These ladies are amazing! I walked through the door with faded, horrible red color on my hair and left with beautiful natural looking blonde hair. This was my first time at Siz O Daz, and to say I was impressed is an understatement. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. Everyone was so friendly and the salon was spotless. Tammy was awesome!!! We chatted to let her get an idea of what I was after. When I wash my hair tomorrow, Ill try to share a photo. She blew it out, teased and curled it as well as sprayed it. She knew I wasnt going to do that🤣, so it was a treat for me! I have fine, thin hair. Hopefully this Nioxin 2 shampoo and treatments plus the perm will help. Wonderful salon. I went in for a cut and color 270 to pull my old color out and do 2 pink colors and cut and style. Well couldnt do pink so decided to do red. 2 reds and she said 170. But the owner said 1 red and still 270 if 2 reds extra! Are you serious reds are a natural color but you charge the same as pink, blue, exc, no I dont think so very unprofessional. 2 pinks but only 1 red same price are you joking but no she wasnt. Please people if you are a new customer do not go here I was majorly overcharged and I have been told to report them for overcharging by other salons because they said it should have been less for natural color even with bleaching. Im hurt because I dont do much for myself and when I do I get taken advantage off.and this was all on short hair. So sad.

Needed a cut and color before going out of town and Tammy was able to fit me in and did a fabulous job and it looks great.

I only went in for a trim and thats what I got. I called that day and she worked me in. Its been a year since my last cut because another salon went way beyond a trim and I was traumatized lol. I had also decided to let my grays grow out but I got a good vibe from them and will probably go back for a color!

It had been a couple of years since Id even gotten my hair cut; I went in not knowing anyone at the salon or anyone whod been there. Id researched a lot of salons online, compared costs and reviews, then took the plunge.Ended up getting a keratin treatment by Stacy, and went back to her for highlights. Both were excellent. One of the prettiest highlight jobs Ive ever had done (seriously), and Ive experienced quite the range over 15+ years. Im hoping to budget regular salon visits again, now that Ive found a solid place and stylist who knows what shes doing. It feels great to have pretty hair again!

I came in to get my hair permed, was told my hair would work for what I wanted. Perm failed, and asked for a refund, was told to call and see her husband on Tuesday, I called, no response. Came in today and was told I could only get $50 out of my $220. I would only recommend if you want to be ripped off.

I have been coming to this salon for a year now. Amy has never messed up my hair and always gave me exactly what I wanted. I went in on Saturday to have my hair trimmed and styled. Amy was not there so the owner put me with Felicia. She not only trimmed my hair but took it upon herself to put layers in my hair when I didnt want them. Did not blend the layers so my hair looked choppy. Luckily she styled my hair and hid the bad hair cut. I will never come back to this salon. When is it right to take it upon yourself to cut someones hair the way you want it. Listen to your clients. Worst service ever.This post was not written because I became friends with the employee. Before Felicia cut my hair, I requested that Stacy cut my hair. But the owner insisted and ensured that Felicia would do a good job. Future clients need to be prepared for not always getting what they want if the owner and employee do not listen to what the client wants. It sure seems like Felicia messed my hair up on purpose since Amy was my previous stylist. Thank you for making me feel like I didnt matter as a client.

I have been going to Siz O Daz for 5 years. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about organic hair coloring. My hair color has never looked this good. The color is so natural and I love the organic hair color and other products.I always leave Siz O Daz better that when I entered. I am always pleased as the staff goes out of their way to fix other peoples mistakes and make all their clients feel special and look their best.

I was not happy with haircut I received from this salon. My stylist was Lauren. She seemed to know what she was doing at first and then 3/4 of the way through my cut she gets to boss to come help her. I understand everyone has to learn but I left with a quarter inch of hair on the back of my head after specifically telling her i didnt want it shaved in the back. I paid and said thank you but I will not be returning.

