I love this laundromat, everyone is so sweet and helpful, and their prices are great!

They completely ruined 2 items. I asked for very simple alterations - enlarge armholes in 2 tops and narrow down one of them in the waist area. It took more than 2 weeks (even though they said it would be ready in one week). They apparently used inappropriate sewing machine and made HOLES everywhere around armpits. It was regular cotton fabric and I have never had such problems with any alteration service before. And they didnt narrow down in the waist, but instead narrowed the chest area what made it impossible to wear this top (I specifically asked them not to narrow down in the chest area because otherwise it would get uncomfortable). I noticed it only at home and just had to dispose of these two new tops which I liked. Never again.

Use Lavanderia for dry cleaning service through my residential building. My items are always cleaned thoroughly and returned within 2 days! Would recommend.

I’ve used these folks several times and am super pleased. The service is excellent and they do an absolutely fabulous job getting my garments clean and leaving them smelling and feeling fantastic. Definitely a major step up from most dry cleaners!

My washer broke and so I had Lavanderia done at my local dry cleaner, but the clothes were rough and not folded neatly. They also do not have a nice scent. I called around looking for another fluff and fold service and found Sudz. They do a very professional job. The clothes smell good, are folded nicely, soft and smell good. The ladies who work there are nice and professional. The best thing, the price is lower!

Lavandria cleaners is GREAT. I made them work hard to keep me as a client after I left my full service building and the ended up making the accommodations for me. Really value long term relationships and they will take care of you. Always pleasant and on time. Recommended!!!!

I’ve been going to this laundromat for months, hoping for a better experience each time, but now I’ve had it with the rude staff at this place. Two stars because my clothes are clean. I could list all the times I’ve been made to feel uncomfortable, rushed, and unwelcome at this laundromat, but no one would want to read a review that long.Also, no “lost and found” at Lavanderia, which seems like a disservice to customers, and a waste of left-behind laundry. Other places nearby are cheaper for certain services, as well. And, why are staff so possessive over the trash bags? If they aren’t free, put up a sign.Basically, the staff here makes you feel like you’re an intruder, rather than a paying customer. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. I sure will.
