Hands down the best used car dealership to deal with. After showing up at A & A Auto Sales in Fairhaven, on a Friday night, with my car’s alternator dying, you could say I was super stressed and in a rush to buy a new, working vehicle! I met Tim, who IMMEDIATELY made me feel super comfortable! He was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. You could tell he just wanted to help me in my time of need. And that he most certainly did! I ended up putting a down payment on an 03’ bmw, that same night, and by Wednesday night, after staying late just to get it done, Tim made my ownership official! This place is definitely a one stop shop, with repairs, inspection stickers, and a quality selection of used cars, there is something for everyone, in every price range! The owner, Alex, is an honest, smart, kind hearted man, and really seems like a sweetheart! And Tim is just the man! We drove up from Long Island to see a low milage Range Rover Sport. We dealt with Tim, from start to finish, which included delivery to NY. Very nice experience for my daughter, fair negotiating for a nice car.Now to bring you up to date. We had several problems with the car in the last 6 weeks! Ive spent $1000s of dollars trying to make this car safe for my daughter to drive. From radiator problems, brakes, emissions leaks to now probably needing a head gasket or possibly a new motor. Alex, the owner will not take the car back, even though we are well within our 60 day warrantee.All we want is our money back. This is where the integrity part of business comes in. Better business bureau will help us figure it out I guess.

I spoke with my Mom in Mattapoisett this morning, and she was beaming about her experience with A&A Auto this week. She had recently seen an ad in the Wanderer paper, and Alex was super prompt & communicative in scheduling the same-day appointment, driving out to their home, picking up her car (before he operated the car, he was extremely vigilant in wiping down the interior with disinfectant wipes), bringing her car to Fairhaven for the required servicing, and returning it same-day within a short period of time with an affordable invoice and a nice note on the front seat (again, thoroughly wiped down to disinfect). Although it wasnt MY car, it sounds like service that I would absolutely take advantage of if I lived in the region. Well done, Alex - I applaud your innovative pivot with your business during these trying times!

I was out looking for my step-son for a cheap reliable car for his first car.We already had one car in mind I thought we would cruise down route 6 at all the dealerships which we quickly learned was the best move that we made. after looking at a couple of them being on such a tight budget we didnt think we were going to find anything good and we were actually headed home and thought will chest look at one last shop. When we pulled in we got zero pressure we were able to walk around and look at the cars in peace. we went into the office and told Tim how about you and that we were looking for a decent car. He went and grab the set of keys and said hell be right back and pulled out a 2011 Ford fusion. There was no haggle about the price the quickest negotiation Ive ever been in. He then gave us the keys and said take it wherever you want Im here till 7. that gave us a great chance to really test out the car unlike other dealerships that have a set route that you have to follow. Weve came back this morning to buy the car and he helped us through every aspect of the registration process. we even had an issue with the insurance company and he helped us through that. I would definitely recommend this place if you forare looking a reliable car at good prices.

I’ve heard great things about this place and when I went it did not disappoint. My father had told me he punctured his tire with a nail and the tire store down the block had told him he needed a new tire and it would take 4 hours. So he went to A&A that inspected the tire and found no leakage and determined they didn’t even need a patch. And did not even charge him. So I went to get my car inspected and tires rotated, took 20 minutes, they were super friendly and helpful. These are guys you can trust and will get the job done quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would recommend

Quality of work was very disappointing. Mechanics and owner made excuses about anything and everything. Cant claim responsibility for their shoddy work. Dont bother with this place.

So I walk up to the counter where there are two people,no one acknowledges me for a full minute until the lady looks at the mechanic who is currently on YouTube watching a repair video and says his name,he says yeah one second 5 minutes later some other gentlemen shows up and finally acknowledges me.all I needed was an inspection sticker but this kind of customer service has guaranteed that I will never return to this establishment.

Alex and Tim sold my step daughter a nice suv very recently and we (esp her) are very satifiied. Tim was able to get her a loan with no established credit with little money down.When these guys guarantee you something they really do mean it. Now my step daughter can build her credit fast. While diving a safe and Reliable suv.We picked it up the next business day with every thing we asked for taken care of. If i can give a 0 star i would... Sells lemons, dishonest, worst car sales place I have ever went to in,my life . I would never have my car fixed nor buy a car from here ever again.

If your looking to save money this is the place for you. I have a toyota camry that needed a break job. Toyota wanted $1000 to do job. Sullivan tire wanted $779. At A&A I paid $450. Repair done in a few hours and had no issues with the repair. The quotes I get are usually half the price of the name brand repair shops and the work is just as good.

Awful!My car got broken into, they stole my radio, they broke the glass and they didnt clean up the broken pieces of the window, they swept it a little bit and put and old radio on it. They charged me 2k for the job and had missing screws. I found out about my car got broking into because I called, they didnt even call me to let me know about the incident! Not only that... they took a month to do ABS and a few minor things. Worst auto repair I have ever been.

Brought my car in for valve cover gaskets on my subaru and all they did was clean the oil from around it was charge 350$ for the job this place is a rip off

They removed a frozen bolt for me(that the tire place could not get off) and then took my car to the tire place to get the tire on for me.That was above what they had to do.
