I had been to a “luxury spa/salon” nearby and was so unhappy with their service and am SO glad I started coming to Diva Nails! They’re great with everything from availability, color selection, nail art, professional, and I love that they use natural cleaning products. I’ve had two different nail techs so far and both did such a great job. Everyone seems to work really hard to make sure you’re happy with your nails and their pricing is SO fair. I’ll keep coming back here as long as I’m in the area.

I’ve been to this location several times and have been pleased with the service. Chloe has been great with dip and gel manicures, and Mary for pedicures. Especially during and after Covid, they are very clean and sanitize everything after each customer. Happy to see them taking the initiative and being cautious.

I go there every 3-4 weeks to get a manicure and it is the best place that I have been. I request Sarah every time because she knows how I like light colors and not too thick. I showed her some pictures of ombre nails and she did them perfectly like the photo. The service is great, I have gotten my nails done by the other techs and they are consistent and good. I love this place and definitely recommend. The atmosphere is great and they take good care of you. I do dip powder and that lasts me 3-1/2 weeks with the amount of cleaning products I use on my hands they last. I have also tried shellac and they last me about 3 weeks. Love this salon!

Pedicure was nice, however I could see the difference in quality of service between the two employ who did my moms pedicure (much better) than the one that did mine. I also got a manicure, and the polish didn’t dry right after she made and error and put too many coats to fix it. The polish lasted a little beyond a week. I just redid my nails, and personally I should’ve just done them myself.

I really liked the girl who did nails. Everyone was kind and I would suggest going back. I also did have a few air bubbles in the final but it looks good

My service felt a little rushed, but the lady that did my nails and my nieces nails did a beautiful polish job! It was flawless! My 11 year old niece said the manicure hurt a little, so it was a shame they didnt go gentle on a young girl to help her enjoy it more. The lady that did my nails was really friendly and easy to chat with. The place is new, clean and overall, did a great job on the polish. I would go back.

Worse pedicure I have every gotten. No lotion, feet were rough not smooth, and Sara could do the nail design as pictured. Horrible service, dont waste your time

This is a honest review.I patron their services for several months until recently. There are several other nail salons in the area and I would recommend going some place else. First of all most everyone speaks perfect English, and there was no reason other than to complain about possibly you, to speak otherwise. Secondly, they do not honor appointments, so having my nails done would take twice as long as it should. That isnt because I was being pampered. Last of all, and my main reason for not giving them my $$ is because while I was there with foil on my fingers, I witnessed them picking and choosing customers. One lady would be told they were booked and come back later while the next would be told to select a color for the same requested service and without an appointment! It was like they wanted to fill their chairs with a certain look and the rest were turned away to come back at a less convenient time. I am sorry but my business will go elsewhere. I give 2 stars because they do autoclave their nail tools, and they have a 2 week nail policy. However, most places do and will offer the same. So if you have all the time in the world, dont mind being talked about, and want to take your chances that you are the right size, age, and look then this is what you can expect here.

I arrived at Diva Nails today with a botched set of acrylic nails that was done a few hours before at a nail salon in Bloomfield Hills. Immediately when I entered I was greeted into a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I explained my situation to a nail technician Van and right away she put me in a chair and began fixing my nails. The nails that I arrived with were bumpy, uneven, and thick, and Van told me that it was totally unacceptable for that salon to let me leave like that. As each minute passed while she was working on my nails, I could see that this new manicure was high quality. Constantly throughout the fixer upper manicure, she asked how my nails felt, if the shape was good, and if there were any concerns that I had about my nails. I could tell that Van took pride in what she does and she cares a lot about making the customer happy! I left Diva Nails today completely blown away, I wish that I could get my nails done everyday just so that I could sit in that salon and feel amazing. There are not enough words to express how amazing this place is... I completely 10/10 recommend Diva Nails on Grand River Ave.

Just got my moms nails done early for mothers day. They all were very friendly. Greeted my mother with a warm welcome as soon as we entered. They were very nice and my mother felt like she was on cloud 9! I am very happy with the service and I am recommending them to everyone that wants to get their nails done!You will be pleased!Amazing!

