(This is how marriage works) Everything went great.😂 Kim could tell I had no clue what to do and that I felt weird being there, but she was very kind, talkative, and took great care of me! I review for good and bad experiences.This was my first time coming to this establishment. I made an appt. That am.I grew my nails out a bit, so I could get this nail design done . I wanted the opi purple Pompeii instead of the light pink.I figured Id go with a dip or gel because I was using gift money.I asked for the picture below. I wanted it to look exactly as the picture says. And I got something completely different.The guy asked me if I like it. Well, I like it, but its not anything like the picture. And I didnt want acrylics but.....I got them anyway. They said they couldnt do the length unless I got the acrylics. They didnt even put fake nails on, just the acrylic over my real nails. Instead of the gel dip.🤷‍♀️ I didnt really understand half of what they were asking me.I mean, they do this everyday, they should know if someone shows you a picture, thsts what you want. Thats what you give the customer.I wont be coming here again. I came here with a giftcard. I came home and my husband asked how it went, and looked at my feet.....the polish had already messed up. I told him, it was okay, Ill just not go again.Ill stick to the colorstreet Ive been using for years and my artistic abilities. And be sure to post when I do it myself. Instead of dropping 100.00

Me and my cousin had a one a clock appointment on the 23rd of may we got there on time and they said that on the door to call this number so we called and they said to walk right in. We then sat in the waiting room till about 2:30 mind you our appt was at 1 now we understand that you get behind. But the lady was answering phone calls left and right and was telling costumers to just walk in and that they are only doing walk in todays but they let us make a appointment. I got a full set with gel and they lady cut me 3 times and the nails are not even with the nails on the other hand. The polish job is also horrendous on my nails and the lady didnt even care im sure my 5 year old sister could do better. Now for her nails they look very thick and are already cracking 2 days later. They also have ridiculous prices . Will never be returning waste of money.

Kim was SO nice and did such a great job on my nails and made sure to ask me if I liked. The length, color and everything as she did my nails. I will be coming back and definitely recommend!

I came here to get my nails done bc it was closer to my job. first time here and inside was clean and nice, the people are even nice. but the lady who did my nails didn’t understand what i was asking for, which was square shape to match my finger size . they looked like literal fans!! so the next day i had to go back!!! and she tried to get me to pay another $10 for a coffin shape !!! i think not!. i have had my nails for 4 days!!!!! one of them popped of, 2 of them are cracking, they’re crooked and bumpy. don’t ever come here . it’ll be a waste of time and money. you’ll definitely regret it . 🤦🏽‍♀️

Don’t bother calling for an appointment … been waiting an hour and they did not honor my appointment time - took walk ins right before me that didn’t have an appointment- this is the second time this has happened- my mistake to give them a second chance. I won’t be back

I chose this place because it was closer to my home. I didnt make an appointment and walked in. I didnt have to wait at all and everyone was very nice and the salon is clean. I love the color of my nails; however, my gel manicure is already peeling at the nail bed after a few days days. I got my nails on Friday, May 14th and they started lifting on Monday, May 17th. My pedi was great, just not happy with my manicure. Im not sure if it is the brand they use or what. Ive never had a gel manicure lift that quickly.

In my personal opinion, I have been getting my nails done for years. There are only 2 people here that I say can do nails really good. I asked for short French tips and did not like what I received. I did not complain about it, I just went to another salon to get it fixed. The pedicure was OK. The picture below is what I received

I have search for the right place and I found it now they give you exactly what you ask for and beautifully done. I usually get fills w/gel polished and I love my nails now both hand and feet. Diane is my tech and she is detail oriented. Her foot massage is the absolute best. She is patient and very friendly. I have been going to her for over a year.The salon is clean and the have bottled qater for their guest.

My botched my toenails from a at home pedicure, you know what I’m talking about, and they fixed it, even with the ingrown toenails. The nail technician was super gentle in the process.

For the record, I live in another state and I came in to get one broken dip nail fixed.The man doing my nails didn’t speak a word to me aside from an initial hello and was on the phone the whole time. When he was using the little sander to get my old nail off, he did it on my skin. Multiple times. Ow.Then he pulled a USED nail file from a plastic bag to file my nail. He seemed in a all over the place and in a rush. I don’t know what was going on but I’ve never been to a nail salon and been treated like that. Especially with the COVID stuff...The nail looks fine. It was 6 bucks for one nail fix. Crazy price for mediocre service.

Horrible. The absolute worst nails I have ever gotten. My cousin and I had made appointments and waited for over an hour before we were even asked to sit at a manicurist station. The whole time we were waiting one of the employees was telling people to just come on in, that they were doing walk-ins. I had asked for dip powder and the nail tech didnt even use base powder on my nails, or a top coat powder like many other salons use. My nails starting cracking and losing color the very next day. My cousin wanted gel with a full set. The lady who did her nails was very rude to her and spent over an hour filing her nails, and then again did not use a base coat. Her nails looked horrible as well, and did not last. Usually gel and dip nails last for 2-3 weeks but they didnt even last a couple of days. We both wasted $50-60 on our nails. Do not go here.

