appointments before walking out. We will be finding another salon for myself and 3 daughters going forward. We will not be back here.

Fhi was amazing! She did my gel polish manicure and pedicure perfect! She takes her time and really really did a phenomenal job! She takes pride in her work, and I was able to relax the entire time with her! She’s my new favorite! Definitely will be back again!

The Nexton location doesnt compare to the Goose Creek location. Ive tried coming here multiple times and each time isnt good. The shop itself is beautiful but the quality of work is terrible. Over priced.

I’ve been getting my nails done for many years and this was hands down the best nail grooming experience I have EVER had. 10 stars. The place is gorgeous, the staff took their time to make experience perfect, and my nails turned out amazing! Ask for TOM for pedicure and CELINE for nails!

Super clean and inviting place. Got a great mani pedi. Was only annoyed they upcharge $10 for callous remover with the pedi since Im used to that being included in the regular service.. duh, as it should be included in a pedi. Otherwise nice place. Staff was very accommodating and cool. Would go back again if in the area.

This was my second time getting a pedicure done at Diamond Nails with Chi and she is the best she is professional and very friendly not to mention to mention my toes look and feel great! I will definitely be back!

Completely ruined my nails, the techs were rude and rushed everything. at the end the guy slapped a pound of lotion on my hands and then told me to go wash it off. i was shocked at how disrespectful he was. never again will i go here. over priced for such a horrible job! Im so disgusted on how i was treated.

Hi did my nails, he had great customer service, but every single one of my nails are cracked & 2 have broke off & it’s only been 1 week. My pedicure was bad as well. Very dissatisfied with the quality after spending $137.

Had appointment with daughter-in- law for 930 when they say they open. Got there 925, already 8ppl in chairs. Wesaid we had an appt, they asked the lady sitting there if she had one, she said no. We waited about 7 minutes they took daughter- in-law, I remained waiting. They then took the lady without appt. I waited another 10 minutes while they took others who came after me. Finally at 940 called me back, sat me down where I waited another 10 minutes without anyone saying anything, so I left. The place is aesthetically pleasing, spacious e.t.c, but customer service sucked!!

I was very satisfied with my service there. I originally did not know what i wanted to be done to my nails but the people there were very kind and assisted me to find something that i was very pleased with. I had my very first pedicure here and they were so polite and made me feel comfortable. I will be coming back 💓

I was visiting a friend in Summerville and we came to get our nails done here because I read the fantastic reviews. This place is NOT cleaning the seats or areas after people leave, they are not social distancing people, which I wouldn’t so much mind if they were following the MANDATORY MASK MANDATE. 75% of the people in there were NOT wearing masks or wearing them properly and no staff asked them to put their masks on which was disappointing. My service was subpar but I would have been willing to look past it would they have been abiding by CDC guidelines. I will not be returning and if you are one of the ones like me, who are trying to keep myself and others around you safe, i would recommend you go elsewhere.

I have an appt there every two weeks for nails (dip.). They are always on time, very pleasant, and my nails always look great. They also follow strict COVID guidelines which is reassuring.

Super clean, friendly staff. Limited nail color and no cat eye polish or Chameleon polish. Was disappointed that after a week my a acryilc was snagging in my hair. Expensive tbough

They are not taking COVID precautions seriously AT ALL. No partition while getting manicure, I wasn’t asked to sanitize upon entering, NO social distancing and I saw zero cleaning efforts taken between clients. I will not be returning totally unsafe.

My friend treated me to a pedicure for my birthday, I was very pleased!!I have had a very hard time finding a place that does a good massage and is clean. I am a cosmologists so I do pedicures on my clients so I had high expectations! And they met them!!I will definitely be back!!!

I manage a business in the Summerville area and have been in Summerville all my life and I have already let friends and family know to not go back.Very unprofessionally handled.The girl looked at my nails before making the 3 o’clock appointment.Why not say we don’t have any trained techs that do gel manicure.They are using untrained staff.Don’t let the new Nexton Salon imagine fool you.Please be aware that this Nail Salon has staff that are not trained in doing manicure gel polish.I arrived and they did not have any availability and looked at my nails and said we can get you in at 3 o’clock.I left and arrived back at 2:50 and the Nail Tech said I can’t do gel manicures, sorry we can’t take care of you.Poor customer service!Don’t let new location fool you.Very disorganized.

I work for Hai and he is great, very nice and so accomadating. He has an awesome staff for this new salon its gonna be a major hit! It is huge and very elegant cant wait for the grand opening on Sunday!! If you are free then I highly reconmend checking it out:)
