Late and very rude, most expensive towing in the area

My wifes car broke down with a fuel issue. Brinkleys towed the vehicle cheaper than anyone else we called. We were initially concerned that the vehicle would not be repaired in time for my wifes trip. Mr. Brinkley called me and assured me that his mechanics would work diligently to assist us. Brinkleys was able to disassemble and purge the fuel system in a timely manner and get my wifes vehicle running better than before. Brinkleys charge for the towing and repair was way below what could have been expected. Brinkleys Wrecker and Repair seemed like a honest, family based business that was very professional yet very humble. I would recommend them to anyone in need of auto towing or repair in the Suffolk area. Thank you Brinkleys.

They helped me in a tough time when my trailer axle blew out. Even though they knew, and I have to embarrassingly admit, that it was my lack of proper maintenance that caused the problem with my trailer they didnt make me feel foolish about it. They helped me limp my trailer with a heavy load on it safetly to their lot and let me stay there until my load was rescued by another driver. I will use them again without a doubt if I am anywhere near their service area and I need the help. Their employees were very helpful and friendly.

I want to start off with they were good about getting the car off of 58 and towing it for a reasonable price. I asked them if they work on cars . They said they do so I told them to take a look at it and get ack with me with what’s wrong with the car.The car broke down on Sunday the 9 of June. Just cut off. They came back and said on Tuesday it was the gas pump . So I ask if I was to buy the gas pump could they put it in the car . They said that would be fine to save me a little money on helping my son. Then a couple of days later after I had already dropped the gas pump off.They tell me it’s the ECU board went bad that’s what caused the problems. So they ordered one off of eBay for me with was nice. They call me to tell me the car is ready on Tuesday the 25 of June. Before the car broke down the car was idling fine, gas gauge was working currently, transmission was shifting ok. The transmission was not in great shape but was acting no were as bad as it is now, The car setting still wants to cut off. Engine light is on now . The car has more problems known than it did before this all started. I am out $350 some dollars. My son still can’t get to work with it.Know I have to find another auto mechanic to find out what coursed all the issues that the car has know that it didn’t have before we started. Top it off they said they gave me a good deal on labor. I am in worst shape know than when we started

I work for a major trucking company out of Nashville Tn. Our trucks are in the Suffolk area daily. If we have a truck or trailer that is in need of repairs, there is only one call we made, and that is to John Brinkley and his crew. In 3 years I have never had a bad experience using them. I just call John and tell him what the problem is and I dont worry from there cause I know it will be handled RIGHT. people you can trust to treat YOU right.

I broke down at midnight on my way home from work called them up (after calling 4 others that said it was after there hours or would be several hours before they could get me) they came right out and towed me home for a very fair price! The wrecker personel was clean and very polite. These folks are now my go-to for any more related issues.