My favorite stylists is Felicia, she can make any hair style your heart desires and youll be walking out of there with confidence of the new you. Also if you dont like a particular chemicals or items being put into your hair, she always finds a solution to your problems and still keeps your hair looking ever so beautiful. Wow! Wish there were more stars. Lauren did such an awesome job with my new hair cut and color. She listened to me and what I wanted and guided me to the perfect color. I have had the same old blonde and brown highlights for years and really wanted something different. I told her I was interested in getting a vibrant red and had been steered away from that by my last stylists but Lauren encouraged me to give it a try. I couldnt be happier. She was doing some really beautiful hidden highlights on a client right before me that turned out just beautiful as well. If you are looking for a talented and young hairstylist dont hesitate to give Lauren a try. Afsaneh was wonderful to me as well. I had initially scheduled online and there were some unexpected scheduling changes and she took the time to text me personally and helped me get a time set up that would work for me and Lauren. Upon arrival she introduced herself and apologized for the confusion. This was a great experience and I will definitely be back. I have received nothing but compliments and even been told that the new look makes me look younger and who doesnt want to hear that!

I went to get my hair cut and my hair colored to a pretty rose gold. I walked out with a good haircut but my hair was orange, nowhere near rose gold. I called the next day asking if I could come in for a redo in 2 weeks that way i got it fixed and my hair got chill out with the chemicals, the stylist said that was fine and hung up. Not even 5 mins later I get a call saying I had to do the redo service within a week after I got the initial service done, I didnt want to do that because I knew my hair would be fried and it would feel like straw. So i just asked for a refund, since I was going to have to pay someone else to fix my nasty orange hair. So the owner called me and he was beyond rude. He kept talking over me, kept comparing me to his daughter like I was nothing but a child throwing a temper tantrum, and refused to give me a full refund because they still have to pay for products. Then to top it off, the owner was very cooperative after my husband got on the phone. It was like my words meant nothing to the owner. I will never go back there and am upset I even spent money there to begin with if thats how the owner treats his customers. Tracy did a superb job at cutting my hair. Recently moved to SC and was apprehensive finding a skilled stylist. As a guy with short hair, I walked in asking for a professional yet military style cut. Exactly what was done. Tracy is friendly and will chat with you so youre not bored. Price was also reasonable with a hairwash. Will return for future cuts.

Ive been living in the area for over a year and was desperate to find a good hair salon. The last one i went to near downtown Summerville cost $70 for just a hair cut and was just mediocre. Last week i decided to walk in and so glad i did. Jessica did such a great job with my hair that i made another appointment with her for Keratin treatment.

After undergoing brain surgery a few months ago due to having a sudden ruptured aneurysm, I needed a professional to help me figure out a way to cover the large areas of choppy, uneven patches of hair that was growing back after they shaved it. I randomly decided to stop in at Siz O’ Daz and see if there was a hairstylist that was available to help me. I am so thrilled that Larissa was free to give me a consultation on what options there was that she could do to help me so I would be able to cover up the bad areas until it all grows out. Luckily I have a lot of hair that she could work with and she came up with a style that completely camouflaged all the bad and was also something I knew I could do myself. I HIGHLY recommend Larissa for anyone wanting to try someone new. She listened to what I’d been through and to what I wanted and gave me a awesome haircut as well as my confidence back! I will be going back to Siz O Daz for all my hair needs and will spread the word to everyone I know!

I moved from Atlanta GA over a year ago and with a relocation comes the difficult job of re-finding all of your new sources. I regularly get my hair done every 6 weeks so it took some time to find the RIGHT place. After trying 4 different salons in the Summerville area, I finally found the RIGHT place. Everyone at Siz O Daz is professional, talented and easy going. We have temporarily relocated to Charlotte NC however I drive back for Afsaneh to do my hair and this summer when we move to Johns Island, I will continue to commute to Summerville.

Afsaneh and Larissa have been the only two I have had do my hair. I love this place. The salon itself to is elegant and modern. I just had my first appointment at Siz O Daz. My hair stylist was Tallith Williams and she is fantastic! This was my first time coloring my hair; therefore, I was extremely nervous. However, she did an amazing job. She not only made me feel good about throughout the process, but she made my hair look great! I ended up leaving with my hair cut, colored, and added some highlights. I left feeling like a whole new person and I loved it. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone, especially to see Tallith. I will now be a regular client here. They even offer waxing so this is going to be my go to the next time I need a wax.

