I hate leaving bad reviews, but my experience was bad enough that I feel the need to share! I went this late Saturday with a wedding party I was in. I had a dip manicure done. I have had dip done countless times at multiple salons, and I can confidently say that this salon does not know how to do dip properly. They were literally applying dip with a nail polish brush because they kept messing spots up. They never put my nails under the light either. It’s been 3 days, and ALL my nails have started cracking. One nail has completely fallen off. The staff was really sweet, but I definitely feel like I wasted $60! 😢 I would go back and ask them to fix it if I didn’t live 1.5 hours away.

I went here for the first time 2 weeks ago and at first I was happy with the service. I got a dip powder manicure. The next day 5-6 of my nails had multiple cracks horizontally and vertically. I stopped back in after the second day because I was in the area and asked if they had time to fix them. I was told yes, but once she started the technician was making in my opinion unnecessary comments about how I came in without calling and trying to put the blame on me on how my nails cracked because I work with strong cleaning products (Even though I hadn’t been to work since I got my nails done or been rough with them, etc) She then rushed the process and made my nails super think, textured and messy by the cuticle area and told me she didn’t have time to fix them all. If she had told me that she didn’t have time, I totally would have come back later or on a different day because I didn’t want it to be an inconvenience on their scheduling.

This was my first time at sozo nail and I LOVED it. They were very detailed in ensuring my nails looked beautiful. They ended the manicure in a great neck rub. The massage chairs for the pedicure are unbelievable. They also provide a card where your 10th manicure is free. I will definitely keep coming back here. I feel like my nails look beautiful and everyone was extremely sweet.

1st time client. Easy to make appointment, clean facility, they were attentive, present, and un rushed. Asked me if I was comfortable with foot scrubbing/filing (some men find it painful/uncomfortable). Conversation was pleasant while not overbearing. Felt awesome, relaxed, and feet look great. Will go back again.

Great experience! Everyone is very nice, both manicure and pedicure are always done well. The pedicure chairs have a nice massage option to relax. Would definitely recommend!

Tried this place out for the first time last week because i received a gift certificate. called to make an appointment and the woman was very helpful on the phone. couldn’t make my original appointment so called to switch and there was no hassle. walk in and it’s very clean and appealing. i got a no chip / gel manicure which was done quickly and poorly and starting chipping 2 days later. the edges of my nails were messy and the 3 coats (pretty thick) of color polish were uneven. you could see the top coat didn’t cover all the color too. it was a decently busy saturday morning so i understand the desire to finish asap but quality should take priority over helping the next guest. later figured out i had the manager who was very nice and lovely and realized she has to run the shop as well as take care of me. overall nice place but hesitant to try again. maybe on a slower day.

First time experience - very happy with it - comfortable, clean, relaxing. I got a pedicure and my technician was very gentle and thorough with cutting any dead skin etc. Standard pedicure came with a hot stone massage - very enjoyable:-) They put up acrylic shields between the stations to provide safety.

I dont live near this salon, and there are others closer to me which Ive tried, but none begin to compare. The salon is clean as can be, which is important to me. They use liners in the pedicure tubs and you get your own box of instruments. The color and brand selection is the best, and they always have the newest OPI collection. The techs are always excellent. The shop is relaxed, warm and friendly, the chairs are comfy, and HGTV is always on with quiet music in the background. Theres street parking, and a parking garage is across the street. There are a variety of restaurants within a block to grab a bite or a glass of wine and great shops to wander through. What more could you ask for? 😊

Staff is always very nice. Good pricing (can’t go wrong.) if you ever accidentally mess up a nail on the way out of the salon. They are quick to help/fix it. (Seen it happen to other customers and myself.)

20 years, Ive finally found a salon I Want to go to and know Im going to be happy with finished results. Everyone is so nice, friendly, and accommodating. I love their manicure and pedicure process and experience. This would be my first place to recommend to anyone in the area.

When they first opened service was excellent. It seems that the more clients they bring in, the less attention to detail is given to each client. Had to tell the technician several times about missed steps in my spa pedicure for which I paid a premium.

Jane was awesome. Very personable and gave me an amazing spa mani/pedi for an affordable place.

Recently moved to the area and tried this salon out because of the reviews - but after seven days my nails weren’t chipping, they were completely coming off!!

I tried this place for the first time last week. I called and made an appointment. I was helped quickly but my pedicure was quick as well. After my pedicure you couldnt tell I had a pedicure. I will not be trying them again.

Best place in town to get pedicures and manicures! Trinity & Summer are awesome, all girls are there! They keep your own box of tools to ensure hygenic services. Prices vary during week and wkends. My go to!
