Amazing service ! Called got an answer right away and In less than an hour my vehicle was towed to my mechanic shop! Also great prices ! Thank you Torres Towing !

When I tell you NEVER do business with this towing company, dont ever use this towing company the manager is not professional at all she uses unprofessional employees that Lie and dont do an adequate job. She is so unprofessional and allows Liars to work for her, the business will never be prosperous they will lose more then they ever gain because she has people like Tiffany that work for her. Only one of the employees handled the situation with grace because she knew it was wrong. Its a shame the manager couldnt do the same. Please keep looking if you ever need a towing company. Because this one is the worst one out there!!! I see why they only have 2 stars, I wish I couldnt have chosen any star because they dont deserve one!

Absolutely horrible service. Car was towed and the oil pan was punctured so upon return. My wife had the engine seized within a block from this location. Multiple claims etc from the vendor to the car finance company. Spoke with a lady named michelle who stated the damage could have definately came from the tow. The owner said he would provide a denial letter weeks ago. Now multiple emails and no response. I just called the hotline and he said he was out to dinner with his family and hung up on me. I have lawyers involved and insurance etc. Wavy tv as well. This is one company that you do NOT want to deal with. abosultely the worst service possible. as you can see by the rating and the responses to the the negative reviews.

I found myself in need of a tow. First time in my life. I called my roadside service. They set this up and I waited almost 3 hours and still a no show. Too many details to list DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They were rude and never showed up. If I could give this a 0 stars I would. I called Excelsior Towing and Elie came within 10 to 15 mins went above and beyond to be helpful to me and my daughter who had been waiting for Torres Towing for 3 hrs no where near home and had no one local to help us.

My insurance company called Torres Towing out to me when there was a kitten stuck in the front of my vehicle. The guy that came out was very friendly and very willing to help. We were able to get the kitten out safely, and the guy even helped us recover the kitten when it ran away. I was afraid that when the tow truck arrived they would tell us there’s nothing they could do, but that wasn’t the case at all. He took charge of the situation and ensured we were taken care of.

Unfortunately a family members vehicle was picked up as a repo. That aside, after sorting the issue out with the finance company. Went to pick up the vehicle and found that they remove personal property that would benefit them had the vehicle not been picked up. When asked about certain property items, they stated that they did not go through the entire vehicle. However, some of the items that they placed in a tote were in the area where the item was eventually found. Talk about trying to be slick. Then due to not knowing how to properly tow a vehicle that is 4WD, they almost ruined the stabilization control system. The icing on the cake was when they tried to charge $125 storage fee. When their own paperwork said it was not applicable due the contract they have with the finance company. They tried to get paid twice. They look legit on the surface, but when you advertise that you only accept cash and you have to have exact change. Seems a little sketchy and that you may under reporting income for tax purposes. They are also very rude; that they speak a different language, especially when they are referring to a customer. This company needs to be looked into for shady business practices and possible tax evasion.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!! Suppose to towed my car one place and lied about it!! Lucky I got GPS tracker on my car. Omw to get it now!! And it better not be nothing missing.

RUDE & CONDESCENDING pulled me out of my character...I guess they have a captive audience and dont have to practice good customer service skills...good for them, threatened to lock gates on us after taking 3+ hours to arrive to allow access to our car.If you have a choice choose someone else.

WARNING: DO NOT USE!!!!Literally the worst towing service!My husband called them to pick up his car from our driveway at 10 am, and they said it was going to take an hour.It’s officially now been 3 hours and we are still waiting for them to show up!!!When we called to cancel, the person on the phone didn’t bother to apologize and sounded extremely rude!I have better things to do with my time, and waiting for this useless towing service isn’t how I want to spend it.

It was horrible...they tried to over charge me and when they found out the couldnt over charge me they decided to charge me for my car being there on the weekend which they stated prior that they didnt charge anybody for weekends because they are closed....very rude very nasty and no customer service at all...he got mad with me because he was unaware what his contract was between him and the loan company.

Terrible, left my car in a parking lot, not at the shop it was supposed to go to. 3days later I found my car on my own . no keys. called Torres and they wanted me to call back tomorrow. When I said no they hung up on me. They still wont answer the phone. . dont have any idea where my key is. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!!!!!

The absolute worse towing company ever! My insurance company contacted these guys at 0630 with an hour dispatch time. Numerous calls to these people and now its 90 mins past. Called them they continue to hang up and give different times to me and the insurance company. Unfortunately I have to give a star in order to post. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

After a horrible experience waiting 5 hours for another tow company, Bryan with Torres Towing came out in 30min & got my vehicle towed within 5 minutes. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Told me it would take an hour to get to me which was long enough but it came and went. When I called to see where they were the guy told me it was 20 minutes that also came and went. Wish I would’ve used someone else they wasted my time. Absolutely wouldn’t use again!!!

Wow 3 of you reviews are from people with the last name Torres (all 5 star reviews.) shows what kind of company your actually running. Your equipment Is in rough shape and most your drivers are not properly licensed per state requirements.

Awful awful awful. Our tow truck was supposed to be at our car by 1:30pm. When we called at 2pm, when we finally got an answer, they said that the truck had been sent to an accident but would be there soon. We waited and waited and waited. When we called back, apparently their tow truck had broken down. They did not bother to contact us.. they eventually stopped answering the phone, knowing we were 2 women stranded in an unfamiliar area. Also, the girl who answered (when she felt like it) was named Stephanie. Seems odd that the only good review were from someone named Stephanie and Torres.

Unhappy. Life360 contacted them for me. I called the number to let them know the location was off. I was ignored. I called again because could see the driver (tracking) heading to the wrong address. Again I was ignored until my call was interrupted by the driver telling the person on the phone he could not find me.Tow driver finally showed up and spoke very little English. When we got to my home he backed the car off the flat bed truck most of the way but then pulled the flat bed out from under my car scraping the front end along the bed. I saw what he was going to do and asked him to wait for us to back the car up another foot but he just drove away.

Absolutely the worst towing company I have ever called they left my poor friend stranded and it was called in by a roadside assistance company that they use they lied to us about when they were coming out multiple phone calls left my handicap friend stranded in the heat

The tow was 2 hours late then when he picked my car up he stopped for food before dropping my car off causing me to miss my scheduled appointment

I went to collect my belongings and my license plates on the actual vehicle were stolen as well as the license plates I had for another car I sold that were in my trunk. I also had a new fan in my trunk that was nowhere to be found when I went to get my belongings. Long story short, they’ll take what they want of yours, and throw the rest in a garbage bag until you come pick it up.

Told driver to stop he was going to drive over a log and destroy the rear end of my car and he just ignored me and now have 2500$ in repairs cause he punctured the gas tank and ripped the exhaust off
