I wanted something fun and different. Im new to town and Angel came highly recommended. Jennifer was great-getting the right sparkly overlay to give me the look I wanted.Pedicure was amazing too.

Nails have stayed on for over a week but only put one layer of clear on my nails and it didnt even cover my whole nail. The nail tech was very fast and nice.

I dont think Ill go back. My hands were toss around roughly and the polish was not carefully done. It is soo hard to fine a nice place to go, where the technicians are nice and service is worth the money.

I called at 5 o’clock today to ask if I could make an appointment. Their salon hours are advertised until 8 pm. I was given a 7:30 pm appointment for a $45 dip pedicure. I was treated rudely and unprofessionally by a man who completed my services. He aggressively shaved off my entire preexisting dip topcoat down to the nail without prior soaking, thus shaving my real nails down paper-thin with an electric nail file drill bit and burned me multiple times in the process. Each time I flinched and expressed the pain, he would chastise me and explain that I walked in as they were closing, so he did not have time to give me “proper” service. His ego grew from there, and he proceeded to lecture me about how a salon works to invalidate the pain I was in. I get my nails done every two weeks at another salón, but I tried this salon because it was closer to my house. I knew this was not normal. Finally, I asked why they accepted my appointment and why their services were advertised to close at 8 PM if they close at 7:30 pm (as he kept nagging me about it). He responded that they close at 730, but the hours have not been updated and told me I should have arrived 30 minutes before my appointment anyways, so it was my fault.He would often grab my arm aggressively to position it and would shake his head repeatedly because I “was making it harder” for him, as he often stated. When he was done, he continued to lecture me about why it was my fault that I was burned and that he worked at the salon every day and knew better than me. His coworkers left right at 8 pm, and I was left alone with this man who continued to berate me after he would make an accident with the powder from over rushing. I stopped responding because I was incredibly uncomfortable with his aggressive behavior. I tipped him because I was left alone with him and uncomfortable and did not want to escalate the situation. This salon is unprofessional, conditional to its customer quality, and unsafe. I will never return to this salon again.

Brought one of my disable patients for a eyebrow wax, it was no hello, no what can we do for you today, they sat and stare at her for 30 mins . The lady finally said “ Go to the back “ rudely, I was applaud at how the lady spoke to her. She in a electric chair while she rolling back everyone was staring at her . The atmosphere was uncomfortable and no pleasant .

I was today there, ready to spend at least 100 dlls plus tip. Worst idea ever!! I have never been treated so rude in my life. No professionals there for sure. Dont waste your time and money here. I ended telling the employee who take care of me to leave the manicure unfinished and I payed the total for the service I required and never got it. Feel aggravated and upset for the poorly manners of the man who attended me and for the money and time I lost. Dont go there. Youll regret it just like me right now.

Today was my first time going to this place of business. The man that did my nails acted as if he didnt want to do them and kept telling me to watch the television. When my nails are getting done i want to see what you are doing to my nails. He wasnt nice at all but i was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say my nails are beautiful but the experience wasnt welcoming at all. One of the men was asleep in a chair and the women were sitting and watching t.v.. I will be looking for a black owned nail salon and I will not be coming back to this one. Im very disappointed.

The people were not very friendly. And they spoke their language instead of english. They could have been talking about me an my mother-in-law.

