Ive been working in the TQL Orlando office since it opened in 2013. Its a great place to work. I highly recommend checking out the onsite barista, Zons Coffee and Snacks. The brew is the real and prices are fair. They only take CashApp.

Was disappointed not to get the opportunity to join this fast-paced and upbeat company! Was for the best however!!! Well, for my best anyhow 😉

They like to play to much with carriers, they post something up and when you call they will tell you we have someone that is competing with your rate, so they can make more for themselves. If you are a new carrier they wont give you a load until they need you and you prove to them you can handle loads. Forget about down time, they will tell you its a prepaid load so they dont pay down time. You will never know what you will be getting into with there loads. I try not to use them because it always problems with them. Please try to avoid as much as you can. I hope this will help carriers out there.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would... If youre a TRADESHOW Professional reading this you would understand how important and time-sensitive it is to pick up your exhibit from the convention center at the end of the show. We hired TQL allowing them to prove all of the negative comment were wrong! However, you get what you pay for! After working with a specific team member for sometime we had to walk him through all of the procedures over and over every time we had a shipment to shows. Dont say youre experienced in TRADESHOWS and you have to call over and over asking if you need a CWT (Certified Weight Ticket).TQL failed to show up on time which caused our freight to be pushed off the floor! Which is a BIG NO when it comes to tradeshows. When this happens the exhibitor accrues a return to warehouse fee which is calculated per pound. Prior to receiving notification that the carrier was running behind. We asked the TQL representative if they would cover any additional cost if they failed to show up. Their Account Executive agreed via email that they would cover any additional cost. TQL now refuses to pay the return to warehouse fee! Agreeing to only discount future rates. That doesnt work for us because we no longer want to use them and secondly because it wasnt what we agreed upon with the Account Executive. We also know there is never a real discounted rate when you mark up your rates, to begin with.Ive called several supervisors and even the CEOs office only to be pushed back to their supervisors who cannot make decisions. I was informed that their attorney would be calling me. I guess to set fear in me! However, Im still waiting to hear back from their attorney and its been over two weeks now. The bottom line here is that TQL should have made things right and paid the exhibitor back for the RTWF. Also, not to say it would have met their mission statement of EXCEED EXPECTATIONS 24/7/365. Which was not the case here!*** AVOID THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOUR IN THE TRADESHOW INDUSTRY! we gave them the opportunity and they failed at tremendously. Stick to the professionals who know how to handle time sensitive freights especially ones going and coming out of Tradeshows.

This is the most annoying company I have ever dealt with. If you want quality service do not utilize this company. They do not listen to the consumer and have no interest in giving quality service. Pay the extra to avoid the incompetence of this company. The only reason 1 star is showing is because it would not allow me to post my comments without rating it. If they offered a negative number it would be the one I choose!

I cant wait until artificial intelligence replaces these guys.

I have done a lot of work with TQL and had good deals with them in the past. But for some reason in the last couple of years they have got really bad about paying the carriers. I will never be hauling anything for them again we hauled a load for them 2 months ago it was received under protest with a difference of 1.9 in temp. the receiver said no problem it will be fine just a precaution. TQL will not pay us now on this load and 12000 in other loads that have nothing to do with it. Broker and claims dept. states it will be 9 months.

We have done couple loads for TQL and most of the time we have an issue. This time we took a load with Doug Fredley, from Michigan to Orlando FL, refrigerated load at 35 degrees in FL. We arrived at 6am since their time was from 6-4pm, and did not get unloaded until the next day afternoon! This broker wants to pay us $150 for spending all this time!! Such a rip off!! This is time, diesel consumption, and he wants to pay me $150 for been almost 24hr for delivery! Stay away from this broker! They only care about them making money and the carrier (driver) can go to hell! No one works for free and is not right to be compensated $150 for waiting 24hr to get unloaded!!!! This is ridiculous and not professional.

Not recomended.This co.Total Quality Logistics is full of liars workers,they try carriers pick up the load at any cost to push they move the loads after loaded,but they lie about millage,weight,and appoiment date,so probably when the truck is at shipper place will see the load is more heavy than they say(many times that happen to me)or they will change delivery date or time because they customer,or you will see many more miles than they post.They dont care about carriers or customers as well.

This is the most annoying unorganized company i have ever not to mention that they will lie as well at least thats what Meagan did to me bs they need to get rid of the garbage that works there

We have asked MANY times to be put on the do not call list and they still call sometimes several times per week.

TQL is Cheaper then Cheap

They do not stop calling or emailing every single day despite repeated requests to be removed from their call/email lists.

They will lie to you
