Prices are good and my toes look nice but dont expect anything extra out of the pedicure. There was no menu or extra options and I didnt get my feet massaged at all.. 😞

I always enjoy getting my nails done at Hollywood. The staff know what they are doing.This is my first time getting my nails done since covid19 hit the world!I am pleased to see the safety measures that have been incorporated into the salon. Plexi glass is up, new double sink was put in. You are to wash your hands as soon as you come in, before you are seated or pick out polish.We opted for two manicures with paraffin treatment. The experience was calm and thorough.We recommend Hollywood Nails and we will return!!

I have had an excellent experience at Hollywood Nails. I have been going there for about 4 years now and have never had a bad experience. They are always accommodating and have a nice clean workspace. The nail technicians are very good and are very nice. Love Hollywood Nails!!

The nail glue is all over my fingers and my nails are lumpy and they didn’t do my design right. They rushed the whole time it maybe took 15 minutes. They were also very rough.

Well I went in and asked for my pedicure and that lasted literally maybe 10 minutes maybe 15 was rushed and she asked to have me have a seat for my nails o advised her after having been rushed through my pedicure that I would just take my services another time. She then snapped off INSTANTLY after I said this to her to the entire nail salon in their language.. and knew what she had to say was about me because they all looked at me. Then pricing hahah! Was told 25 for mine and I was paying my friends Gel for 30 for hers then rang me up after agreeing.. then they handed me my receipt for 60 dollars.then they argued with me. I was NOT happy. I loved this place when Kristy ran it now this is my second time going back since I have left and let me tell you. It’s been ran like Trash every since. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO!

This is based on my first ever experience here. I was given a gift card for this shop. I was a walk in. I was helped right away even though they were busy. I showed my tech the picture of what I wanted one time and he replicated it perfectly.

They work very fast, and some employees are not friendly.

They were a little busy but were nothing but accommodating. The girl did a fantastic job and everyone was really nice!!! Will definitely be back.

I walked in and knew exactly what I wanted. I wanted Gel on my real nail. They continued to try and get my to do the dip. After about the 10th time of saying no I just told them never mind. I get they are trying to make a bigger sale but after the 10th time of saying no it should have been over with. Absolutely the worst place ever!!!!!

I have never had a worse nail experience than I did here. My nail beds are cut and bleeding. The shape terrible and side ways. I am honestly so angry that I even paid for these. Save your money and go somewhere else. There is super glue stuck all under the sides of my nails. The look so bad I am taking them off less than an hour after getting them done. I will not be back.

I used to come to this nail salon in highschool, I moved to FL and recently moved back to Springfield and needed a fill so I thought Id visit this place again. 1) my technician insisted on giving me a new set when I did not need it.... I told her no twice but she didnt listen. 2) she was not focused on me as a customer. Anytime someone walked in shed greet them and move my hands in accordance with her movements, if that makes sense...so someone would walk in and shed be filing my nails and shed file them while talking to people walking in... which wouldnt bother me if I felt like she was still attentive to me. 3) I get gel with my acrylics, and the paint job was terrible. A couple nails were not good.For the price, its not worth it. Ive since been going to sky nails and its about the same price yet they do a great job. when I first went to sky nails they were very concerned about the fact that the acrylic that was laid down on my nails originally from Hollywood nails, was not okay. They told me that it could of allowed water to get in to my nails and that would have caused fungus and an infection. I understand that some salons are going to say that to keep their business but I believed them because the thickness of my nails did not feel right. Normally they have a certain thickness to them and these ones felt very thin. I was very disappointed and the fact that my technician did not listen to me, was not attentive to me, and also did a horrible paint job means I will not come back.

Amy is awesome! Ive been going to Hollywood for 14 years and they never disappoint. I get nails, pedicures and face waxing done. I always feel pampered.

Worse pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. The tech cut the skin on 2 toes which bled and I’ve had sore toe. She did not use sterile scrubbier or tools. Yes, the price was good but you get what you pay for.

Consistently poor quality. Most recently I received a pedicure and when she removed the towels off my legs she wiped polish off of two toes and just brushed a clear coat over the top of them to smooth it out and did not fix the dents in the polish. I asked her to fix it twice.

Have always had great service! Have gone to other more expensive places and always come back to Hollywood! They do a wonderful job.

Ive been here a few times. It was my go to but there were consistent issues with my nails that I noticed everytime. They lasted and the Polish never chipped but the were never consistent in shape. They were always filed to one side, they werent straight and the were uneven. The last time I was there the lady I saw didnt listen to what I wanted done with the shape and she filed so much she made 3 of my fingers bleed.