My FIRST and my SECOND impression of this salon were polar opposites. My first time ever receiving services here I was moderately impressed, at best. It was easy to find, and visually appealing. I was greeted immediately, there was almost no wait, it was quick, pleasant, and decently priced. On the other hand, my technician assumed I wanted flat polish, and didnt offer anything else. I requested gel... which brought on a whole new set of colors, of course. My technician spoke almost no English, which made it hard to communicate (not a big deal, but still notable). It wasnt the cleanest, and the service wasnt as professional as Ive seen at similar salons, but the results were comparable. There were no obvious imperfections, nothing I couldnt live with (I did have to point out a few things before she added my color). NOW... my SECOND visit was below poor.... I would give them two stars based on the first visit, BUT if I could give this place less than one star, NEGATIVE stars, based on my first AND second visit I would do that. Theyre located less than a 2 minute drive from my house. I got off work and went home to take my hair down, and brush it in to a messy bun. Take my make up off, put on some winter boots, leggings, and an old comfortable jacket... Im sure I was a sight to see and looking myself unprofessional. I was received with the most generic (probably a little judgemental) greeting... EVER. I was stared at, then basically told to have a seat as if I was bothering them by breathing air in there. AGAIN, I was only offered flat paint - its a thing I guess 😕. When I was seated by a gentleman technician, there was almost NO communication. I tried making small talk, there was almost no interest in engaging with me. The whole thing took maybe 20 minutes.... 😑 I think you know where this is going. The fill in was almost not filed AT ALL.... it is lumpy and bubbled up by my cuticle.... like I wouldnt know the difference. Theyre all different shapes, uneven, and very obviously dimpled. The fill does not cover the sides of my nails, the paint color is nothing like what I chose but when I brought it up he mentioned that is looks very nice with my skin tone. 😑🤦‍♀️.... there is more acrylic on some of my nails than others, leaving a crystal clear difference in the thicknesses between each of my nails - more than likely due to the lack of filing done after the fill. I havent even got to the good parts yet. When he DID file my nails, he also filed off most of the skin on the edge of the pad on my right ring finger.... which later burned like I stuck it in the sun when he was drying my nails, and then AGAIN when he sprayed alcohol on my hands and nails. 😠 Do you KNOW how hard I work to get my hands to retain moisture?!? SMH. So okay, Im checking and commenting on my nails and all of the imperfections... NO offer to fix ANYTHING. Alright... Ill just go pay, apparently this is all my fault, after all, I CHOSE to come here, they didnt show up at my door asking to do my balance for me. He asks if Im paying by cash or card, I said by card. He then goes in to the back and brings out a check looking CCP looking piece of paper, Ive never seen anything like it.... WRITES my debit card number down, the expiration, my name, and the CVV on the back (on no particular lines) and asks me to sign it. Obviously Im not trying to refuse to pay, so I did. He is then approached by another tech who tells him something, he asks for my card back and runs it anyway.... offers a receipt from the form he just wrote on. I ALWAYS tip, even bad service, its common courtesy, and usually more than 15%. I had $14 in my car, I put $4 in one pocket, which is more than %15, and $10 in the other pocket which is roughly 28%ish of my $35 charge. He ASKED me if I would be tipping by card or cash.... mighty bold of him. In conclusion, I wouldnt care if these people made house calls AND paid ME for their services, Ill have to pass. Ive been getting acrylics for approximately 17 years or more, and this takes the cake!!!

I got a full set of acrylics and the service was great! I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she gave me suggestions and really took the time to make sure that my nails were even and the length I wanted. I was looking for a new nail salon and I found it! I am officially a regular! Keep up the great work!

This place is the best nail salon Ive been to, and I searched a lot! This place is so clean and the employees are so sweet. They took their time with each step to make sure my nails were perfect. I now have a flawless nail and I am happy with the results. Ill be coming back as a regular and if you decide to give them a try, Im sure youll be too.S+++++++++

Okay I guess?? I went here for my first acrylic nails so i’m still not 100% sure how acrylic nails are supposed to be done. It’s not too crowded if you get there early. Only some of the staff is friendly. For some the friendliness goes away like a switch when you turn down their offers to get you to spend more money you were planning on. The nails? For the most part they were okay/good. The lady put too much acrylic on one of my nails and there was a thick place under there. And some lifted. But they weren’t too thick and I like how they were nicely shaped. They also lasted a good while! It actually wasn’t that bad. However, there can be room for improvement.

Best experience I have getting a pedicure!!! The staff was very kind and welcoming. They made it a point to make sure we were happy, and treated well. They also got us right in and seated very quick! Definitely will go back!

