This branch should be either shut down or have a clean up of staff. They are absolutely the most unprofessional staff I have ever experienced. The Franklin square location was so amazing. What happened to their staff? I have since closed my acct. and taken my money to chase, thats a bank that knows how to treat their customers.
Im 80 years old i dont know what hit us up on Twitter means. How about some customer service? The management of this branch needs a serious looking at. And by the way, you have a serious security problem which allows identities to be stolen. Why dont you hit me up for details?
The customer service I was given was disgusting. This is the third branch of capital one that has given me disgusting service not mediocre but disgusting. I usually excuse it and say not all employees are rude and could careless about their job but now it’s way to frequent and I am done. I will be moving all 5 accounts with capital one elsewhere. So happy I did not finalize my mortgage here. It’s ridiculous I got ignored for over 15 minutes and had to eventually walk out. Never greeted or simply asked how may anyone help. Just stared at as they kept doing what they were doing. I thought maybe someone would help me once the line was cleared so I waited a while but nope not even then was I helped. After closing majority of branches this company is only going downhill. Good luck to whoever decides to continue banking here but it won’t be me. Capital one you lost a very loyal family.
Long slow lines maybe 2 tellers doing their job efficiently but when someone comes in for bank check or payroll checks the line stops and you either leave or wait and wait and wait..Hire some tellers
Place is really crowded and parking is tight. Teller Michelle is the best part of the branch. Highly recommend seeing her.
I love the convienence of using the Capital One 360 account because I have many ATM choices and their website is easy to use. However, this branch (Lynbrook) should not get any stars. The bank tellers and manager(s) are unpredictable. They are either rude or have an attitude. If they like you, youd get a HI! HOW ARE YOU?!- and I get/understand because they probably know their customers, but they should be nice to all new and old customers. The Oceanside and East Rockaway (currently shut down)- are/were very friendly. The ATMs (in the branch and drive through) are horrible, they are either broke or something is wrong with the machine. My overall suggestion, is to be nice and be friendly, especially to all people from different ethnic/racial background.
One word .. HORRIBLEThe lady at the first desk when you walk in was VERY rude. When I approached her for a new card she looked at me with disgust and didn’t even say anything. I said “hello” and she responded “yes?” I wouldn’t ever want to jeopardize someone’s job but she needs a serious evaluation. I’m pretty sure she’s the reason why this branch ratings are so low
Called Lynbrook Branch, no one answers. Called 800 number, given advice on specific subject matter that was what she thinks should be done. Opinions vs bank rules, need to change banks.
Horrible place, still gives me nightmares