Oh they are really good the impress me every time I show them a picture of what I want and they don’t exactly the same if not better I definitely recommend the same guy does my acrylics ever time I got there so he normally knows what I want they have great service I take about 5 to 10 minutes to pick my color and I get seated right away and they are very nice I once was 3$ short and they told me don’t worry about it overall amazing

Ive been going here for a few years now and always have excellent service. Once in a while I have to go to another salon when Im out of town but I always keep coming back here. In particular Mimi is great! She does the best dip powder manicures (as well as any other kind of manicure or pedicure you want)!

First allow me to say.. I have been getting my nails done faithfully every 2 weeks for the last 4 years (probably over 4 years) I had a nail salon I went to that was awesome..new people took over they wasnt as great which left me looking for a new salon.. (my mother, my sister and I all go together every time) so we tried out this place.. they were not all that friendly but hey if they do a good job well continue to come.. well they do our nails and about 3-4 days later I have one fall off completely!! It seriously upset me.. I go in to have them fix it.. he tells me hes going to charge me $3!! Ummm seriously?!?! Nails are suppose to last AT LEAST 2 weeks.. at the same time ALL my nails are starting to lift and it hadnt even been a week!! So needless to say we will NOT be going back.. it was a total waste of money (as my sisters are terrible as well) so Id advise you to skip Hollywood and go else where..itll save you some money!!

My mom and I always come here for our manicures and pedicures. My mom also gets her face waxed here. The owners are very friendly, and the pedicure chairs are comfortable. The prices are standard for the Springfield area, and they have the new powder that turns into a gel-like polish. They also have hundreds of colors to choose from, both in regular polish and gel.

Not as good as they use to b....too much hurry hurry. My nails donot look very good. Pro wont go back.

Called to make an appointment with a girl that was new working there. I liked her and she was very good. The person that answer the phone was rude, said she didnt work there any more, but she could do my nails. I said is she returning there. She said no she is not here, she gone. So I asked to talk to owner and they would not put her on the phone. I went by and the girl I tried to make an appointment with was there. But already had a customer and couldnt do my nails. Wont ever go back.Dont like being treated that way. THEY ARE RUDE.........

The only con about this place is that they dont know English very much but the job gets done right every time for me at least, I would recommend

Went in on Sunday June 9th 2019 and by Thursday June 13th 2019 my nails have the greenest grossest fungus growing on them! These are my nails with acrylic over them and she didnt grind the old acrylic off and now I have the fungus growing on my nails and all of them are breaking in 4 days! Amy done my nails and made the sides of my nails bleed because she was busy talking to everyone but me and doing what I asked her to do! Consider carefully before you go in here.

A good pedicure at a good price. Not fantastic service, but decent. Id rate it 3/5 normally, but what gives Hollywood that extra star is being open on Sundays -- a rare find in Springfield.

Not only did my nail tech argue with me about the nail shapes I was asking for, she also cut me twice. Not enough to bleed, but damn sure enough to cause an infection in my finger, not the nail. So now I have to pay to not only get them removed, but a doctors visit as well.

I did it again! A year ago, I said I would not return, but the salon is just down the street from my house so I tried it againAGAIN, I was asked if I wanted my toenails trimmed. I said a little. They were trimmed so short they hurt! AND they look ridiculously short!AGAIN, they had tvs turned on. AND they were both turned onto a golf game which male employees were watching. It was Mothers Day!AGAIN, why oh why would a nail salon have a tv in sight? What happened to relaxing, quiet music?My daughter had a dark piece of something stuck in her big toenail polish. The technician just left it!Ill go back to driving across town before I return here AGAIN!

Mad that I even have to give them one star! I walked in (planning on getting my nails done). TMI-i have a bladder problem, so I have to use the restroom more often than most. I walk in and ask where the restroom is so I can get that out of the way, the lady, very rudley reply’s “our restroom is for costumers only” not even knowing that I was planning on getting a service. So I turned right back around and walked out. I have never been turned away by ANY nail salon. To say the least, I will NOT be returning!

My tiny bitten nails had acrylics put on them here and they stayed on for over 6 weeks!!! They didnt even chip!!! I was so amazed. Best place Ive ever had my nails done.

I have gone to Hollywood Nails for about 5 years now. Until recently, I have always been very pleased with both the service and the price. The last two times I have gone in for a pedicure, though, the service has been rushed and half-assed. The polish application is sloppy, and they have failed to work on my calluses two times in a row now. I could do a better job myself, at home, and save my 20 bucks. The first time it happened, I thought it was just the tech, and wrote it up to her having a bad day. The second time, I got a different tech, but still the same crappy service. Two strikes, and Im not going back for a third. Shame.