The first time I went to Sassy Me, the owner Kim, did my manicure. She did a pretty good job. I immediately made an appointment for the following week for a pedicure. She wrote the time and date on a card for me. When I showed up for the appointment, Kim wasnt even there! She “forgot” She had an appointment. Diane stepped in to do the pedicure and did a good job.I made another appointment by phone a few weeks later for a mani/pedi with Diane. When I got there she had just started a pedicure on someone else and said there was a mixup with my appointment and they told her the wrong time. Ugh.Two more appointments with Diane and things were going fine. When I made today’s appointment for 11:00, Diane confirmed with me by text message. When I showed up about five minutes before 11:00, I was told Diane had just run out for coffee and would be here in a few minutes. At 11:02 Diane texted me and said she ran out for coffee and would be there in twenty minutes. Twenty minutes! I asked if someone else could take care of me because I had other things to do today myself. Diane finally wheeled in at 11:40! This is so unprofessional. Had there been an emergency, no problem. Coffee is not an emergency. Just incredibly rude and unprofessional.Oh, and the man working there acted like he had better things to do and stayed on his cell phone almost the entire time even though the business phone rang and rang and people were coming in for services.The lady that did my mani/pedi did a good job today, but I will not be back.How hard can it be to keep appointments straight?

After trying upwards of 10 local nail salons, I finally tried Sassy Me Nail Spa. Im extremely picky about my acrylic nails, and Kim takes the time to make sure they are perfect and exactly what I want every time. She works around my schedule, and fits me in if I break a nail or have to go out of town. She even came in on her day off to do my nails one day! So glad I tried Sassy Me! Its the only place Ill go now.

Sassy Me Salon is clean, relaxing and it’s easy to get an appointment. Their prices are in line with what others charge for a dip service. I tried 3 other salons in the area before I tried Sassy Me. The nail bed on 4 of my fingers had been filed down so low it was painful to even touch them. Kenzie was extremely gentle and found solutions so that I could keep my nails looking great. Kenzie is professional, knowledgeable and talented. I would not go to anyone else!

You will pay twice what you would at any other salon!!!This nail salon is probably one of the cleanest Ive ever been to and the staff is very kind. It is very conveniently located near my home so I really wanted to go in to get a fill in. I paid $53 for a gel fill in ($25-$35 anywhere else). As much as I love that place and its atmosphere, paying $53 for a fill in it absolutely insane! I could have gotten a full set done somewhere else for the same price.I wont be returning and that makes me so sad.

Took my wife here to get her nails done for our 10th anniversary and it looks as if a kindergartner dinner and we paid almost $50 for this won’t be returning as both the nail techs and the managers seem as if they don’t care about their clients or anything other than the money all these reviews about them being bad are correct

Acrylics with gel polish: The person doing my nails used the wrong color not even near to what I asked for. When I mentioned it looked off they kept painting and mumbled something which I thought meant there was another coat of polish to complete the color or SOMETHING, but no. In addition to having unwanted bright pink nails, I suppose fortunately, they came off within less than a week. 10/10 not satisfied :(

I have moved in town from out of state and was very spoiled by my Nail Tech in Tennessee. After going to several different nail salons and not being satisfied I came upon Sassy Me Nail Spa. Kenzie is the sweetest person and she is a professional when it comes to the service she provides! However, she makes her clients feel like her friend. Each time Ive asked she has accomodated my requests if she possibly can. I look forward to my visits with her. Highly recommended!!

I am a regular customer to this salon and nail artist Kenzie is not only pleasant and professional- shes a supreme nail artist and does a beautiful job. If you want gorgeous nails please visit this shop and see Kenzie. The salon is very clean they offer free waters and soda- constantly asking if your comfortable or need anything- if your waiting they are all friendly and engaging- its a very welcoming environment. I consistently get compliments from my customers at work - even men say hey nice nails lol . So highly recommend Kenzie and Sassy Me Nail Spa.

Great location, close to home, clean and friendly atmosphere. I got there late at closing. The manager stayed behind to help me. I love this place. The wait is not very long either.

Went in on a Sunday, 2 people working at 11 when they open. The lady seats me immediately then begins to remove dip by sanding then putting my fingers in a bowl fled with remover for oh, about 20 minutes. Which is a long time for my skin to be in this mess. Then another lady finally comes over and refills the bowl and tells me to swish around fingers, which for the last 20 minutes or so I had been, so I tell her this. She goes,sure you have and gives me a smartelic look. By know Im getting a little peeved, but it gets better. Yet another woman comes over starts to do my nails then she puts lotion on my hands covers them with a towel, then walks off to another customer, who shes ping pinging back between the two of us, before she finally sits and finishes my nails! Will never go back, my kids will not go here, and none of my 10 grandchildren will ever be taken here. I just wanted to start going somewhere local, Ill drive 40 minutes for nails before I ever return to this business.

I loved the people there. I went exactly one week ago today. I decided to go with gel on my fingernails. I didnt realize the mani/pedi would wind up costing $75. But since I did gel, I figured Id just eat the cost. The lady told me it would last 2-3 weeks no problems. My nails were all bubbled up a day later, then on day 2 one chips. I wasgoing out of town so I didnt have a chance to go back. Today, (week later) on one nail, the Polish is completely lifted from nail bed. Hopefully, they will fix.

