The driver was very kind and knowledgeable! After being stuck for about 4 hours, we finally found a company that could come help us with the flat tire on our dually. We made it home just fine. All thanks to help from west Suffolk auto!

Derrick said he fixed my car. I paid him to fix it instead he put a zip tie on it and for it to break down once i drove home. He never fixed it and has lied about everything from start to finish. He had to ordered a piece he lied about already having and when asked to leave it at the shop to pick it up, he left it outside in the rain on top of another car on his lot. He is the most unprofessional person Ive ever met Im life.

Derrick is the best. My V-dub has been sitting for five years. He towed it- and made major repairs in a week. These guys are dope! Professional and great service. Got me and my Volswagon back on the road.

The mechanic is actually my oldest brother, and he is supreme with his customer service, repair time, and turn out rate. Up front and honest with you about any and every question you could think of asking. If I could, Id give them a 10/10!

Great great great! Company for any and all car assistance! I hit my something on 58, with my 4 month old son in the car and this company came to my rescue no later than 10 minutes changed my tire and also towed me home for a great price! I was very happy that they were able to make sure me and my son made it home safe in a timely manner thank you so much!!!

They just left my house from pulling my truck out of a hole, turns out the hole was an old septic tank which they informed me about and gave me some advice on how to deal with it. Michael Drier was dispatched to my home to give me a jump start. Since I was parked nose in, he brought a portable jumper battery and my car started immediately without having to step on my break or pressing my start button. He called me immediately after they were dispatched and he told me he would give me a call in about 10 minutes after he finished a job and he did and he came out in about 15 minute later. He also gave us a few tips on what to look for. I would definitely use him again and recommend his service. He is a very personable and courteous gentleman.

During the time of social distancing my vehicle was towed from my home due to a flat tire. Its my understanding the PRESIDENT & GOVERNOR do not want us leaving our home unless its important. The important time I needed to leave my home to take my kids to the doctor and get food, I couldnt because my vehicle was gone. WEST SUFFOLK AUTO you should be ashamed. Now, I have to find a way to pay almost $200 to get my vehicle back and the fees are charged by the day and Im not working at the moment. I am a single mother of 4 kids, why are you doing this to people at this critical time?

Ive had my fair share of tows(over 10), and each place Ive used has been between average and didnt even look my way when they came to take my vehicle. However, Micheal was warm, kind, and genuinely cared about helping me and not just a buck. He has a reassuring smile and beautiful spirit that assured me he knew what he was doing and that we both would leave happy. He jumped my car after and my husband and I had already tried and didnt even have to tow it. He also educated me on my car and gave me sound advice for the future. My very first experience stalling out on the highway, and with getting my car towed, I was so sure I would be stranded out there for a good while! But Michael came to the rescue. He was extremely professional, responsive, and down-to-earth helpful. Most of these negative reviews your seeing are more than likely people who got towed for illegal parking. But if you need roadside assistance in the Suffolk area, they have you covered, and they are probably your best bet. Be sure to tip them.

Why are these people out here towing cars that are parked on curbs in an apt complex that has no signs stating no parking?If my friend feels like she doesn’t want to park her car next to other cars to keep at least 6 ft from other people, she should be able to do that. Without the fear of her car being towed.

Responded to breakdown on Rt 58 on a very dark stretch of rural highway-- was extremely responsive and professional. When it became clear that the problem required dealer service, worked with us to find best solution which ultimately had him taking the car to a dealer close to home in Durham, NC (more than 3 hours away) through the middle of the night.
