My son has straight hair and its thick... Been here a few times. Twice it was fine but the last time they butchered his hair. I literally could have done a better job myself and then when we asked the manager about it she was like well just come back and we will fix it. I wasnt willing to let it get any worse so we went elsewhere.

My husband, son and I get haircuts here. We only get it done by Megan. She is the best. Great customer service and listens to what type haircut you actually want. I also like that fact that you can get on the waiting list by checking in online.

Was not satisfied with cut nor service. To be fair, it could be that its just not my style. The whole vibe was off-putting to me.

I went to get a haircut today and I told them I just wanted a haircut. None of the extra stuff because I didn’t wanna spend $30. The lady did a fantastic job cutting my hair, she was polite and very good at what she does. But when I went to go pay, the total was as if they charged me for all the extra stuff when all I got was a haircut. Now I love this place but the price of a haircut is outrageous. You could go to a barber down the road and get the same haircut for $7 and still tip the a good amount. Like it took this women every bit of 10 min to cut my hair. That shouldn’t be a $30 haircut.

Good luck finding them open and when you do it’ll be an hour and a half wait with two people working!

I received a terrible hair cut today. Just a word of advice if the hairstylists has 4 out 10 fingers In a finger condem politely pass on them. She clearly had no business cutting hair. She asked me if i wore a head piece and when I said I wear a CPAP she just said oh, Im sorry and preceded to jack my hair up. She literally couldnt even use clipper gaurds correctly. Thanks Michelle now I have to wear a hat for the next two weeks. Maybe you should practice a little more before jumping into a career where their are people who actually take it seriously.

They are really good with my oldest son who is autistic. I love the sign in online so it is a lot easier socially! Not to mention the stylist are super friendly and patient. It is also clean and run well so you wont be waiting overly long!! If you are going in Fri-Mon Id suggest making a reservation online. Those are peak days and tue-thur doesnt seem to get too busy till after work.

Not a good experience this trip. The person cutting my hair did not cut enough off. Had to call another stylist over to assist. Difficulties at checkout. Had to go home and fix my hair and trim the back and over the ears. Not sure I will be going back.

Worst haircut I have ever received in my entire life. Came home to my girlfriend, and it looks like the stylist purposely messed my hair up. There are perfect lines on the back of my head, and the middle is longer than anywhere else. I sat in a chair for 40 minutes while a stylist just stood there and twiddled her thumbs not doing anything, the stylist shoved my head down into the sink and rattled my head around like a toddler with a toy. And if Sports clips responds with the same response they do on every other bad comment saying “we apologize we try to give each customer a five star experience” that’s bull. Hopefully this location is shut down, sooner or later the franchise will no longer want to support this run-down, dirty hair on the ground, rough act location. Have a nice day, and sincerely thanks for messing my hair up.

The Open sign was on and flashing. The door was open. The door states open till 8pm. My son needed a hair cut, we arrived, he checked in at 7:45pm; the place was empty. We were turned away, a young lady came from the back stating they weren’t taking anyone else; that we could come back.... I cut her off really quickly, told her to turn the Open sign off and no thank you. She started to tell us again that we could come back, I told her to turn the sign off. We walked out. This isn’t a five star salon. This is one step above a Great Clips at most. The front door states open till 8pm, however this evening it was 7:45pm.

Very bad experience today. Checked in on line. Got to salon checked in there, still said 40 min wait after waiting hour before going in. Then name disappeared from screen. Only 1 person cutting hair 3 others doing nothing. Have used Sport Clips before but the last time and now this time have not been good. Will not be back.

This place always has reliable quality. You wont get much of a make-over, but theyll trim your hair quick and even.

Breah was great! Very professional and listened to what both my boys wanted. They were pleased with their cuts and I was as well! We didnt have to wait long and were able to finish up and be on our way in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

For the second time I signed in using the app and showed up at my assigned time only to be waiting nearly 30 minutes. It’s extremely disappointing as I have been a regularly get my haircut at this location. Why offer a service if I’m going to have the wait like a walk-in?

The first time was with breah. Things were fine. She was the reason i returned. But the second time using your coupon for $5 off, i was charged even more than originally. I ended up paying double my first visit. I will not be back. I cant afford your prices.

The was only 2 problems I had. The first was I was nipped on the neck with the electric hair Clippers and it made a whelp. The second was when I went to pay the screen asked for a tip and would not go to the next screen unless I paid a tip. Not that I minded paying a tip but I felt as I was forced overall it was a ok experience.

The Technician I had was Michelle at the Easley SC location. I found her to be very attentive to my requests. She took her time, was very polite and professional as well as personable. If you are planning to get a hair cut at this location I would strongly recommend requesting Michelle.

I had a good experience here this evening. I literally had no wait. Which was slightly a shame because the waiting area is pretty cool, with sports on and nice seating. Diana gave me a trim and did a good job. Really cool thing is they offer neck trims between cuts at no cost.