Usually okay. But I’ve Been in here for over an hour, I didn’t like the first nail color they put on, so I told the lady to take it off and she started telling me how I shouldn’t do that and the other color I picked was “to light” to put on. After I told her MULTIPLE times that I wanted another color, I finally just chose black because I wanted to leave, then she starts complaining and slowly taking off the polish that wasn’t right, and then puts the black polish on. Very disappointed, changing nail salons.

I always come here to get a pedicure because the technician I go to always does a fantastic job. I rarely have to ask for her. I normally luck up and get her. Well I come in early and they already are working on 4 people and its just 2 of them. One being the technician I like. But she was just starting another pedicure and I was already waiting for an hour. I got a rushed job from the other technician. He was finished with my toes in 10 minutes and my feet look like theyve never been touch. The polish was bunched up to the top of my toes. I could see that the toes couldnt have been buffered. For that reason, I denied them of doing my manicure for my nails. My toes look a mess. I asked him if he could fix it. He barely even tried. Unacceptable. It should have been taken off and repolished.

Went here because it is near my house, and while the place seems clean (did not see them clean their tools while I was there), and the staff friendly, the quality of the work was sub-par and the manicures seem to be billed with a la carte pricing - they charged an extra $10 to file/shape the nail calling it design. They also used a gel top coat over standard polish, which led to rippling, and soon after polish leaking out. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and overly expensive for the quality of work. Will not be returning.

Ok so I just wanted to take the time to actually tell people that this place is awesome I literally only went to one place out of the 6 years Ive been getting my nails done and that was in AZ, so to actually find a place that was just as good was hard until I went to sassy me nails. I kid you not Henry saw the pictures of what I was thinking about and he turned them into amazingness!!! If you want a great nail place go to sassy me nails!!!

Im giving this a 3 for meh...I found it very..unprofessional that the entire staff was on there phones the entire time. Having personal convos. No one was engaging in talk to there client.. i give it a 3 bc i brought in picture of what i wanted and he got pretty spot close. With a few flaws like my left thumb is way way shorter than my right. And a few nails are wonky... over all i like my nails but the atmosphere cpuld use some work.

I should have taken a before and after picture! My toes needed some help! I don’t get a pedi often but I like to get one for sure on my birthday. Since today is my birthday here I am! This is my first time here. I walked in with no appointment and was taken care of immediately. Very clean and welcoming. I only wish they have more of a selection of regular nail polish. G took her time and did me right!!! I don’t remember the last time I had such a perfect pedi!!! All excess cuticle, gone! No polish all over my skin that I’ve gotten before at other nail shops. She took a clean up brush and make sure the polish looked perfect!!! She gave a great message too! I may have to come more often to get a pedi since I know I’ll get great service!!!

Disappointed for the 2nd time with this facility. They do not pay attention to details and fill ins are sloppily done. I’ve noticed on reviews they asks clients to speak up and they’ll fix it, well, I did point out the issue this time and they refused to fix it. Don’t bother coming if you want to pay more money than typical salons then receive subpar service and nail quality. I decided to return hoping the first time was a fluke, but now having been back again, I remain unimpressed.

Went in for a repair and fill in and my nails didn’t even last a week. Went back to get the error corrected and my nails have been bending and breaking left to right! Poor quality work for high priced establishment!

I will never return to this place of business. I went to have my nails done with gift card i received for mothers day. The young lady did decent job on my feet. I also wanted brows done i agreed so the young lady who did my feet had the owner to do my brows instead; Well he didnt know a darn thing about any women eye brows. He messed my brow up taking more hair from my right side that the left. When i told him he instantly became argumentative with me and storms out the shop. Another girl in the salon tried to fix the brow but could not. They insisted i pay for the brow anyway and i was just so disappointed and frustrated with the service and action of the owner and his staff. No apologies disrespectful as a business owner and not accountable for his wrong and making me pay for mucking up my brows. I never will return to that salon again for any service and will make sure all my friends and family never return either. Also as i was checking out one of the ladies daughters with helping her out and she sent her to check me out, i told the child i had gift certificate and she proceed to charge my card for the feet and the brow instead of just the brows. told me they couldnt give me back my money but she would void the transaction and check with my bank then wanted to to swipe again and then charged me a damn dollar for swiping my card wth!!!! really. This place is and owner is a rip off and not even decent customer service. Mr Owner go take some class in customer service and respect toward your customer instead of becoming Mitch and arguing with women. You will reap what you sow because your place of business sucks and so does you service!!!!!!!

Went to get a full in and didnt have appointment and sat there 45 mins and had a person walk in and had no appointment either and they took her straight back and got told they dont do full in when i saw them doing them. I felt judge and im very upset and hurt.

Had gel nails done.Had to return 3 times for repairs. Finally they put powder on and charged me extra...why?. Four nails are now peeled and broken 2 weeks after the powder. Wont be back!