Went here for the first time to get a fill and gel polish change. Was very happy with how my nails turned out. The lady that did them was quick and did a great job shaping them! They are also nice and thin and not super thick like some places do.The reason for only 4 stars... on their website they advertise a happy hour special Tuesday-Thursday, 1230-330 or something. It was only like $2 off of something but still... anyway when I went to check out the lady didn’t know what I was talking about and I paid the whole $33.In general not a bad price and she did a great job, but it would’ve been nice to have the special as that’s one of the reasons why I decided to go here.

I really love my shellac and Spa manicure! A very nice relaxing service! Not only the final coat was very durable and I love how theyre able to give me my moneys worth!The pricing is fair for the area.

Ive been going to them for months now almost a yr! My daughters and I waited 2hrs in seating area this particular day (Sun). I was called to start my pedicure...my feet was in the water so long the water became cold. Then when I did get attention it was from an elder man that came rushing in. I was so unhappy with my pedicure and told him. He told me to get out another tech said Dont worry bout him, him crazy He was very rude and I still was charged about $60 for a trashed pedicure my 8yr olds plain polish and 13yr olds gel polish...WE WONT BE BACK!! Stick with ppl you know!

I think they did an okay job on my nails. I got a full acrylic gel set and it looks kind of sloppy, like it was rushed. They don’t look horrible but I’ve definitely had better manicures. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Very sweet lady in the front did my gel powder. Very fast & attentive to what I wanted. I haven’t had my nails done in forever due to pregnancy but I’m glad I got to find a new nail place to go to thats affordable for the quality of work. I’m originally from NJ, and they’re prices just compare similarities. I do recommend!

Angel nails doesn’t even deserve one star. I come here all of the time but not anymore. She glued my nails on crooked & didn’t even measure them after she cut them. She rushed through them & didn’t care to fix anything. I told them I would not be coming back after this. I’m so disappointed. They’re rude & don’t care about you. After I paid she decided to “fix” my nail by just filing them down to be more pointy. I asked for coffin shape & I got triangle.

Called them at 725pm on a Saturday night of memorial weekend (their hours say they close at 8pm) and they got me in! I didnt leave there til after 9 but never felt rushed. Their were still 2 more people finishing up pedicures when I left! Awesome service! Thank you!

I came to get a full set and yes it was good at first. I only had my nails on for a week and a half before my middle finger nail pops in half. Then a week later while I’m at work another nail pops off, I only have on my nails for about 2 weeks at this point. Then my nail started to bleed and it hurt because it was cracked in half. I didn’t expect 3 nails to gone in a short amount of time. Overall disappointed!

I honestly tried my best with this place, but the person attending me was rude, I don’t understand why but he made me feel really bad . Like if I wasn’t welcomed . My favorite nail salon, my nails come out perfect every single time and usually they stay put for at least 2 weeks.

My first couple of visit was nice but after that they are very rude, I have came multiple times and waited for at least 20 to 30 minutes while other people walk in and get served, the young lady with puff is very nice and always try to apologize or let me know I am next. Which I am Thankful for her kindness. They always feel the need to tell you about your health and what you can do to lose weight, your business is a nail shop not a hospital or a clinic the customer service is poor and they tried to be arrogant, which is unprofessional.

I am always willing to pay more for any service when the staff is pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, this establishment does not have a clue. Guess that is why there was no one waiting and the salon was pretty empty. One less customer coming through the doors!

Horrible customer service horrible shape spent 80$ to leave disappointed then when i came back the next morning and said they couldn’t fix because that was the “ best job” he could do . Offered a refund then stated he can’t give a refund only fix the nail that cracked and not the others . I told him several times while getting my nails done I’m not satisfied with the shape nor the fact that he has my nails curling . I also showed a picture of the shape i wanted which he said he could do . He also threatened to call the police on me and said “ my type of ppl are the reason nail shops suffer “ .