I don’t let no one but my wife cut my hair. I just love the way she does it and the special love and care she does just for me. My son is over 21 and goes here for his hair cuts. He asked me to come along with him so I thought a moment for father son time. You don’t get that much as they get older. This place was very clean I noticed when I walked in. The wait wasn’t long and I felt like I got that special service that my wife has done for so many years. So I do recommend this place and will go back when my wife not up to doing my hair. Or if I want that father son time again.

I walked in to an establishment that had never seen me before. They quickly called me into the chair, asking about what kind of cut I was looking for. I told the professional and in short time it was done. When I got home by wife said, Nice haircut.Having moved from NC a few weeks ago, looking for the kind of haircut I had enjoyed with a barber I had known for over a decade, todays experience was up there with priceless, my eye catching the Sport Clips sign while getting ready to walk into Publix.

My husband walked in spoke to the front desk and had his name added to list. He was told it was a 3 hour wait, no problem. After an hour in a half he noticed his name was no on the list spoke to the front desk had his named added to list but was told he had a 3 hour wait after it was declared that the error was the front desk error. He walked out!

I’ve Been going here for years. I’m Very happy with the service. They strive to please the customer. I’ve had a couple times where I Wasn’t 100% satisfied (such as: there was a small Detail they missed on my hair) and they always fixed it right away. 99% of the time I’ve left with a great haircut and extremely satisfied with the service.

This was a great experience. It was the best haircut that I have had in a long while !! I came out feeling like I had been in a great day spa. This was my first visit and I was just a walk in client. I was treated like I was some big important person. Michelle was my stylist and when I went in I wasnt even sure how I wanted my cut to be. I just knew that I wanted something different. My stylist was excellent! She heard what I said when asked how I wanted my haircut, and delivered exactly the way I wanted. She let me know about all the specials that were available to me, even to the point of giving me the veterans discount that wasnt mentioned anywhere else. Very enjoyable experience.

She is the sweetest and most down to earth woman, she makes sure that you know what she’s doing and tells you what would look great to go with your haircut! Had been a client in one of the Greenville locations for several years and switched to the Easley store after it opened. This location was great in the beginning but appeared to start having management changes and staff turnovers. Very inconsistent quality at that time and it seemed they were hiring people with very little experience and the tied dyed hairstyles, piercings and tattoos everywhere. That staff didn’t care what you looked like after the haircut and some were obviously there only for the money. So I left and went to another business for haircuts.Decided to give Sports Clips another try and do feel a sense of the old atmosphere was back. The stylists was experienced, personable, appeared to care for quality.Will definitely go back to have her cut my hair again. BTW...Online check in is the way to go!!!

I had never been to sports clips until today. It was a great price, great haircut, I got a complimentary shampoo and shoulder massage MVP with my first visit, which was cool. And I got to watch sports. Thats the dream. Ill be back.

Absolutely the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. Left hairs sticking up ALL over in a part that was supposed to be faded. Fade was not blended at all.Was there almost an hour pointing out everything she missed and she just kept making it worse. Headed to Greenville location to get this haircut fixed.

Ive always been a customer of greatclips, but it never quite felt like a welcoming environment where I received the exact cut I was expecting. I am happy to say I finally found that place thanks to Leannes great skills and outstanding service! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm hello and was quickly helped. After a very short wait (which is always a plus!) I sat down with Leanne and explained to her what I was looking for in a haircut, and did she deliver! Afterwards she informed me since it was my first time I was also eligible for a hair wash, hot towel massage, and a shoulder massage. After all these extras I cant say what part was my favorite! All in all I wish I could give sport clips of easley and Leanne more than 5 stars!

Literally the worst haircut Ive ever had, didnt really check it until I got home but a 4 year old would have done it better. This is my second time at this location, my first experience being average- above average overall, but this time was inexcusable. My friends wife is fixing it for me tomorrow, I dont ever want to go back!

The stylist Leanne was extremely nice and knew exactly what I wanted when I described it to her. She executed the cut very well and I am very satisfied with the way it turned out. The facility was very clean with at the time, no wait at all. I will be going there again for my next cut.

It is just another place to get a haircut to me, but they charge too much in my opinion as the quality is the same almost anywhere you go. Did have an hour wait time one day so I did some car work in the parking lot while I waited. Got back in and still had a big wait. Once in they did a quick job, but missed two spots.

Although they cut womans hair they dont have any styling tools, clips, things that you need to cut womans hair. It was a dry hair cut and then you get a wash?. I wont be returning. If your a guy a would recommend its more set up for that.

Had the MVP for the first time. I think Ill stick with just a regular haircut next time but the stylist was very accommodating and did her best to give me just the cut I wanted.

Checked in online. Waited and went in when the screen said I should. When I went in they had no record that I had ever checked in. 58 minute wait. I went somewhere else. I will try again in the future in the hope this was a one-time app glitch and will edit this review if warranted. UPDATE Since my first experience I have gone back twice and everything went well. The online check-in went well and there was little wait. The app is not as good as the other chain but it is OK. I have changed my review to four stars.