They are only open until 630 on Saturdays. Google has it wrong, but when we came at 6:20 and they helped us anyway. They didnt rush and they were very kind. Came here by chance and was very impressed. Recommended!

So impressed with my experience here just now. The gal I had was great and rocked the nail art. Showed her a picture and she nailed it to a T! Bummed I live 4 hours away and cant make this my regular salon! I highly recommend them.

Diva Nails is outstanding! The location is brand new, well-decorated, and clean. They got me in with an appointment, with only 10 minutes notice. I got a gel/shellac manicure from technician Jade. I think this is the best Ive ever had. Jade was very precise, providing three thorough coats of color. She made sure to use the brush to take off any that got on the cuticles or skin around the nails. The gel manicure was a very fair price--only $30. I would definitely go back!

Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Love the decor. They have a very pleasant and professional staff. Theres a Diva nails in Northville thats older & closer to my home, but I drive to this one because both times Ive been here, Ive had such a great experience.

Being new to the area it is always hard to find that person for hair, nails, etc. A mom from my childrens school recommended DIVA Nails and I am so glad she did. The employees are professional, quick and their services are guaranteed. I am so happy i found this place.

At first i was skeptical about this place, because most of the nails salon Ive been to the service was horrible. I found out this Diva nails from a friend who goes here all the time and she loves it here. She recommended i give it a try. The store was super packed when i walked in for a Mani and Pedi. Brandon the receptionist there, sat me down, helped me pick out my color and before you know it, a nail tech is ready for me. I tried out DIP for the first time, didnt know what it was. The tech walked me through the whole process while doing it for me. The whole experience was very pleasant. Diva Nails, you guys just got another new member to your fan base :) I will see you guys in couple weeks.

Over priced and there’s no price board !

The worst place ever! No one even speak to you or explain anything! I waited 30 mins with ammonia in my feet and no one even cared...

Was really disappointed in my service. I went in for an eyebrow and lip wax. Lip was fine, but I noticed the corner/end part of my left eyebrow was so thinned out that it was no longer there. When I mentioned to her that my eyebrows were now uneven and that the end of one of them was missing, she offered to even them out by doing the same to the other eyebrow (which I obviously declined) we went back and forth for a little, she was very dismissive about my concern for the missing corner of my eyebrow and proceeded to charge me full.

Diva Nails has gone down hill since the new owner took over. Dont bother calling to make an appointment because they will still make you wait over a half hour. The mani/pedi took two and a half hours which was aggravating and during my pedi the worker cut my skin which caused me to bleed. It is also annoying that they no longer allow you to tip on your card, I am assuming so they do not have to claim their tips. I used to be a regular but I do not plan on going back.

Took forever and did not care. They do a decent job but unless you have 2 hours for a mani/penni dont bother. They take other people in front of you and let you sit while they ignore you.

One person will work on your nails for 2 mins and takes off leaving you sitting they also dont keep their tools sanitary

Friendly, helpful, professional, sanitary, efficient!! I am very particular and had excellent gel and shellac mani and pedi.

Once inside the salon I found it to be dirty, the techs all seem to be in a hurry and not friendly. You are left standing and not directed to a seat when you come in and then ignored. I felt like I was an imposition, not a customer or client. They use the same implements from one customer to another. I found it so disgusting that I chose to leave and not have anything done.

Girl did and excellent job on my nails, will definitely go back.

I went into the new Diva nail salon this past weekend for a mani/pedi and I have to say this was one of the BEST nail salons I have been to in a very long time. They were very PROFESSIONAL and SUPER CLEAN!! The owner Van is phenomenal. I am a very picky person so for me to say she is phenomenal that is huge. They offer various nail and waxing services as well as disposable pedicure liners and pumice stone (which is very important ). And lastly, how can I forget the most AMAZING massage chairs that will relax you to the point where you are falling asleep...I promise you wont regret going to DIVA Nails in NOVI...

More like 2 1/2. Its a pretty spot, newer and clean from what I could see. They weren’t the friendliest, and most importantly my service felt rushed! After paying $60 + dollars I expect for my mani pedii to be silky upon completion. When I left my skin was dry and I felt cheated. The whole thing felt like she was in a hurry to take my money. I won’t return bc there are too many nail shops to choose from. I wouldn’t recommend.
