For someone just visiting the state very unhappy with this business. My nails are uneven, not the correct shape, and about 3 different lengths. Went back on the days they asked so that they can be fixed only for then to tell me they are to busy. They have a no refund policy Im just out of $100. I called there the lady that answered said its not her problem sometimes it happens.😤😤😤😤😤😤💥

My Mom and I were their very first customers when the opened at their first Breekwood location.. We cane upon them by chance due to our normal place just up n shut down. Im so glad we did. They were very welcoming and personal. Still to this day greet us by name. In 2015 they shut down entire shop to allow my bridal party & I to make a ladies night of it.. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Tammy is my go to girl! Trust me you wont regret it!

I love this place. I always go to them for my nails. They always meet my expectations and are very nice. I would highly recommend 👌🏻

I didn’t really get what i asked for but the service was good i gave a $7 tip and shouldn’t have because i regret it now. my nails just aren’t the way i wanted them and that isn’t it at all.

So i’ve been going to this place for about two months and usually they do a good job, the ladies there are great! the guy however is terrible. he was going to do a polish change on my nails and started ripping them off using a nail tip. when I tell you it hurt so bad and that my grown nails underneath were literally ripped off, causing several nails to bleed. i started crying and had to stop my service, take a break and request someone new to now do a whole new set on me. i feel awful giving poor star review but i really was displeased :(

Not the best of nail salons... as I’m still recovering from my last nail appt because the manicurist cut my cuticles so short that my fingers are sensitive. I gave them three too many chances of my business as a customer and each time, I am unimpressed or better yet, disappointed.

The older man who gave me a pedicure barely touched my feet. Actually waved some of the tools near my feet like I couldnt feel they didnt touch my skin. He left my skin scalloped and I had an infection within 48 hours because he kept ripping my nails instead of cutting them. Terrible service. Will never go again!

The first few times I went were really good the past few times I went my nails chipped within two days after getting a gel manicure. I have not been happy with the service the past few times I have went and most of the girls do not speak English.

Literally my worst nail experience ever. I asked for navy blue with gold sparkles and got purple. She spoke no English so she didnt understand anything I said. Also it was $35 when every other nail salon is $30. I hated it. They were very nice, but Im not going back

Even when it is busy, they take their time and go above and beyond. Pricing is good and they are not pushy about selling you on something you dont want. I am always pleased when I leave this salon!

I have been going to this nail salon for a couple years now its been pretty good unfortunately the last couple of times that I have gone were bad I got charged for a polish change that was enough to do a whole nother fill I got charged for a pedicure that I did not ask for I was very upset I paid what I paid and I left I will never ever go back to this place again and unfortunately because they do not speak English there are times that I feel like theyre talking about me because of the experiences that Ive had there

I went in believing all of the reviews. Well I was not impressed. Wait time was slow only 3 people working in the front but only 2 were taking clientele. They hept speaking in their native language which makes anyone feel uncomfortable. What can they possibly be saying if it was not positive comments for all to hear? The place itself was not great, there isnt a board by the entance with the prices, which puts you in a spot where you NEED to pay WHATEVER they ask. The atmosphere feels off too.Do I recommend???... No. No I dont.

If I could give this NO STARS I would !!! I use to get my nails done here every two weeks ! Hands and feet !! And then I caught an infection in my finger so bad I thought I broke my finger I couldn’t move it went to the hospital 2 different times trying to figure out what was wrong ! Come to find out I had a gang green infection in my finger from them NOT CLEANSING THEIR TOOLS !!! & I LOST MY WHOLE NAIL !!! Still hasn’t grown back ! Whoever reads this DO NOT GET UR NAILS DONE HERE