I love this place my nails always look great Rocky does an excellent job I can go 3 to 4 weeks before having any issues I should actually go every two weeks but time is a premium for me.

I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS AND I MEAN YEARS I CALLED AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR 6 AND GOT THEIR AND SAT IN A CHAIR FOR 38 MIN MY TIME IS JUST AS VALUABLE AS THIS COMPANY I GOT UP START WALKING OUT THE DOOR AND THREE EMPLOYEES WALK TOWARDS ME AND SAID MAM MAM WE DO WE DO I SAID NO YOU DONT DO I SAT FOR 35 MIN WITH A 6 OCLOCK APT. NOT HAPPENING AND IVE HAVE GONE HERE FOR YEARS IM DONE THIS COMPANY LOST OUT ON MY MONEY. SORRY

Prices are average, staff could be more friendly. I prefer to not have my toe sliced when I get pedicures.

Amy Is Very Rude. She did do a good job on my nails however I went there faithfully for 3yrs & the staff (including Amy) was always super rude. They charge different prices everytime no matter what.

There is only 1 person who speaks very little and very broken English. Everyone there just points and tries to use hand signals. I tried to no avail to explain I wanted my toenails a little shorter and squared off but they never understood. One woman spoke on the phone in a foreign language and never even looked at or acknowledged the woman next to me that she was working on. The woman tried to get her attention, but she never looked up at once while she was talking on the phone.

Went in for their BEST pedicure with a friend and both of us came out with cuts and bleeding! My tech wasnt paying attention and buffed the cuticle off my big toe. It continued to bleed throughout my pedicure and she repeatedly put some sort of medicine on it to stop the bleeding! I was left with a black scab and black around my nail to accent the polish! The polish chipped off in 2 days......NOT going back!!!My friend was burned......not once......not twice.......but 3 TIMES by her tech applying hot towels! It was hot enough to have her jump and grab the towel away from her skin AND her tech cut her too but overtrimming her cuticle! VERY DISSATISFIED!!!

Ive never had any compliants as far as nailsI will add they are rude at times and do not pay attention to there customers. Ive been going for the last 4 months and live their work compared to others however.

The gentleman who did my nails could not do a solitairy nail in an ombre effect I was very dissatisfied I didnt end up with what I wanted he also proceeded to file of my gel polish and told me I was done after a couple hrs of working on me and my kids another woman said she would fix it at this point I had been there for a long time and just wanted to go home it took like ten minutes to convince them to let me pay so I could just leave they charge way to much for what they offer I dont recommend going unless you want a boring basic nail thats overly priced

Was very disappointed, just needed a fill. My nails came out uneven lengths, and lumpy. She never said anything to me the entire time she was doing my nails and when I asked her to even them she filed one super short and didnt fix any other.

Worse set of pink and white tip nails Ive ever had! They were rude and left my hands looking horrible! Now I have to go somewhere else and pay to have them redone! I would suggest people go elsewhere!

I was rushed into picking a color she stared at me for two minutes as I picked my color and helped my sister pick hers kept saying find color you like and when I’d pick it up to look if I like it closer she’s rush to the chair and I’d patiently tell her we are still looking once I was getting my nails done I told the lady she was hurting me MORE then once because she was extremely rough pulled my fingers jerked my hand towards her multiple times when I was done my 11 year old sister went and asked me if I’d tell her that she was hurting her she actually cut her finger with one of the tools they use after me asking nicely if she could be gentle I will no longer go here after this experience when I asked her NEVER WILL I GO HERE AGAIN

Signs are deceiving. I paid more then I thought I would for a manicure based on the digital sign in the window.

I had an appt. with Hollywood nails at 11:30, came in and they told me to pick my colors (i was in for a mani and pedi.) The women who did my mani also did my pedi. my pedicure was great. but I told her honest to god 12 times that i wanted acrylics all red with black and silver pin stripes and silver diamonds. She did not do, acrylics. she painted my nails the red i picked out and on my thumbs she did white flowers with green leaves and one diamond in the middle of the flower!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF? Also while doing my feet she told me to get off my phone!!! She told me i was ohnrey because i told her 12 times i wanted acrylics with black and silver and red with diamonds.....how or why she did those flowers which are for 11 yr old girls, I have no idea! My point is I wouldnt waste my time or money...Rude People, Poor customer service!

I love kristy (the owner) she does a wonderful job ive been going to her since 05!!! shes the only one ill let do my nails i make appt. but shes so busy sometimes i have to wait which im ok with if im not in a hurry !!!!! i love her shes a cool down to earth lady