Ive had my highlights for a very long time. So Ive decided to touch them up elsewhere because i am out town. & the lady goes, who did your hair. Im like why. She said that i had a few neat highlights and chunks of blocks and squares on my back. So she handed me a mirror and told me they thought i would never notice the back of my hair. To my surprise i didnt because the lady seemed so nice and seemed to know what she was doing. I was so pissed afterwards because i even came back the day after and told her to make them a bit brighter and all she did was lather up my hair and rinse it out. I THOUGHT they were lighter but i guess that was her way of not doing anything but me thinking she did lol. I should have known since she kept bitching how her coworker brought her the wrong salad. She would always wear dresses even though she was like 50 years old. Never going back again.

They are experts in Coloring, Thredding, Cuts, Waxing, and now even have and expert who gives Massages and they all can do AMAZING things. My friend recommended Afsaneh at Siz O Daz, and I’ve been going to her ever since. I’ve trusted her to do Keratin treatments and color my naturally black hair. Besides getting my smooth and sleek look, I go to her between haircuts to style my hair for special events. Afsie keeps up with all the latest hair styles. She also does threading which is hard to find in this area. Now when I go home, my opinionated family tells me how great my hair looks and that my hair stylist is talented.

I will never go anywhere else after having her put her hands on my head! My hair belongs to her! I came to this salon because a previous salon had ruined my hair and I came in not knowing her but just reading the reviews and after 1 yr Im still seeing her! Jessica is also great!! Highly recommend.

I have been going to Siz o Daz for yrs now!! I have to say Im kind of picky with my hair & dont like to try new places, only bc my hair was damaged before by a stylist at another place. So I was traumatized by that & took awhile for my hair to get back to normal. A friend told me about Siz-o- Daz & said to see Afsaneh, the owner. When I met her She greeted me like if i was family, she was patient with me & listened to what I wanted, & made me feel comfortable. And every single time I go its top notch service. She knows exactly how i want my color & highlights. She explains what she will be doing to my hair & when shes done she makes sure I like it before I leave The salon. She is AMAZING!! The staff is also very friendly & professional. The salon is colorful, clean & modern. I love it there, I will never go anywhere else, When you find something good you gotta to stick to it, & Im sticking to This place .Thank you Afsaneh for taking care of my hair needs after all these yrs.

Absolutely love my hair! Lauren did a great job first time cutting my hair and styling it plus it was worth 35$ might seem like alot of money to some of you guys for a hair cut but it was well worth it for what my hair looked like before to now. Being new to South Carolina and not knowing where to go for a good hair cut is very scarey but Ill for sure he back!! Thank yal so much for making my hair look and feel so much better :)

I stopped into this salon one Saturday in need of getting my hair colored, cut and styled in kind of a hurry and without an appointment because i had never been there before. I was pleasantly greeted and immediately serviced by one of the hair techs named Laressa. I told her what i wanted and to my surprise she went up and above all of my expectations. My hair was cut, colored and styled perfectly! I was beyond pleased and most importantly i was treated with respect and actually enjoyed being there. As i was checking out, the manager Afsana came out to meet me and look at my hair, we were all very pleased and i was impressed at the professionalism of the staff. Laressa was the best! I now have a new hair dresser and friend!After 2 weeks had passed, i decided i wanted more blonde in my hair so i called Laressa to schedule an appointment. When i arrived to the salon i was waiting for Laressa, and a young girl was getting her hair cut by Felicia. I asked the girl if she was donating her hair and suggested that she should because it was so beautiful. The lady sitting next to me chimed into my conversation and started talking abrasively and getting irrational. It was embarrassing to say the least. Felicia immediately catered to her client to make her feel at easy and comfortable and removed her from the situation. I was extremely impressed with how the staff calmly and professionally handled the matter. The owner Afsana tried talking to the client as she was paying and leaving the salon but the client was rude and refused to talk with her. This salon to me is by far ranked the best! The staff Afsana, Laressa and Felicia are highly professional, friendly and goes out of their way to make sure their clients are happy, comfortable and treated with respect. I have found a new salon and cant thank the staff enough!

I have been coming here for 6 years and every time I go, my hair is exactly what I want. I used to try great clips and stuff but then I realized that siz o daz is the only place that gives me beyond my expected results, this has been my number one place and will be forever more. Afsaneh is the best hair stylist! Her skills are beyond amazing!