The old lady was really nice and she did a really good job! The only problem I had were the 20 year old looking girls, they were very rude. If you plan to go there get the old lady she is super nice and will make sure your nails are perfect! :)

Quick! Too quick. Took my girlfriend there on a Sunday and by Tuesday her nails were popping off. They didnt file the nails properly so they had dips and were uneven. A total waste of $50!

I will never ever go back to these people again! They definitely didn’t do a good job on my nails at all and they were expensive. I don’t mind paying for quality work but everything about my nails are WRONG even the polish. My nails are think and bulky and the polish job (gel) is horrible. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone go here!

I normally have a good visit when I come here however I came at 6:00pm (they dont close til 8pm) and the girl who did my nails had such a bad attitude she rushed through my fill in, charged me for a cut down $3 and tried to charge me for OPI Polish another $3 on top of the $15 fill in every time Ive gone there. Ive never had bad service and never paid over $20 and I walk out of there with no polish...guess Ill be finding a new salon

I received a pedicure from Angel Nails today and, honestly, it was just ok. This was my first pedicure in Summerville and I will be looking elsewhere for my next. Their deluxe pedicure is anything but deluxe; very basic with minimal massage and no hot stones (if you want hot stones, there is a pedicure specifically for this). Also, only one coat of nail polish when most Ive been to applies at least two.The establishment itself did not seem particularly customer friendly today. Lots of loud talking amongst themselves leaving me to wonder if my coming in had disturbed them.

The people were rude, I took my sister to get we nails done for her birthday and the lady asked me if I buy my toenails. Yes I dont have long toenails but I do not bite them and it was rude. She then made a comment that she didnt know if she should paint my skin or my nail. One lady messed my sisters nail up and fixed it. Definitely would not recommend and will not go here again.

Ive been going here since I moved on the area in May, Ive never had a problem. Last Saturday I went and got my nails done with gel Polish, Sunday night the Polish started chopping. Went in on Tuesday they corrected it but the colors didnt match, I left frustrated, so here we are 4 days from when they replaced my nails and guess what. It has chipped again. My 1st mistake was going to someone that I normally dont go to. So at this point Im looking for a new nail shop, theyve losthe a customer.

Worst Experience EVER! Do NOT waste your money and go here. My daughter got a powder gel acrylic set and it didnt even cover her whole nail. She asked the lady to make them a little shorter and the lady told her no! The paint job was horrible! The lady was rude and snapped at my daughter. I called them asking to speak to the owner and they wouldnt give me the owners name or let me speak with them. My daughter went back the next day to have them redo her nails. She asked to speak to the owner, again a lady avoided the question and acted like she didnt know what my daughter was asking. The lady told my daughter to come back. When my daughter came back, they DIDNT redo her nails like they shouldve done. All they did was take the polish off, file down the nails a little and re-paint them! Horrible! You can still see where the acrylic nail ends and the nail polish bubbles over the acrylic nail. They dont even deserve 1 star!

Massage chair was the best thing. Lotion smells horrible. I left with 2 different colors; one on my toes and one on my fingers. Nails were cut too short. Toenails were cut crooked.I just got from salon but I have to wash hands, recut toes and take fingernail polish off.

Very inconsistent service...made an appointment for 2 and 1 person was almost done before second person began.

Got eyelash extensions and the the lady gave me something to take my makeup off, it burned extremely bad, and then she said she was taking off the rest of my “eyeliner” and plucked my natural lashes off. One eye has more eyelashes on it than the other, she told me it was $35 and then charged me $40 at the desk. Moral of the story don’t go here if u don’t want an eye infection or to be scammed.

Horrible experience. Went in for a fill which was supposed to be 18$. I asked for a reshape and she said she couldn’t do it but still charged the additional 5$. Also charged an additional $10 for two nails that she took off on her own because she said “they will come off later” after I declined a new full set. She took them off and redid two by her choice then proceeded to charge me for the two nails. Told me she could Not shape them a different way then they were when other places have. Was very rude only said what do you need when I came in never another word except to huff and puff when my hand wasn’t being held the way she wanted it. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and scammers. Won’t be back for sure
